A reasonable stay - a bit noisy from my room where you can hear people coming and going, but other than that, a good stay!
Really more like a hostel. Very, very basic (shared bathrooms - not always the cleanest; no mirror in the room???; could hear people talking through the wall/vent). Just very basic for what I feel I paid for it. Staff were friendly but sometimes were not around; had to wait to check in because they just weren’t there (for a good half hour). It’s fine if you’re going for extremely basic. Bit of a disappointment if you expect more. Still, it was safe and cozy enough and in a good area.
There is no front desk they don’t answer phone . We waited outside of the hotel for 40 minutes just to find out our room was practically a dungeon with no windows.
Close to the best restaurants in Gamla Stan. Also staff were very helpful in holding the suitcases. Place is also neat and clean
Basic experience
This is a very basic experience. The advertised queen bed was in fact two narrow single beds with a gap in the middle. Shampoo/shower gel in a plastic bottle on the floor of the shower. The toilet flushing was some sort of vacuum suction that was very loud, felt like I was on a boat. When checking in I brought up the bed situation, asking whether they had a room with the advertised bed. They took no responsibility for the incorrect information at all, stating "I just work here" and there was nothing to be done. Ventilation was poor, the window was locked shut.
👍
Excellent accomidating staff and service. Johnny, very trustworthy.
Location at a good price.
Simple hotel. Great location. Quiet. Coffee available 24/7.
Perfect location to stay and see Stockholm.
The picture of the rooms were not the same as the rooms that I saw when maids were cleaning the rooms. Half of the rooms had no windows for natural light. Coffee and tea were great. Shower was good. Carpet was stained in common areas. Overall hotel was fine for short stay.
This was not the place for me. It’s conveniently located right in old town, and the bridges, so you can get to all the hot spots on foot. But no windows. Extremely small room (ie no room for luggage or to even walk around the bed). It’s a very old building so plumbing challenges. And lots of stairs. If you’re looking for something eclectic, this may be for you. But this place did not add any joy to my time in Stockholm. (Also I was emailed the wrong code to get into the building and when I mentioned this to the front all she said was the right code. No apologies for me being stuck outside at night).
Poor room. No window or air con, bed too high and poorly supported. Shower broken door.
My room was dirty and sheets had not been changed. They sent me 5 blocks away to an apt with a 3 story walk up at around midnight since no one could clean the room at the time I arrived. Overall inconvenient hotel
It was a quaint place. The shared bathroom situation was better than expected. An HVAC unit inside room would have been appreciated or perhaps a quiet fan that moved more air than the fan we had. I would recommend to my friends and family and rebook if I ever return.
Off the beaten track
In Old Town with great connections to all there is to see in Stockholm. A different kind of hotel, but in a good way. Our room was in the depths of the hotel. We loved our two nights here.

Disengenuous Room Photos
Room did not match pictures. The pictures look like a completly different property. String smell in our room of stinky feet or sewage. Had to keep window open, but we were at ground level, privacy was difficult.
Budget stay - verified check in
Check in was awful! Meant to be between 3pm-7pm but didn't arrive until 345pm - there was 4 sets of visitors waiting to check in. Room had no windows - not an issue for use but to be aware. No cleaning service so floor was really dirty by day 3 of our stay.
The hotel was in a great area, the manager was very helpful. The room was small, and the toilets (next door too) were frightening as they were like aircraft suction type and made a very loud and banging noise. One got used to it except in the middle of the night.
BRILLIANT BUT THERE'S SOME THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW
The service at this hotel was absolutely impeccable. The staff couldn't do enough for you. Just be aware that reception is usually only manned from 3-7pm. So there is not always somebody there to give you information. The hotel is located in an amazing position right over the road from the waterfront. Many of the rooms are subterranean and do not include windows! The building is almost 400 years old but the condition of the hotel is modern and lovely. The only annoying thing is rooms were incredibly small. I have come to expect that in much of Europe. I had a double/queen bed but there was barely any space around the bed. The bathroom was also tiny and the shower recess was around 40x60cm. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel for the location and the brilliant staff. Just be aware that some of the rooms are incredibly small but the trade-off is the location is in the old city which is absolutely immaculate and so incredibly picturesque.
