TravellerThe staff was good (even though they don’t speak English). The property was terrible, wifi signals are very weak and speed is like you’re living in 19th century. Wash Basin drain is also cloaked, water takes forever to drain out. TV clarity is very Bad. The money I paid this is not worth it.

The employees were very helpful and accommodating. The rooftop terrace had a lovely view of the volcano, mountains and surrounding churches. A travel agency for tours is located just around the corner and a delicious traditional restaurant La Sopa is just a couple of doors down.
