We had a blast at Yooma Urban Lodge Tour Eiffel. My husband rated it as one of his favorite hotels of all time that we've stayed at. Great vibes especially for families. There is a bar in the lobby with lots of fun arcade games free for kids, a kids play room and vegan restaurant. Location is great, easily walkable to Eiffel Tower. Thank you for hosting us!

Perfect to visit the Eiffel Tower

They don’t have enough cards to use the parking. We have to ask to get in or out at reception. Every time we need to go to the parking, we had to make a queue at front desk.

Great hotel. Located near multiple metro and RER lines. Building was nicely renovated and furnished. Rooms were compact but very efficient and well designed. Plenty of storage and very comfortable beds. Kids loved the bunks. Shower room was spacious and seperate toilet room was a bonus. Staff were excellent, and breakfast was good value. A selection of pastries, bread, and cold cuts, plus cereals and even a few hot dishes. Would definitely stay again. Very family friendly.

Excelente hotel familiar, es un hotel con temática de Pacman por lo que hay muchas familias con niños. El hotel tiene juegos y variedad de entretenimiento en el lobby. Tiene un restaurante que solo fuimos al buffet de desayuno pero nada fuera de lo normal, si lo incluye perfecto pero no pagues los 17 euros ya que no vale la pena. El hotel tiene estacionamiento y buen acceso al metro y paradas de autobuses y esta como a 15 minutos caminando de la torre Eiffel. Esta bien cerca de un centro comercial pero el área específica donde está el hotel es un poco solitaria y durante la noche no se siente segura pero nunca tuvimos ningún problema.

Did everything we were looking for for a base for a family of 5 sightseeing in Paris. Room was functional and clean. Facilities and Breakfast offering was good value. Would recommend for large groups.

Family stay in November

Hotel is great for kids - with the arcade, games and pac man theme. The breakfast buffet was also an excellent start to the day. Rooms were small and basic, but we weren’t in Paris to spend time in the hotel room! Great value, would stay again.

Great feel, cleanness, and great for families. Close to the the Eiffel Tour and train. there is also a huge shopping center mall right behind the hotel. Great overall and I would highly recommend.

Wonderful hotel for families. There’s a soft play room for younger children and a games room with pool and arcades. It’s very close to the Eiffel Tower and good train links.

Traveling with children is challenging but at Yooma Hotel we found a great place to keep our kids busy. Also, I loved our breakfast every morning. Staff was very helpful, and the place is walking distance from many attractions and a nice shopping center. The only down fall is the area could have a better cleaning schedule

Easy to find, good location near to Eiffel tower. My children enjoyed the board games and the retro arcade games. Friendly, helpful staff. Good sized room that was perfect for our stay.

Easy to find. Very walkable location. Merely 10-15mins causal walk to the bottom of the Eiffel Tower. Less than 10mins walk to Charles Michels station with lots of food and shopping nearby. Staff were friendly. My kids love the free arcade games. And thanks for the Eiffel tower gummies.

Great place for a fun family night in Paris

Fabulous stay. Staff were lovely, got a parking place and room was ready at 11.30am. Room was really fun the kids loved the bunk beds and the double bed was really comfy. The room is well designed so although it’s not huge you have absolutely enough space for everything loads of shelving, nice bathroom, nice and warm and very quiet. The lobby area is great the kids loved the arcade machines. Breakfast was the only slightly not great part very busy and there were no tables at all when we arrived yet loads were set aside for lunch and said reserved - prob reserve for your guests would be better. Apart from that literally perfect could see the Eiffel Tower from the terrace outside, about a 15 min walk to the tower and batobus so we jumped on that and cruised around seeing all the sights. Would def stay here again a great choice for a family to see Paris. NB We brought a little travel kettle with us so we could have morning tea and coffee in the room cause I know people have moaned about that!

It is a very child-friendly and convenient location, walking to the shopping mall and the Eiffel Tower.

The location was convenient but everything at the hotel was broken and waiting to be repaired. The AC in one of our rooms was not working. They would not switch our room and only offered fans. The laundry facilities were out out of order our entire stay and the elevators were both broken on the day we were checking out so we had to carry all of our belongings down the stairs. I probably would not stay here again

I liked the location but did not like that there was no mini fridge in the hotel room so I couldnt keep drinks cold nor food fresh. The front desk charged 3 Euros for just one small bottle of water.

