Please do yourself a favour and DONT book this property. It’s expensive. It’s really far out (expensive taxi ride to get anywhere)…the rooms are dirty. The staff try their best but are pretty incompetent to fulfil orders in their restaurant (where we waited more than half hour for a basic order) as waiters ran around ignoring us. And to add to that all when we were there we tried to sit down for a relaxing morning coffee and had works going on around us. There are much better places to book which are much better value
The room wasn’t clean; I had laundry of the previous guest under the sync and had hair on the sync and the pillow. The breakfast was good
Excellent
The hotel is pleasant and clean. However, the pillows wee very uncomfortable and our sleep was affected as a result. We didn't understand that the pool won't be open and that the gym is operated separately. The food selection in the lobby was very limited.
Michal having a good time
The staff is very kind and willing to help. Rafat is the best. Rafat kind and professional
Must come back!
Amazing! Beautiful new hotel, rooms are spacious and very tastefully done. Check in was fast, gentleman was very helpful answering our questions View is spectacular. Plenty of parking available. Wish we hadn't arrived as late as we did to enjoy more of the facilities
We used saunas (which are average at best) and were charged almost twice the amount they were supposed to cost. Upon checkout, a receptionist completely ignored our claims saying that neither the manager, nor the spa employee are there yet. She didn't know where the charges came from and just brushed off our concerns. After all that, she then just charged our card the full amount. I tried contacting the hotel afterwards but didn't get a reply. I didn't sign the bill and got a refund from my credit card company but the situation has been so embarrassing I would definitely choose another hotel in the area. Other than that, the location isn't great: far from everywhere and with lots of traffic around. Rooms are nothing special either. Breakfast was really good but than again food in Israel is great everywhere.
Beautiful patios and fantastic breakfast buffet. Very helpful staff.
Hotel in the suburbs of Jerusalem
Beautiful new hotel with great views. Spectacular gardens and pool. Breakfast was not fancy, but good Israeli food. It is not within walking distance of the old city.
Boutique hotel hidden gem
Place is up to date and has modern feel. Very well appointed rooms. Was surprised that there was no USB ports in each room. Views are magnificent. Christina was very helpful at the front desk. Breakfast was great. Would definitely go there again. A bit out of the way from the old city but would choose this hotel over any of the ones in the city. Price was very good. Excellent security when you come in.
Very Nice hoteL with a nice room. Breakfast was amazing with a lot of options of food.
Great Hotel
Nice, clean, comfortable. Enjoyed our stay here very much
Low quality, low service, far
The hotel is about 6 kms from the main Jerusalem attractions, do you need a taxi at each time. We had a medium quality room, with some problems at the shower, that has been solved only at the third time I requested for a solution. The lowest point is the breakfast: I have rarely seen so low quality of food (and I spend one third of my time in hotels). The price is absolutely too high for the quality of the rooms and the position.
Food services.
The breakfast was not what I would have expected. The person making eggs had no idea how to make eggs and the butter packets were frozen both days. The breads served were soon and not fresh. The pastry tasted store bought and not fresh. The juice dispenser ran out of juice and the table were NOT bused off Dinner was better but still had much. room for improvement.
Quiet ... no kid were heard near room 503. We travel and are not fond of shrieking children as resting is important to us when we fly from Texas. I hope that we’d been in a kid free zone ... very accommodating
I really do recommended the room was Perfect & clean the Reception Deck was knowledgeable friendly.
perfect
Amazing view. Beautiful and clean room Excellent service luxurious breakfast We will be back ...
We stayed for three days/two nights at this well managed, comfortable and quiet property on the outskirts of Jerusalem. We had a rental car for this time, and used it to visit Masada/Dead Sea and Yad Vashem, as well as to stock up at a large supermarket before returning the car and moving for a week to a serviced apartment near the Old City. Hotel Yehuda was an ideal base for touring the wider region before setting up in the central city. We'd recommend this as a format to think about for first-time visitors to Jerusalem who have a car.
Beautiful relaxing hotel.
Amazing breakfast, and really nice property. Didn't realize how far outside of Jerusalem it was, but that's on me.. The rooms were a bit small, but they were clean and water pressure was great in the bathroom. The staff was nice enough to hold our bags after check out so we could explore the city the following day. Wish we could have enjoyed the gorgeous property a bit more!
