Good location

Very good breakfast and most of the staff are very friendly. It has a great location. Did not like the size of room and how noisy it was. The room had a very uncomfortable smell for the first 3 days i stayed.

The personal was friendly and the breakfast its ok for the price, the only sad thing was that when I started to pack I noticed that a jacket had disappeared, I did not make a major claim because it was not of great value. but the same happened

Location was great area clean room could have been little more livelier some former picture or painting on the wall apart from that lovely place to stay kitchen staff great.

Tight experience

Its a small hotel not much space for anything, you get a discount experience for the price the bathrooms are very small in all the rooms.

Small and disappointing

Very small room and bathroom. I wouldn't recommend for anyone over 5'7.

The location was great and quiet. Within walking distance to la 70. There were no surprises at this hotel. The bathroom was a bit small.

Cockroaches.

Unfriendly front desk staff,we killed 6 cockroaches,the sink was liking on the bottom,our son was waiking up and cried because of the cockroaches on his bed.I stay all night beacause I was worried about roaches,We killed more roaches in the morning.There was a very strong humid smell in the room. And I didn't received the messages from my family.I fell that we should received a full refund.I can't believe that they made us pay for the first night,We didn´t eat the buffet due to do roaches.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was very small. I dont believe it was the type that I paid for. No window in the room I was given. Bathroom was very small. Was not given any towels. Had to call and request towels. Employee who took me to my room took inventory of items missing from the fridge. Inventory list was not updated and I was questioned about the items at checkout

Good for the price. It does have parking but only 5 places! The safety box in my room (403) was inoperative.

I will not write a lot, because its define very quickly ( BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, SMALL BATHROOMS AND A LOOOOTTT OF NOICE. The rooms are clean and the breakfast its very good.

Hotel is outside of the main town but only a short ride on the metro the area itself is quiet but has lots of places to eat and drink

SAVED BY THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Not as happy as before but only one night stay, leaking toilet[water in floor] inside room no view, window looking from the room into a concrete wall, with window full of bird poo...the window all had top part open without screens and no way to close them. Tiny flat screen T.V., AND plastic/rubber pillows like a hospital... The breakfast is good and the reception desk employees are very nice.

Nice Hotel for the price

The staff is really good. The hotel is in walking distance restaurant bars and lounges. The metro is about a 10 minute walk. The breakfast is very good.

A non ending nightmare

They assigned me a room on the 2nd floor with windows that face walls, so no windows. However, there is a small space between the window and the wall leading to the first floor, which acted like an amplifier for all the ongoing noise on the first floor. During the night at about 1 am, I heard a banging noise as if somebody was hitting the wall with a hammer and this went on until I had to get up and go downstairs to see what what's going on. There was no staff to be found anywhere in the building and another guest was outside banging on the glass door trying to get in. The keys were hanging on the inside of the glass door, and after the guest showed me her room card I let her in, and re-locked. After about 1 hour, the same scenario happened with another guest and no staff to be found anywhere. I had parked my car in the garage, and found out that every time I would leave the room to go to the car, a hotel staff would go sneak into my room and count each of the bags of stale chips in the minibar over the noisy fridge, as if I was going to run away without paying for them.

A great stay, we will return.

Couldn't ask for more!

Very clean, restaurant does room service straight to your door, mini fridge filled with sodas, waters, and even candy. Rooms were big and bathrooms were extremely clean and modern. Big plus was very secure parking garage. Honestly loved it.

Overpriced and Incompetent

It was in a nice residential neighborhood. The checkin took 33 minutes with an absolutely incompetent staff. The rooms were very small, overpriced with bathrooms designed for midgets. I could barely fit through the shower door. The people were nice, but the owners are clearly greedy and do not take proper care of the clientele. I will never stay there again, not even for FREE.

La atención del personal, muy bueno. No me gustó la habitación, mal distribución, no hay televisión local, la primera noche el internet no funcionaba en el piso en que estaba, luego fue resuelto el problema. Colchón muy duro, pocas sábana, ruido externo de un aparato de aire acondicionado, que no era el de la habitación.

Completamente aceptable la relación precio-calidad. El desayuno aunque todos los días es el mismo, es variado y con buen sabor. La habitación era un poco pequeña, pero la cama muy cómoda. Si tuvimos el inconveniente que no había cable, pero de entrada me lo dijeron y me preguntaron si aún así queria quedarme o prefería cancelar mi reserva, pero la verdad es que ya estando en el lugar da mucha pereza ponerte a buscar otro hotel, así que acepte. La atención del personal magnífica, todos fueron sumamente amables, principalmente Dayan que me explicó hasta como movilizarme en metro.

Me gusto mucho el hotel, gratamente sorprendida, muy amplia la habitación, excelentes camas y almohadas, agua caliente, muy buen desayuno, lo que mas me gusto fue la atención de todo el personal y el precio mas que bueno. Lo único que le agregaria es un espejo afuera del baño, cuenta con unoben el baño, pero a mi gusto, me gustan varios.

La verdad elegimos este hotel por los buenos comentarios que tiene, pero la realidad es un poco distinta. Lo bueno del hotel es que tiene una muy buena ubicación, el desayuno es muy bueno y el trato y la amabilidad del personal que allí trabaja son excepcionales. Pero el hotel en sí tiene bastantes limitantes: nos dieron una habitación que no le servía la cajilla de seguridad, el televisor es muy pequeño, el agua del piso de la ducha se escapaba y se salía hacia el área de la sisterna y lo peor... no le entra luz del día por ningún lado y por la única ventanita que tiene la habitación se filtra el ruido de las unidades del aire acondicionado de otras habitaciones por un ducto que conecta a todas las habitaciones estándar por la parte de atrás. Tuvimos que pedir cambio de habitación porque el ruido era insoportable. Seguramente, si se pide estándar deluxe, la experiencia es mejor porque esas habitaciones sí dan a la calle. Ah, además el ascensor huele a carro viejo... He pagado valores similares en otras ciudades y he obtenido mejores comodidades por ese mismo precio.

La experiencia en el hotel fue buena. El personal muy atento y solícito. Deberian ser mas explícitos sobre lo que ofrecen al momento de promocionar sus habitaciones.