We loved our stay overall. Very friendly staff and the location was nicely close to the famous landmarks and transport. The only concern was the AC—the room was still very warm even though we left it on the whole day to cool the room, which left us sweating overnight. We also only had one pillow each person. Otherwise, very lovely place and would definitely come back to book again!

The room for 6 accommodated our daily of 5 perfectly - the bunk beds were nice that they closed up halfway for extra quiet and privacy. We got a corner room with amazing views. The only complaint we had was that the room always felt warm even though we had it set at the lowest we could make it 63°. Also, the breakfast ran out of pancakes one day - shouldn’t be too big of a deal but when you have to pay extra for breakfast and it’s meal that only lasts 3 hours, I expect there to be a full supply. The staff blamed it on a large group showing up late, but that still seems like a lack of planning - and how hard is it to whip up more pancakes. At the price of $14/adult and $8/kid, I want as many options as possible. Otherwise excellent location and staff and overall food stay.

Not bad, close to Eiffel Tower

Hôtel was easy to find, check in was good and staff was pleasant. The room was really tight even though it slept four. There was no where to put your luggage. Beds were really comfy for the most part and the hotel is very close to the Eiffel Tower. Breakfast was $14 euros, which was ok.

We just came back from spending 3 nights there, we loved the hotel, specially my teenagers. Our room was big enough to fit 6 people, one double bed and 2 bunk beds.A shower room with a sink and a separate room with the toilet and a smaller sink.The room we got didn't have a safe,but it wasn't a big deal, they offered to change us to a different room but the only valuables we had were the passports. I used their laundry room,it was challenging since I've never used a paid laundry machine before,but the two young guys at the front desk quickly came to the rescue. The pool table and arcade were a plus keeping my two teenagers entertained. They have a bar in the lobby that we used every night. There is breakfast offered every morning for an extra €14 which compared with local prices is not bad at all.We weren't able to eat dinner at the restaurant due to only offering a vegetarian menu so we ate at the nearby businesses. Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, about 10 minutes or so, and many other important places in Paris. 38 minutes car ride to the ORY airport was also a plus. Loved the place, definitely recommend it.

Great location, kid friendly, clean, and quiet with short walk to metro, shopping and Eiffel Tower. Staff was friendly and helpful with English. Rooms are typical European small, but nice and comfy. Not much spaces for lots of luggage, but we seemed to manage. Overall great experience.

It was very hot and the temperature thermostat didn’t cool it off. When we went to open the window the hinge was broken and almost fell on my Mother. Location is awesome but it is definitely catered to little kids.

Everything was perfect. The location of the hotel is about 5 min walk to the metro station, boats station and 10 mon from Eiffel Tower. The hotel is new and well arranged, the room was big enough for 5.

Perfect for family’s… I traveled with my boys age 10 and 7 and they loved it. So much for kids to do.

The hotel was modern and clean and had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and there were games for the kids.

Very kid friendly

My family and I stayed in a 6 person room. The staff were helpful in checking in us in and very helpful in giving us space to store our luggage when the locker room was full. The 6 person family room was very nice in that each person had their own bed, but very a very cramped living space with only one stool to sit on for everyone by a fold down table. On arrival to our room we also found the toilet seat in the room was broken and one of the sliding doors on one of the bunk beds was also missing. The staff came and checked the toilet seat very quickly but it was not replaced during our stay. The beds were very comfy - we all had a great sleep! The dual showerhead was blissful - very pleasant shower room with a massive mirror. We included breakfast with our room but was disappointed to find the scrambled egg was very mushy and breakfast lacked a choice of egg cooked different ways (e.g. fried, omelettes, boiled). My kids appreciated having the choice of bacon but it was dripping with oil. Very lovely to have a choice of crepes or pancakes alongside bread, croissants and pain o chocolats. A very good location as we were able to walk to the Eiffel Tour and also walked to La Louvre although this was much further. The free arcade games were a real treat and the foyer was well decorated and relaxing area to wait in with complimentary cold water available. Thank you!

