Great place for short stay. Super friendly staff! Francesco was really nice and helpful.
Don't trust photos, Avoid staying here!
Terrible hotel! The toilet and shower didn't work, and there was no AC in the room. It was extremely dirty, and there was no room service. This was by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, and it really ruined our trip to Rome.
The only complaint would be that the air conditioning did not cool the room adequately at night. Otherwise we had an excellent stay at Hotel Grazioli and would recommend highly.
A good hotel to stay at, and a welcomed alternative to the sky high prices most hotels in Rome charge. The room was basic, as was breakfast. The nearest Metro station is a good 20 minute walk so not the best for transport connections. Overall it’s a good hotel though, and the team were more than willing to help. The outside bar and terrace are great.
Ricardo was amazing
Very friendly staff. Always helpful especially Riccarddo the manager and his team. Will highly recommend. Rooms however needs a bit of an upgrade. The AC was non functional- it didn’t matter to us as the weather was pleasant during our stay - but should be looked into.
I would not say that it is a 4 start hotel compared to international standards , especially the rooms ( more like three stars because of it being old , the shower pressure low , no tea/ coffe in the room etc ), but the staff was very friendly and helpful, and it has a good location. They could improve breakfast , which mosty consisted of cakes , the Swedish table consisted only of ham , cheese , scrambled egg and sausage, a little tasteless .
staff was extremely helpful
Around the corner from family so was a great location. Felt very safe in this area.
When in Villa Grazioli is like you are at home: a charming property, a great location and a beautiful staff led by Riccardo let you literaly feel the hotel your home away from home.
Pleasant stay in Villa Grazioli
Nice hotel, friendly staff (greetings to Ricardo), the air-condition really works (there is hot in Rome in July). Breakfasts can be served to a nice tiny terrace.
The staff was wonderful. Unfortunately the property was loud. Additionally the shower head in the bathroom was less than ideal. Additionally, there were ants in the room.
We had a very pleasant stay of one night before our cruise. Very lovely boutique hotel.
The rooms are very small. Water leak below the bathtub. The pictures is deceiving. Should be rated as 2 star. Air condition out of order for 2 days. Room located toward the street, very loud in the morning and late at night. The room need was not as clean. Only served breakfast. Not close to any restaurants. The concierge was very nice and helpful for directions.
Great and nice area next to the Canada Embassy. Great Staff . The parking is limited to a few cars only but if you coming late you can find an easy spot in the street. Quiet neighbohood and a beautiful residential area Love this hotel
Super great location, cute boutique hotel!
Fast check in, very friendly efficient front desk staff, took care of all of f my needs from directions to local sights, to airport transfers etc! Will definitely stay again and recommend!
We loved it here. There is a busy road directly outside, which can be nois, but that was its only downside. The staff are very friendly and super helpful. Theres a lovely patio area outside where we sat for drinks in the evenings. The breakfast was plentiful. Definitely worth another stay.
Great staff but hotel needs a little updating
The staff were fantastic and were very helpful. Were we put in a small room at the front of the hotel which needed work in the bathroom ( a ceiling tile crumbling and fixtures not fitted to the wall properly) and it was really small. The second day were were put in another room which was much better as it was bigger in both the sleeping area and the bathroom. The hotel is very nice in the main public areas but is an old fasioned villa and if you want a reasonable priced stay and dont spend alot of time in your hotel room it is fine. Around €10 euros in a taxi to the Termini or a 35 minute walk as its not on the metro line.
Nice hotel, but probably not four stars
The hotel facilities were overall good and the staff was helpful. Conversely, I was unimpressed with the size and look of the rooms. They looked quite dated and size was not generous either.
