Nice little hotel. Large bed
Great hotel on the quieter street of Kanda
Clean hotel, best staff ever, close to Kanda JR station just perfect!
Staff was very nice, room was clean.
Very nice and convenient location. Rooms are small, but that was fine since we only came to sleep!
Great place
Fine with us
Very easy check in and out. Plenty of places to eat around the area. Felt very safe. Train station is a very close 6 min walk. Nice and quiet. Rooms are small. Rooms are equivalent to half the standard American size. Staff was very friendly.
Liked the common area where they had breakfast, happy hour, ramen service, and luggage storage. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Near Kanda Station. Taxis had a bit of trouble finding it - just have the address avaiable 😊👍
Very nice and very very convenient!
Staff was very helpful and speak very well English. The room smells very stinky I guess it from the floor rug.
Place was in a nice area very convenient to the train station. Would stay there again.
The staff were welcoming and gave us a proper send off every time when we left. My room was clean and beds were superb. Located close by to Kanda Station and walking distance to many restaurants. Thank you for making our stay a pleasant one!
Awesome place to stay!!!
Good hotel with a very large room when biking the deluxe room for 2. Had nightly noodle service and sake. Very comforting and clean. Location is very much a business district so not a ton to do in the immediate area but close to the Kanda station which make Tokyo station and Akihabara very accessible.
Great friendly staff, very accomodating, lots of great food options in walking distance and trains to basically anywhere in Tokyo nearby.
Great staff, nice and friendly. All of them are helpful, specially Rea. She speaks english well, can communicate and answer most if not all of your questions about the hotel and the surrounding areas. Where to get this and how to get there. Rea and other staff were all helpful. Hotel does once a week room cleaning though. But you can get your fresh towels everyday. Hotel’s location is close to JR and subway station, 7–10 mins walk. Hotel is also close to malls and restaurants. Do i recommend this hotel? Maybe yes, because of the staff. They should do a cleaning more often, like every 4 day cycle at least.
Good hotel but tiny rooms
Close to transport.
Nice place to stay, sleeps well. There is free coffee/drinks/soba depending on the time of the day as well. The vents are a bit dirty in the room. Other than day, very enjoyable stay and great service.
Please note that the room size may be smaller than what you think. Other than that, the room was clean, close to different train stations, only one stop way from Tokyo station.
Really small rooms , we had to changed rooms because the curtains were broken . Staff were friendly .
Staff were friendly and helpful. All that I spoke to spoke English. Beds are very thin compared to normal beds not comfortable if being picky.
Good to stay for overnight.
Reception and services are excellent, but the housekeeping could be improved (hotel doesn’t provide daily housekeeping). Overall hotel is good for stay if you have one backpack with you and no plans for shopping otherwise there’s simply no space to keep your stuff.
Convenient and walkable hotel
Location is good, very near to several JR/metro stations. The mattress is bad. Only 2 inch thick laid on flat plywood. Every piece of bone hurts in the morning.
Cozy hotel a 5 minute walk from Kanda station. Staff are great and always helpful, and the hotel features some free happy hours throughout the day for food or drink. The rooms feel like they're on the smaller side, so it can be cramped for you if you have multiple luggages - but the sleep will be great with the blackout curtains. The drying on the laundry machines was not as reliable as I had hoped for. Overall a good and manageable stay
Great location. Near the busier areas of Tokyo but so quiet. Staff was great and spoke great English which was helpful. And lots of added bonuses like nighttime udon as a snack.
The hotel was good enough, rooms were small so I wouldn’t recommend this for a long stay for a couple. Our lights didn’t work when we arrived but the staff were quick to resolve this issue. Bed was very firm!
it was ok for the money paid.
Perfect location if you don't mind traveling to get to the major Tokyo attractions. Very close to multiple train stations which makes anything accessible. Staff are very friendly and helpful!
Great staff and location.
Best place we stayed during our Japan tour, really nice and friendly staff, the room was great and the facilities of the hotel was great, especially the happy hour with the plumb wine
Love the free coffee and udon noodles. Staffs were extremely friendly and helpful.
Decent hotel for a couple nights
Someone called this a bare necessities hotel - I think that’s a pretty good way to describe this place. We were just looking for a place to stay one night after arriving to Japan and chose this hotel for its proximity to Tokyo Station and the price. The staff was nice, and the free sake hours was a fun touch (though we sadly arrived too late to enjoy it). The room was pretty small for two people and the mattress was thin on the bed so it was a bit uncomfortable. But we were so tired it didn’t really matter. I think this place was fine for a night or two but probably not for several nights.
I would consider this a bare necessities hotel. It was clean, though housekeeping is only once a week and you'll need to request fresh towels yourself at the front desk. The hot water would sometimes change temperature in the shower unexpectedly. The basic double room was not enough space for two people (basically just a bed, a bathroom, and a small hallway) and the mattress (while surprisingly comfortable) was only a few inches thick. The luggage storage service is just in the middle of the common space. Though the location is in the middle of several nearby subway stations and is very central!
