We enjoyed our stay in the hotel again. Very friendly stuff, nice location, perfect for families.

I was a little sad because they prominently promote the pool in their pictures but it closes down after sept 30th but they had a spa and jacuzzi to help make up for it. What I liked was the breakfast, the dining area, the view (that I did pay extra for a view room and it was beautiful). The hotel clerk was very responsive to questions. The location was very close to a shopping/strolling area. It was easy to get to and easy to park.

Lovely hotel

Neat and clean hotel. Beautiful space and light. Not much vegetarian options as most of the food have some pork in them.

We really enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffets. The staff were courteous and helpful.

It would be great, if the billiard table would be available after 08:00 pm.

Spectacular family hotel

It is by far one of the best family hotels I have ever stayed at! Fantastic and personable service with helpful and friendly staff. Impeccable cleanliness and amenities far surpassing most European hotels.

Lovely holiday season

The newly renovated rooms are great, So is the new rooftop Spa but very tiny, since there's only one big jacuzzi, saunas, sadly there's no more pools. Shame that the wellness bar didn't operate at all. Buffet dinner main course selection was pretty limite though the meals were delicious. Nice hotel overall, yet there's a lot to improve.

Nice place for the price. Good facilities for kids. Good location. Old bar and wait staff are not that great - time to retire guys... Didn't get served for drinks at dinner in the restaurant, and then ignored at the bar.

The hotel is very nice and modern. We had a terrace view of the city that was well worth the upgrade. The restaurant was great for breakfast and dinner. We would recommend for a weekend getaway.

Best upgraded wellness in Sopron

Best views of the city of Sopron. Upgraded, modern, comfy rooms. Very clean. Incredible Wellness-Loft with floor to ceiling glasses and incredible views from the Jacuzzi and sauna. Tasty breakfast. Walking distance to old-town, city-center and sites.

Weird half way bar

Great location. Hotels dated but I liked it

The workers were helpful and polite. Everything was clean, but dated. I was disappointed that the hotel was in the middle of construction (expanding) and it was very noisy. Buffet breakfast was wonderful. Food at dinner was very good with nice presentation. Service was good. I would recommend this hotel because there are not many to chose from in Sopron.

A pleasant stay with hot pools

A very pleasant stay. The room was basic but very clean and comfortable, just a little on the old side. We enjoyed access to the hot pools, with towels and robes provided in the rooms. Very pleasant, and plentiful, buffet dinner was included in the half-board rate, with drinks extra at very reasonable prices. Breakfast also was very good, with great selections and well replenished. Service was efficient and friendly. Only real downside was that the curtains in the room were not "blackout" as stated in the room details, so the room was light very early.

Good hotel in Sopron?

Very nice hotel on the outskirts of town! The breakfast was very good. We had dinner in the restaurant two nights. One night we ordered from the menu and the second night they had a nice buffet. Rooms were spacious and very clean. We were traveling by train and you need a taxi to get to the hotel and attractions?

Quality hotel at bargain price.

Nice hotel overlooking the old town, great location. Secured parking, never worried about the car. The front desk staff were very polite and efficient. Only hiccup was I had to wait until 2pm for my room (normal, I got there at 1pm) but then a to 2pm, they told me I had to wait another hour because of a plumbing problem. Stuff happens. Only complaint on the room is the handheld shower would shoot straight in your face when you put it in the holder, bracket was broken. The breakfast buffet in the morning was a nice variety and constantly restocked. The swimming pool was very nice and a small gym. Overall a very good experience and would stay there again.

Good value for money.

This is a fine property with a retro-feel close to the center of the beautiful Hungarian city of Sopron, near the Austrian border. The pool was a welcome addition on a hot summer day. The breakfast buffet was bountiful and good. The staff was friendly and professional.

Amazing Place

As a party of four adults and an 8 year old we had two adjoining rooms which were perfect for us. Unfortunately it was too cold to make use of the outdoor pool but look forward to a return visit on a sunnier day.

It is a 2 star hotel.

Hotel is way over rated and over priced. We had a buffet breakfast with 80 Chinese tourists who were on a feeding frenzy. There are lot better hotels in Sopron in the similar price range.

I did not check in.

I wish I could tell you about my stay, but at the last minute I did not make it to the Sopron hotel. The hotel charged my credit card anyway and there was nothing I could do about it. I wish there was a way to cancel my reservation on the day of check-in.

Wished things would of worked !!!

