Check out was easy, staff was amazing, and the room was perfect for us. We were 5 adults and a baby, the room had one king size bed and three individual beds. The best part was that it had two full bathrooms. Great value!

It was very far from city

A lovely hotel in a very quiet location .Very safe and well lit place at night time .Also a supermarket and a metro at walking distance .Great facility to get to central Madrid via metro .The staff very polite and helpful .

Short Stay, but Great!

We were only there from late at night to early morning, but everything we experienced was just fine. The only complaint I would have is carrying my suitcase up the front few steps. A ramp would have been helpful. But - not a big issue.

This was a last minute stay after our flight left us. The place was in a very convenient location. Rooms were very clean and staff was su helpful. Would definitely stay here again

Basic, but good shower.

The hotel has thin walls so it was a little noisy at times. There are not good views, basic rooms but nicely decorated. The bathroom was nice and a good shower. Breakfast was quite expensive considering it was very very basic. They did not even have hot water for a cup of tea! Only a short walk to the metro. I stayed here as I had a business meeting nearby, otherwise it is a bit far from the city to stay here. Staff were nice.

I left something in my room and cannot get a response from the hotel even though I have sent two messages.

The room was nice and clean, hotel staff is fairly good still there’s room for improvent but the breakfast was really poor, no fruit or eggs or even yogurt.

The hotel is really nice and clean. The staff were all great and I slept comfortably. My only concern is that the WIFI did not work nearly the entire time I was there.

Close to Madrid Barajas airport

We spend just one night at the hotel before heading to the airport the next day. Amenities were new, clean and overall welcoming. Huge bathroom and nice size room. We would recommend.

Hotel Feria in Madrid.

Nice place. I don't believe it has any actual suites though. In the US, a hotel suite has more square footage for a sitting/leisure area. Nothing like that here but maybe it has a different meaning in Europe. The hotel was undergoing a big transition during my stay. Once the new restaurant is operating, it could be a 3.5 or 4 star hotel, at the moment it's between 2.5 & 3 star.

Helpful and nice staff.

Location is great, the staff is so nice and helpful. We had a problem with our room (the AC smelled, and they changed us to a very nice apartment on the top floor. The breakfast was very good. I forgot my recharger and They kept it for me until I picked it up. Very honest, lots of smiles. Perfect location close to the metro. Hopefully they will change the air conditioner filter. The walls are a bit thin and you can hear next door or the people passing in the hall. I wish some of the young guests were a bit more conscious of the noise and the time. Not the hotels fault, they are very nice and helpful, honest people. Oh, they give you two water bottles free per day and you can park for free in the streets around the hotel if you find space.

Centrally located between airport and downtown.

Clean, comfortable, friendly. A bit loud on weekend nights as its close to a bar but I slept through it. I'd stay there again as its 22mins to airport and equally to downtown.

Good hotel. Near to airport and very near to Metro station (around 40 meters). From airpot to hotel by UBER around euro 20. Metro fees only euro 1.50 per trip per person.

In transit through MAD. Easy to get to by metro.

Hotel located quite a distance from Central Madrid

Lobby is very small and tight, but the hotel staff (from the front desk personnel, to housekeeping staff and that of the restaurant/bar) were all very very nice and helpful. English was spoken by front desk staff and were very helpful with all my requests, questions, etc. The hotel is very quiet. Hotel was kept clean and its surroundings were kept very clean as well. The food at the restaurant was a bit too salty for our palate, but very reasonable considering the amount of food you get. I just wished this hotel was located in Central Madrid. But neighborhood of hotel was very safe and we all felt secure at all times.

Excellent stay

This is a hidden treasure in Feria de Madrid area. The room was very comfortable and clean; the staff very friendly and efficient. The cafe on location is definitely a plus. The location is in the heart of many eateries and a shopping center. It is also minutes away from the airport, & near public transportation to get you to the center of Madrid quickly.

The most outstanding thing was that the bed was not comfortable. When they cleaned the room they didn't clean the mirror. The café did a good job with the Menu of the Day but the other meals were just so so. There isn't much to do in the neighborhood except walk or go to a movie.

OK, for a short visit

I stayed here for business during a medical congress at the IFEMA. Good location as it's only a short walk to the Metro and 3 stops (1 change) for the venue. Hotel staff were helpful. English isn't great for all of them (why should it be?) but no English channels on the TV (or American) which is isolating when you don't speak Spanish. Free wifi, comfortable room, on-site bar and restaurant with terrace (but food not that great, breakfast needs improving, quite poor selection and quality).

needed a nice hotel near the airport to pass the night in preparation for my flight, worked out perfectly.

Ideal City Break Hotel

Just required a cheap hotel for an overnight stay in Madrid to watch the football. Hotel is only 4 stops and about 10 mins from the airport. Lovely, comfortable decent-sized room. Despite arriving just after 10am, reception let us check-in straight away. Metro into city centre required a couple of train changes but took only about 20 mins. For the price we paid, £32, it couldn't really be faulted. Continental breakfast (6euros) was fantastic as well.

Only 29 rooms

We used this hotel as our staging point for our departure. Give yourself one hour to get to the airport in the morning rush hour. The bistro in the hotel was very good. Wifi was good and FREE. The staff was very helpful. Metro was 3 blocks away.

Good Hotel

Not too many bad things to say at all. The staff was very helpful and even gave their information if I needed anything or got lost in the city and needed directions. We arrived really early around 9:00 in the morning, but they cleaned the room just so we could check in. The rooms are standard but nice. Would recommend this hotel.

A very good way to finish off

A very good way to finish off the holiday. This hotel was clean, convenient to the metro, has 24hr concierge, a great restaurant (limited, but delicious menu) and late night bar, and were even so nice as to put us on ground floor so we didnt have to lug our suitcases around. To top it all off, one of the cheapest hotels we stayed in in the month. Highly recommended.

