The property was in the middle of nowhere, difficult to find transportation in and out of the property, the room was not clean, no slipper was provided, no USB in the whole facilty, breakfast selection was limited, staff was excellent, however

First of all Google maps could’t seem to find the proper location - Probably because it was at the end of a long winding dirt road full of ruts and bumps (almost undriveable) But you only found it if you followed the amateurly painted signs to get to that point. The food in the restaurant was delicious but they seemed reluctant to open the dining at the posted times. The rooms were clean but dated and with only one usable electric plug and chipped bathroom fixtures. The hairdryer and refrigerator were MIA. They have a beautiful big pool and spa and a children’s play area and pool with well maintained gardens and lawns surrounding them. The staff at the front desk and spa were very friendly, helpful and spoke excellent English. Unfortunately the hotel is NOT near the EZE airport but a 30 minute drive away. Fortunately the shuttle is only $20 US . Overall a fairly decent accommodation but decidedly not as described on the site.

Arrived after dark. Uber driver turned onto a scary dirt road and i thought it was the end for me, but apparently this nice hotel is down that road. Then to get into the property, an armed guard interrogated us, demanded our passports, and spoke no english. The hotel itself was nice

Preguntamos desde el dia anterior para hacer una salida tardia, la cual dijeron que estaba disponible, pero que hicieramos los arreglos en la mañana. Al ir por la mañana, dijeron que no tenian disponibilidad, pq tenian actividades. Creo que deberian tener mejor comunicaciòn con los clientes. Facilitaria las cosas para todos. De lo demás, es un buen lugar para descansar.

Beautiful property but isolated. Nothing else around .

Easy parking. Not walkable location. Not allowed food delivery from outside. Lovely outside area but mosquitoes are a huge issue for me, so you need definitely insects repelent. Very nice and helpful staff. The hotel's rooms are still in process to improve. It is a rural location.

This property is fairly remote. Our UBER driver had difficulty finding this as it is borders a field and is down at end (?) of a lengthy dirt road. We tried to find a room that was insulated from the noisy reception area but noise from hallway, reception area, restaurant, ping pong room, and adjacent rooms permeated the walls and under the door gap into both of the rooms they offered. Our toilet would not flush and after 2 hours of waiting for service, we took the top off the tank and forced a flush. Even thought the staff were friendly and the restaurant was quite good, I cannot recommend an overnight stay at this property.

Grounds lovely but lots of mosquitoes. No blow drier in room, peeling wallpaper . On positive side good coffee and fresh fruits at breakfast

Nice quick stay on way to EZE

I had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is beautiful, clean and has an amazing restaurant. It is close to EZE and the front desk set up my taxi transport with ease. They are doing reconstruction on the road/driveway so it seems a little creepy at first but no worries, I'm sure this is temporary. However, there is no shopping or food nearby so eat before you come or enjoy their bar/restaurant.

No closer than Ezeiza Airport than appears.

It looks like a hotel near the Ezeiza airport, however, the arrival is an unpaved road that increases the arrival time and increases the cost of transportation (no taxi finds it convenient to travel the gravel road).

Rooms are outdated and unkept

I’m not saying that the whole place is bad, but the room where we were staying needed some serious attention. Every time the toilet was flushed the water tank made some noise like if we were staying at a less than one star hotel. And there were some other things that looked over worn.

Inconvenient location

The hotel was much farther away from airport than I expected. Much because the last 2 km are a dirt road that we had to drive 15km / h.

Nice property not so close to the airport

Beautiful, country setting. Surprisingly good restaurant. During our stay, the indoor pool and the jacuzzi were under maintenance, and this was not disclosed when we made the reservation. That was an unpleasant surprise. Still, the staff were wonderful. Thank you.

This hotel is not at all close to the main Buenos Aires airport. You have to drive on a stretch of isolated dirt road for a few kilometers to get there! In fact some taxis will refuse to take you there! You call the hotel for details... and nobody answers the phone! Once you get there, it's quiet and clean though quite old-looking despite the fact that it's not so old. Service is lukewarm. Hardly anything in sight, so nothing to do in the vicinity of the hotel. You are stuck there, but that may be OK if all you want to do is relax. All in all, disappointing.

