Nice hotel close to the Jusco Mall only 1 minute walkway. Very close to the City and easy access to everywhere. Only 5 minute to Kg.Senibong Seafood Village .

Mine was a really small room. Of course I am comparing with the usual ones that I patronised. And that night there was a couple in the room next to mine who were arguing and had disturbed my sleep. And by the early morning since the room was a few feet away from the lift lobby the noises were unbearable. For RM 90 per night I feel I have a better stay per sq feet elsewhere ... I think.

The hotel staff quite friendly and can speak English. The room was good enough for me. My room got the nice smell but not for my friend's room. The room was clean. Nice food and Aeon mall just within the walking distance. Parking safe cos we were able to park just outside the hotel.

Dont Bother with this Hotel

Lavender Inn -------------- No windows. Too far from eateries. The 2nd floor is actually the 3rd floor. Heard someone drilling at 1500hrs. Counter staff friendly and knowledgeable. Main mall is Aeon. Nothing much in that mall. The counter staff that came after the morning shift was moody. They did not acknowledge me. Toilet makes a gargling notice and it's difficult to sleep. Can't use in room phone cos it's wire to the handset is loose

Sick and tired... Literally!

A smoke free hotel with a terrible smell of cold tobacco in most of the rooms. Most of them have no windows and the only an air vent is located in the bathroom... Welcome to Hotel Cancer! Cannot spend more than a couple of hours in the room before I have to rush out to clear my throat and get some fresh air outside. I am spending my second night here as the rooms within my budget elsewhere are either unavailable or in the same condition. I Am still awaiting a response from Hotels.com after my message 15 hours ago...

So satisfy with the hotel. Love the Lavender perfume. Definitely will come back here later.

Good price for a room with 1 queen and 1 single.

Location was ok, restaurant juz behind hotel. Bed was comfortable but Wifi was very weak for any rooms at the end coz main wifi antenna located at lift lobby of my 2nd floor. Limited TV Channels and quite blurr. No mini fridge in my 2 rooms. Aircon not that strong and cold in the day. Price was ok, a bit cheaper for 1 queen and 1 single bed in a room, compared to other hotels I had ever stayed. I would rather pay a bit extra to get a better Wifi, good tv channels and come with mini fridge altogether.

Nice little hotel

This nice little hotel is within Permas Mall and just next to Aeon Permas Jaya Shopping Mall (under 5mins walk). There are plenty of good local food you can find within the neighbourhood area within 10-20mins walk. A nice Mulligan's Pub nearby where there's live band and good draughts at pretty reasonable pricing. Overall a good experience at the hotel with a very good hotel service quality reception, where the staffs are extremely helpful :)

No water supply during the stay and troublesome as i have not been informed by the hotel during check in.

We booked this hotel thinking that it was close to Legoland. Unfortunately, it was about half an hour away by taxi. There was very little to do in the area. If you are visiting Legoland you are better off finding a much closer place.

The water pressure for bidet is too strong but for the shower is too soft.

Nice hotel very near to Aeon shopping mall

The hotel is quite pleasing , not noisy and with security guards at the entrance. It's very near to Aeon shopping mall . Lot's of shopping and eateries where you can spend your leisure time at the mall or in the hotel. Ideal for getaway from city life , and the rate is reasonable. Good stay.

Nice hotel near a shopping centre

My family and I stay in a deluxe room but the bed rest was a little dirty and the mattress was too soft. But overall the hotel is quite good with friendly staff and it is near a shopping mall which allows us to do some shopping and have our meals there.

Definitely value for your money!

The rooms were quite clean and well taken care of. Staff was pleasant and efficient. Check in and check out took less than 5 minutes each time.

Nothing to shout about. Rooms are without windows... if you are claustrophobic, please be warned. Only a few rooms are with windows.

Location is good, near AEON

5 minutes walking to AEON. There's a taxi stand at AEON. Limited restaurants and bars within walking distance. Location is good with a lot more restaurants etc within short distance driving.

value for budget hotel

This hotel is out of my expectation when I stayed there for two nights. Although it's not big, its room is clean, tidy and comfort. A little disappointed is that its sound insulation is bad, which we can hear noise from neighbours. This should be improved for guests' better rest. There is a small shopping mall and some stores nearby. Generally, I'm satisfied with stay in Lavender Inn and is value for budget hotel.

The facilities are old and damaged. For example, the air-con is ancient, room is using CRT TV, shower is damaged, if I pull a bit harder, it will fall off the wall. Linen is yellowish, and toilet floor is not clean.

Very noisy. Some people tried to open my room during the night which was sooooo scary. So couldn't sleep at all. Receptionist can't explain that how I can get there from the airport and she can't speak English well. So I just took a taxi from the airport. It took about 15minutes. Location is bad. Only one good thing is that there is a leon shop very near the hotel.
