There is absolutely no laundry facilities despite this being advertised, when questioned the staff member started to check me out of the hotel

We loved that it offered breakfast every morning. That is so helpful when one is on vacation.

Small and nothing nearby

Easy check in even with my last minute booking.

Stay away from this property. It is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. We checked out within 5 minutes of checking in. The rooms were very dirty with white walls that had turned black as if many people has smoked inside. The room smelled rancid and my husband felt like he would gag. The shower had black mold all over the floor where you would stand. Terrible customer service as we tried to get a refund. Poor management and they clearly didn’t even check to see if the room was clean before assigning it to us. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Great hotel. Great location. Helpful staff. Tasty breakfast with unlimited cappuccinos :-).

Quite far from attractions no room service at night

Shuttle is not avalable as was in description hotel. It is not existed remember. Only taxi byself. Gym is not avalable to use . need to send 6 hours notice before use. but it is no people at all in the gym . We pick up hotel for using morning gym . staying 3 nights . one time my husband was able to go in gym for 30 min but it is not free you have to pay 10euro for 1 hour . Rediculous.

Pleasant stay

This hotel was good, staff were very efficient and friendly. The room was good, clean and comfortable. I had a good stay.

This is not a good hotel. Save your money and pick a different place. The air conditioning did not work and they “attempted” to fix it and it didn’t work. They switched my room and the air conditioning didn’t work in there either. Also, or it’s mentions there is free airport transportation and that is definitely not the case. I was charged 70 euro each way. Pick a different place.

Nice Hotel in a Lovely Location

Very helpful and friendly staff. Hotel is clean and comfortable in a nice, quiet location outside of Rome city. Very happy with my stay.

free parking, free shuttle bus except Mondays. -buses are messy in Rome, so hard to get around since the hotel is far. Nothing around the hotel.

Breakfast was excellent. There was no airport shuttle as indicated on Travelocity/Expedia, but I blame Expedia/Travelocity, not the hotel.

Rooms tiny, air con non existent, gym poor quality and small

The staff was very helpful. They provided a boxed breakfast when we left early. The daily breakfast buffet was eggs, bacon, OJ, croissants, toast. The maid service cleaned the rooms nicely. However, the bathroom was not in 4 star cleanliness, but still pretty clean. The bed was two twin bed placed side by side made up as a queen size bed and comfortable. Good location north part of the city, but need public transportation or rental car to visit main tourist sites.

Quaint hotel tucked in a residential locality

I stayed at the Hotel Villa Maria Regina for two nights. It was a good experience staying there. The staff were extremely helpful to guests, and made their best to make guests comfortable. On my way back to the airport, they offered a car at a rate lower than that of cabs in Rome.

The kept it clean and it was very quiet at night. I got good night sleep there.

Staff was amazing dinner was not available during my stay

Reached some 15 mins back and it was late night. Did not have a full glimpse of the place yet. Will communicate more later, so as not to be unfair with any party.

Nice hotel. good value for money

Stayed one night for business. Friendly staff. good in house restaurant for dinner. good breakfast. the hotel is not in walking distance to anything. must have a car or taxi (20EUR to the central rail station). the hotel lobby and room were clean but felt old. could use a more modern touch. all in all, good value for money

I personally didn't care too much for the bedroom, no pictures or decor on the white walls. The view from the bedroom wasn't pleasing either.

The staff at this property is wonderful. They were courteous and helpful. I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was always very clean, and the food at this hotel is amazing. They truly take care of you here.

vaue for money

Located in the nice and quiet area, surrounded by embassies. It was perfect for me, as my main purpose of the trip was discovering local life and do a lot of walking. Breakfast is superb.

Middle of nowhere

This hotel is very far from city centre. About a 25-30 minute drive, you are literally in the middle of nowhere. The morning staff was very helpful however the night staff were not as friendly or polite at all. Cleanliness: very poor. The place definitely has bed bugs. I had to spend my four nights sleeping on top of a towel.

