I stayed here before and after the W trek. I kept my suitcase there for free. Rooms are clean with nice big beds. The staff is really friendly!

Centrally located so it is easy to get everywhere. Hotel staff super friendly.

Hotel Vendaval was great to stay at! The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The only pain points were the lack of an elevator and there was only on-street parking.

Great stay

We’d highly recommmend Hotel Vendeval. We stayed here for one night before we began the O Trek in Torres del Paine, and one night after we finished the O Trek. They had a nice breakfast starting at 6am every day (included with your stay); they held onto two small pieces of baggage that we did not need while we were on the O Trek and had those bags waiting in our room the night we got back; and all of the front desk staff were kind and eager to help. Rooms were clean, spare but comfortable, and exactly what we needed before and after our trek. The only note I would make is — we walked to the bus station from the hotel and it it slightly further from the station than some other lodging options; we’d still stay here again if we came back!

The design of the hotel is really different from anywhere else we've stayed on our Patagonia trip. The rooms were small but very comfortable and the bathroom has windows into the bedroom (up high for privacy) that make it feel roomy. There are two buildings of rooms and the main entrance in front with a nice private courtyard between them with fire pits to hang out. The breakfast buffet was a fairly standard "Chile" style hotel breakfast and the breakfast area was very comfortable. But the best part of the stay was the staff. They were all very helpful, offered great recommendations for dinner, and arranged to hold our bags for 3 days while we visited the National Park, placing them into our room so they were already there when we checked back in. I absolutely would stay here again. Just one word of caution, there are many steps in the hotel and I did not notice an elevator- so if are unable to navigate steps, double check with the hotel on that point.

Amazing place to stay

Very friendly staff! They held our luggage when we went to do the W trek, and they placed it in our room when we got back! Very awesome location - located across the street from Rental Natales where we rented hiking poles!

This is a well-located hotel in Pueto Natales. The staff was super helpful with providing restaurant recommendations and nearby hiking recommendations. It's not a fancy hotel but it makes interesting use of building materials. The rooms and bathrooms are small, but the beds are very comfortable.

Excellent central location and welcome. Arrived early and left our luggage. Room very comfortable and excellent shower. All amenities but unfortunately the breakfast didn’t meet the standards we were expecting given the rest of the hotel hence only 4 stars.

Very comfortable rooms & helpful staff. The welcome drink at the rooftop bar with amazing views is a very nice touch! Also appreciated the front desk clerk asking what time we'd be down for breakfast, which was a good spread!

Este hermoso hotel me sorprendió por su excelente ubicación y comodidad. Nos quedamos aquí en nuestro regreso de Torres del Paine y lamento no haberme alojado por más tiempo. El desayuno excelente y la habitación tiene un estilo rústico y elegante. Altamente recomendado

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. It did not feel outdated. The decoration with glass and wood gives a warm and modern feel, yet at the same time, being on a ship. Just a few tips. There is no elevator no refrigerator no means of making some tea or a coffee in the room. Our room was small. But had a beautiful view. Was very centrally located to go on tours or be picked up for tours. Less than 10 minutes from the Bus station. Getting an Uber was no trouble at all.

We were able to walk to a lot of local shops and restaurants.

Nice design with lots of light because of large windows. Cute little restaurant.

Perfect stay in the heart of town!

Wonderful experience! Had the chance to stay here twice - both pre and post my visit to the Torres Del Paine park and looked so forward to coming back to their comfortable bed after I was done with my hiking! The staff is so friendly and the location is perfect to walk everywhere in town.

Staff is amazing and rooms are super comfortable. Bed and pillows are great. Location is good as well.

Beyond Value

We loved Hotel Vendaval. The location was fantastic. The staff were very helpful. The room was cozy and comfortable and we even had a great free welcome drink (Pisco Sour of course, pictured) on the terrace at the hotel. All said, I couldn't ask for more at the price.

Everything is lovely about this place, especially the terrace bar with a free welcome drink!