I had a bad experience staying in this hotel. First, we arrived early morning and went to the hotel to just leave our luggage since we already knew that the check-in was at 3 pm. There was nobody in the front desk and just a note that said they will be back in the afternoon and where you can leave your luggage. Later, they called and told me that the room that I booked was not available since the bed was broken so they gave me an option to move to a room without window and no private bathroom in the basement or another one with window and bathroom but with bunk beds. I did not have an another option so I chose the bunk beds. The day of my check out I was not even able to take a shower since the pipes were clogged and the water was not going away. There was nobody in the front desk again so we had to call them and they said everything was fixed but it was not, they said they were gonna call me back but they never called, I had to leave without showering, TERRIBLE SERVICE.
Excellent location was excellent, service and staff so good, couldn’t do enough for you, had trouble getting a code for entrance and a code for room. Somehow I didn’t get any information, that was worrying at a night time. Hope they sort the checking process out before you travel, otherwise loved my stay in Stockholm and travel around.
Stranded outside at 9 pm with no check in.
Booked a room the night prior and submitted my email and phone number. When I arrived at 9 pm it was really hard to find as the entrance was located around the corner and not under the proper address given. Finally finding the place, the door was locked and not even an entry to a reception. There was a note on the door saying “Will be right back. If you need assistance call… Johnny” Tried calling the number 20 times but it said “The number you are calling cannot be reached”. Stranded in a city I don’t know, I had no option but to walk in to the hotel around the corner and get a room there. Had an amazing experience and excellent experience at the other hotel so I am grateful for that and will just take the money loss for booking Hotel Skeppsbron. So be aware of no late check in or assistance with this “hotel” see picture for their locked entrance. Should be named hostel instead when there’s no reception or lobby….
Spécial place with welcoming owner!
Simple and Sweet!
I stayed at Hotell Skeppsbron for over a week and was so comfortable during my stay. It is a simple hotel right near the water and across from an excellent bakery I visited every morning for their cinnamon and saffron buns! The amenities are simple - there is no fridge or anything to cook food with. Just simply a bed, wardrobe, television and a nice sized bathroom with a shower. It was perfect. Johnny was very kind and accommodating and there was always someone at the front desk if you needed anything at all. I would easily stay at Hotell Skeppsbron again the next time I visit Stockholm.
Great value for the area, friendly and helpful owner!
A different place to sleep……
We loved the location! We didn’t realize that our room was in the basement with a strange configuration above a rock ledge with only a couple steps on which to put our luggage……and to crawl above them to get to the mattress! We had our own bath/shower which was a plus. Price was right. Front desk very helpful.
Not quite what was expected
The pictures on the website bear no relation to what you see as you open the door to your room. having said that, we were travelling light with very little luggage, so the smallness of the room didn't really matter. The bathroom was functional and clean.
We got to.the hotel before check in time, and we were lucky enough that our room was ready, and the staff was kind enough to let us in. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was good, and location is AMAZING. Beds are small and the street in front is a bit noisy, but all good. Would stay here again.
Great staff, but in need of updates
The location was very convenient and the hotel wasn’t hard to find or far from where I needed to be. I want to emphasise that the staff were great, they were friendly and very attentive and whenever I had an issue they got stuck in to resolve it immediately. However I don’t feel the room itself was fully worth the price I paid; considering the price (and no breakfast included although you do get a discount at some nearby bakeries) it was a little on the small side, the shower didn’t appear to be in particularly good condition (missing door fixtures, enamel worn away at the edges making it look dirty) and there was also a plumbing issue in the bathroom. Additionally, the furnishings like the wardrobe, desk and chair didn’t appear to be fully stable and were quite old, and overall I felt a little bit shorted from how much I paid for the room (although I do take the location and time of booking into account). The bed itself was a bit high for me to climb onto but extremely comfortable and I slept well, and the code system for the door locks was very convenient. So in summary the staff were great and it was a decent place to stay overall, but I do think the rooms and showers could probably use some redecorating or new furnishings at the very least.
So close to everything! We were super charmed by the area and our stay. There was a water and coffee station and plenty of sitting areas outside the room. It was great for an overnight layover.
Great staff.
Small and basic
We got in around 7pm. Made contact with the man at the front desk who asked us if we had the code they emailed. Never got the code, but he kept asking 😂. After a minute he gave us the code to the doors. The email came in the next day. Overall a bit disappointed. The pictures do NOT give an accurate representation of the property. Side entrance in an alley. The rooms are extremely small. If you have a bathroom, it won’t be much bigger. TV didn’t work. WiFi was good. No place to sit except your bed. Only good if you just want to sleep there. Don’t expect any amenities (water, coffee, microwave, fridge, table, chairs, etc). The heat worked great. The decor is dated as well.
