Great view of the city. Old world charm. Lovely outside terraces. Nice restaurant for dinners frequented by locals. Effortless parking. Genuinely friendly and dedicated people. Very close to Joe’s Beerhouse, too. I’ve stayed at a number of hotels in Windhoek, and recommended it highly.

Because of flood it was hard to get to the hotel. We booked a family room which according to the descriptions supposed to have 2 double beds and 2 single beds. The room we got had 2 single beds with 2 single blankets

Just an overnight stay before leaving early morning for airport. Family room large and clean. Stayed on a Sunday, the restaurant is NOT open on Sundays.

Excellent stop over

We only had the night there but wished we had much longer. The freshly cooked omlette for breakfast was also a nice touch

Fantastic Service and Big Rooms

Just had a one night stopover before heading to Swakopmund but enjoyed our stay. The rooms are big and views are great. The service is fantastic. The receptionist booked a shuttle from the airport and to Swakopmund that was a better price than we could find anywhere. The hotel is a little far away from town so plan accordingly.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Neat and spacious rooms. Gracious and friendly staff. Good food in restaurant. And on top of all excellent view of Windhoek from top

Lovely hotel with spectacular views of Windhoek

I had a great stay in a comfortable, clean and spacious room. Breakfasts were excellent and the patio is the perfect spot to relax at the end of the day with a beautiful view. Location is also convenient, with other good restaurants within walking distance.

Great, Affordable Hotel close to downtown area

Beautiful location overlooking the town. Breakfast is sumptuous and plentiful. Two restaurants with great selections. Laundry service was spot on and very affordable. Staff was very helpful and even arranged hotel transportation to a local spot as early as 5AM. Great place.

Beautiful piece of paradise

This is such a wonderful place to stay the whole experience. It has the best view in Windhoek everyone comes here for sunset. Beautiful restaurant too. Small convienient Pool and huge rooms! No frills but huge and comfortable. So much wildlife too can see baboons on the hill, lizards and hyrax ana colourful birds all from the room window. The sunsets are wonderful. I Taxi’d everywhere as it’s easier and cheap enough unless you have a car which is great. The staff are wonderful. The delivered a free wine, newspaper and chocolates to my room because I was travelling alone and was reading outside in the sunset. Stayed here twice during my time for 6 nights. Great people and very well priced.

Stunningly good hotel

From the great facilities to the stunning views to the gorgeous (and huge!!) room, this place ticked all the boxes! And that's before I mention the super friendly staff - one of whom even insisted on ironing our shirts for us when we asked if we could borrow an iron! Admittedly, the rate was more than some of the other hotels nearby - but it was most definitely worth it!
