Traveller.DaS Hotel ist in jeder Beziehung wunderbar Sehr gute Lage zur Stadt, an die Memel, sehr ruhig. Schöne Zimmer und Badezimmer. Grosses feines Frühstücksbuffet Auch Essen in der Lounge war sehr gut. Personal am Anfang etwas unfreundlich. Dies änderte aber, als sie uns ein bisschen näher kannten .Dieses Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Посещаем отель третий раз, потому что нравилось всё. К сожалению в этот раз, при бронировании конкретного номера, не были уведомлены о том что он уже забронирован. В полученном номере были кое-какие огрехи, в остальном всё хорошо, кроме пожелания небольшого мелкого ремонта, обновления. Кондиционер на смежной стене между двумя комнатами, но дует только в сторону одной, поэтому вторая охлаждается очень долго.

Bardzo kameralny, wspaniale położony hotel. Czystość i wyposażenie pokoi na dobrym poziomie. Jedyne uwagi można mieć do personelu (recepcja, restauracja) którzy nie zachowują wymaganych norm (uśmiech, powitanie, zapytanie o pobyt itp.)
TravellerОтель великолепный. Чисто, уютно, конфортно. Персонал вежлив, готовы помочь. Месторасположение - лучше не бывает - на берегу Немана, в парке. Есть стоянка возле входа. В пределах 10-20 мин лёгкой походкой до всех нужных мест.Ходьба через парк-лес!
