Nice place. Clean, staff are nice, good amenities, the center isn't too far.

Needs better housekeeping and better maintenance.!!!! Reception desk people work perfect and staff from restaurant rest needs a lot of improvement if they want to keep four stars!!!!

Very clean, fresh room, well looked after. Very friendly service and staff. Very close to the train station, about a 12 min walk to the old town. Reminds me of Premiere Inn Hotels in the UK but in a premium version with higher standards. Definitely recommending

Weekend stay

Nicely located near the train station. The hotel is perfect for a short stay visiting the city. Rooms are modern and breakfast has a nice selection. Overall good stay hotel is good value for money .

Comfortable modern hotel

A very nice hotel with all the facilities you would expect. Everything worked, food was good, room big, internet OK and staff friendly. Only real drawback is that it is not in the centre, 15 to 20 minutes walk.

Check-in took too long, only one person on reception. Hotel needs an update to encourage modern travellers to return. No air conditioning in room or at least not in certain rooms. Mattresses need replaced. Rooms are decent size. Lots of wasted space in the hotel, floor level lobbies.

Comfortable Large Hotel Close to the Centre.

A 2 night stay in lovely Tarnow. This large hotel was a pleasant 10 minute walk from the main square, and 5 minutes walk to the railway and bus stations. It was in a quiet location, just set back from the main street, Krakowska. The room was nice, and the bed comfortable. Cable tv, wifi and ac in the room. Bar and Restaurant in the hotel, but also nearby are some other nice restaurants and bars. Very reasonable price and friendly staff. Recommended.

Quite generic, clean, with friendly staff

We've stayed here twice now, and each time our room was neat and clean with a tidy bathroom, fresh towels daily, and a super friendly staff. There are some larger rooms with a couch, desk, and large screen TV and a very large comfy bathroom, ample luggage and closet space as well as some much smaller double rooms that suffice, but are small. The hotel doesn't have much character and feels a bit cookie cutter, but is reliable, safe, and clean.

Good location in Tarnow for bus/train station

We arrived several hours before the stated check in time in the hope that we could check in early. Unfortunately, this was not possible (the receptionist was kind enough to suggest that we could probably get in maybe an hour early but this was no good for us as we needed to be somewhere). It was possible to leave our bags at reception and we were very grateful for this. The hotel is easy to find when arriving at the main bus/train station and just a 5/10 minute stroll down the road. The room was fairly small and basic but met our needs. It was very hot (not all of the rooms are air conditioned) meaning we had to open the window to let in fresh air which helped. The design of the room was "long and thin" and as such, our beds were separate twin beds which lined one wall of the bedroom meaning my partner and I "top and tailed". In fairness, the room was advertised as a "double or twin" and it may have been possible to make a special request for a double bed (which I failed to do!) As it happened, I had one of the best night's sleep of my entire holiday sleeping separately from my partner which we had a good laugh about! Everything was clean and the shower was great. We didn't try the restaurant or room service but the menu looked really good and was reasonably priced. Overall, we were very pleased with the stay and felt the price/value to money ratio was spot on. We would stay again!

Hotel is good. About 20 minute walk to centre of old town. Comfortable.

There was no shower so we had to take baths. Some days there was no water at all, other days we would actually get enough water to wash ourself off quickly. Our last two days the water was yellow for some reason. There was no AC so the room would get stuffy. The TV was impossible to be seen from bed - pretty small. Wifi didn't work at all from our room so when we wanted to use it we would sit on the couch in the hotel hallway. If you just need a place to sleep I guess it's okay. The bed was comfy - one good thing. And they made sure to keep the room clean.

Great value for its price in central Tarnów

Reviews for this hotel vary, so I was not sure what to expect from the hotel. In the end, we were VERY pleased with our stay in Tarnovia hotel, and I would stay here again. Yes, this is a soviet building, but masterly renovated to the modern standards. For a 3-stars hotel the facilities are very good and comfortable. The hotel staff was pleasant and kind enough to give us a free upgrade, as our room was not yet ready (we showed up early). Wi-Fi worked very well. Breakfast was outstanding, including hot dishes. Overall - very pleased, please keep the high standard!

Pierwszy raz w Tarnowie. Hotel i atrakcje miasta zachęciły nas do planowania powrotu. Pokój duży i funkcjonalny, miejsce ciche, wygodne łóżko i bliskość ścisłego centrum. Bardzo dobre śniadanie.

Pokój bardzo mały i ciasny, kosztem sporej łazienki. Obsługa ok, bardzo bogaty asortyment sniadaniowy.