Great place outside the city
After the pushing and shoving of Rome's city centre and tourist attractions it was a nice relief to return to a hotel that was a little removed from this. A ten minute walk and ten minute underground ride from the centre made this hotel the perfect location, in my opinion. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was adequate. I did struggle with the heat of the room. I spoke to the front desk manager who explained that it isn't turned on until May/June time as most of the guests still want the heating on. They offered to switch our room to one that didn't face the sunrise. Breakfast is not included and charged at €10 per person. However you can get a free coffee and croissant in the morning which was a lovely geasture.
Loved the Hotel Villa Grazioli
The hotel location, comfort, staff courtesy, and staff efficiency were wonderful. I have stayed in hotels on 5 continents and would rate the Hotel Villa Grazioli in terms of a comfortable, enjoyable visit among the top 1%. I highly recommend this hotel.
a 4 stars hotel with a very bad breakfast
breakfast has been very bad, like a 2 stars hotel.
Not a great experience
I have booked 3 rooms in this hotel long in advance. It was my birthday on the 19th of March so I took my friends for a special city break. I did send a message to the hotel asking for a room with a bath explaining the situation and how important this holiday was for me. I had no reply. When we checked in I was given a room on a second floor with a shower. I came down and asked if I could have another room. Receptionist said they were fully booked for that night and asked me to come back the following morning. In the morning we were given another room. I asked the receptionist if it had a bath. He said yes. However room appeared to be exactly the same but on a first floor. I asked if it's possible to get a room on a third floor as I saw they had done some refurbishing on a top floor. Receptionist said they were booked. I was told they only had 2 rooms with bath tubs in the hotel. Judging by the pictures online it didn't seem that way. However, next couple checking in got a room on a third floor. The shower was awful. It would drip and then out of a sudden it will burst with a huge power. The temperature of a water would change out of a sudden. The bed was uncomfortable.Breakfast was not as it showed in the pictures online neither. There was no option to order cooked breakfast. Only boiled eggs were available. I was deeply disappointed in reception's staff ignorance to my request on my birthday.
Great hotel in a nice location. Staff really nice and helpful!
Nice Hotel, Nice Area
We had a fantastic stay, nice room, nice staff, nice but basic breakfast, but nice.
Maria's Stay in Italy
Hotel is in Great location. Subpar hotel and maid service. Yellow stained bedding. Below average breakfast. Personal rating is 2.5 star.
Hotel is ok
Nothing special. Good location hotel is old. Staff is very polite and helpful. Room are very small and dated
Nice quiet hôtel
Nice hôtel, helpful staff. 30 min walk from center. Close to 2 magnificient parks (villa borgese et villa ada
Some good, some less so.
The staff is excellent--courteous, efficient and helpful. Unfortunately, they work in an older building with faulty plumbing (the hot water went out twice during our five night stay, and the toilet tank filled up so slowly that it took approximately a half hour between flushes). The bathroom needs more towel hooks and some flat surfaces to put toiletries. On the positive side the bed was comfortable, wi-fi was good, and the place was quiet. For some reason CNN had no audio.
Convenient and friendly hotel
We had a great time in Hotel Villa Grazioli during our stay in Rome..The staff was very friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was delicious..Would strongly recommend...
its good
Hotel and staff are great and location is ok. not much to do in the area but was a good distance to bus or tram it to down town. Only problem was Either the guests or staff at evening/night was smoking and the room was full of second hand smoke smell. This was in both rooms we stayed in. First room we changed because of a faulty safe. but we has smoke in there too. Next room was even worse. We told the night manager and just said its probably a group of people smoking outside. But throughout the night it came and went a number of times. Hotel overall was great breakfast too and location highly recommend it, it the smoke leaking into the rooms that is a problem. The head manager is aware and apologized a lot.. But my end bill didn't get any cheaper because of that.. so its an honest review!
Decent for the price.
Waitress at breakfast was rude. Other staff very pleasant. Room a little small and cramped and the bed a little hard for me. Overall nice stay though.