LOCATION was more than 30mins out from city area. Only way out by public transport is bus, which isn’t ideal cause the bus service timing is not reliable in Rome.

Excellent and most welcoming staff !

Dear traveler, Excellent and most welcoming staff members, both at the reception and at the breakfast table. Quiet and prestigious environment with a lot of embassies around, which are well observed by local police and security forces. Trees around the hotel provide additional rest and recuperation. The large and secured parking place is very convenient. Best hotel in Rome for this price. I hope to be back soon. I recommended this hotel to a colleague and his family already. Thank You!

A great hotel in a lovely area of Rome!

I was very pleased as I was working at a school, which is around 30 metres away from the Maria Regina hotel, on same side of the road! Check in was painless and took only 2 minutes and then I was handed my card. I had NO kettle / coffee / tea making facilities in my room and so I asked the guy behind the desk for a the usual kettle and teabags, etc. He joked 'We're in Italy, my friend...' BUT later, when I returned there was a knock on my door and awaiter brought a kettle, 4 cups and lots of teabags. RESULT!! The kettle, I think was brand new, so I think somebody might have gone shopping for me??!! So I'll definitely stay here again. Local area was great too - not so long a walk to Ponte Milvio - lots pf bars and pizza places, etc, etc. I'll be returning and I'll stay in this hotel again!

Superb Stay

My stay at the hotel was wonderful my room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. This is a very cute hotel, their restaurant also make delicious meals

Decent prices but remote and poor wifi....

I stayed in a room one up from the smallest, in the older wing. It was small and not comfortable if you are working while staying there. Desk was small with no room for a chair. Wifi was poor, slow, and often down. I had some peers staying and they had great rooms (suites) in the new wing that sounded very nice. Restaurant was OK. Note, ~2 miles to get to nearest restaurant if you don't eat at the hotel. Very residential area so not good for walking around to shop or see anything but not a bad cab ride to get to many sites. Just assume you need transportation to see the best of Rome, but it was quiet and green neighborhood. Comfortable bed

Disappointed Stay

On first appearance the hotel looks great but there are many issues. Although the beds were comfortable the room walls were paper thin and you could hear conversation or TVs in the adjoining rooms, even from rooms above. There were no additional facilities at the hotel except breakfast and compared to other local hotels this was poor at best. It appeared that the process was to use everything in left in the larder before ordering new.....for example at the the start of our stay there was fruit available. For the last few days only prunes were available. Additionally, there was no other food service available after breakfast meaning that you needed to find lunch or diner in the not-so-local town. The location of the hotel although seemingly ideal was very isolated and required taxi or bus to travel anywhere. Although outside the control of the hotel the 911 bus never ran to time table and sometimes 2 busses arrived together. Overall we was disappointed with our stay.

The bedroom was very tired

This hotel I no where near any shops or restaurants and I would say the hotel is mainly for businesses trips or a quick stop over. Would no recommend for a holiday trip. Not much facilities and cost around 20-25 euros to get into Rome centre each way. We moved hotels as it was cheaper to pay for another hotel than the taxis every day

No 24 hours room service as advertised.

The hotel is good in all areas. The rooms have everything that you need, though aren't that big so not too much space to move around in. Good breakfast offering, though they could do more with their bar and expand their range a bit. It is is a quiet area, though can't comment on public transport and accessibility. Very helpful staff and a pleasant experience all round.

Northern Rome Comfort

This was a great spot to get work done as well as enjoy and explore the surrounding area. It is also very easy to get into the city center via bus if you are comfortable with public transportation. The rooms were comfortable, the staff was incredibly helpful, the breakfast was the same everyday, but still tasty, with lots to choose from. The only negative thing to say is the internet connection was not very fast, good enough to browse and get most work done, but WebEx and Skype were unreliable, but since this was also a partial vacation that was okay b/c while not working we explored the surrounding area.

