we stayed at the hotel until yesterday for 4 nights and enjoyed so much: the crew's behaviour and attitude, the cleaning of the room, the place itself, the comfort in room and we will come again for sure .
staff is nice and the room is neat, the room facing the street is a little noisy.
The hotel was perfect for our city break as it's very centrally located. The room was clean and housekeeping kept it in great condition throughout our stay. Reception is 24hr so we're in hand for any query, ordering taxis etc Although there isn't a restaurant on site, breakfast was available if pre arranged and there is a coffee machine with croissants available daily. Thank you we had a great stay
Very clean hotel rooms and modern inside with a comfortable lounge area and outside courtyard. The availability of tea, coffee and croissants in the morning was a pleasant unexpected addition. Excellent location with many of Rome’s tourist attractions in walking distance.
Excellent service from the hotel staff, they even offer to keep our bags for us to visit rome on our last day and not to have to carry them. Great hotel amd excellent pizzas at osteria della vite 100 m away from thr hotel
Excellent location. Property is clean, modern and quiet.
Lovely, big room in an excellent location. Free coffee and pastries in the morning were a nice touch.
We loved it here!
Small
Good location. Really small rooms and even smaller elevator. Will stay again based on location needs.
Perfect place best location, great staffs..
Excellent location in the centre of Rome. Would be better if they would offer breakfast again. Reception staff were friendly and very helpful.
attentive staff
Amazing option for your stay in Rome. The room was super comfortable and clean and there is an elevator on the property which can take you to your room so great for people with accessibility issues. I’m taller (6ft) and unfortunately we were given a room on the top floor with sloped roofs. Needless to say I cracked my dome numerous times. Aside from this, the hotel was great!!
Good hotel . Very centrally located to all main attractions
Staff were specially nice , location is excellent
Terrible experience. Pl3asw avoid this hotel by all means. Arrived aroubd midnight, with my mothet who is 80 years old, the hotel entrance has a high saircase, my mother fell and there was no one to help us. They offered room 503 which was in an attic conversion with no windos and terrible ventilation. The toilet was very dirty. I asked for another room. The receptionist said they are fully booked and could not offer another room. I asked for a refund and they refused. Descriptions is not the same. It is like a complete scam. The most aweful hotel experience for my 80 year old mother.
Excellent location and staff. Highly recommend!
Staff was friendly, free umbrellas to use while there was a plus, and the room was clean. No complaints, but the restaurants outside are only open for breakfast and lunch. Good dinner places within walking distance though.
Good location
Great property - staff, location and accommodation!
It is perfect for a family of 4. The owners of the house are kind and nice especially the grandmother super sweet . I highly recommend it very close to the airport very convenient
Like the place but didn’t provide lots of help
Location was perfect!
Perfect stay
Overall it was a very good place to stay. The only problem we had was that the lift didn’t go down to the entrance. I would only recommend this hotel to people who do not have any mobility issues as there is one floor of stairs to climb to get to the lift.
Great hotel and service from its staff. Sabrina from the front desk helped us with great service and tips!
A good stay at this hotel. Staff were excellent and helpful. Property was clean. Great location, walkable to many sites and subway. Only downside is its a little tight (notmal for Rome centre) and stairs. Staff will help but if you cant do many stairs, it will be a bit of a challenge. Otherwise good stay.
Good hotel bad service (AC didn’t work)
Very cute boutique hotel in a great area within walking distance of a lot of the monuments and fountains. Unfortunately the AC didn’t work on my kids room for the first 2 nights and it was really uncomfortable for them. Italy is too hot in the summer for them not to repair it quickly.
Needs a lot of love, especially in the bathrooms
Decent location to stay in Rome. The hotel breakfast is coffee and some pastries so do not expect the usual European breakfast here. That said, coffee, juice and cookies are available around the clock. Heavy bags carriers beware there is a set of stairs to climb to get to the front desk. Once checked in the rooms are nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
Nice boutique like hotel. Very close to Spanish Steps. Staff was courteous and hotel and rooms were very clean and comfortable.
