Room was beautiful, but the tub drain was broken. Still a great stay.

Good staycation place

I had an excellent staycation at Hotel X. The staff were great, the food was wonderful and i slept like a baby in the very comfortable bed.

Room was very clean and spacious. The view of the CN tower and the lake was awesome. The bed however was too hard for me and the pillows (lovely down filled) were too flat. All in all a great one night stay.

Great hotel just outside of downtown. Not really walkable. But quick taxi or uber to anywhere you want to go. Great value and service. Beautiful rooms.

Some of the customer service reps weren't very friendly and wanted to upcharge me for bringing my daughter along. Thankfully upon check-in the attendant waived the fee. Overall it was a nice hotel, but I am not sure if it's worth the price you pay.

This is a wonderful hotels we stayed five nights across three rooms and the hotel and staff are exceptional. Helpful, attentive and professional. We loved it and will be back. Also food and views at Roses and Valerie were phenomenal…

The hotel room was very clean, and the beds were so comfortable! The only thing we wish was that there was a fan in the washroom - or if there was, we couldn’t find it. The staff were super kind as well. The hotel was about a 10 minute drive from all the bars we wanted to go to.

I had a great stay celebrating my birthday with hotel x , staff were very accommodating from bel men to front desk and when I entered my room they had a little birthday treat for me.I really did enjoy my stay with the comfortable bed and beautiful room would recommend it when celebrating or just for a night out

This is a beautiful property and the rooms are large. The bars and restaurants on site are fantastic as well.

Truly worth it, great hotel which makes you feel seen and appreciated. Easy parking, they also have a free shuttle to drive you within a certain section of the city - very practical for families. Super clean and gorgeous overall. Worth the splurge.

This hotel blew my expectations!! I was traveling to see a concert by myself and was very nervous about staying. They made me feel so safe and comfortable, the staff was polite and happy to help!! The room was so clean and comfortable it made my getting ready for the concert much more enjoyable

Very quiet and luxurious. Everyone treated us well. Nice view of the lake!

I did not like the idea of not having access to other floors but your own was inconvenient if others booked separate rooms. You had to use the stairwell. No parking included with room rental.

Weekend in Toronto for Eras Tour!

We had an amazing stay at Hotel X Toronto this past weekend. We were in town for the Eras Tour and it was our first time in Toronto. The staff from the front desk, to the valet, to the bellman and wait staff in the restaurant Roses were all outstanding. Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating! The hotel was playing Taylor Swift all weekend, we were welcomed to our room with cake and friendship bracelets, and they offered shuttles to and from the train station for easy access to the venue. Location and rooms were spectacular.

Hotel was very nice but the staff made our stay memorable.

Hotel X was fantastic! It was nice to be in a beautiful hotel with amazing views while taking in the sites of Toronto. The staff was A+.

Great place to stay! Quick 30 min walk from Roger’s Centre and have a lot of amenities to make your stay more comfortable and convenient.

Staff went above and beyond to make our stay great!

We got a 1 bedroom suite for 2 adults and 2 kids. The kids slept in the pull-out couch. It was so spacious. Much better than I expected. There was also a separate half bath. The views of the city were great. Parking was easy. Room service was great. Would stay here again!

My husband and I booked our stay for the evening of the last Taylor Swift concert. The investment was high to book but the hotel was worth it! They went the extra mile to make our stay memorable with welcome friendship bracelets and made everything so convenient and easy. From valet, to the concierge bringing our bags to the room, welcome snacks and a beautiful room/view. If you’re planning a stay here you won’t be disappointed with the service!

Comfort turned into a room

Very comfortable hotel with fantastic amenities. Far from the bustle of the city, but impressive views of the airport and downtown Toronto.

The property itself was beautiful. My room was amazing and clean and super modern. All of the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. They were super helpful. This was definitely one of the best days I’ve ever had as it felt super luxurious and comfortable. We were there for the Taylor Swift concert and the way they added some personalized touches and even gave out friendship bracelets to each room was phenomenal. We were also celebrating a birthday so they decorated the room and gave us a little bit of desserts too, which was super fun and all three of us enjoyed our stay there. We would definitely recommend this property to everybody!!! Thank you so much for an amazing stay we will definitely come back here.

The best hotel I have ever stayed in. Period! I felt personally taken care of and the staff was so kind. Dinner at Valerie was spectacular and our waitress Lauren was knowledgeable, kind and attentive. Hospitality at its finnest!