We had a great time staying here! The staff was incredible, they helped us with all of our questions. They even helped me fill out my luggage forwarding forms!!
Great location very close to Kanda station.
You get what you pay for. The washroom had black mold and/or black mildew between the tub and the wall as they did not put a sealant. They also had pink mold/mildew on the shower curtain.
Almost 5 stars ...
The hotel was surrounded by inexpensive restaurants and entertainment. Depending on which exit you used from train station (north or south), you would pass at least 2-3 combinis (convenience stores). When we checked in, we were early so we left our bags and returned later. By the time we came back, they placed our luggage in our room for us. NICE TOUCH! 😃 Our room was 140 sq meters large. The bed was spacious, and there were rods to use to hang your clothes. Bring swivel headed hangers because they only provided one for the room. Happy Hour included rice cracker snacks, 3-4 different alcoholic beverages and some mon-alcoholic drinks. The free nightly udon from 8pm - 10pm was tasty! Areas of improvement: - There are only 2 washing/drying machines. It takes 2.5 hours per complete load so if the previous guest doesn’t remove their belongings promptly, it can hold up others wanting to do laundry. Wish there was a way to check on availability of machines from the room instead of going up & down elevator. - Staff Education. We inquired about luggage service to the airport and were told we could arrange it the day before departure. That was incorrect. The staff couldn’t assist us any further so we were stuck dragging 2 checked bags and 2 carry-ons on the train from Kanda to Narita.
Horrible manager. I’m not recommend. Price is cheap, but service also cheap. Be aware !
Location was good and staff were friendly. The negative side was the poor matress in bed (not proper matress at all). No cleaning possible everyday
Good valued
This is our regular hotel in Tokyo and it was great as always.
Close to Kanda station which is one stop to Tokyo station. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially Rea and Kuni.
Location is very convenient; it's within walkable distance to the train station, convenient stores and decent restaurants. They provide happy hours service with free drinks and snacks. However, I suspect that they play the mosquito sound at the lobby, and why do they do that during happy hours if they are providing service for customers to enjoy? Room was pretty comfortable, great beds and I enjoyed watching TV before sleeping. Washroom is reasonably spacious as well.

Great location BUT filthy room : worst hotel ever.
I have never stayed in such a disgusting place before. Very bad smell in the room, due to bathtub drainage full of hair (accumulated from at least 3 weeks). Stains/fingerprints on walls and in bathtub. Mouldy stains on shower curtain. Hair on and in the bed. Stains on the sheets. The mattress was about 5cm thick, impossible to sleep on the side as the bone in my hip would hurt from the ‘absence’ of mattress. Very very uncomfortable. When asking for assistance, they told us that every single room in the hotel was already booked (?end of September). And there is no cleaning AT ALL if staying less than 4days ???? The lovely man at the desk tried to help by giving us an extra mattress cover, which had hair (quite a lot) in it as well as really big stains. Really the most disgusting place I have ever stayed at. Dirty, smelly, uncomfortable (to say the least), and no help whatsoever. Though good location. I did attach photos of the worst bits as I couldn’t look at it too much.
Absolutely fantastic experience. Comfortable beds, close to many stations, and lots of dining.
Great hotel with free drinks and food
Beds where really hard like just a thin mattress on a plank of wood! But the staff where beyond amazing, polite and helpful!
Friendly staff with great food freebies
Great room. Good size for 2 people. The staff were all very helpful. I do think they need more laundry machines since with 2 for the whole building youll rarely see one avilable. Perfect spot to explore Tokyo. One stop away from Tokyo station and one stop away from Akihibara on the train. Kanda station is less busy than those two so it makes it easy to figure out and get on.
Great!
Pretty basic room. The hotel was clean and offered a daily free happy hour drink and night soba. Not much else to do at the hotel but it is in a convenient location. ~5 minute walk from the JR Kanda station.
Satisfied stay but small room
The hotel is convenient as it’s close to train stations ( Kanda and Shin nohonbashi). Although the room was tiny, it was clean and have everything that was needed. Staff at the hotel are very helpful especially Aysha and Lea. It would be great if more staff are fluent or have a basic understanding on English. Overall it was a good experience staying at this hotel.
All members of staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was very clean and big enough for 2 people to share a room. Only a 5 minute walk to JR Kanda station so it's in a very good location.
Staff are really nice and accomodating. Hotel is near the train station, convenience stores are everywhere as well as affordable restaurants.
Loved our stay here! We keep saying it was the perfect location!! One stop away from Tokyo station and just a few minutes to Kanda station. Great restaurants steps away! Only thing that could have been better is the comfortability of the bed. The staff was so friendly!
Good!!
Fantastic value hotel
Hotel was exactly what we needed! Room was clean and efficient. Location is very close to Kanda train station. Staff was very polite and friendly. Excellent value for our stay!
Great location, safe and very clean
Counter staff are great. Very helpful and seem to always be there. Happy hour every afternoon - free. Ume, sake, wine. Good location. Close to JR line and only one stop from Tokyo central. In other direction, close to Akihabara and Ueno. Close to other train lines.