Great hotel in town

Great location in the city where there are 2 restaurants next door and plenty within a 2 block radius. Rooms are basic but modernized and clean. Not a room you want to spend time in other than to wind down. Seems like lots of trekkers stay here. Nice rooftop bar with outdoor seating and view of the town

Excellent onsite restaurant highlighting the local cuisine. Great rooftop bar. Good central location, easy walking distance to shops the bus station and restaurants.

The staff was amazing and so helpful. Also very close to all amenities and the bed was so comfortable, loved this hotel!

Great value for money in Puerto Natales

The friendly staff and the comfortable bed at Vendaval was everything we were looking for after our trek at Torres del Paine National Park.

Great breakfast included, quite popular hotel with great services. Small room especially shower room, but rooftop bar, close to shore attractions.restaurant and shopping, to bus terminal about 25 minutes walk. Recommend.

Fantastic value, clean, many restaurants nearby, nice selection at breakfast. I liked this hotel better than Weskar, better value and very friendly and organized front desk, seemed like a family business.

The hotel was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The room was on the smaller side, but for one person it wasn’t an issue. The facility has some quirks, but overall it was a really good experience and I got to meet some other travelers who were there with your groups.

The place is very clean. The staff is very nice. Touristic places are within walking distance. The issue that I have with this place is that my room was on the third floor and the heater is centralized so that room felt a lot hotter than other rooms.

Very pleasant staff and nice rooms. The included breakfast is decent and there’s a cute rooftop bar with great views.

The hotel is great, but what was truly amazing was the help that Andres at the front desk gave me by making phone calls and trying to facilitate me getting my luggage which the airlines had misplaced. He also help me with WhatsApp for communicating with my family at home.

Hotel Vendaval was outstanding. The hotel was clean and modern and the beds were very comfortable. All of the staff members were helpful, friendly, and very accommodating.

The room was very clean and the beds comfortable. The staff fantastic. Hotel just a few blocks from harbor and in the middle of a lot of restaurants. Also vlose to a supermarket. Breakfast included and substantial. Wished for a chair and small desk or table for room.

Perfect place to stage and finish our Torres Del Paine trek! The staff was super warm and welcoming offering great recommendations for local cuisine and general info. They spoke great English and served a nice breakfast! The room was very clean and also had a beautiful roof top bar and seating area to relax and take in the beautiful views of the water and city.

This was an amazing place to stay prior to our “Full Circuit” trek. The towels were dream-worthy and the beds were so comfy. The staff were all very accommodating and even let us keep some items we didn’t want to bring with us in storage and had them waiting in our room upon our return. 10/10 would recommend!

Really friendly and helpful staff where he looked for a phone charger late at night for me so I can charge my phone to access my QR code for my flight the next morning. The room was comfortable and clean, and building is modern and hip. I’d definitely stay here again!

Nice place, friendly staff, great rooftop bar. Rooms small but with very comfortable beds. No refrigerator which would have been nice. Average hotel breakfast. Location of hotel just one half block off main square with many good restaurants around, grocery store 3 blocks away. Maybe a little overpriced but pleased overall with stay. 3rd floor walkup, no elevator.

Great property, great location and overall I think the design of the hotel is quite funky and super modern, the restaurant on ground floor was terrific and the roof top bar was terrific. I will remember forever sitting on the rooftop, lookoing over Puerto Natales on a windy and cold afternoon, with a glass of red in hand. When next in Puerto Natales, I will definitely be back!!

First, the staff was absolutely wonderful. The receptionist carried two heavy bags up to our 3rd floor as there is no elevator. The luggage was stored as we had all day until our flight, so we could look around town. We came back to the hotel several times to put purchases in with our bags, use the bathroom, and go to the top floor lounge to relax. I would have given a higher rating except for two things: 1. The food at the buffet had runny eggs and a small selection. 2. The bathroom design is less than desirable as the window in the bathroom looks into the bedroom. Hence, no privacy in the bathroom. Also, when turning on the bathroom light at night, the whole bed is lit up, awakening others who are sleeping. Also, the shower is very modern looking but so small that I (a small female) knocked the handle controlling water temperature when I turned around which made cold water come out immediately. There is also no where to put a towel in the shower to wipe soap out of eyes, etc. I would recommend this hotel and stay there again, just would like a better shower arrangement!