Everything was so compact and easily accessible. Especially with our room near to the swimming pool and car park. Nice short stay
Great view
Beautiful and comfortable room, great view! Nice breakfast. Very cool hike outside the hotel
Very good choice
New,clean hotel.Spacious rooms,Very nice pool, amazing breakfast.Located 15 minutes from city center of Jerusalem by car.Free parking. If you use public transport to go to the old city, it will last about 45 minutes. The behaviour of staff at the reception needs improvement.Except a young lady who was very helpful.
A little bit far from the city center. It is needed to take a taxi
The friendliness of the hotel staff could’ve been better...Make sure your not over charged for anything.
המלון נקי ומסודר . היה נעים בחדר . הפינוי של החדר היה מוקדם מידי 13:00 היום שבת . הייתי מעדיף לפנות את החדר ב16:00
A bit to far from old city
The front desk staff was helpful. We had a bad experience with room service. A bit too far from the old city. Would not stay again.
בית מלון נחמד, מעט מרוחק מהמרכז (15 דק' נסיעה ברכב) ארוחת בוקר סבירה, סכ"ה נוח
Great place for family or couples. Clean and well maintained and friendly staff. Very good Buffetat breakfast time. Enjoyed the place thoroughly. Bruce, the manager was a wonderful guy. Will definitely go here again.
Comfortable hotel in quiet suburb
Comfy beds and the biggest & best breakfast buffet we have ever seen. We did not try the spa (which looked nice) nor the pool since that was closed in the winter. The only minus to our stay was that the door is not well insulated so you hear it quite well when somebody walks / speaks in the corridor. Fortunately this did not happen often.
Great location, safe and friendly staff. Great amenities available as well.
An quiet escape in the city
Beautiful, Modern, mid sized hotel in Jerusalem in quiet neighborhood .
Nice relaxing atmosphere. An extremely nice hotel for an economical price.
Almost everything was ok, except for one problem, there was a wedding in the yard of the hotel next to our room, from 18:00 until 21:00 and the noise was disturbing. I think that the hotel had to warn us before.
Great hotel
Great hotel, friendly staff, great property overall.
Really nice breakfast and excellent Staff. I tell my friends to stay here
Great service and food. Not too expensive and would recommend
Resterant too expensive
They gave far rooms to family. Some of the rooms were of lower quality. Pool water have salty test.
Excellent. We really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was great. Supper not so great
Wonderfully appointed and well managed. Grounds are immaculate. Food is good but no other choices close by. Ideal location for rental car and bus access, but nothing close outside of the hotel.
Very nice hotel
Would highly recommend Helpful staff and clean, nice pool
New hotel with lots of facilities and nice rooms. Enjoyed the stay and will come again. Seems like a new hotel. The staff at the bar still need training and to improve but otherwise a great stay.
Nice clean rooms, brilliant breakfast, very safe.
We had travelled a long ways and slept in our first morning there (comfy beds). When I inquired about the breakfast times at 10:30, the response I received was abrupt and direct that it had ended at 10:00. Lesson learned. When we went for dinner at 6:00 we were told dining was not open until 6:30, and then the maitre'd and a dining room staff member had a quick dispute and agreed we could dine at 6:00, we inquired about the price and opted to dine elsewhere anyways. Didn't seem friendly or priced well, set the tone for our choosing to seek a dinin alternative Bathroom design is a little quirky with a window treatment to provide privacy. Our window shade was soiled as I imagine most of them are as its located behind the sink. Kind of unsanitary and unappealing. Better off to have frosted glass or glass appliqués rather than fabric located behind a sink. Overall, a very nice hotel that apparently caters to a more traditional client base.
Cool place - dont hesitate!
Clean, comfy, well designed. Very nice breakfast, wonderful seimming pool , great atmoshere! Highly recommended!
Excellence hotel , great service but you really need a car as it is not central
A Superb Facility
My wife and I had planned a dream vacation, and could not have been happier. The hotel is picturesque, nestled among hillsides offering spectacular views from the balcony. The grounds are expertly designed with unusual and beautiful gardens, all well maintained by staff. The place is immaculate, as workers are constantly polishing, sweeping, and vacuuming to keep things looking good. Staff is friendly, helpful, and speak English well. Pool is gorgeous. Thank you HOTEL YEHUDA!
It was a beautiful and relaxing place to stay. The staff was very helpful and the secure parking was welcome after travelling in Jerusalem.