Location!
Great location in Rome… we enjoyed our stay in the hotel and staff was very friendly. No elevator to the check in area… we had to carry our bags up to that area. There is a small elevator to the hotel floors. Shower very small, but sort of expected.
Nice relaxing family stay at Hotel Vite
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Vite in Roma. The Junior Suite was quiet, comfortable and the hotel staff professional and helpful. Nice Nespresso machine in the lobby area which I used every day. Excellent location for shopping, great restaurants, and easy walking distance to Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Popolo and Villa Borghese gardens. Short walk to Spagna metro. Taxi stand a minute away if needed. Fee-free ATM across from taxi stand. Carrefour down the block, Pharmacia across the street. Would definitely come back here next time we are in Rome.
Nice, clean, excellent bedding, excellent walkable location, dining, shopping, transportation all very close. Location is 5 star. Helpful, respectful staff. Nice spacious clean bathroom. One drawback, noise from vehicles, sanitation early in the morning. Still, recommend.
Very well located Most of the staff was friendly The room was very comfortable and clean The fridge didn't work properly Very nicely decorated Could do better at breakfast time There was some construction work outside the property
We liked the cleanliness, the location. It wasn’t very quiet
Paolo was amazing. Walkable. Clean.
Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff
Muy caro para el nivel de hotel
buenisima ubicacion
Central to everything- easy commute
Excellent hotel with friendly staff and in a great location. Only negative it's that it can get quite noisy as you are so central, but otherwise great. Would definitely stay again.
Fantastic location in Rome. Staff was very helpful. Room had extra bed which is difficult to find.
This hotel is a great find, cute modern, clean, safe, short walk to Spanish steps, Trevi, fountain, shopping, and restaurants. I loved that it was right in the middle of the city. I really enjoyed my stay!
Excellent hotel, would stay here again.
Property was fine. A little loud at night, there was bar close to the hotel. The vanity sink had no running hot water.
The overall hotel amenities are excellent; however, we had an issue with the air conditioning because it was turned off and we were unable to switch it on due to the chilly weather, but the room was excessively hot, making our sleeping night miserable.
great location, lack of maintenance
the location was great. the street crosses "via del corso". only few minutes from all the must see places in rome. near the hotel there are many resturants and bars and shopping area. the maintenance level of the rooms at the hotel was verry poor. the aircondition wasnt working, There were some unpainted spots on the wall. Staff was nice.
The staff was incredible! We had an issue with our door not securely locking. After bringing it to the staff's attention, they quickly moved us to an equivalent available room. Although I did not like have to move to a third room (the second room they moved is to was only available for 2 of our 3 night stay), I know the staff did their best to minimize our inconvenience. Please note that although the site lists laundry facilities there are none in the building, the staff will give you laundry options though.
Clean, organized and in perfect location. the staff are nice and welcoming. They would help you with anything. One of the best staff members in Italy. Although there are around 25 steps to reach the reception desk, the concierge was there and helped us carrying our luggage. So it didn’t bother us.
Great location, friendly staff and convenient
Highly recommend this hotel. Centrally located and within walking distance from all major tourist attractions. Staffs are very friendly and accommodating. Special thanks to Georgio for all the recommendations and helping book our tickets. Room is a bit small but very clean. Having a small breakfast is a plus. Location is also very close to shopping area. Will definitely look into booking at this hotel again in the future
Hotel was in a great location. Staff very helpful. Only thing I could see that needed looked at was the carpet area at the free coffee bar. Would I go back yes
To reach the front desk you need to climb long uncomfortable stairs before you reach an extra small slow elevator
Very nice property and very convenient located.
The staff was GREAT!!! Always very helpful, friendly, and made the stay wonderful. Room was spacious and both the bed and sofa were comfortable sleeping on. Wish there was more variety in the breakfast pastries from morning to morning.