Great value for money
There's not much in the direct area but it's only a 15-20 min walk to sights and there are busses to catch. Great value for the price and the staff was very friendly and always helpful. With closed windows it was quite quiet as well. A nice short walk away from both the parks Villa Borghese and Villa Ada.
Old Rome Villa Near Orvieto
Nice quiet hotel, near Orvieto. Currently working on main road to hotel so need to cut through Ciconia. Hotel staff helpful, on site restaurant good but a bit mosquito-ie (restaurant outside in summer)
Near bus routes and Gelato
Nice small quiet hotel. Nice morning staff. Two blocks from most bus routes into central Rome. Large open park to the west
Great Place to Stay!
The hotel was great and in a residential area of Rome. Wonderful location to either walk or take public transportation to major land marks. The room was small but very clean, a small room is standard for Italian hotels, it had a balcony which was nice. The bathroom was roomy and the shower big enough to move around, a big plus! The hotel staff, especially Ricardo, we're great and attentive. Breakfast was very good, they even made my coffee American style. All in all, very nice stay.
Very nice hotel, kind people, good price, excellent location.
A Surprising Little Gem
We had been in Italy for almost 3 weeks when we decided to spend our last couple of nights in Rome. We were travelling with my elderly parents and on arrival at the Hotel Grazioli were given tea and coffee whilst we checked in. On seeing how much luggage we had we were given larger rooms at no extra cost and throughout our stay the staff who spoke very good English could not be more helpful, cheerful and friendly. The hotel is outside of the centre but the bus service is so close to the hotel and we used them to get around during the day, even travelling to the Vatican. Then getting a taxi back of an evening at the cost of 10/12 Euros. Admittedly this hotel is classed as a budget hotel but the service was anything but and we would definitely stay there again and recommend it too.
Personale disponibile, cortese e cordiale. Struttura ben collegata e facilmente raggiungibile.

Very nice people, always available. Last rfurbishment was 30-40 years ago ... in bad condition, but clean.
Camera minuscola
Camera singola piccolissima, quasi invivibile.
Ottimo albergo
Ottimo albergo confortevole, posizione strategica.
Rom, lidt uden for centrum.
Netter Concierge. Top Frühstücksbar in der Nähe
Very nice and clean hotel, excellent service and staff. Free Bike rental, which was perfect to discover the surroundings, not far to the city cebtrs (30 min)
Grazioso hotel
Grazioso hotel, abbastanza centrale Personale cortese. Camera tripla bella
Eccellente, vicinissimo al centro e molto accogliente. Perfetto il personale.
The wrong Villa Grazioli in Rome
How can two hotels in the same city have the almost exact same name? And as this is a common mix-up, how can the hotel you wrongly booked with not refund it when the mistake is revealed? We were going to stay at Villa Grazioli for a wedding, but when we arrived at the reception we realized that we had made a reservation for the wrong hotel - the wedding was at Park Villa Grazioli but our booking was at Villa Grazioli - a common mistake according to the staff, and an understandable one. As soon as we realized this we called the reception of Villa Grazioli but they were unwilling to refund the fee. Since the wedding was at the other Villa Grazioli, staying at the hotel we booked was not an option. Even though we contacted the hotel directly so that they could rent the room to someone else, they were unwilling to refund our payment. I travel extensively in work all over the world, and I have never come across two hotels that has the same name in the same city - hence the mistake. I have tried to contact hotel management to solve this matter, but they have not even replied back. For fellow travelers: make sure that you book the right Villa Grazioli, and if you don't - don't even bother to try to get any help from these guys.
nell'insieme siamo stati bene a Villa Grazioli.

Nice Hotel
Check in was easy and very friendly. All information needed for our stay was provided with a pleasant and knowledgeable host. Room was comfortable and clean. If I had to fault anything, it would be the one bathroom that has the shower that would wet the entire room. But we did have a second bathroom with a very nice shower. Breakfast was offered as well, a good way to begin day. Overall the hotel is a very nice choice for a Rome stay.