OK for a place to sleep

Walls were paper thin - we heard everything from next door. Hotel listed as a "suites" hotel - standard hotel, bed and bathroom. Over priced restaurant, make sure you eat before you come back to the neighborhood - nothing much nearby except the hotel. Lots of great options in Madrid!

"Ok" Hotel

I only stayed in this hotel for one night. The bed were uncomfortable and I was able to hear my next door coughing, watching tv, etc. The walls are thin but I have to say the bathroom was spacious compared to Europe standards.

A very good option for Madrid visitors

Very clean suite, close to Metro station (less than 5 min). The staff at the reception was very friendly and spent enough time to mark the most important places of Madrid to visit. An overall good staying

Just stayed two nights before leaving Europe. Very strange beds, however the mattrasses were ok. Since we wanted to be near the airport location was good.

Excelente habitación con bonita decoración.Muy limpia. No me gustó que me la diera en planta baja con bañera en la reserva ví el plato de ducha. La persiana no se bajaba y la ventana no terminaba de encajar. Pero solo estuvimos una noche.La cafetería si me gustó mucho.

El alojamiento como tal maravilloso, pero que a las 8 de la mañana pasen a limpiar la calle con sopladores y despierten a todo el hotel no es tan maravilloso

Lo unico malo fue el Wifi...señal muy debil y de baja calidad.

Nos ha encantado estar en este hotel , el único detalle que podrían mejorar es la velocidad del internet pero no es algo que me haga no repetir, con gusto regresaré pues es como quedarse en casa, el personal es encantador y la zona muy conveniente, alquilamos auto y ni siquiera tuvimos que pagar estacionamiento, siempre hubo en la calle

HORRIBLE, le sobran dos estrellas, lo primero que NO ves es el nombre del hotel, en el baño de la habitación la alcachofa de la ducha tiene luces que parece una feria, tenia roto la unión y no se pudo usar, no tiene productos de higiene excepto el gel de la ducha sujeto en la pared con cinta de carrocero, las paredes de muy muy mala calidad, se oye todo, en tal el punto que el de la habitación de al lado hablaba por teléfono y se oía hasta al que le llamaba y no era porque tendría puesto el altavoz, se oyen todas la duchas de todos los huéspedes, siendo este un hotel cercano al aeropuerto hay llegadas y salidas continuas y toda la noche sin dormir.

Passez une nuit avec les enfants , les chambres sont hyper propre, personnel très accueillant et disponible. Seul petit bémol , le restaurant est en travaux dommage car rien dans les alentours. Très proche de l aéroport.

Me gusto mucho, un sitio tranquilo en la calle puedes aparcar sin problema auque hay aparcamiento del hotel . El trato al llegar muy bueno , nos atendieron muy bien . La habitacion limpia y el baño tambien , con una decoracion moderna , bueno tal y como se ve en la foto , me gusto mucho . Sin duda volvere .

Muy bien salvo que la habitacion estaba en la planta de recepcion y a las 4 y 5 de la mañana llegaba gente Al hotel dando Voces que nos despertaron y ya no pudimos dormir, debido Al nulo aislamiento de ruidos.

La verdad, nos ha gustado mucho la situación del hotel ya que se puede aparcar fácilmente en los alrededores y a unos 5 min andando hay un metro que te puede llevar al centro. Además la habitación estaba muy limpia y el decorado muy acorde y el servicio muy atento.

Un hotel totalmente recomendable, cumple con lo prometido.

L'accueil a été très agréable, le personnel est multilingue. Je n'ai dîné qu'une fois au restaurant, j'ai été déçue par le rapport qualité prix. Malheureusement, l'hôtel est mal insonorisé, les voisins ne font pas toujours attention et le système de fermeture de porte est très buryant. L'hôtel est bien situé pour se rendre au centre ville et à l'aéroport ce qui est un bon point. Séjour agréable malgré tout !

N’y aller pas !!!

Aucun insonorisation !!! On entend tout et pas que les voisins de chambre mais sur tout l’étage !!! Si quelqu’un ouvre le robinet, tire la chasse d’eau, prend une douche... on entend tout et personne ne respect car même à 23h impossible de dormir !!! Les gens claques les portes sans se soucier des autres !!! Je vous déconseille cet hôtel beaucoup trop bruyant !!!

Hotel calidad-precio muy bueno

Estancia muy cómoda, en recepción muy amables nos guardaron las maletas hasta que volvimos al hotel tarde sin ningún problema, servicio de limpieza bueno y atento. La localización esta bastante bien porque se encuentra muy cerca de la parada de metro Esperanza.

La qualité des produits du petit déjeuner est très moyenne et celle des produits du restaurant très médiocre. Nous avons dû renvoyer un plat immangeable! Rapport qualité/prix décevant mais le personnel à la réception est très sympathique même s'il ne parle pas un mot de Français..

No es un 4 estrellas, pero calidad precio está bastante bien. No cogimos bufet, pero puedes desayunar por libre en el mismo bar y el precio es bueno. Valoro mucho el poder aparcar en la misma puerta, al ser una zona residencial, hay bastante aparcamiento y eso vale ORO 👍

Hotel correcto y ajustado de estrellas

La ventana que da a la calle en la habitación que nos habían asignado no tiene cierre desde dentro por lo que puede entrarse en la habitación desde fuera. Uno de los enchufes de la pared que da al baño estaba casi desprendido pudiendo dar problemas. Los colchones de las camas van muy justitos de comodidad. Y extiendo lo dicho a las almohadas. En el desayuno faltaba reposición pues no hay más que un encargado en domingo que hace lo que puede.