I was there a very brief time. The hotel is fine for a place to sleep on a business trip. There isn't much to see or do nearby, but the room was clean and the staff was very polite.

Couldn't stay there

Is like a hospital. It was under renovation or it looked like is not suposed to be open. I couldn't stay there because it fels is abandoned. Doesn't worth any money at all.

So so hotel

We had a comfortable stay, the hotel was too far from the city centre and you needed to get 2 buses around 1 and 1/2 hours travelling to get there so I suggest you only stay here with a car if wanting to go I to the centre. It did say online there was a shuttle to the centre provided by the hotel however this was not the case. Breakfast was ok and the room was worth the money however the walls were pretty thin and the hotel do allow dogs so be aware you may be woken up by barking all in all it was an ok hotel

Business trip to Rome

Very good hotel situated in the North of the city. Great service, good food. The area was not very busy and there are convience stores located close by. I would highly recommend it for a short visit. Not the place for site seeing though.

good location but not sufficient insonoriziation

in complex it was acceptable but the sound insulation between rooms was very bad. The staff was kind and the location good.

Nice hotel but out of the way

The room was clean and functional, decent size by Rome standards, the location was safe and nice (surrounded by embassies and up-scale residences), but out of the way of the sight-seeing sites. There are no restaurants nearby so you need to dine at the hotel restaurant (limited selection) or call a cab. The hotel is a good choice if you want this particular location, otherwise I'd look for a more centrally located one.

Great for a business stopover.

Despite me booking the wrong date, the hotel manager was very friendly and accommodating. Fantastic price for a business stop over. The only thing missing was an English tv channel.

Hotel Villa Maria Regina

The hotel was convenient to our family currently living in Rome. The accomodations were adequate, but seemed more geared for tour groups. We didn't bother with the breakfast & that was not a priority when we made our reservations. The room itself was rank with cigarrette smoke & my 8 euro Febreeze & 10 euro Oust finally cut the odor. I don't think the smoke stench bothers the typical European traveler, but it definitely bothered my asthma. Wall insulation VERY thin - lots of noise, balcony too accessible to keep the door open even though it would have help with the odor problem, climate control only worked to heat the room - difficult to sleep after being outside & hot all day & unable to keep the door open to allow fresh Spring air in, the urine odor around the toilet finally cleaned up after 6 days of mopping the floor after each shower due to leaking. Would I stay there again, probably for the convenience for my family.

Location is why I chose.Watchout for Loud Groups

I chose it for location only. It met my needs that way. But the guest roonm walls are paperthin Two nights in a row I was kept awake by The groups this hotel welcomes (frequently I'm told). Loud Men both nights who obviously had a bit too much to drink and talked until the wee hours of the morning. I would not recommend this hotel for families at all. Breakfast was Ok at best and dinner very limited. Front desk staff was ok...but did nothing to go out of their way to be helpful.

Nice location, nice hotel and price

It is located in a very safe community surrounded by Embassies. The hotel is clean and the staff are very nice. The bathroom, in the middle of the night, has a huge sewage small, but that is the only bad thing about this hotel that also offers a free very nice breakfast.

100 Euros Penalty: Be aware of the information provided by the Hotel

The Hotel is located far away from the main attractions. We asked the staf at the lobby and they advise us to take the bus in front of the hotel. They said they did not have tickets at that moment but they told us we can take the bus and then buy a ticket at the final station. We proceed accordingly and at the station, 3 Police men got into the bus checking for tickets and we explain what the Hotel staff at the main desk told us. But they charged us with 50 Euros per person as a penalty. Luckly children dont pay, so total of 100 Euros we paid. Be carefull and avoid embarassing situations.

ローマの中心からは離れています。 駐車場が有るのでこのホテルを選びました。 自動車で10分も走れば食事のできる場所には行けます。 街の中心から離れているので自動車があった方が好いでしょう。 値段はお手頃だと思います。

Struttura molto comoda con parcheggio privato, personale gentile e disponibile, soprattutto la ragazza che ci ha permesso di cambiarci in una camera d’appoggio anche dopo aver effettuato il check-out. Super consigliata!