Hotel Vite was in a great location - a charming neighborhood with many great cafe and dining options. And shopping- any designer or brand you could imagine is writhing a few minutes walk. Near the Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. The property itself was ok. Our room was on 5 th floor and the slanted ceiling was so low I hit my head a couple times. I would stay there again bc of location and charm, but would request a room on lower floor.
Basic European hotel - nothing fancy but clean and convenient Great location with many attractions and restaurants
Just Ok
Ok. Noisy AC unit. Bad breakfast and coffee selection. Small
The staff was extremely friendly and made it easy to set up transfers around town! They let us leave our bags in a storage unit after checkout since we didn’t have anywhere to be right away.
AVOID <-> AVOID <-> AVOID <-> - You book a room, and you get a totally different room. - The reception is totally unhelpful, the guy kept lying to convince me that this the room I booked despite showing him the confirmation and photos from Expedia. He said there are no such rooms anyway. - After complaining to Expedia, they agreed with what I said and compensated me. - The hotel messaged me the second morning to offer a change of the room. I still have the WhatsApp messages. Overall, - The hotel is not clean, they failed to do housekeeping for 2 nights out of 4 nights. - The location is very noisy and the price for value is not worth it. - My room had broken ceiling and the toilet was super gross with very bad smell.
Perfect place to stay 1 night as we had to catch a flight very early the next day. It was close to everything and super cute. We were a family of 4. A bit tight but was comfortable enough to sleep. Bathroom shower door was broken but everything else was good. Quaint and perfect location :)
Amazing stay
Hotel was really nice and clean in an excellent location. Short distance to the Spanish Steps and Via del Corso.
Very nice convenient location. No issues.
Beautiful hotel- staff was amazing and very helpful- will highly recommend
Clean staff was amazing extremely helpful and friendly excellent location most spots in rome walkable
Front door of hotel is marked, but unassuming because the hotel does NOT occupy any space on the ground level of the building. Our room was small, but just enough space for 2 adults and 2 suitcases. As others have noted, there are 15 - stairs to get from the street to the reception desk, then a small elevator to get to the higher floors. Our room was above the front door, looking over the street and we didn't have any trouble with nighttime street noise in mid June 2023. Free pastries, coffee and juice in the mornings with a sitting area near the reception desk. Air conditioning in room was sufficient, but not very cold. In order to run the air handler, remember to insert the room's key card into the slot near the thermostat, then press the power button on the thermostat itself and lower the temperature to 16C˚. When you leave the room to explore the city, take the keycard with you. This de-energizes the entire room to save energy while the room is unoccupied. When you get back to the hotel, the room will be hot, but just re-energize the thermostat and take a cool shower while the room cools down. Only one keycard is given per room, so don't think you can get away with being wasteful and leaving the air running while the room is empty. Hotel location is very close to the Spanish Steps and a slightly longer walk to Trevi Fountain. We mostly walked, so never had to deal with a car.
House staff very supportive and helpful, great recommendations, great location.
Be careful
They change my keys 3 times before they they noticed the keypad was broken. One night there was no hot water at the shower. Not friendly for heavy luggage travellers, you will have to carry your bags one floor.
Everyone was so kind and helpful. They helped me purchase tickets to the attractions! I would have missed out if it weren’t for the wonderful staff here
Amazing location Generous and kind staff of the hotel The receptionists and the hotel manager are so nice, kind and helpful. Hotel Vite was our best choice in Rome.
Front desk staff was lovely. The design, dust and bathtub cleanliness needs to be improved.
Everything was good except, our “clean” towels when we arrived had many brown stains.
Perfect location but a little noisy. Beautifully clean. Only downside was steep stairs but help available with luggage.
Perfect visit
We had an absolutely wonderful visit to Hotel Vite! Perfect location, close to the Spanish Steps, the Pantheon, and the Trevi Fountain. Walking distance to Trastevere. Service was excellent, everyone was so kind. Will stay again the next time we come to Rome.
Very nice staff!
Certainly not what we expected for $500 night. The condition of the hotel and room is just mediocre!