This is a no-frills place. The staff was very friendly and helpful where it could (except for a little hick-up which was solved by another customer). The TV only streamed free programs (unless you entered your own code, I guess) and did not show any regular TV. It is also located in an inconvenient place in the tiny room. I discovered a hair dryer really high on the back of a shelf (I am short, fortunately my hair as well). The location is great, just between the water and old town, all within walking distance.
Great little spot in Gamla Stan
Great spot, pretty quiet, clean, WONDERFUL people, close to Gamla Stan. A tad cramped, but perfectly OK!
The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Great location for walking around the city. However, I asked for a double bed and got two singles pushed together. So every time I was near the centre, the two beds drifted away from each other. Did not make for a comfortable sleep. Not to mention the walls were so thin I could hear my neighbors. And their alarm clocks Misleading wording on the bathroom situation, as it said shared, but failed to mention with 8 other rooms.
Run by Arabs Not a Clue how Normal humans lives and spects to enjoy Confortable and Safe conditions. Not even ★★ stars ...One Star just for Confortable bed and location.
Easy check in process, staff sent personal text message to make sure I understood the after hours check-in process.
Tiny rooms, bathroom shower falling apart, tv wasn't working. It took me a while to get in touch with the manager to give me the code for the door where they left my luggage while i was in the city. Overall, it may be an ok hostel for travelers on a budget. I would not recommend it
"BELOW" standard and UNDERGROUND!
This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It was BELOW GROUND!!!! without ANY WINDOWS!!! only one way in and out! Very UNSAFE. I left immediately to another hotel. They said they would credit me one night AND HAVE NOT YET!!!!
OK hotel if you have no expectations
Our first assigned room was way too cold, so we got a warmer room instead, but now it was too warm that we needed to run a fan 24/7. There is no air conditioning to control temperature in the room. Rooms are either too hot, or too cold. There is no attendant in the hotel except 3-7 pm, and they place a box at the front desk where you can put a message for them. We requested towels because our shower was missing a door, and the floor completely flooded. Also, bring your own shampoo, soap, etc. because they don't provide toiletries. The shower head would not stay on the shower head holder, and we had to hold the shower head while we took a shower - very inconvenient. This hotel is not very well cared for. Our messages were never checked during our stay for 4 days. They also don't leave any note pads or pen to write with. Anyway, they don't check or respond to messages. Once you check-in, you are on your own, which is fine if there is no issue during your stay. It is okay if there is no attendant. I am not looking for a hotel with amenities - but maybe they can put extra towels in the closet for us to use or something. Our room also lacked some items such as a mirror in the bathroom. There is no mirror over the sink. It would also be nice if they put a hand towel. The photos of the room you find on websites are very likely not the room you will get. They glorify their hotel so much in the photos. I will definitely not choose this hotel again. Poor value.
No windows in rooms, a very loud hummig/fan sound that was on constantly so I had to sleep with headphones in.
Källarhotell med dålig luft
Ingenstans stod det att det är ett källarhotell med noll möjligheter till att vädra eller få fräsch luft. Helt ok för priset, men informationen bristfällig. Rummet och sängkläder etc dock rent och fräscht.
Unique place but no value for money
The hotel is very unique and has a wonderful common area. We booked a room with a private batchroom. The room was very small and had no windows. However, the uniqueness of the hotel compensated for that. The location is very good as it is located within walking distance from Gamla Stan. Although the bathroom was very clean, it was very noisy when taking a shower or flushing the toilet. Regarding cleanness, it seems the cleaning was done only in places that are obvious to the eye. I dropped my charger under the bed and saw how dirty it was under the bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful; however, the social distance measures were not properly implemented considering the current COVID-19 times. Therefore, I would recommend wearing a mask when coming to the hotel. Also, we received the wrong entrance code and had to call the manager by phone to be able to enter the building. This definitely not an option if your phone is not working abroad. We paid half price for the room and that was the main reason why we decided to stay there. Paying the full price for staying at the place is definitely not worth it.
perfect location and a good price. was the perfect room for a couple nights stay
I thought, again, that all the empolyees gave you the service that is was needed and they gave you answer to every question that you had. My room was very clean and the rooms were very cozy. This hotel is very good and I would highly recommend it to someone else.
What I really liked about the hotel was how the staff treat you and how clean and cosy the rooms where. I also think that the hotel is located on a great place because everything is so close to you. A hotel I really would recommend to anybody.
Great location!
