Lovely hotel and very helpful staff. Room cleaned very well every day. Lovely thick fluffy towels, comfy beds and good size room. Breakfast good, but evening meal not good value for money. Easy walk to centre of Ciutadella . Pretty walk along the sea front

We thoroughly enjoyed out time in Ciutadella. The hotel is spotless, the rooms are large, and we loved the sound of waves from our seaview balcony. The pool looked wonderful, though we had bad weather during our stay and didn’t go in. The bartender, Jose kept us entertained with conversation and local knowledge. We had a wonderful time chatting with him. We were able to walk to the old town, restaurants, and markets easily. The ferry from Barcelona was an easy 20 minute walk, and the bus to Mahon was about about 8 minutes away. We look forwarding to visiting again in the future.

The new renovations have made a big and good impact, in particular in the bathrooms.

We had a nice stay, however due to a mistake by a staff member we ended up without a room when our flight was cancelled. They first told us a room is available and then said they are fully booked. This was very stressful particularly travelling with a baby.

Menorca in October

Quiet stay for 4 nights in October. Lovely weather. Hotel is 10–15-minute walk to city or harbour. Pool area is nice even if it was freezing. Very quiet time of year so city was quiet with only a few bars open after 12pm. Try restaurant Moriarty for great tapas, fried aubergine chips shouldn't be missed.

A spotlessly clean hotel overlooking a jade blue and green inlet which is wonderful for swimming in in summer. DO get a room overlooking the front/sea - a totally different feel than the rather cramped rooms at the back and overlooking the pool.

Great location, underground parking a big positive and very helpful/friendly staff! Mini fridge in room could do with an upgrade as it was leaking water every day

Well positioned hotel - lovely walk to the town.

Stayed here for a short stay with my adult daughter. Perfect for us - just out of the centre so quiet but a lovely 15 mins walk along sea front to old town. Room very comfortable, lovely pool and staff very friendly. Also had excellent treatment in the spa. Only slight downside was communal areas were a bit lacking in atmosphere and air conditioning in room wasn’t that effective.

Rustig hotel met heel vriendelijk personeel. Mooie kamers met goeie bedden en een uitgebreid ontbijt. Wij kwamen in oktober en er waren vooral oudere koppels, wat voor ons prima was. Een fijn zwembad (water is beetje frisjes) en een hele mooie spa afdeling. Op wandel afstand van het prachtige Ciutadella met vele restaurantjes. Aanrader!

Très agréable

Le personnel était très sympathique. L'hôtel est très bien situé. Il dispose d'un grand parking mais il y a également quelques places devant l'hôtel. Le petit-déjeuner est très copieux, il y avait beaucoup de "salé". Le SPA est accessible sans réservation préalable. Dommage que l'eau de la piscine du SPA soit un peu froide. Il n'y avait pas d'après-shampoing dans les douches.

Ideal gelegen, um Ciutadella zu Fuß zu erkunden und trotzdem gelegentlich im Meer direkt vor dem Hotel zu baden. Schöne Junior-Suite mit gehobener Ausstattung. Balkon zur Straße und über der Hotelbar nicht ganz so gemütlich. Dauerberieselung mit Easy-Listening Musik von der Bar den ganzen Tag, aber man ist ja meistens unterwegs. Zimmer leider hellhörig.

Vacaciones excelentes

Muy buena experiencia. La tarjeta de la habitación nos fallo varias veces y había q ir a recepción cada dos por tres a reactivarla, pero por lo demás ninguna queja, todo excelente, y el personal amabilísimo. Un hotel excelente, a mano de ciudadella puerto y además muy trankilo. Volvería sin pensarlo.

Magnífico lugar, fuera del centro histórico, pero a unos minutos andando.

El hotel está en una zona muy tranquila, no se oye ningún ruido. El personal es muy amable. Además de Star en una zona super tranquila estás a 6 minutos andando del centro de la ciudad.

Très bon hôtel service irréprochable et excellent petit déjeuner . Seul bémol un peu bruyant le matin je suppose des chaises que l on traîne sur le sol . L endroit est très sympa et pas très loin du port Je recommande

No se le puede poner ninun solo pero a nuestra estamcia....staff encantador, habitacion cómoda y limpísima, desayuno variado y buensisimo, parking y spa gratis....reperiremos si volvemos a Menorca

Enjoyable stay in Hotel Port Ciutadella

Comfortable and spacious room, fantastic breakfast buffet, relaxing and quiet pool, free and spacious parking area. The city tax had to be paid at the hotel and it was more than informed on the reservation confirmation (4.40 e/ person/ night) which was an unpleasant surprise. The staff informed the bus schedule to Mahon inaccurately. The tap water was white of chlorine and undrinkable.

Personale gentilissimo e camera pulita. La posizione si è rivelata ottima: abbiamo potuto raggiungere il centro a piedi, evitando il problema del parcheggio.

Habitacion excelente y magnifica piscina. Mejorable la atencion en el bar del hall.

Ein Hotel welches ich jederzeit empfehlen würde. Sehr freundliches Personal, welches für jedes Problem eine Lösung parat hatte und ein sehr guter Gesamteindruck.

La habitación tenía una terraza que daba a la calle en la planta baja con lo que te veían tanto los coches como la gente que pasaba andando. Se oyen todos los ruidos del interior de hotel, gente hablando en le recepción cafetería, los que llegaban con maletas...

La proximité de la ville, le parking, l'accueil, la propretée

En general bastante bien el servicio la limpieza y demas. El boffet del desayuno bien pero algunas cosas regular