Hotel X is definitely a TEN. From the time you reach the hotel, you are greeted by such wonderful personnel who assist you with your luggage to your room after check-in. The front desk staff is so wonderful in assisting you with your check-in as well the staff provides you with information about the hotel amenities. The Hotel staff is so accommodating and friendly. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where there’s an afternoon room check staff who stops by your room to check to see if you may need anything. The househt

This is a fantastic, clean hotel with a ton of amenities, but the staff makes this place a 10/10. They answer the phone quickly when you call, they upgraded our room, they have great porters, valet and doorman. Room service is quick. Concierge set up the movie theater for us one of the nights (no charge). We will be back!

This was a great stay for our family. We were in for a few days for the Taylor Swift concert and found it was conveniently located to the transit system and within walking distance to the roger's center.

Great service by Nadia at front desk. LOVED the cake pops for Taylor Swift and bracelets! SPA was WOW!! go early. you get to sit, though view was meh. service was WOW. didn't like: TOO strong cleaning smell that greeted me each time we entered. gym: no water cups/bottles provided, bring your own water bottle or use sad small cones.

Beautiful property, so sad we didn't have time to take advantage of all the amenities (spa, pool, fitness level). Did check out both restaurants which were lovely, and the rooms were so comfortable. The staff was amazing and very helpful. I would visit again!

Stayed for one night for the Taylor Swift concert. Room was very nice and clean. Hotel even left us friendship bracelets in the room which was a lovely gesture. Views were beautiful would love to stay here again in the future.

Hotel X went above and beyond for our stay for the Taylor Swift concert! The entire staff from beginning to end was very kind and helpful. They brought my kids slippers and robes to the room (without being asked) to make my girls feel VIP. When we arrived at the room there were friendship bracelets and cake pops waiting. They really did a great job of thinking of the little things. Thanks for making our trip so memorable.

This hotel is excellent! It’s clean, modern, it has fantastic food options, the beds are comfortable, it’s convenient to get to off the highway!

Wonderful property. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Inaccurate signage in hotel, which caused confusion. Door had missing screw and plate snagged my sweater. Housekeeping didn’t replace used amenities. Bar was dirty.

Great hotel and experience overall would stay again

Not a fan of overwhelming cleaning smell as you enter. No bell staff which is OK. Front desk was great (Nadia remembered my name after check in when I came back 2 days later for something else). Spa was high attention (go early and plan on staying after) and great service by Jennifer RMT (strong deep tissue, discussed/treated my areas of concern). Loved the free Taylor Swift bracelets and cake on the 1st night and some small chocolates. View of the city and fall foliage was nice. Only negative is the location is at least 20 minute walk from anything. Which is OK, "exercise against my will."

Perfect hotel!!

Currently staying here for the night following The Eras Tour. Staff was excellent about early check-in. The room was Gorgeous with an incredible view overlooking the CN Tower. Staff brought us some bracelets and treats pre show to send us off in Style. Never in our Wildest Dreams did we think a hotel stay could be so amazing!

Unforgettable Stay

Our overnight stay was amazing. The staff are beyond friendly and helpful. The hotel smells so good. They have their own aroma therapy sent and the second you walk into the hotel you smell it. it’s impeccably clean. The food at the Rose restaurant was delicious. I will 100% book a stay at this hotel when I come back to Canada. I cannot recommend it enough. Definitely book your stay here!!

Absolutely beautiful

I stayed at Hotel X for three nights. My experience was mostly positive. The bathroom toiletries (L’Occitane) were a treat! The beds were comfortable, and the bathtub was one you can actually lean back in. It was perfect. We also enjoyed thebreathtaking lake view. Room service was excellent; the food arrived hot and delicious. While the room had a coffee maker, the on-site Starbucks was perfect for me (I’m a Frappuccino a day kind of girl). Starbucks is part of the hotel, but you do have to exit the building and take a short walk to reach it. The staff at Hotel X was fantastic. Check-in was bumpy due to an issue with Expedia but this was quickly resolved. Donovan, a friendly bartender at Roses, provided wonderful service. Our housekeeper was also exceptional; her attention to detail and warm demeanor went beyond expectations. I wish I had gotten her name to thank her! The parking garage was a bit confusing, as the levels were divided with separate entrances. To give you an idea, one night we thought our rental had been stolen. The elevator to the rooms and the elevator to the parking garage are also separate. No problem, just let the guests know — clear instructions or a map at check-in could be helpful. Check-out was a breeze, thanks to the tall gentleman at the front desk. He was helpful and made sure we left smiling. Overall, Hotel X provided an enjoyable stay. I look forward to visiting one of their other properties in the near future!

Tres belle hotel bien situé

This hotel is beautiful and the service is amazing. I attended two events there and they were both stunning.

We had a great stay, the hotel is easy to get to and very convenient to where we needed to go. The restaurant options were good and food was delicious. Everyone was helpful and we had no concerns, we definitely would recommend staying and can’t wait to come back.
