Hotel Tupelo is a beautiful place. Parking was very convenient and the downstairs restaurant/lounge was gorgeous! There were a few cons though. The sound insulation is not very good. These rooms have high ceilings, and for some reason, even though the hotel was almost empty due to the holidays, we were out in a room right next to one with a baby. The crying sounded like it was literally in my room. We hear dogs barking and train horns all night. Some of that can’t be prevented being downtown, but just the rooms themselves seem to have thin walls. The hotel room lighting is very dim, almost no lights besides two reading lights. Bathroom is very pretty. Overall cleanliness was less than I thought a newer hotel should be. So, overall, it’s a beautiful boutique hotel, but some general improvements are needed to have that luxury feel.

Kids not controlled

Kids running up and down the hallway making so much noise I called front desk. They did nothing about it. They continued on until bedtime so I just left went to another hotel.

Everything was perfect. Parking was easy, great staff, and was very close to many restaurants. This will be my go to when I’m in Tupelo for work.

Hotel Tupelo was so nice, everyone was so friendly. The hotel was very clean, bed was cozy & I felt safe the entire stay. I highly recommend.

Excellent hotel in historic Tupelo. The rooms were clean, staff was friendly and the restaurant/bar had a great vibe and delicious food. Great place to stay if traveling with a pet. Lots of grassy area around the hotel and they allow dogs on the outside patio and even in certain areas of the inside lounge so you can easily grab a drink and a bite to eat.

Good food selections. Can walk to multiple dining options. Area had a lot of events scheduled for the month of September.

Great location, clean, modern, great staff.

We enjoyed finding a place off the busy highway and with a restaurant that is a pleasure to use. Allowing us to relax instead of getting back in the car to drive out to eat. This is a find for us as we make this stop often. Staff is great, everything is relaxing about this place. Thank you.

We arrived early and they help us by giving us a room 2 hours earlier than normal check in …. Great customer service!!

We stay here 6 times a year on three road trips from Charleston to Oklahoma City. Tupelo is exactly 1/2 way, so we always stop here. Park Heights restaurant down the street is amazing and Justin is THE man there. The people at the hotel always recognize us, give us the room we like and we very much enjoy the property.

Breakfast was my only complaint--tacos and coffee that we had to pay for. Brunch was later on.

Loved our stay. Clean, comfortable. Missy checked us in and was helpful, friendly and provided excellent customer service. Hotel is close to dining options within walking distance. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Nice Hotel but any amenities have cost

I stayed at Hotel Tupelo for business. My rate was $299. I was fine with it as I heard it was a nice hotel. It was comfortable but certainly not worth $299. The next morning I find coffee in the lobby and pour a cup. I then see a little sign that it’s $3.00. Well can’t pour it back now. I travel often and never have been charged for a coffee in the lobby.

My wife and myself love the hotel. The staff is always very nice and the hotel is easy to get to the parking lot. We've stayed at this hotel twice and loved both times. I'll say this, if you want to stay at a place where you feel welcomed, this is the place.

Really cute and clean boutique hotel! Close to shopping, restaurants, and Elvis Presley birthplace. Hotel restaurant was very good as well. Plenty of parking behind building even if official hotel lot is full.

This is a great downtown location for your stay!

No was not cleaned even after we request it. In a 4 night stay , are room was clean once. Had to ask for towels everyday.

Hotel Tupelo is an unusual experience in a city the size of Tupelo.. in a good way! Boutique hotel with a very nice restaurant, easy access to other dining and shopping options, as well as walkable in downtown Tupelo. Great place to stay when you’re in town!

Hotel Tupelo is a great addition to the Tupelo hotel portfolio! Trendy, clean, convenient, really the best place to stay if you’re in town. Highly recommend. Make sure to visit Jobos restaurant while there as well. Amazing food!

Great Stay

Wonderful location, easy walk to downtown shops. If you’re there for the Elvis experience, Tupelo Hardware, Shake Rag tight across the street and Fair Park right next door. Front desk staff was amazing, couldn’t have been friendlier. Hotel and rooms were very clean. Parking behind hotel was full, so we had to park on a side street and we never saw a luggage cart to had to make multiple trips with luggage but it was VERY busy the day of check in.

A trendy hotel with very nice rooms.

Our stay was short but sweet. The rooms are spacious and clean and we felt comfortable after a long night of travel. The receptionist at check in was genuinely kind and helpful. Parking was a breeze! I just wish we had more time to explore Tupelo.

I loved that the rooms were very big. The bar was nice.

Great find in Tupelo

We loved this hotel! From first walking in the doors, all of the attention to details can be seen. The decor is amazing. The front desk service was prompt and friendly. Our room was well appointed and had a modern yet vintage flair. Bathroom was huge. We had drinks at the bar in the lobby and enjoyed that as well.. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is a hidden gem. Just a beautiful facility. Everything about it is new and ultra modern. I loved my stay and would obviously return. The on site restaurant is both unusual and excellent. Also, I unknowingly dropped a key in my room. Not long after I left I received a text from the hotel with a picture of the key and an offer to mail it to me. Wow — eye impressive.

Is your room really confirmed? Don't count on it!

Booked the King Premier Suite for 2 nights. Upon arrival was told the room had been double booked and they would have to put us in a double queen room for the first night. After much discussion was finally able to get a deluxe king room without a couch (turned out to be a handicap accessible room). Definitely NOT the luxurious suite we expected to stay in for our anniversary! They were able to move us to the suite for the next night, however that resulted in inconveniencing us since we had to wait around for the room to be vacated and cleaned. This didn't happen until 11:30AM, causing us to have to delay our plans for the day several hours. The staff kept apologizing but "sorry about this" doesn't really help and truthfully didn't seem all that sincere. Instead of a relaxing special weekend an inconvenient hassle with a black cloud hovering over it is what we got. (The suite was very nice once we got to stay in it) We will never will go there again or book with Hotels.com.

Beautiful hotel with great staff. However it was really noisy. I could hear the man in the next room talking clearly on his phone and...well bathroom functions. The alarm clock in the other next door room sounded so much like it was in our room i tried to find it to turn it off in my sleepy haze. Also...the trains. So upside...it was everything you could ask for in a hotelso 5*'s but no sleeping.

Loved the restaurant & bar. The rooms were clean and tidy.

Great surprise in Tupelo

The hotel is conveniently located in downtown by several restaurants and pretty much close to everything. It has a very cool boutique vibe. The rooms are modern and very comfortable. They have a great restaurant and bar in the lobby. Try the shrimp & course grits if you go.

Overall good property in good location

Rooms were very spacious with a nice comfortable couch. Mattress was also excellent. Finally, the staff was very pleasant and eager to please.

Automatic window blinds. Room needs a microwave. Otherwise the rooms are very impressive. Esp the bathroom. Deep tub in my bathroom.

Wonderful stay in Elvis Country

Wonderful hotel with super comfy beds. Super clean and wonderfully themed. Love the water station by the ice machine too!

Hotel was impeccable and everything from the staff to the room was excellent. My only qualm is I really wish there was a way to control the parking situation because even though there are clearly marked hotel parking, other people are taking these for hours at time. So the hotel guest is parking a block away at times which is frustrating when other hotels have a better grip on their parking.

Awesome hotel, comfortable bed and pillows were fluffy and didn’t get flat, room service provided from jobos restaurant for breakfast, was able to have wine on ice in room from Queen Rewards Medery Blackberry flavor, bar downstairs was nice also food

The receptionist at the front desk was exceptional. She let me view a few rooms to find the right place to accommodate my husband. He is disabled and the room we had at first did not work. The property was very clean and everyone was friendly.