There are towels, kitchen and fridge. All was perfect!
Everything was awesome, clean organized and awesome host
No Covid refund, government travel restrictions
Every other hotel refunded our non refundable hotel fees, but not this hotel. We were unable to travel due to government travel restrictions due to COVID-19. No response to any of my emails, very disappointing.
The details list checking being open until midnight, I was there just after 7pm and it was closed. A passerby helped me to contact reception go get inside but they didnt bother showing up to assist me, just called back with a code to get in. (If this was an option why did I not have this earlier to avoid potentially being stuck outside?) The toilet in the room is clogged and the bins are not empty, overall disappointed with what has the potential to be a nice place. Great location
Roof and door enctrance
The only negatives was that it was a rather low entrance to my toilet and I hit my head. It hurt. And the wall to the neighbouring room was super thin. Could nearly hear him breathe. Other than that, really nice place.
Thums up!
Perfect location right in Gamla Stan, cozy and historic vibes in a house from the 17th century, very friendly and helpful staff and free candy, tea, coffee and cookies in our hallway for a late evening snack!
Promising, but disappointing. Poor quality.
I had an in-suite bathroom, but the shower hadn't been cleaned, which made me think the rest of the room hadn't either. It was exhausted when I arrived, and put into a room with two twin beds, only later to realize that I had specifically booked a queen, and by the time I mentioned it there were none available, so I spent the nights with my feet hanging off the end of the bed. There were ridiculously loud noises from the plumbing's sump system whenever an adjacent room was using the sink or shower, which was at 4 or 5 in the morning at least once or twice. The shower was new, but extremely tiny, and didn't seem to be attached to the floor or the wall, so it sort of moved around the bathroom as I used it, and I'm a thin guy. I was told there would be breakfast, but went out at 8:10am one morning to look for it, and it was just three muffins that had been there since the day before. The location of the hotel is great, however, and the underground space made for a couple cool photos, so hopefully they find some folks that actually want to care for it.
I absolutely loved how unique the place was and the location it’s right in the old town. The staff is absolutely wonderful! The room was not as prepared or clean as I would have liked. However the staff did what they could to improve the conditions.
Pay a little extra to stay somewhere nice
If you like the bunker feel in a no-frills underground cell then go for this place. It’s location is great but it’s still not cheap. My room was tiny, and hummed with some machinery. I don’t suffer from claustrophobia but this place made me feel on edge. In the middle of my first unhappy sleepless night I booked a different hotel for my second night in Stockholm.
Beautiful space, very conveniently located. So charming and lovely fika station!
Great location and staff
The guy working the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Made my stay more enjoyable and comfortable. Only issue I had with the place was that they were under construction while I was there. So after 9am it got kinda loud most days. But if you wake up early obviously this isn’t a problem for you (unless you were jet lagged like me). Oh and you may have a bathroom in your room, but no shower/bath (it didn’t seem like all bedrooms had showers either since there were multiple bathrooms too). You share a shower with the rest of the rooms. Not a problem for me, but might be for other people.
The hotel is housed in the ground floor and cellar of a house dating from the 17th century and sitting right on the water. The location was beautiful and full of history. I was glad to be in a cellar room without windows as the darkness was helpful in summer. It was also very helpful to have access to a microwave and fridge, and to be able to store our luggage during the day. It was slightly awkward to negotiate the shared bathroom. I was not sure about the decor.
I loved this hotel everywhere was immaculate tea coffee biscuits sweets fresh water daily. The manager John made our trip so special with his friendly personality could not offered us better cusomer service. Last day was raining we sat talking to him for 4 hours offered us an umbrella coffee a shower tried to help us any way he could so grateful and will return. Gamla Stan is amazing
Great little hotel which is exceptionally good value for money. Amazing location in Old Town. Comfortable beds, we had our own en suite and then shared a shower which worked well for us. Would highly recommend
The property is in a great location! Very unique being underground but can be a bit claustrophobic. Getting up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night is a challenge with opening and closing of the doors and the subpump noise from the flushing of the toilet.
Wonderful, affordable stay in Gamla Stan
This hotel is in the perfect spot in Gamla Stan- near the water and close to everything! It is beautiful - the room was wonderful and comfortable. I loved the lighting as well. The whole place is really beautiful and it's nice that there are bottles of water and coffee and tea and cookies available around the clock on a little tray in the hallway. A couple of tips-- I would give is to maybe buy your own milk if you use milk for your coffee-- there was only milk one of the 3 days while I was there. The other note is that most of the rooms have a shared bath down the hall with 2 showers-- the mirror and sink are outside of the showers so you don't have privacy there. This is more like being in a hostel-- if you need to fix your hair with a curling iron in your room, in my room there was not a plug close enough to the mirror to see what I was doing. Bring an extension cord. Or a mirror that is big enough that you can see yourself while getting ready. But overall, for the price and location and the comfort, it's fabulous.