Despite appearing to be located near the airport, it actually took 20-25 min of driving to get there, including some dirt roads. It was difficult to find a taxi to take us to the property because of the location - some refused, and the one who accepted increased the price by $1000ARS to wash his car. The property appeared kind of run down, but the setting was really nice. There are big beautiful trees, 2 pools, a nearby pond and excellent wild birds on the property that made the inconvenient location worthwhile. It was a quiet peaceful location to rest during our travels.

The property is attractive and quiet. The rooms are very comfortable. However, the property is in a remote area with no shopping options available.

The grounds and pool were lovely. The room was not. The safe was broken, the floor lamp didn’t work, the hair dryer was missing and the one that was given to us as a replacement was broken. The second one worked.

Floors dirty, safe not functioning, baseboards missing, brackets in bathroom that may have held things like hair dryers and shower soap were on wall exposed and empty of what may have been hanging on them. Pool had not been cleaned for awhile, dirt, leaves and bugs. Are at the outside seating area all tables dirty and the place was empty of guests and mid afternoon. Breakfast was good and shuttle to airport was nice.

We checked in around 1700 and were given a key which did not work and the incorrect room type (inferior) to our booking. A housekeeper let us into our room, no questions asked, so I subsequently felt unsafe about the security of the property. When we entered, we noticed a large wasp fly out of the air conditioning unit. After chasing it around the room with a boot, we finally incapacitated it sufficiently to bring to the front desk and ask for a new room that did not have wasps buzzing in the air unit. She fixed our key, but did not give us a pest-free room or one that matched the rate I paid. I understand we were in a grassy area around the hotel, a bug usually wouldn’t be a problem, but massive wasps that come out of the air vent? A bit much. The amenities advertised were not accurate either, for instance, I found out the room lacked a hair dryer after I had washed my long, thick hair, and subsequently had to head to the airport dripping wet. Overall, one of the worst stays I have had in a while, both in terms of customer service and the property itself.

The grounds were very littered, the pool was dirty, absolutely no water for showers the night of our stay or in the morning. Many room doors left open because of no door handles. The sheets had been over bleached and not only smelled like bleach but they were rough. It didn’t have a welcoming feel and I wouldn’t recommend.

The hotel is 25 minutes from the airport and more than 50 minutes from the city.

Access road was terrible. Restaurant was excellent.

We arrived at the dining room too late since they were out of food. But one of the staff, I think his name was Neri, still went out of his way and got the kitchen to fix us these amazing sandwiches!! Excellent care and appreciation of their guests.

This hotel is not reachable by taxi from the domestic airport J. Newbery. It’s necessary to buy a ticket to get a cab, and even with help from the attendant we were told the address “is not in the system.” I had messaged the hotel twice before arriving without getting a response. I should have gone with my instinct and cancelled. We finally got there by getting a UBER driver, having to walk 400 meters to the north parking lot to get picked up. Our room 219 was at the end of the hall next to an open storage area that was crammed with stuff, literally I could not believe how close it is to our room and how trashy and near the auxiliary elevator and hallway littered with dirty towels. This is a convention center and thus those couples traveling would definitely do better elsewhere. Dinner is not served until 8, our flight at 8 the next morning because the shuttle only goes hourly which means we had to leave at 4 am. We ate from the bar menu-the “tuna panini “ was tinned tuna on a cold roll. Not a panini. The plus was the grounds- in the middle of nowhere we watched two archers hitting targets. The morning shuttle driver was contracted- the wait staff at the restaurant were fine. The room was okay.

Grounds and pool are lovely. Evening front reception desk personnel unfriendly, he did not book airport shuttle as requested even though it was written in Spanish for him.) The daytime person was friendly and efficient. Even though we used a translator (as restaurant staff has no English and our Spanish is limited), orders were not always correct. Some maintenance issues, for example no air con in the third floor hallways.

The swimming pool was a big hit with the kids. It was a little further than I thought it would be from the international airport, about 20 minutes.

In the middle of no where

Would NOT stay here again! It is miles from anywhere, even the airport which it was supposedly close to is mikes away. We only stayed there as we had an early morning flight. On check in they offered us a free shuttle to the airport. I showed the receptionist our flight details and she suggest we leave at 4.45 or 5 am at the very latest. We opted for 5am departure. At 5 am as we were expecting their shuttle to take us to the airport they advised us that even though the shuttle was parked in the driveway the driver dies not start until 8 am! We were not impressed! They quickly rang a taxi for us And told us it would only be five minutes away - well 25 minutes later and much angst the taxi arrived. Luckily the driver sensed some urgency and got us to the airport just in time to catch our plane that was already boarding when we got to the gate. Certainly NOT a stress free way to start the day

Location and facilities where great. Amenities and staff were great as well. Would definitely come back.

