Excellent value for money very convenient for all Punta Prima would definitely stay again

This is very pleasantly situated in a quiet place easily reachable for all places. This was my second stay really enjoyed.

The most valuable asset to the hotel is the reception man from Argentina who chatted Man United football with my husband.So friendly,professional and despite being due to finish his shift continued with us and made my husband a fantastic cup of coffee.The place was very clean and we even got complimentary toothbrushes and mini toothpaste. Because of all of the above we would love to come back.

Needs some tlc

Pool area very shabby and in need of update. Windows on the stairs are cracked and in a state of disrepair. Cracked panes on balcony. Room very spacious and clean.

The hotel is very clean. The staff are brilliant. Juan fro Argentina on reception was just lovely Nothing was a problem. The Hotel is so handy for Restaurants and bars and bus into town. Sheets and towels changed every day.The Hotel is dated but the location suited us. We really did enjoy our stay. Breakfast good. Great value for money .

not great staff at front desk was rude and not helpful, was never told that the pool was out of action, otherwise wouldn’t of stayed there. rooms are dated, breakfast was not good, selection was very poor

Hotel is dated but clean. Paper thin walls so you can everything in neighboring rooms, and I mean everything.

Ideal location for short stay

Just needed a couple of nights visiting family, so the location was ideal. Rooms were clean and comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful

The hotel room sizes are huge , but the hotel is dated... was clean, staff helpful but needs updating... pool area was shut , felt safe there. Good a/c in rooms . Would stay again .

Wouldn’t have stayed if we had know about the pool

Our room was fine but the pool wasn’t open until June and we were not informed it was closed. We also had abuse from a member of staff after we attempted to open the same door that we had been using for the last 5 nights! After calling us all the names under the sun as we walked up stairs he remarked “only the British” The reception staff and cleaners were lovely but the fact we had no where to sun bath or sit in shade unless we sat in bars or paid €28 on the beach. I wouldn’t have stayed if we had been informed on the pool being closed and not being able to use any outside space. The thing was it looked ok but wasn’t meant to be open until June and we stayed the 12/05/24-18/05/24

Holiday hotel

Hotel was clean , breakfast was good with a nice selection available with cooked breakfast to order. Room was adequate with safe and double bed. En suite was good , but slightly awkward access into bath/shower due to screen. Overall a reasonable standard of accommodation with access to nearby local bars and restaurants a short stroll away.

Easy access to bar's and resterant lively but not too noisy

Well located hotel, friendly staff, room was dated but comfortable and clean. The hotel is a bit noisy. The hotel overall is in need of major refurbishment, for me it was fine as I was not on holiday and just needed somewhere to sleep, but with a little investment this could be a great hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for one night during a business trip. The hotel is very dated and desperately needs a refurb. The beds have blankets not duvets and there are no English channels on the TV although I cannot complain about this as I had read the same on a review prior to booking. The location is very good with lots of bars and restaurants frequented by expats that were still reasonably busy despite the coronavirus restrictions and other areas being deserted. I left the next morning determined to never return but I found myself returning that very evening due to the location and the lack of alternative hotels in the area.This time I asked for a double bed and was obliged but I had a terrible nights sleep as the bed had a very thick layer of plastic sheeting immediately under the sheet crinkling and making noises. I understand that the hotel needs to put mattress protectors on but using a plastic tarpaulin is not the answer. It made me sweat and gave me constant thoughts of what may be beneath although I declined to look. If an alternative hotel opened in this area then this reasonably large hotel would surely not entice a single guest.

Convenient location.

Convenient hotel to stay near our relatives. Within walking distance to beach and bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. Only stayed one night room only so can’t comment on breakfast or other facilities.

Convenient, good value, relaxing hotel, close to beach and amenities

Excellent staff. Only downsides were the beds were hard and very creaky and the shower had very low pressure.

Good value. Friendly front desk. Clean room. Parking a bit tight in the street but hotel parking available in an enclosed hotel parking lot 2 blocks away. Near highway but not noisy.

Im Grossen und Ganzen waren wir mit der Preis-Leistung zufrieden. Das Zmmer war gut und hatte eine Minibar und Safe. Bei uns waren auf dem selben Stock Gäste die die halbe Nacht rumgeschrien haben und Tren zugeknallt haben und leider war es auch sehr ringhörig (Wände und Türe zum Hotelgang). Auch waren wir strassenseitig mit schlechten Fenstern was zu weiteren Lärmemissionen führte. Wor blieben nur eine Nacht das ging, für längere Aufenthalte weniger zu empfehlen.

Hotel nicht Schuld, aber wir hatten viel Glück das der Parkende auf unserer Kopf nicht gelandet ist.

Solo nos entraba desayuno. Es tipo bufett. Para mi gusto flojisimo. Muy poca variedad de alimentos.

Siisti hotelli hyvällä paikalla. Ylimmän kerroksen huoneestamme oli erittäin hienot näkymät! Respan mies oli todellinen asiakaspalvelija. Hyvän palvelun ja huoneen sijainnin vuoksi ostimme vielä yhden lisäyön.

Dålig frukost samt personal som inte pratar engelska,

Poolområdet samt poolen öppnade upp först i maj månad vilket var himla synd. Fanns inte täcke eller extra filt att få i de kalla rummen.

Velgte dette hotelet, siden beligenheten er perfekt for uteliv, til å fra. Og med sinn sentale beliggenhet i forhold til buss. Frokosten er litt sparsommelig. Ikkje hver da eg valgte å betale 10 Euro. Gikk ut å spiste isteden for. Kort oppsumert grei pris og beligenhet.

Störande bilväg både dag och natt (framför allt norra sidan? Kanske bättre i sydost-riktning..). Slitet! Nära havet och restauranger.

La relación calidad precio estaba bien, para tratarse del puente de agosto en España. La habitación estaba limpia, con decoración anticuada, pero las camas eran cómodas. La habitación tenía aire acondicionado que nos ayudó a descansar y el único pero era el ruido de los coches, pero esto se soluciona con unos tapones

Centralt hotell i Punta Prima. Nära till restauranger. Lite lyhört mellan rummen och hade kunnat hoppa över "skönsången" kl 04.00 från gäster på annan balkong i 30 minuter men i övrigt var det helt OK.

Es un hotel algo antiguo pero mi estancia fue en una suite recientemente reformada con sauna y bañera hidromasaje