Excellent location in Gamla Stan. Close to everything and easy to take ferry to Djurgarden, Enjoyed the tea and cookies available - comfortable bed and good lighting in the room. Very clean and friendly owner. Excellent price for Stockholm!
Unique Hotel in a Great Location
Unique hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Close to everything in Gamla Stan. Great home base for a Stockholm visit.
A dump...at least the room I was given. The online pictures of this hostel ....not a hotel...are not what I saw.
Charming hotel in Gamla Stan
Amazing little hotel, uniquely placed in the vault of an old building, right in Gamla Stan. Fantastic service, accommodations and town!
No windows, the rooms are ventilates through tubes which are very noisy. Shared bathrooms for the whole floor, I definitely don't go back
Quaint hotel in old city
Quaint hotel in Gamla Stan—lots of character and everyone was so nice. Very stylish interior and we loved the coffee and tea cart. Very clean! Had a bit of trouble with either shower door staying shut, but brought a hairband to loop around the inner knobs, which worked well. Great common areas to enjoy some tea or get some work done!
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I had a single room with a private bathroom/shower--which to me was very important. I really liked the "feel" of the hotel. It is a converted old tavern that was funky and had a lot of character. I enjoyed the decor and the old stone stairway. The wall texture and design in my room had a slightly hobbit hole feel to it and I liked the wall mural--though I was not certain if it was of a gnome and rider, or if it meant something more significant. I would have loved the backstory (if there is one that inspired it). Also, once there, I was told that some thought the hotel (or maybe just the room I was in) was haunted. I wanted to know more about this! I love these cultural histories and learning about the stories that connect people to these special locations (it is why I prefer small, historic hotels to chains in the first place). Additionally, the hotel staff were great! I met three and they were each friendly and helpful. I felt welcomed and because of some.of the precautions like the locking of the lobby each evening (coded key entry), it made it feel like a more secured hotel. My only negative comment was wish that the lobby coffee was better. It was instant coffee next to a plate of cookies; it was generous to provide but since they are out on a table in the hallway you can't be sure how long they have been there or who may have touched them. I would have been thrilled to find a Kurig coffee maker and small packs of individual cookies.
A special hidden gem of Gamla Stan
This hotel is rather special - if you want huge rooms, go elsewhere, but then you would not be in Gamla Stan if you wanted that... this place resembles perhaps a hobbits den, but a very comfortable one, with tunnels under ancient brickwork and curved archways everywhere. Very nice and spotlessly clean, I didn't try many of the facilities, but slept perfectly, the rest is for next visit.
Amazing!!!
I had an amazing stay in old town Stockholm, the hospitality was was great! The room was beautiful and the bed was really comfortable. An amazing experience!
Nice stay in Stockholm
Didn’t have a chance to talk to the hotel staff due to short stay Enjoyed the hotel facilities
Enchanting underground 17th century hotel
This fairytale hotel is small in many ways. If you are a large person or feel in any way claustrophobic you should look elsewhere. The showers will accommodate a very large man with difficulty. However, that said, my daughter and I found this underground hotel absolutely enchanting. It was a stay within a storybook within the old city of Stockholm. Cobblestone streets and quaint buildings abound. This 1634 building is walking distance to Gamla Stan station which is just one stop from Stockholm central train and bus station (Hint - If arriving with wheeled cases, don't be tempted to walk through the old town; quicker to walk on the sea side of Gamla Stan along Skeppsbron (street). Case wheels, even for small carry-ons can be difficult to manage on cobblestones). The hotel is only in the basement of this building and only has about 11 rooms so you can be sure that you will be individually looked after. I highly recommend this quaint hotel where you will get a perfect night's sleep.
Cute Hotel in Old Town
Really liked this hotel - cute, quiet, clean room in old town - staff very friendly and helpful.
Central location, comfortable room
Interesting room and hotel. No windows, and shared showers, but the building and location are very charming. The rooms are well laid out and comfortable. The staff are helpful friendly and welcoming.