Common areas are amazing. Rooms are great and bathrooms are very good. We will be back.

Really enjoyed a relaxing stay in the countryside but 1 day was good. Its a long way (close to 1 hr) & expensive cab ride to Buenos Aires but only a short ride to the airport (15 mins). They have a 1 way shuttle so it was easy access. Really great resort with excellent food.

Good Stay

This is a great place to stay if you are flying internationally. Close to the airport and they provide a free shuttle. Breakfast was average, but overall the experience was good.

Very nice hotel

Very nice hotel. Great food at the restaurant. Great for overnight from airport.

To start with, the property is located 13 miles away and down a dark, scary, gravel road. Uber and Cabify drivers don't know how to access the property. There is nothing located near by to do. We arrived at 830pm the staff said the pool is closed but would open at 10am. The next morning at 10am a different staff member said the pool doesn't open until 11am. When 11am came around a third staff member said the pool doesn't open until noon. It was at this time i asked for a manager, who reluctantly opened the pool. There is no lifeguard anyhow so the pool could have opened at 6am. We just didn't like the run around. The room service menu didn't have many options so we went to the restaurant. The food and wine were fabulous.

Beware

The road to the hotel is deep mud. It is difficult to get to. If it rains you could get stranded. The hot is very remote.The front of the hotel had dabree that that falling off the building. The hotel is next to three prisons. The room had a strong mold smell . The restaurant opens at 9 pm. The food was awful. No food available for lunch. Breakfast starts late so I missed trying breakfast . I stayed one day. I booked four days. It cost me $450.00 for my one night because I booked on line. I moved to another hotel.

All you could want for a relaxing weekend!

A very spacious hotel, attractive grounds, usual facilities, indoor and outdoor pool, spa, gym, and massage. Excellent food, we had fish for 2 evenings, good variety breakfast. Even though the hotel was completely full, it was very peaceful. Recommended.

Nice hotel but a couple issues.

Staff extremely friendly and they let us check in early with no extra charge. The hotel is 20 minutes from the airport partly at the end of a dirt road because there is a large neighborhood being developed there. A couple things. Air conditioner was noisy, and at 4:30AM there was coffee and some pastries but no milk or even powdered creamer and no "to go cups".

Clean and good facilities but extremely remote.

Hotel staff and condition was good. However it was so far from everything. It is NOT an airport hotel. The airport costs $60+ roundtrip by taxi and is a 20 minute drive. The hotel is remotely located off the highway down an unpaved road in a farm area. If you don't mind the location it is a good hotel.

Airport hotel but 20 minutes away

Ok three star plus. Decent rooms, ok food and good grounds. Staff is helpful. However, as an airport hotel, it is very inconvenient twenty minutes by cab or their shuttle.

Hotel excellent, location, not sure.

I booked this hotel because it was supposed to be close to the airport EZE and this was my main concern , the true is that if you check the map, it is just behind the airport, however to get there you need about 20 to 25 min by taxi because you have to drive around the highway and pay 360 Pesos. The hotel is excellent and the installations are perfect, but I am not sure if this is a good hotel to be close to the EZE Airport. BTW there is nothing around the hotel, if you need a Taxi they book a special service in the frontdesk for you.

GREAT HOTEL AIRPORT NEAR EZEIZA

GREAT hotel near EZE airport in BsAs. Very convenient, new, clean, friendly staff, BUT with a very poor road to access this hotel. Nothing really available in the neighborhood, as it is in the middle of nothing, close to farming areas. Great for an overnight stay, in between flights from EZE. Great if you do not have to go to Capital / Buenos Aires. I would definitely stay here again!!

Acceso por calle de tierra, a trasmano. El hotel tuvo tiempos mejores, eso se nota, sin mantención o remodelación por años. Hotel de pasada, para entrar y salir sin esperar más.

El hotel no está en Ezeiza. Está localizado en Tristán Suárez. A su vez la limpieza no es la mejor, en el desayunador las mesas que se vacían no las limpian hasta que termina el servicio Las instalaciones del hotel se ven cansadas, gastadas.

