My family and I enjoyed the location of the property. It was only a 5 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain. There were so many restaurants and souvenir shops just outside the hotel. The staff were very accommodating and friendly! We would definitely stay again on our next trip to Rome!

Booked through Expedia. Warm welcome - staff friendly and helpful. Yes, double room was on the small side but it was ideal for us (I’m 6ft 2in). Our friends were upgraded and had a lovely, spacious triple room. Location superb - a 2 minute walk to the Trevi fountain. Many restaurants nearby - would thoroughly recommend the one next door we used 3 times. Food excellent.

Perfect location for exploring Rome's famous landmarks. Rooms are small but clean and the staff is very helpful.

Everyone was so nice and accommodating. There was someone there to take our luggage immediately. The man at the front desk was always helpful and arranged a car for us always pleasant and pleasurable.

The hotel was situated between shops and restaurants which was a few minutes walking distance to Trevi Fountain. You definitely need a taxi or car service to get you close to the hotel because it would be hard to have wheeled luggage on the cobble streets. The rooms were clean and spacious considering it is in Rome. The buffet breakfast was standard and staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend to family and friends! Gracie Mille Hotel White!

This is a great hotel in a wonderful location - 5 mins walk from Trevi fountain and 10 mins to Spanish Steps. Our room was very comfortable and was quiet, desperate being in such a bustling area. Breakfast was great and staff were able to recommend great places to eat and drink nearby

Room was very nice. Cold air conditioning, which we appreciated! The elevator was sketchy at best, but probably safe. The staff was a bit cold, even for Italians. Excellent location—extremely close to the Trevi Fountain and other walkable sites.

Room was a bit small, but clean and had AC, wifi, kettle, instant coffee, tea and mini fridge with free bottles of water. A bit noisy, but it's normal since it's in a busy area. Great service from reception and maids. Perfect location, was able to walk everywhere

Decent location. Clean. Our room was 2 levels, bathroom on the bottom floor and bed on 2nd floor with very narrow staircase that you should be sober or fully awake to navigate! I prefer my bathroom on the same level as my bed. There was just one tiny desk chair to sit on on the first floor, so no where to hang out as a couple. The gentleman at the desk was kurt & not overly eager to help… asking him a question was “annoying” him, it was felt. Otherwise we love Rome.

We had a fantastic 3-night vacation stay here. The hotel is in a great location, on a car-less side street just minutes away from the Trevi fountain and in an area with lots of great shops and restaurants. Our room was great, breakfast was very good, and the staff were super nice. Highly recommended and I will stay there again the next time I visit Rome.

Wry friendly staff

The hotel was magnificent!! It’s in a great area and the hotel amenities (spa, gym, lounge area) are more than adequate for a stay of a few days. The breakfast is great for the price (10 euro per day). I would happily stay at Hotel White again .

I recommend this hotel to everyone traveling to Rome

Hotel White location to access multiples locations was fantastic. The staff was so professional and helpful. Piero, Paolo made our stay very comfortable even before we arrive. They communicate with us constantly to make sure everything was set up for us. The hotel breakfast was the best from other locations. Definitely our next visit to Rome the Hotel White will be our staying location.

Great location! Cute rooms with lots and lots of light switches! Small elevator and direct access to the streets of Rome. A very cool area. The room was fine. The breakfast was great. Don’t forget the €15 city tax (cash) when you check out.

You couldn't ask for a better location. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful and efficient. Very good breakfast and tea and coffee available in the room. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in a convenient part of town.And as for restaurants,I've never seen so many in one street!

Room photos are deceptive as confirmed by hotel staff, what we booked and what we got are worlds apart. Rooms need refreshing. Breakfast was decent. Location is great, you can walk to main attractions and bus stops and metro are really close.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff is amazing. Petro in particular got out his way to help us, from receiving my son with a magic trick to helping us get a doctor when my son got sick. The hotel is clean and staff is helpful.

Rome break

Great location and easy access to Rome’s attractions. Breakfast was good. Room ok perhaps a bit small for an ‘Exec Room’. Bathroom door kept closed because of a hint of a ‘drain’ smell. Had to ask for some air freshener.

A good choice, but with rough edges

Ornella at reception was great, including through numerous pre-visit mails. Location was very good. Nice little gym. Massage chair was available and free to use (although I didn't, I saw some people having a great time!). On the downside, my room gave out onto an internal courtyard where people were allowed to smoke...and talk...loudly...including at 1a.m. and 6 a.m.I needed an iron and ironing board , but was told there were none. Also, the heating didn't work in my room which I reported to reception who tried to fix remotely and said if that didn't work then to tell them in the morning so the building services guy could fix it. I was staying only one night :-( I'd stay again, but check which room I was being given, that no ironing would be needed and that the heating was working (if needed)!

Nice hotel and location. The breakfast is great. The air conditioning is a large hose that goes out the window so therefore you can’t close the window. Staff was great. Very nice hotel. Will definitely stay here again.

Great service, great location. Room feels damp but clean.

This is by far my favorite hotel in Rome. I stayed here in 2018 and the experience this time was even greater. I hope when you arrive, there will be Pierro at guest service. He is beyond accommodating, very funny and I love his sense of humor. The hotel is clean. The rooms are beautiful and perfect size. The breakfast is so good that you won’t need to eat until lunch time and the area is top. Highly recommend.

I like the hotel in general spacious room friendly staff and great locationa little minor things they need to improve leakage from shower area and bathroom a little maintenance will help but i recommend it

Do not go near this hotel! Neglected room, uncomfortable, noisy, no ventilation, and when you open the window there is a pungent smell of oil from the restaurant on the street floor. Bad bathroom, except for a good location the rest is bad!