Brilliant little secret in Gamlastan, Stockholm
This is absolutely one of the coolest places we have ever stayed! It is on Gamlastan (old town) in Stockholm, which is just delightful of course. Then, the people running it were just wonderful, friendly, amazing. And the place itself is like some kind of luxury camping in an underground winery or something -- shaped white concrete walls that is just super-cool. The bed was comfortable, and the night was just absolutely quiet. Honestly, we can't rate this highly enough -- absolutely wonderful!
Great value and location.
Great value for money. Good location. I will stay here again.
So cosy and welcoming. Lovely scented candles everywhere. really comfy bed. You can tell it has been made with love.
Lovely quaint small hotel in Gamla Stan
A gorgeous little hotel right in the middle of old town gonna start on a small quaint property the two girls running the property were very kind courteous and friendly rooms are lovely and clean very small but I loved the atmosphere they have an amazing little apartment also available which I recommend as well just like being in an old little apartment In Stockholm loved it
So Cute
Perfect location. Lovely atmosphere. So quaint. Romantic. Just a lovey visit, would return.
Subterranean comfort
A cosy hotel underneath Gamla Stan in the heart of Stockholm.
Really great staff and wonderfully decorated. Perfect choice for solo female traveler.
Slept like a baby under the crown
Love the experience of living in a 'dungeon-like' hotel.
Surprise
Suitable to young travellers.Felt claustrophic, didn't realise to shower in room. No where to sit in room as so small and only suitable for young people outside room. The sisters were a delight who run it and try hard to please but anatomy of place always going to be a major challenge
No Shower and no window and down in a cellar. I wouldn´t say tht I felt like a rat but I didn´t like it at all.
Happy Travel
great location, room clean and staff very friendly.
Shared bathroom and no windows with fault info
We booked the room which is called "Double Room (Private WC)" and it turned out that its shared bathroom. Besides no rooms has windows since they are all in the basement. And neither of these was mentioned in the description on either Expedia or Booking!!!! You can see some rooms are called "double room (shared bathroom)" so we assume that our room shall have a bathroom. When booking I soecifically added that we need a room with private bathroom /WC and didn't get any reply. And the fact that there is no windows makes the room like a cave and smell badly after 2 nights and makes us feel closephobic. I don't recommend staying in the old town. It's lovely but everything is pretty over pricing. A cup of coffee will cost you £5(490kr). Dinner /bar are more expensive than Norrmalm (central) or (Sodermalm) the trendy south town. Good thing is the staff are very friendly. They offer tea/coffee and ginger biscuits. The room is clean. Bathrooms are clean as well and not busy - but they should mention it clearly in the description!! Highly not recommended.
Cozy and Interesting.
Very quiet room, small but cozy for our two night stay. Very reasonable rate and good location in the old city. We had a private toilet. It is just around the corner from the actual front address. People running it speak perfect English and are very helpful and friendly. Have to descend some 400 year old steps, so those with mobility challenges may need to consider this. Front door and room locks use punch button code system which works very well.
Try to get a room with a private WC although the shared bath rooms are not busy at all and available when you want to use it. Only 10 rooms in a hotel.
We loved the hotel! Nice and cozy!
Lovely hotel, friendly service, great wifi
The hotel/room was very clean. The girls were lovely, very friendly and welcoming and had recommendations of places to eat etc. They provided free tea, coffee and biscuits in the hallway, and apples from their parents apple tree. The free wifi was very good! My room had a toilet and sink. The shower was located just down the hall, and was always available when I wanted to use it! The location is great, very close to bars, restaurants, the palace, port. The only downside was that my room didn't have a window, it would have been nice to know before I booked the room. However, the room was perfect for my short stay. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
Convenient, quicky and spotless guesthouse.
This is a 10 room guest house which is very stylish in a quiet back street on Gamla Stan so it is really close to the touristy old town, good restuarants and the Palace etc. Its stylish and quirky and spotless. I had a bathroom with toilet and sink, but did not appreciate that showers were shared. If you are visiting the city then it is a good base, and is deserving of a high rating.
Perfectly located in old town. So close to everything.
Bra läge i trevligt område.
Portkod till ytterdörr efter 22, pulverkaffe i korridoren. Ingen frukost. Svårt med kod till rumsdörr. Lyste med ficklampan mobilen.små siffror. Skön säng. Värdelös tv kanal..konstig . Trevlig tjej i repan .

Fair price and great location.
Slightly thin walls and the toilets are VERY loud because they have a plumbing issue in the old part of the city, but it is nice being in old town and there were no concerns.