Road access is terrible. Hotel is very isolated. I arrived at night. With this deficiency it makes everything else in the Hotel that is not so bad seem terrible

Es un hotel muy lejos del aeropuerto y la calidad no es muy buena

Está aisjada por una nueva autopista, que no está registrada en el GPS estándar del auto. Sin Waze, es dificil llegar. Pero me sentí defraudado por EXPEDIA. Contraté en el día y por error mío, o de EXPEDIA, la reserva que necesitaba para 3 adultos, se convirtió en una para 2. Tuve que pagar una differencia, me bloqueó un upgrade y pagué mucho más que la tarifa de mostrador

O para ser ubicado cerca de Eseiza

Es un hotel que no aplica para pernoctar en tránsito para aeropuerto de Eseiza. Está muy apartado y el acceso es muy difícil

Excelente hotel! Nuevo, moderno, cómodo, limpio, de primer mundo! Quizás lo único a mejorar es la calle de acceso, pero es una excelente opción!!!!!!

Un hotel que tiene las habitaciones en muy malas condiciones, en el desayuno no hay nadie atento a brindar ningun tipo de servicio. Lo unico rescatable es la gente de recepción y el conductor del transporte al aeropuerto

Fui con mi dos hijas todo muy lindo todo, las instalaciones muy limpias, el trato de los empleados muy cordial. Lo único para mejor el la variedad en el desayuno y la carta del restaurante.

Hotel de renombre con muchos descuidos..

El lugar está un poco abandonado, cosas sin mantenimiento como la entrada, calle, flores , frente del hotel, la pileta chica al aire libre agua fría la q ofrecen como caliente. No hay camino a la pileta de los chicos, x ende caminas por el pasto q si llueve t embarras. Había pocas sombrillas y los quinchos faltaban mesas. No hay drugstore o Maxikiosco para comprar alguna cosa q olvidaste, y afuera hay lejos. Solo hay un restaurante con horario. Falta más limpieza general. El restaurante éramos 3 familias y la moza pidió que nosotros le detallemos cada plato según habitación, ellos no lo hicieron, le entregamos y después me llamo de muy mala manera que pase a firmar el nuevo detalle. Por eso atención dejaba q desear.

El lugar es muy lindo , pero le falta un poco de mantenimiento , al restaurante le falta mucha organización , la comida muy rica.

Limpieza cero

Fuimos a varios hoteles de esta cadena, y este fue el que menos nos gustó. El baño de la habitación lleno de sarro, la ducha casi colgando, ni hablar de la mugre que tenía el aire acondicionado. Nuestra habitación era la 308, para que lo tengan en cuenta y limpien en profundidad no solo lo que se ve. Ademas nos cobraron mas de lo que decia la aplicación, ojala alguien se comunique con nosotros y nos explique mejor porque fue ese cobro. La pileta de los adultos muy sucia tmb. Realmente el mantenimiento del hotel deja mucho que desear. Definitivamente aplica para 2 estrellas. No lo recomendamos.

para empezar nos costo mucho llegar ya que estaban todas las entradas cortadas por arreglos, y nadie nos notifico eso. me cobraron de 28.700 por dos dias a 37500 (3 personas) la comida no es la carta que te mandan, 3 platos tienen nada mas el pan congelado, la ducha malisima salia poco y o muy caliente o helada. tuvimos que pedir que nos limpien la habitacion porque nadie lo hacia, y en el final me quisieron cobrar 3400 pesos mas porque decian que habia agregado a otra persona mas. miren bien las fc.

El servicio malo, la actitud del personal mala, el estado de las habitaciones pésimo. Los baños en los cuartos MUY MAL MANTENIDOS, tremendo. Internet no es malo, NO EXISTE, es totalmente increíble que no tengan un servicio aceptable de wifi. Decepcionante, el balance dice: CARÍSIMO porque el valor que entrega es CERO.

Me gusto muchísimo las piletas y la recreación, lo q no me gusto fue las intenciones con falta de mantenimiento,detalles para los huéspedes.

El hotel està en muy mal estado general, muy sucias las habitaciones, los baños , la comida es poca , mala y MUUUUUUUy cara , no hay entretenimientos en la pileta ni buen servicio al huesped , la verdad la experiencia fue horrible , no volveremos nunca màs

La atencion de la recepcion, tardaron mucho en subir las valijas, tuvimos que ir por ellas nosotros. Era muy escaso personal para tanta cantidad de huespedes del hotel.La piscina interior tenia demasiado cloro. La limpieza de los cuartos era escasa, habia polvo por todos lados, no tenian amenities completo. Lo bueno es el desayuno buffet, muy variado y completo, al igual que la comida del restaurante.