Perfect Rome getaway spot
The hotel is in an ideal part of Rome central to just about anything. The staff is courteous and helpful for all your travel questions. The room is simple but elegant with great water pressure. They have a coffee nook open 24/7 with croissants in the morning. Highly recommend.
Muy buen Hotel y excelente ubicación Lo recomiendo Ampliamente
Staff was very friendly and attentive to guests needs. Perfectly situated location!
Excellent location. 5-10 min walk to all major attractions. Very clean. Staff is friendly, helpful and very polite. Storage room for luggage. Nice coffee and snack. Rooms are small, but this is expected, it is in the center of Rome. Good modern bathroom, AC works. This hotel is what you need if you want to have walkable distance to almost everywhere.
Hotel is in a great location. Close walking distance to so many restaurants and sites. In a city not renowned for customer service, the staff were amazing. Incredibly friendly and so helpful. They really helped make the trip amazing!
Location is great! The elevator was broken the three days we were there, the room was very hot and we couldn’t control the temperature so that was bad. But they did bring in a fan for us so that was good.
Noisy, will not return
Noisy! So, so noisy! We booked a three night stay. We could hear EVERYTHING inside and outside of the room... constant chatting in the lounge, the front desk person coughing, buskers signing outside... everything! We asked to be moved to another room to alleviate the noise and they said only if we paid $100 euro per night additional could they accommodate the request. The hotel is central (walking distance to everywhere you want to go). The room was small but comfortable. The shower is TINY. I would not stay again.
Nice location
Nice hotel in the heart of Rome, close to most city attractions. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful, answering all our queries and providing helpful advice. Highly recommended. Lighting in the room we attend in was poor and can be improved, had to use phone light while packing up.
This space was very cozy. The only issue was the shower head (it was broken) but we only stayed 1 night and showered at our next hotel. But the smell of the room was amazing. They had these scented oils
!
Beautiful rooms with very helpful staff. The open air cafe next door is wonderful. Right in the middle of old Rome. Loved it!
I loved this hotel! It’s an excellent location just blocks from the Spanish steps and many other tourist areas. Also close to great shopping stores and restaurants. The staff are wonderful, particularly Desiree who was very helpful. I would recommend this hotel and would return again.
Not Pleasant
The air conditioning was poor, the room was hot. I asked for a fan it took them 2 days to get a fan. 3 night stay, hot for 2 days ok for one. The lighting in the bathroom was not finished, the fixture was missing with wires hanging from the wall. The room did not look as the pictures on line. My rating for the cost is a 3 out of 10.
This should only apply to the 5th floor (Where we stayed). I'm not sure if Americans put air conditioning at a higher priority but it was seriously lacking in the room we were in. Also the room itself had the ceiling slanting down which essentially makes a quarter of the room unusable. There was no shower curtain which may have been because of the way the ceiling was slanted, not a deal breaker it was just odd. The location and the staff were excellent. Walking to different locations/sights is reasonable.
AC unit in our room didn’t work and the room was a sauna
Very convenient and clean.
The location is excellent. Daily house keeping is spotless. The cafe downstairs is very convenient, just like an in-house one. The variety is also good. The only downside is the small size of the room, esp. the bathroom.
We loved the location of the hotel. Everything is walking distance! The staff is very welcoming, friendly, and helpful! It was a great experience for our first time in Rome. Would absolutely recommend it!
Great place to walk to main local attractions. Also you can find great dining options.
Clean , great location , fun decor , comfortable beds !
Great location and lovely rooms 😀 Staff were so nice and very very help full during our stay With all the changes happening on a daily basis due to the virus and cant thank them enough for there help and support . Brilliant staff 😀
Great central location! Clean, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Cute little breakfast every morning with coffee available anytime.

Old, needs maintenance, and too noisy!
The hotel is tired. I had a shower curtain where the glass door was clearly removed, probably because it was broken. The floor next to the bed as wobbly as well. Oh and it’s insanely loud! I don’t believe there’s one room in the entire hotel that you won’t require earplugs to sleep.
