I did came to Tampa for a business meeting and I did try to find a hotel near the airport. The hard situation about this hotel is I did shoulder surgery few weeks ago and did not know the hotel room was in bad condition like that, when I I did try to take shower I find out the door from the shower doesn’t open properly! I went to front desk and said it to someone was working on that shift, but unfortunately nothing was made on the morning I tried to take shower and I felt over the toilet and did hit my bad shoulder on it! Once again I contact the front desk and two guys did came to my room to try remove the door that doesn’t work!! Ps: the door that doesn’t work is the one that give you access to the shower so I had to jump the toilet if I wish to shower! Looks crazy it

Don’t be fooled. This is a run down 2.5 star motel dressed as something else. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The premises were sketchy. Not worth the money, better to pay a little more and stay in an established chain.

Why? -key card entry won’t work properly, it’s hard to open -some of the lights are not working -microwave is not working properly -carpet is dirty -facilities are old and worned out, it needs to be replaced -yes, this stay includes free breakfast but when we arrived at 8am foods and coffee are almost gone, the lady didn’t refilled it seeing that there’s a lot of guests coming in -the hotel outside looks new but the room amenities are too old and nearly worned out We will not come back again.

I have to concur with the rest of the reviewers, they have some of the best staff. The hotel is in a very safe and good location. You will need a car or uber to get around. I ubered but was able to walk to the publix for some snacks down the road. The hotel was decent. The outdoor pool is a plus for kids. It was a nice place to stay and I will stay again. The only suggestion is that because it is Florida and there are lots of pest, try to keep the doors closed when cleaning or spray down more frequently. Also, I had breakfast one time and it didn't look tasty but it was really tasty. The best biscuit and gravy I have had in a long time. Also, I thought it would be noisy but it was very quiet and I slept very nicely.

Felt damp in the room. The carpet on the floor and the beds felt damp. Maybe needs a dehumidifier?? Otherwise was fine! I would stay again if it wasn’t so damp!

It was a an okay stay for a few nights. I like that it was a glass shower. I didn’t like the layout too much, the bathroom felt cramped. I appreciate that there were bottles of shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, and body lotion. Eco-friendly and do not need to bring my own. The room could have been cleaner, there was hair in the shower, around the sink area, and bugs in lamp shades. Window shade was busted from previous guests, so some of the panels were just completely broken. The positioning of the rear window shined light right at the bed and my fiancé would be annoyed. There was a closet but there were no hangars or a bar to hang clothes. No luggage rack. Only one night stand (I had the side with no night stand) and there was a weird crater in the floor through the carpet. The desk chair was a bit filthy with previous stains. The first hair dryer I had issues with finding an outlet that would work for the plug. I found other outlets away from the vanity and dryer didn’t work, it was replaced immediately. Otherwise, the bed was clean and comfortable. Quiet area, breakfast was okay (went once during our stay), towels were clean, check in and out was fast and easy.

Oasis had bugs 🐛 in the room I posted a pic & south Tampa had a smell in the room they both were clean but not to my liking.oasis had dirty n stain carpet & spray painted tub..

Rooms were a good size and equipped with a kitchenette. Parking was plentiful. There was a decent breakfast every morning. There were washers and dryers on site. My only real complaint was that the Pool was advertised as being heated. It was not. However, when we complained to management, they finally turned on the heat. Pool was nice and clean.

Was a good location for us. We went to a concert at buccaneers stadium and then went on a cruise. Quick uber ride to trader joe's Walmart and target. Also several decent restaurants. We walked to trader joe's but it was a bit of a hike. Nice pool, breakfast was decent and friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.

Very convenient location. We had to move here because of hurricane Helene so the place got packed! They offered daily breakfast which was tasty and the maid service was excellent as was the hotel staff.

This is the only hotel I will stay at in Tampa. Why? Because it is clean, comfortable, quiet, and the staff goes out of their way to accommodate you. Plus it has small hotel pricing but big hotel quality. The free breakfast has just about anything you could want hot or cold and they make great coffee. I can't think of anything I would change.

The thing that makes this hotel stand out from most other hotels is the staff. Not only are they friendly and attentive but they also make you feel like you're home not at a hotel. The free breakfast every morning is excellent with a large choice of hot and cold items. The property is clean and well maintained. Dollar for dollar this is by far the best value in a hotel stay in Tampa.

We went to Tampa to attend a football game. I had never been to the city and picked the property based on the price and location.This property was inexpensive and down the street from the Raymond James Stadium so the location was convenient. There were lots of restaurant on the same street, this was very convenient too. The property offered a free breakfast, but I was not a fan of the options. Dining room was small, so we had to actually wait for people to finish eating in order to get a table and seats. The pool was in the center of the parking lot, which made its use unappealing. The room was clean and quiet even with most of the rooms being booked. It was adequate if you just need a bed and plan to be out all day, but not the type of property that you would want to relax in for the amenities.

I was looking for a place to rest after a long day.. the place was very convenient. I checked in almost at midnight and from desk gentleman was very nice. I asked him if there was a possibility to a late checked out I wanted to rest.. afterwards i needed to make some.phone calls.. he told ill have one hour extra for checked out meaning I have to leave at 12 pm what i thought was perfect.At 11 am a lady was banging at the door asking if i was going to check out after letting her know the arrange time to checked out. She walk away very upset Then one manager come over and ask me to leave Very disrespectful people. I won't go there again

I was in a corner room that was located by the smoking area. Unfortunately the room smelled a bit like smoke for that reason. The room itself was fine, bed was comfortable.