Short visit
We were looking for an overnight stay before heading north. The hotel crew were efficient (we needed a tub for the baby); breakfast was good, and we spent a few hours at the toddlers’ pool. Great for young families
Vacation
Nice hotel in a quiet area of Jerusalem where there are not a lot of other hotels. Room was very comfortable and the breakfast was good. Great place to stay if you are touring near Yad Vashem and the zoo.
מלון נהדר! המיקום, העיצוב, השירות, החדרים, הנוף המהמם, אפילו החניה של המלון שהייתה בשפע אין ספק שנחזור שוב
Very good hotel, quiet surroundings. Not central so better have a car to get around.
Welcoming, nice and quiet hotel
We were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is very nice, staff is friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our short stay. Great place to stay in Jerusalem if you're not looking for a place in the center of the city.
Amazing
It is a perfect hotel

Nice stay in Jerusalem!
Great facility. A little ways from the Old City, but very friendly staff. Nice accommodations with helpful, friendly staff. I really liked the breakfast. Fresh salads and Israeli cuisine. I will stay here again!
Excellent
I like it
Nice secure gated hotel with parking & breakfast
Very nice & friendly staff. The hotel & breakfast was very good. There isn’t a lot near this location, but I liked that it had secure parking that was gated & that’s why I chose it since I rented a car & parking is so difficult around Jerusalem. Overall very nice & would stay there again.
Very nice hotel in quieter part of town
I had a very pleasant stay here. Room was newly renovated, bed very comfortable, bathroom clean and spacious. The location is only 15 minutes from town center but less noisy. Beautiful views of the Judean hills. Delicious breakfast with made-to-order omelets, hot and cold buffet stations, and self-service coffee station. Staff was nice and helpful. Wifi was better than other hotels we stayed at. Parking spaces are limited but we always found an empty spot.
Charming
We engoyed the area, the garden, the landscape, the room and the breakfeast
Room
Room was so nice 5stars
Good stay at Hotel Yehuda
Good hotel. A bit too far from the centre.
Loved the view and atmosphere
Great place in quite and relaxing location , breakfast was excellent. Lovely children’s evening activity
lovely place on the outskirts of Jerusalem
Well appointed room, excellent breakfast, friendly staff and free parking.
The reservation was for 3 but the room was mostly arranged in 2 , 2 cups 2 shampoos etc., and we paid the room to triple so it's very annoying.....
Nice hotel near zoo
Overall it is a good hotel near Biblical zoo. The breakfast was excellent with many choices of local food and international staples. The staff is very attentive. Our room was kind of small but very comfortable.
Dissapointing experience
Lots of noice Bathroom leak Staff did not respond Food was ok Far from the city
Nice quite hotel away from center
Nice clean hotel with great breakfast. Little put of the way from the center.
honestly our first stay was perfect , our second not so much , they charged us for breakfast which was previously free , the receptionist was super grumpy and the room not as clean as before.
Love this hotel
Lovely modern hotel with a nice swimming pool. Not by the city center so you need a car
Just breakfast was only so so, rest was perfect...
Great Ameneties!
Stayed here for our wedding night, and my then fiancé also stayed the night before. The hotel is lovely and has great amenities (pool and breakfast). Parking is a little annoying, since some of it is located further away. The hotel itself is also quite a hike from city center, which we didn't mind since we were looking for a relaxing atmosphere. We really enjoyed our stay!
Peaceful and green, quiet corner of Jerusalem
It was real tidy and well maintained in beautiful and peaceful corner of Jerusalem. Somehow remote and whoever relies on public transportation may feel isolated, but that provides a real peaceful quite, green area. The food was reach, as in every Israeli hotel, but not very tasty.
A sound choice in Jerusalem
Overall a great stay in this hotel. Great location, easy to reach by car (no difficulties in finding a parking spot, by the way), a very comfortable bed in a great, quite room. Highly recommended!
Nice hotel
Hotel has very nice and clean facilities. The location is on the outskirts of town so it's good for those with a car, doing day trips or part of a tour. Not ideal for people who want to spend lots of time walking around jerusalem from their hotel. Great value for the money though - nice, clean, nice pool, nice terraces. You won't get these facilities for the price in the middle of town.
Too far from the center
This is not the hotel to stay if you are coming to Jerusalem to visit the historic places and the old city. I was given a room very close to the highway and it was very very noisy all night. The hotel staff can be asked to smile to the customers more often..
Service with a scowl..