Las instalaciones de exterior son hermosas y creo que no se consigue en casi ningún hotel de buenos aires, hay playa, parque acuático para los chicos.Pero me parecio que hay falta de personal y de mantenimiento en el resto de las areas.

En terminos generales todo muy bueno. Por mejorar: si el cobro se pacta en efectivo no lo pueden cobrar por tarjeta de credito arbirtrariamente, por algo se elije em efectivo. Del resto sin problemas.

Calamitoso

Salí a cenar afuera y volví a 1.30 hs am, el hotel estaba cerrado con llave y no había nadie para abrir tampoco contestaban los teléfonos, nunca me paso, uña verdadera irresponsabilidad

Para llegar al hotel desde el aeropuerto el camino no es agradable, calles de tierra y muy oscuro. El hotel bastante venido abajo, la limpieza no muy buena.

No lo contrato mas por la página de ustedes

En la página de ustedes lo promocionan con traslados desde/hacia el aeropuerto. Ese fue el principal motivo por el q reserve el hotel q no me salió para nada barato. Pero no es así. Solo incluye el traslado hacia el aeropuerto. Tanto el hotel como la página de ustedes se desentendieron de mi reclamo

Muy lindo lugar

El hotel esta ubicado al lado de la autopista Ezeiza - Cañuelas. El area exterior de la pileta y laguna es muy lindo y esta muy bien cuidado. Como nos toco buen clima, lo aprovechamos muchisimo! El restaurante, si bien tiene precios accesibles, tiene una demora excesiva y podes estar dos horas para comer una milanesa. Super recomendable para una escapada de fin de semana.

Decepcionante, no volveria a ir

Cosas a mejorar que me decepcionaron: Jabon liquido de las habitaciones con muy feo olor. No habia dentifrico, tuve que pedir. Sector spa con cucarachas muertas (poco aislamiento con el exterior). Sector pileta climatizada con insectos muertos. Comida con poca variedad, platos caros y poco abundantes. Una mesa tenia una servilleta en la pata para equilibrarla con las otras. No brindan opcion de merienda ni snacks. Desayuno muy bien pero las moscas rodeaban la comida, no estaba tapada. Perros callejeros merodeaban la zona de la pileta descubierta pidiendo alimento; habia heces por toda la zona. El agua de la pileta descubierta estaba totalmente fria al punto de no querer meterte. El edificio en general esta descuidado, humedad en las paredes y techos y zonas con la pintura deteriorada. El ingreso al hotel es 1km de tierra llena de pozos y ripio, no tiene iluminacion.. muy descuidada. Cosas buenas: La atencion del personal, siempre muy atentos a nuestras necesidades.

Decepciona

La entrada al hotel con el césped sin cortar el estacionamiento sin señalizacion y estado de abandono es solo el principio. La recepción es poco profesional Si bien la pileta es muy linda no tiene duchadores o sea nadie se puede quitar bronceadores y otras... antes de ingresar al natatorio, ni siquiera un lavatorio de pies. El espacio exterior tiene pocos sillones para permanecer afuera La comida es muy buena pero la atencion del comedor es pesima. Las alfombras de los pasillos estan manchadas. No volveria

Hotel bien. Servicios mal.

Llegue a las 23.15 y no tenían comida para ofrecer porque la cocina cierra a las 23.00, pese a que había gente aún trabajando ahí. Encima el hotel está en medio de la nada y ningún servicio de cadeteria o de comidas quieren ir a entregar. Tuve que llamar a un taxi que me lleve a cenar a las 00.00 hs. Desayuno buffete regular en comparación a lo que ofrecen otros hoteles de precios similares.

Un lugar muy bueno para desenchufarse

La pasamos bien, nos gusto mucho el predio en general, si le recomendaría una mejor señalización de la ubicación del hotel, ya que es difícil de llegar por primera vez lo ideal seria que en la pagina indiquen, que hay que doblar a la altura del km 41, y que luego se deberá doblar pronunciadamente para circular por un camino rustico etc, por que cuando uno llega por primera vez la verdad se complica un poco. A localização dele é um pouco isolada...mas por isso tem uma van que te leva para o aeroporto. Que fica ha uns 15min. O quarto é amplo, limpo. Funiconarios bem educados. Só o banheiro que tem aspecto bem velho. Mas isso não era grande problema.