Komfortowe pokoje. Bardzo miła i profesjonalna obsługa. Duży parking na miejscu.

Wszystko jak zawsze perfekcyjne, dobra kuchnia, fantastyczna obsługa. Nic dodać nic ująć.

Odpowiednio dla 3*

Generalnie wybrałem pokój "de lux" dlatego jestem zadowolony. Do ideału trochę brakuje: zwraca uwagę brak podjazdu dla walizek, i dość wysokie schody, dlatego walizki także te ciężkie z kółkami, trzeba wnosić. Potem winda jest jedna, dosyć wolna, w przypadku gdy trafi się na check-in dużej grupy - bez szans na wjazd. Łazienka duża i czysta, ale ... w kabinie nie ma żadnej półeczki na mydło, szampon itp. Trzeba stawiać na podłodze. Ważne: zapasowy papier toaletowy jest przechowywany w sposób bardzo niehigieniczny. Poza tymi sczegółami, ogólnie hotel ok jak na 3 gwiazdki.

Jak na 3* to super. Odnowiony, sympatyczna obsługa, smaczne śniadanie. Po 22 podano nam bardzo dobrą kolację. Własny parking, wprawdzie płatny, ale rozsądnie.

BIEN dans l'ensemble

on a visité la ville mais aussi les différents châteaux et églises en bois et il y en a il suffit de se déplacer. c'est super intéressant

Hôtel situé à environ 1km du rynek. Chambres du 4ème non climatisées !!! Literie pas très nette 🛏😲😞. Belle terrasse.

美味しかった朝食のスープ

立地は駅から徒歩５、6分、旧市街の中心部までは10-15分と便利。私の部屋は建物の正面側で、前に見えるのは団地風の集合住宅群（反対側は公園）。景観としては芳しくない。部屋はシングルベッドで、一人旅には十分な広さ。一人掛けのソファーもあった。丸テーブルには電灯があり、書き物には便利だった。朝食会場は昔の寄宿舎風にテーブルを一列に並べ、それが数列あったのはちょっと頂けなかった。この日土曜日で団体客が多かった。朝食自体は悪くなかった。スープが2種類（豆のやや甘いスープとソーセージ入りの酸っぱいスープ）があり、いずれも美味しかった。

Bardzo dobry hotel w dobrej lokalizacji

Hotel wybrany ze względu na dobrą lokalizację w centrum miasta ale z dużym parkingiem co w wielu miastach jest problemem. Wprawdzie koszt parkingu był pewną niespodzianką bo na stronie rezerwacji brak było informacji i założyłem że jest w cenie. Niestety dodatkowy koszt +20 zł.:( Proces zameldowania wraz z niezbędnymi informacjami przeprowadzony w sposób bardzo szybki i profesjonalny. Obiekt funkcjonuje z pewnością wiele lat ale z czasów PRL prawie nic (poza grzejnikami :) nie pozostało. Pokój bardzo czysty, podobnie jak pościel łóżka. Materac twardy więc dla mnie kolejny plus. W pokoju zabrakło mi możliwości zaparzenia kawy/ herbaty. Nie zawsze po całym dniu chce się korzystać z restauracji tylko po to żeby napić się herbaty. Za to na plus jest stolik i duża ilość gniazdek elektrycznych co pozwala na podłączenie laptopa i korzystanie z niego w sposób bardzo wygodny. Wi-fi działa również bez zarzutu.Łazienka również bardzo czysta i wyposażona wg standardu hotelu. Śniadanie w dobrym 3-gwiazdkowym standardzie. Podsumowując, polecam.

Historiske opplevelser

En vakker gammel by der vi rusla rundt blant historiske bygninger som rådhuset, torget og den gamle kirken. Rundt torget lå mange restauranter med veldig god og billig mat. En spesielt god restaurant som kan anbefales er Mølleren. På høyden utenfor byen ligger en slottsruin der en får en formidabel utsikt over byen. Besøk i saltgruvene i Bochnia var også en flott opplevelse. Hotellet Tarnovia var en eksklusiv opplevelse med flotte rom og svært god service.

Dziwna trochę rezerwacja, po której w hotelu nie otrzymałem faktury. Ze strony hotels.com otrzymałem jedynie potwierdzenie płatności (to też nie jest faktura).

Bra hotell i närheten av Tarnows äldre delar.

Detta hotell har bra inredda rum och ligger strax väster om den gamla stadskärnan. Gångavstånd till järnvägsstationen. Bilparkering är gratis på hotellets gård. Frukostbuffén var omfattande och det var gott om plats i frukostmatsalen. Det enda negativa var att ljudisoleringen mellan rummen var bristfällig.