Super cute and clean room. Size was a bit small for 4 people, but the atmosphere was great for our kids. I wish their lougage service was free but spent more than 20 Euro.

It’s a good hotel if you’re just sleeping there. No water or tea or coffee in the room in the morning. It’s more like a hostel.

Everything is good about this hotel: location, room, lobby, staff. Our family had a good four nights there. Just wish there would be a small fridge. And it took us quite a while to find the lift at night to check-in.

We chose this property when we initially booked the trip & were bringing the family with us. When our plans changed, and it was just us as a couple, it wasn't the greatest location. I thought the hallways were very confusing in finding where to go. The only wayfinding was right off the elevators, and the halls all looked the same with the pac man theme. I think for families or large groups, it would be a great option. Just not great location if you don't need the extra space.

Only the location is great but the AC you can't control it gets hot in the night times, the bed sheets smells a bit

WOW, what a lovely hotel, staff are welcoming and so close to the Eiffel Tower. Great value for money. The local cafes are lovely and very close to the shops. Our room was spacious and had air conditioning. Breakfast had a large variety and was very nice.

Fantastic location for the Eiffel Tower - 10 mins walk. The hotel is fun and the staff very friendly. Room was small but perfectly fine and clean and great for what we needed. Bunk bed was great for kids. We went for the breakfast buffet which was a very pleasant surprise with a lot of hot and cold options. Special mention for the bacon and scrambled eggs!

The only issue we had was the air conditioner. They did not have AC in the room. It was only fan and it make me and my husband and 2 kids very sick for the whole trip in france. Also very small room for a family. Good thing it was close to most of the attractions.

This is a nice hotel with small but nice clean rooms. The rooms have AC but the lobby doesn't. When we stayed there it was very hot in the upper 90s and with the rooms being so small it was inconvenient not to be able to use the lobby. The rooms are great for families with kids. Close to transportation but dirty area around the hotel and the hotels nearby.

Great location, conveniently close by to Metro and RER stations, restaurants and walkable to Effiel tower. Room is small, but functional as we were out most of the day. Would stay again!

Property very close to main train station which was ideal for arrival and departure. Very good AC and an excellent breakfast. Surrounding area has a ton of construction and did not seem like the best area. Elevator is small. Hôtel had a very cool vibe.

We stayed at Yooma Hotel in Paris during Aug 2024 durin Paris 2024 Olympic games. We were a family of 4. Very celan hotel. Our room was nice ,clean and quiet. One quen bed and bunk bed for kids. Room has everything yiu need except a fridge which reception helped a lot with providing cold water, jar at reception, and Ice.Very friendly staff. Game room for kids, gym. Excellence location, 10 minutes walk to Eiffel tower, very close to Bir. Hakime Metro which can connect you to all parts of Paris. Highly recommend Yooma hotel.

Four days in Paris

The people who work at Yooma were incredibly friendly and helpful! Our only complaints were that there was only one small garbage can in the toilet and not the other bathroom so we had to keep going back and forth. Also, the toilet had a sink but no hand towel hanger. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable! Great location to the Eiffel Tower!

The ambiance was great, excellent for kids and teenagers. Appreciated the extra beds (bunks) so we could all stay together. Didn’t try the breakfast buffet, but the food options from the bar for a quick dinner were nice. Staff was friendly and helpful :) Can’t beat the location!

Rooms are very unique with single bunk bed pods that can be closed for privacy and a standard double bed. The bunk beds were large enough for 6ft guys which was good. Nice continental breakfast. Convenient ready meals from the bar which the staff heated for us when we were too tired to go out.

The property was in a great location, breakfast was good, and we liked how the rooms were set up. It was just so hot in there. When walking in from outside it had to be at least 10 degrees hotter in the lobby. We thought it was just our room then realized quickly it’s the entire hotel.

A/C issue

It was really hot in Paris during the Olympics and the A/C in the room did not work. Previous reviews said they had issues with the A/C as well

Great experience

Wonderful experience, a great spot, and my kids (teenagers) loved the Pacman theme and the pool table. Also a very welcome break from the heat in the air conditioning!