What a strange place the Hotel Yehuda is.during our stay it was full of people attending a Bible conference yet was not offering any room service meals, beer, milk or bread in the restaurants du to the fact they were 'koshering for Passover'. So religion plays a big role here. The hotel is also guarded by Colditz style gating and sullen guards. Our poor 18 year old daughter was so disappointed that the pool (which was the reason we booked Yehuda) was closed even though the temperature was 27 degrees C. She also had to suffer disapproving looks from the staff and guests when she came down the to breakfast in shorts and an off the shoulder t shirt. On the whole the staff were sullen and unhelpful, and although the pictures showed charming garden terraces with bars, none of them were open. A strange and very corporate mood engulfed the whole place. Weird...
Great place in all aspects Beautiful room Great food (we ate breakfast) Beautiful location Great staff
Nice Hotel - Friendly Staff
The hotel was very nice. The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. Room service and breakfast were good. The internet service was not so good - for me it was pretty much unusable. Television channels were OK - although I had poor volume (almost no volume) on a few channels. Overall, the hotel was nice and would probably be better when the season is right for the pool.
Great safe Hotel
Pleasant staff, well appointed rooms in very secure hotel . Only downside is no nearby restraunts. It's either the hotel or a cab . They did fix us a great box "breakfast-lunch " for an all day tour without charge & were very helpful with any request. Quiet & private-I highly recommend.
Highly recommended. Great staff, clean room. Conveniently located.
3 Night Stay Feb 2017
Everything good except the Location, Staff very good, Breakfast is Kosher so no Bacon otherwise good, Bruce the Guest Manager was fantastic. Tip rent a car if staying here much easier than a 45 minute bus ride to the old city or a $25 Cab Ride
Great place to stay
Everything about hotel yehuda was awesome. My stay in Jerusalem was great thanks to this hotel. When I return to jerusalem from the u.s I will stay at hotel yehuda again for sure.
Great location, ease access.
Ahmed the receptionist deserve a lot of credit for making things happened.
10
Staying at the hotel was above all my expectations. The rate i gave Hotel Yehuda improves what i felt about al the parameters. If i woud have to rate it from 1 to 10 i woud give 10.
Great hotel and spa
A good place to relax away from the center of town.
Best value in Jerusalem!
Nice! Very clean! Friendly! Renovated rooms in a beautiful style, very rich Israelie breakfast, great location, highly recommended.
Amazing hotel, wonderful staff, best deal in town!
Very clean hotel, all rooms have been remodeled, excellent breakfast, you can't find any better deal in Jerusalem.
Top rated hotel!
We enjoyed our stay so much that we rebooked when we came back from sightseeing around Israel to Jerusalem. All around excellent!
Nice and comfortable room
Amazing hotel but wifi was spotty.
veteran couples vacation
Very good.
Epic Customer Service
Epic customer service host and management staff.
Arrived late at night - pleasant reception. Room perfect for our needs.
Modern room and great pool. Breakfast was great too
Nice hotel. Strange location
It was great.I enjoyed my stay. I do not want to add more to my review
Modern and comfortable but don't count on food.
Modern and comfortable but don't count on the restaurant. Terrible food service.
Great modern hotel with great facilities. Breakfast needs to be improved. Mosquitos in our room.
very nice hotel but.. a/c did not work - no sleep
Hotel location is pretty secluded from all Jerusalem attractions besides Zoo which is great for family's. Hotel building looks a bit like a new university or a nice government building, but inside is very nice, modern and stylish design. Room is gorgeous, bathrooms as well. only problem was the A/C it only lowered from 25 celsius to 23 during the entire night! i could not sleep, it wasn't hot, but was not comfortable, outside air was actually slightly lower!! i called maintenance at 1 a.m. they obviously did not understand anything, gave me a speech that the thermostat might have been installed wrong, which was nonsense. I do wonder if this is the case in all rooms or just mine, any way it is not acceptable. at checkout i complained to front desk who was completely unaware of the incident, and apologized Insincerely. Other then that, breakfast is huge, lots of choices! i did not enjoy, but it might have been my food choices. Service from some staff was great, others was lifeless, as if the i doing you a favor. I admit it might be the middle eastern mentality which some see as Authentic similar to Greek and Italian Service standards. Pool was closed at 7 p.m which i noticed is common in Israel hotels, shame it did not open later for evening family fun in mid Israeli summer.
Noisy room, limited parking.
The room faces a 4-lane main boulevard and trafic noise is heard day and night. Windows are not sound proof. There is limited hitel parking and I had to park outside the guarded hitel compound.
