I like the hospitality the stuff were very good and helpful

The balcony

If you are looking for excellent value for money and are happy with the basics, this is the hotel/riad for you. The staff were incredibly helpful and although there was a little mix up with rooms initially, we couldn’t have been happier with the service. They helped us with navigation around the medina, organising taxis and even printing boarding passes. Room was basic with a sink and one/two plug points but we aren’t fussy and this was all we needed. The housekeeping was excellent and the communal areas (bathroom and roof terrace) were constantly being kept clean. For the price you pay, this exceeds expectations and offers a welcoming and comfortable stay.

All in all good

Close to Medina and all the action, while being far enough down an alley to have quiet nights and mornings. Staff was excellent and happy to help with anything from finding laundry to arranging tours. Big shout out Abu for all his kindness and generosity during my stay.

Beautiful little spot, perfect for solo travellers and couples. In a souk near the main market square of Marrakech. Excellent value for the price. Seriously can't stress how professional, kind, and catering the staff are. First class experience.

In centre , cheap and comfortable bed

It was the cheapest hotel and a very comfortable in the city & friendly reception man. Toilet & shower shaded and not so good but I went for cheapest so the best for the price, helpful staff and location.

One shared bathroom and toilet for all the rooms regardless of the floor you’re on. The lines can be long. The room was hot as the ceiling fan could only do so much. There weren’t any cupboards or drawers to put stuff. It was quite basic. Only good thing is that it is walking distance to main square

Excellent friendly staff working here

I gave too rating because it’s very close to the centre and was the cheapest . I would stay again if I didn’t not want luxury.

The staff is friendly, there is no air conditioning in all rooms.

Amazing stay. One of the stuff speaks English fluently, I think. Always clean everywhere. Laundry is available at very good price. All the stuffs are so nice.

For solo travellers looking to save their cash for the medina, its treasures and food, this is your spot. Smack-dab in the medina and minutes from the square, this clean hotel offers clean, simple rooms, shared terrace and accommodating staff. I asked to leave my big bag with the host after check out and it was a non-issue.

Best place to stay in Marrakech

My stay was really amazing, the staff was very welcoming and nice, they helped us in our trip with tricks to get the moste out of our stay in Marrakech, the place was clean and calm with wonderful terras

Good place

It's very cheap but not worse then others that are more expensive. Realy worth to stay if you spend days siteseeing. Comfort is good and location is perfect.

I really loved this place. The WIFI was super good and these folks really would do anything for you. I arrived very late and they stayed up and waited for me. The central location is hard to beat, if you need food, toiletries, it’s all right there within 100 meters. It’s no high end place to stay but for a bed, shower, Internet, and security, you really can’t beat what this hotel has to offer

Good but needs improvement

It was a good stay overall. However, noise levels were unacceptable but it is within the surrounding area near Jamaa El Fina square and getting to the hotel was within 5 minutes from the Medina square. There is room for improvement within hotel - the WiFi was very slow and there needs to be daily cleaning within the rooms (not just in the hotel area) and complementary bottle water needs to be provided.

Nice and comfy hotel

Great spot for Marrakech

The room and terrace were very cozy and I slept well. It's located in a great area of the city. The hotel staff were beyond nice, helpful and accommodating.

NOISELY HOTEL LEFT AFTER 3 HOURS

it was too loud in was in the medina ,were the hotel was , their was so much noise in the hotel around the hotel , I compliant , I felt after 3 hours to go and still in the foucaud hotel stay their a few times I thing that were will be staying from now on, I want back the next day to get back my money got some not all

The owner of the hotel has good hospitality. He served me the breakfast for free on the last day and printed me a return boarding pass for free. I recommend you to choose this hotel when you come to Marrakesh.

Estuve hospedada en este hotel por tres noches y es un lugar muy limpio hay cámaras de seguridad y es muy seguro y aunque el baño es compartido siempre lo encontré limpio El personal fue muy amable y muy atentos conmigo y todos los días limpiaron mi habitación. Muchas gracias

El conserje es un prepotente y la zona es muy peligrosa

reservar una cosa te dan otra nivera sin conectarla a la red electrica en pleno verano colchones y mantas precarios oulen muy mal el personal !!? hay que mejorar muchas cosas un saludo y mucha suerte a todo el mundo

Really bad service. When we came we found a receptionist that gave us the keys of the rooms. We already told him that we might come late 1 a.m. and he confrimed with us the time. We also informed him that we couldn't have dinner so we had to eat something. My boyfriend brought me a pizza in my room just to give it to me and go to sleep. We didn't event talked to not make noise. The receptionist followed him and started screaming to us. Ah, he didn't also give us the permission to eat in the terrace just for 10 minutes. We know that every hotel/ryad has its own rules but the respect to talk to people is the base of every kind of communication. We took all our bagage and we went out looking for an other hotel at 2 a.m.

フエ広場まで徒歩数分で、通りから道一つ入ったところ。 クーラーなし、シャワーとトイレは共用のためタオルや石鹸などのアメニティーはなし 共用冷蔵庫は壊れていた 写真のバルコニーからの眺めは全くなく屋上へ行く価値はない。 翌朝からのバスツアーなどに参加しフエ広場近くに宿泊する必要があるのであれば泊まる価値あり。

Emplacement idéal, personnel très sympathique

I highly recommend this place. The best that you can find for the money. It was absolute clean, best located and the staff especially Aboubaker was the kindest and nicest person we met in Marokko!!

More like a hostel, but still a good place to stay

Even though it’s called hotel it’s more of a hostel with shared bathrooms and showers. Its vleaner then other places i have been before, but still has some room for improvement. There were two guys at the reception, one was very nice and helpful, he helped us with the arrival, when we were in town and for everything we needed. The other hardly understood english and not helpful at all… Also we had to spend the first night in a different hotel, because we only arrived very late at night and they gave our rooms to someone else. The other hotel also belonged to the same owner (basically the same but less clean) and we had to return there every day for breakfast. The service was good, as i said, the one guys was very helpful and they made it even possible, to give us breakfast earlier or to go, when we had trips early in the morning

When I entered the hotel, it was night like 3 AM and the receptionist was very rude, I told him that I am having booking here for 3 days but I want to stay here for 1 days so what's the procedures, is it possible? He said pay me pay me pay me pay pay me for allllllll days and then do what you like, is was just asking a simple question and he was just.... I paid for 3 days at that time, then he was not having empty room at hotel zaitoune so he talked with another hotel and I passed time there.. I am visiting alot of countries but this is totally dull moment in my life. I will visit Morocco again but I will never wish to stay at this hotel even if they want to pay me for staying at their hotel. That was a mistake I did but not again.

The hotel is simple but very well located. The rooms are small but the bed is comfortable. Bathroom could be a little cleaner but as it is shared, it is understandable that they can’t keep it clean at all times. The staff is friendly and ready to help whenever needed. I would definitely stay there again.

Nous n’avons pas passé de séjour à l’hôtel Zeitoun, parce que l’accès à la chambre nous a été refusé au prétexte que j’étais avec Jeanne marocain.

I love this hostel. The staff is so kind. Each room has a basin so we don’t need to use bathrooms for just wash our hands and teeth. Highly recommended

Not a comfortable place to stay.

The rooms are cold in winter. Even though I paid extra for upgrade, still the rooms were basic and not comfortable. It's maybe OK to spend one night there, but for longer period it's not comfortable as the noise from the reception echos into the room unless you're on the third floor. One bedroom shared for all the rooms. Waiting time is long to access.
