TravellerTravellerThis is a love hotel in a love hotel area. What the means is they rent the room for 2 hours, 3 hours, etc. in addition to all night. Staff's English is marginal. Room is small with no window (window is in the shower /tub area and must be opened to air it out.) Room was very small, no closet, no drawers for clothes. Small round table with two chairs. Complex lighting system that enables the lighting to be changed quickly from full on to black (no window) to five levels inbetween. Room was very clean and if you wanted the room cleaned, it happened very quickly. They had everything you need in the room, from toothbrushes, to mouthwash, to razors, face mask, etc. Big tub, looked like it had jacuzzi capability. Internet was fast. Karaoke machine in the room with two mikes, microwave, and hot water kettle. They have free soft drinks in the lobby and a free dessert (I think.) Complementary breakfast was grilled salmon, fish roe, egg, rice, pickles, miso soup, delivered to your room at your specified time. Had exactly the same thing both days.

Nice Love hotel with huge bathroom and tons of amenities. Breakfast was included and delivered at the time you choose. We used google translate to help us check in, but other staff members spoke more English. It is a love hotel, so be known. Free drinks and ice cream in the front. Excellent location to shoppers, restaurant and sites. The bathroom was amazing with a jetted tub and TV. There was a rainbow flag on the front door, so I think they are gay friendly!

My stay was amazing, it's located right down the street from Shibuya crossing. Great restaurants near by. We were served breakfast in bed and the staff was very friendly. Clean hotel and very relaxing. I also loved all the amenities in the room.

this is a sex hotel in the red zone of shibuya. i think that says it all. we wanted to check in and they refused because we were 10 minutes earlier. the room was ready but they insisted we can only check in in 10 minutes. then i realized they sell the rooms by the hour. their english is marginal. we left even if the room was pre-paid.