Decent, but definitely not a 4 star hotel

Perhaps good for those who travel by car and need an easy way to park (free parking). Equally good for big groups. My room had no coat hanger and not even a chair; just a little stool. My legs couldn't fit under the micro desk. Bed of poor quality, more in line with what you'd expect from a 2 star hotel than a 4 star. Some communal areas at the higher floors (long corridors) are kept without heating, maybe an environmental measure? Overall the experience was ok.

L'hotel è in una posizione defilata rispetto al centro, all'interno di un parco molto tranquillo e silenzioso. Affianco ad un convento di suore. La distanza dal centro si può risolvere con i mezzi (la fermata autobus è di fronte) o con taxy o Uber. L'hotel avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata, pulire e ridipingere i muri, togliere un pò di muffa dalla doccia. Nel frigobar solo due bottigliette d'acqua, un pò pochino considerando le temperature roventi di questi giorni. Colazione discreta (solo macchinette per caffè o cappuccino)

Ho pernottato per una notte. Tutta la struttura si presenta in ottime condizioni di pulizia. Parcheggio gratuito all'aperto. Buono anche il ristorante. Ottima la varietà e abbondanza della colazione.

Notte insonne parete piena di polvere ed essendo un soggetto allergico ho pagato un Superior ma forse il tugurio è più pulito . Ho immagini fotografiche dello stato di pulizia

Très bien en général. Les installations de douche sont vieilles elles auraient besoins d'être remplacés. Le déjeuner était de qualité supérieure. Il y avait une odeur désagréable dans les corridor et a coté de l'espace déjeuner. Le personnel a l'accueil nous a donné pleins de trucs pour notre voyage. Merci a Luca.

Struttura molto grande e tranquilla. La camera era molto bella, pulita e abbastanza spaziosa. Personale gentilissimo. La colazione la mattina era molto abbondante e con varietà di cibi che spaziavano da dolce a salato. Hotel consigliatissimo.

Mi dispiace, ma 4 stelle questo Hotel li ha viste passare di soppiatto! Termosifoni in bagno non funzionanti (a richiesta c'hanno risposto che normalmente non funzionano); aspiratori in bagno (senza finestra) non funzionanti, quindi vapore dopo ogni doccia insopportabile! Doccia stessa che bagnava dappertutto (a richiesta, per fortuna, c'hanno concesso un'altra camera, ma con le stesse problematiche del termosifone e degli aspiratori).

La struttura molto bella ampio pargheggi, la camera pulita ma senza riscaldamento... Dormito male

Die Zimmer Ausstattung war alt aber sauber. Für Italienische Verhältnisse gutes Frühstück. Preise sind in Ordnung wenn man nicht kurzfristig bei Hotels.com nach schaut. Sonnst kommt ein unverschämter Aufschlag wofür das Hotel nichts kann.

Esperienza positiva.

Esperienza tutto sommato positiva. Prenotazione last minute, ottimo prezzo per essere a Roma città, e camera comoda in condizioni molto buone. Unico neo negativo l'aria condizionata che funzionava ma non bene (ho dovuto aprire la finestra durante la notte). tutto sommato comunque raccomandato, servizio molto cortese.

Check in war sehr gut konnten viel früher ins Zimmer. Sauber schönes Zimmer. Auf der ebookers seite angegebenen extras nichts vorhanden. Keine Bar. Kein Restaurant kein Roomservice. Sehr entäuschend das Restaurant war nur für Frühstück geöffnet, und dieses lies zu wünschen übrig.

Tolle Unterkunft mit einem sehr guten und reichhaltigem Frühstück. Auch die Zimmer sind bis auf die Warm/Kalt-Einstellung der Dusche in einem tollen Zustand. Nur zu empfehlen. Auch die Lage ist angenehm.