The room was cooking hot the A/C did not work correctly at all , it would only blow out warm air. Was in a room on top floor and windows would only open a crack. Had to keep the mini fridge open and open the door to the hall to cool off the room. When informed the front desk girl could only roll her eyes and say " its only 18C outside how can you possibly be hot" and did nothing about it. The internet in the room would only work for a few seconds , even with the code. The only good thing was the free breakfast and the free parking we got with hotel room. The room was clean and nice . I have stayed in 4 star hotels before and never been treated like this, I would say this was 1 star service.

Nice hotel, good location at a

Nice hotel, good location at a reasonable price. A minor incident was that the restaurant closed so early so we missed the dessert at the buffet dinner

Flott hotell med bra renhold og høy standard. Hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening. Meget bra frokost. Stor parkering i tilknytning til hotellet. Kort gangavstand til sentrum.

Positivo la palestra, negativo: parcheggio a pagamento, ristorante chiuso, prezzo delle consumazioni al bar eccessivamente alto.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit angenehmen Buffet am Abend. Perfekt für einen Zwischenstopp, aber bestimmt auch für mehrere Tage.

Es war gut ind erholsam

Unsere Kurzurlaub war ein voller Erfolg. Abgesehen vom Wetter 😀 zum Glück könnten wir die Wellnesangebot nutzen. Sopron ist auf jedenfall eine Reise wert. Hotel Sopron können wir gerne weiterempfehlen! Familie Eszenyi

Der neue Spa Bereich ist klein aber sehr fein und offenbart einen erstklassigen Blick über die Altstadt von Sopron. Die Lage ist hervorragend und wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Service, Zimmer, Essen ist alles sehr gut. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und nur zu empfehlen

Sehr gute Adresse um Sopron zu besuchen.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel über den Dächern von Brünn. Wellnessbereich und Aussenpool vorhanden. 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Zentrum.

Struttura un po' datata ma confortevole; camere pulite e spaziose, ampio parcheggio. Posizione ottima a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro.

Ausser die rezeption war alles gut

Preis Leistung und die Freundlichkeit vom Personal Top . Frühstück und Abendessen sogar für drei Nationalitäten etwas Ungarn , Ösi und International lecker .

Empfang an der Rezeption unfreundlich,Rezeptionist Richard Kotarago sprach überhaupt nur mit ungarischen Gästen, eine nette Praktikantin musste seine schroffen Anweisungen für uns übersetzen, erwarten mir in einem 4 Sterne Hotel einen Front desk Mitarbeiter der zumindestens Deutsch oder Englisch spricht, Spa war nicht nur Montags gesperrt sondern auch Dienstag bis 14:00, keiner machte uns darauf aufmerksam und nur mit Müh und Not konnten wir diesen Bereich dann am Dienstag nachmittag besuchen, keinerlei Entschuldigung, hatten zwei Premiumzimmer gebucht, bekamen ein kleines Zimmer mit Blick auf den Hinterhof bzw. das Flachdach der einen Stock tiefer liegenden Küche, eigenartigerweise hatten einige ungarische Gäste, mit dnenen wir am Pool und beim Essen ins Gespräch kamen als Premiumzimmer ein größeres mit Balkon, Personal im Speiseraum sehr freundlich, Essen ausgezeichnet, schade, dass gerade der Empfang nicht gut ist bzw. bei Expedia gebuchte Zimmer nicht das sind sind, was man gebucht hat und bezahlt

Hotel liegt gut, Personal an der Rezeption ist wirklich nicht freundlich Auch beim Frühstück kein Gruß Unfreundliche Gesichter außer dem älteren Kellner. Zimmerservice so lala. Alles lieblos gemacht.

der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und ich werde gerne wieder zurück kommen.

Altos y bajos.

Altos y bajos. Si bien no hemos tenido ningún problema mayor, un par de cosas a tener en cuenta: La alfombra de la habitación data del siglo XVIII, urge renovación. Ningún canal de televisión en inglés!!!! No hay café/tè en el cuarto... De alli en más todo bien. Céntrico, cómodo. Bonita vista desde el cuarto. Desayuno muy bueno un día y no tanto al siguiente, supongo dependiendo del número de huéspedes. Al fin de cuentas aprobado, sin mucho más que remarcar.

Siisti ja remontoitu hotelli, tosin ulkopinnasta näkee, että "rungolla" on ikää. Hinta-laatu -suhde hyvä. Kylpyhuoneiden tuuletusta ei ole hoidettu remontoinnin yhteydessä -> home viihtyy.