Great place to stay, 2 minutes from Trevi Fountain and a good place to start from when visiting other sites in Rome. A bit pricey but most of the rooms sleep 4 people so family friendly.

Great location with most sights only a short walk away. Also value for money. Would recommend

Great location not all rooms are the same

Over all the hotel was nice At first we got a room ON the street It was extremely noisy and too much light. We were moved to a quiet room that was great Breakfast is good Location amazing Stuff extra nice especially in the break fast area. Help in celebrating 11th birthday for my kid. She was very excited

Hotel White, a couple of tweaks and it’ll be back

We have been staying here for the past 5+ years. Love the location, but this time we did not have a very comfortable room. Noticed the internet service is very poor, had to go find better wifi at a restaurant to send business documentsemails and meetings.

Perfect staff and location.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and offered everything we needed. The breakfast was just right for the morning and the location was fantastic!!

Great Hotel

Everything was great, the location (perfect, 3 min. walk from Trevi Fontana), the breakfast, the service.

The location of this property is prime. The staff was kind & was able to honor my room according to the photo. Cheaptickets supplied the incorrect photo. If you want to stay by where all the good eats and Trevi Fountain, this is it. It’s also only 10 min walk to the Spanish Steps.

The amenities were great. Staff was a mix between friendly and not friendly, so average was just ok.

Standard rooms are a bit dated, I'd go for an executive room or suite, which looks newer. Staff is super friendly and very helpful, they were even able to get us a table on Saturday night at a popular restaurant.

This property is in a great location. The common areas are bright and clean. The staff is amazing! The breakfasts were wonderful. The only issue I had was with our room. One of the bedside tables and the light was missing from our bed...

A good location and comfortable place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel White. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, especially when one member of our group misplaced their passport. The breakfast is tasty and well presented. The hotel is located near some great restaurants, shops, and the sites of Rome. During our first night, the air conditioning was not functioning properly. The hotel did provide a fan to help circulate the air in the room. The air conditioning unit was apparently serviced the next day. Our room was a clean modern loft style “junior suite” with a very tiny shower.

The location is excellent! The room was clean, well organized, everything felt very new, it was a bit small, yet there was nothing missing. The staff was very hellful and I would definitely go back to this hotel if I'm in Rome again.

WOW this hotel is super clean and white as it's name. We loved the room and it's amenities. The hotel it's literally 3 minutes away the Fountain Trevi. There are many restaurants and shopping stores right outside the hotel. I would definitely stay again at hotel White.

Location is fine. The 'Executive Room' was not an 'Executive room'. It was so tiny that not even a chair was provided. i would advise anyone to save their money and stick to a standard room.

the room was clean and bed was comfortable. strong air condition the only thing is I chose this hotel by the picture and wanted to have a walk in shower but we received a room with a bathtub which was not very comfy for my husband. other then that all was great . nice free breakfast and you cant beet the location its perfect just minute walk from main tourist attraction definitely will be coming back in the January

The hotel is not a 4.5 stars - my friends stayed at another 4.5 stars hotel on the same street and theirs was newly renovated beautiful spaces and rooms.

This is a great hotel. Its clean and the staff are friendly and helpful but most if all the location is perfect, its less than a 3 min walk to Trevi Fountain. The waffle maker for breakfast and the mini games room went down a treat with The only downside was they have very limited channels on the tv and they dont have an iron but apart from that I have no complaints.

Room is nice but seems a little used and the drainage at the shower area is always choking. Room is not as what was shown in the website, maybe some of the rooms are already updated.

Hotel White was perfectly located. The Pietro & Paolo were wonderful along with the rest of the staff.

We still like it, but...

We stayed here in 2015 and had no issues. This visit was different. Our room was small and only had two outlets that we could find and one was in the bathroom. Bed was comfy enough but our a/c kept getting cut off so we had to check with the front desk every time we came back to the room. However, the staff was always kind to reset it and it worked....it was just a hassle. We could not get WiFi in our room so if we needed it we just had to sit in the lobby. Wasn’t a horrible experience, we were just disappointed compared to our first experience. The hotel is in a great location though!

Stylish modern hotel & good selection for breakfast. Room very nice, although mattress kept sliding on wooden base as wasn’t fixed & lack of plug sockets. A drink in the bar when we arrived at lunchtime would have been great while waiting for our room but it wasn’t open

nice hotel

The hotel is very nice, hotel room is clean and modern, breakfast food is good but could be better, location is perfect to visit all parts of Rome (the touristic area)... 2 cons for this hotel, no AC control from the room, so it was a bit of a nightmare to sleep when its too hot and when the window cannot be opened (food smell)... the other thing is that the room is not sound proof.

Nice Stay

We booked the hotel due to the offer of connecting rooms but when we arrived it was confirmed they didn’t have any connecting rooms (not available they just didn’t have any connecting rooms). The service we received soon made up for not having connecting rooms. All the staff were brilliant and the hotel is nice (the iPod players need updating in the rooms wrong connections for at least 2 years). Breakfast was good. Because you are so close to Trevi Fountain the road outside is always busy so beware of the peddlars putting bracelets in young kids then wanting money. Don’t eat at La Scuderia a couple of doors away average food small portions.

Great location!

Cant fault location, it was fab, we walked everywhere from here. Its right by the Trevi fountain. Rooms small and in need of decor. Esp bathroom. Not sure its really a four star hotel, although the wellness area is nice and a fab massage chair. Breakfast area is very small but staff are quick to reset places as vacated. Mixed bag of staff but overall helpful. You can request a professional hairdryer if need one too, nice touch.