Wonderful little spot, very kind staff and fast cleaners.
Staff very friendly. Room was small but good size for Tokyo. Room was clean with good amenities. Very nice feel when coming into the hotel.
The hotel offer free hot/cold drink, has laundry facility.
Family Trip in Kanda
Overall it's good. The room is fair enough for me and my sister. But the staff threw away my toothpaste:(. I also asked the receptionist to help call Japan restaurant to ask sth important. The process is good. They were helpful!
Nice location. Lots of restaurant choices near Kanda Station 神田駅, just a 5-10mins walk from the hotel. Rooms is clean and the facility are very new, but the ventilation fan in the toilet has some dust on it.
Good location
The place is very close to everything, train station, famous attractions, restaurants,7eleven. My partner and I were satisfied with the location, our room is clean even though its small but we had no problem staying. Recommended to everyone :)
We stayed in a twin bed room and double bed room. A twin bed was fine like the one in any other hotels, however, a double bed was pretty bad. It was just a wooden box topped with a thin pad. It was hard like a rock even with a extra pad. I've never seen a bed like this one in my life. I do not understand that nobody complained before?
Quiet area! Away from the hustle and bustle of central Tokyo!
Will stay here again.
Good location, close to train station.Modern rooms ,no complaints
Great!
Good breakfast. Very friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again in the future. :)
The location is super good. The room was super small, amazingly, but very clean. Some stuff are very kind and friendly but some are not and not helpful.
Enjoyed everything !,, Very clean, great staff and close to train station.
Walking distance from Kanda Station. Not enough time to move around the area, not much to comment
Hotel was new and clean. They stored our luggage before and after our stay. Free coffee and iced water/tea in the lobby. Walking distance to Kanda JR/Metro station and a bit farther about 15 min walk to a few other stations. Staff spoke good English.
Very compact but comfortable
Very compact room. While many business hotels are built compact in general, ICI hotel maybe the most compact. Besides that, everything is comfortable and clean.
Small room, not possible to open two big luggages at one time. Less than 10 min walk from kanda station, also walking distance to another metro station (abt 15 min). Was noisy during on one of our nights, could hear some engine noises at night (room 208).
We've been traveling for 4 months this is my favorite hotel so far, yes it has very small rooms but everything is in the right place
Good economy hotel
Great location, close to Kanda station, many convenience stores and places to eat close by. Staff were friendly, good amenities in room, even a UK compatible socket in the room. Only downside was room was a little compact but that was reflected in the room price.
that was anew hotel. Everything is new and clean and good condition, services was so good
close to stations, clean, quiet, room was sufficient, affordable. the izakaya closeby served one the best gyozas i've ever had (bit on it and had overflowing juice XD)
Small room
Condition is new. Room is small.
Nice hotel in central Tokyo
The front desk staff is very friendly, helpful, and professional. Breakfast provides many delicious choices.
Great Hotel
Stayed here for 4 nights and had an excellent experience throughout out stay. The price is unbelievably cheap for the services provided. The staff is very friendly and accommodating (with the added bonus of English speakers). Free coffee and Wi-Fi. The location is very safe, plus a 5 minute walk from two train stations. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely return!
Great location and exceptionally clean
Great location. Quiet. Friendly.
Very close to a few subway and train stations. Tiny room, but surprisingly quiet!
Nice stay for the price.
The staff was wonderful. The rooms were a bit smaller than we're used to, but we know about it before we booked. One of the rooms had a double bed that left little space to move about and for large suitcases. The other had two twin beds and was a bit larger. The hotel was close to the subway train station. Overall we were happy with the stay for the price.
The hotel is affordable and near to Kanda Station and food options. However, the hotel only offers 3 days of free baggage storage. When we tried to store the luggage for 4 days, we were charged for 4 days of baggage storage. Rooms are very small and space is limited. Travel light.
Comfortable stay
The hotel is well situated with the station and restaurants nearby. The bed and pillows were comfortable and we would consider staying there again in the future.
Great accommodation in great location
Great location, very nice breakfast, friendly and clean
Room was too small and typical Tokyo style. No space to walk around and even open luggage.
Good
The stay was alright and the location was quite nearby to Kanda station. Service from the hotel was pretty good. Check in of this hotel is pleasant.
A week in Tokyo
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It is located in a great location for quick access to Kanda station and several major JR rail lines. The area around Kanda station was also very nice. Within walking distance to Akihabara. The hotel was small, but very clean and comfortable. It is a new hotel, so everything was in great shape. I would definitely stay here again.
Great offer if you booked early. Spacious twin room and close to station. Eateries close by
Clean convenient location
Good location, helpful staff
Easy to get to, clean, friendly staff and overall great experience.
Improve the cleaness and it will be perfect
A bit dirty as some marks are found in the toilet bowl and the sink but overall it's a great stay

Would definitely come back!
This was a great place to stay for a short trip to Tokyo. The room was pretty small but had everything that we needed. The amenities (ie lotion, face cream, bath salts, etc) that are available down in the lobby were very nice.
