Staff was very helpful and friendly. We loved his every thing was in walking distance. Gave us a wonderful opportunity to be mobile! Our room very spacious. Such a beautiful town to explore!

Quiet hotel. Rooms where nice and clean. They do have family suites which are two room that share and small hallway with a common outside door. This makes staying with kids easier. Breakfast was good too with a good selection of items and you can also order omelets.

The staff was great. They very helpfully sent someone outside to guide us into the parking garage, which had good size spots. The rooms were clean and the AC worked wonderfully.

We booked this hotel as it is an easy walk from the train station and in the old town but … it wowed us with the efficient and friendly service, its cleanliness and the generally great condition of the whole hotel. A good breakfast was included for us. It is on the edge of the old town but close to the shops and very close to Mercado Victoria which is a great place to eat.

Lovely two night stay at this hotel. Nothing at all wrong with anything, would stay again if I went back to Cordoba. Only about a 10 minute walk into the town for the main attractions.

Great location! Just between old town and city shopping area, so everything is convenient and walkable. Hotel facility is perfect, I wish we could stay longer.

Great place!

Clean, great staff, good location and good breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, no iron available to use which was disappointing. If you may need to iron your clothes during your stay then look for another hotel. Also, no tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

Hotel Selu is at walking distance to all the touristique places to visit in Cordoba. The staff is absolutely great. Helpful, with a great smile. Every single person we had to interact with was great. The rooms are clean, breakfast is good. If you are going to Cordoba, stay at Selu, you won't regret it.

Nice hotel, good location. The only downside for me was there was no coffee in the room, or in the hotel, other than with paid breakfast.

Very helpful staff during a very busy time in Holy Week. Great to be able to request the switch on of the a/c which was needed as already warm. Lovely quiet room at the back of the hotel, clean and modern. Impressed with friendliness and helpfulness of reception staff. Walkable to the train station and main areas of interest.

Room was a bit warm so we had to keep the window open a bit. I guess AC was shut down for the winter. Great staff.

I arrived in the middle of the day and the staff informed my that my room had been upgraded at no cost. Central location, friendly and helpful staff, who held on to my bag for the day after I had checked out so I could explore further.

Easy walking distance to Railway Station & all the historical sites. Very well managed, clean, hotel.. Room 115 overlooks a tiny light well, not idea for those seeking an outlook there was external intermittent AC plant noise

Great hotel! Central location.

Great boutique hotel central to the city center, the cathedral, Jewish quarter and the Victoria market. All of which are within a few minutes walking distance. Room was small, but it was clean, well decorated, had a refrigerator, plenty of storage space, and bed was super comfortable. The bathroom had a lot of counter space which was awesome, and shower was nice and roomy. The staff was super friendly and helpful from the time I arrived to when I left. The lobby of the hotel is very nice, and has a separate sitting room where you can have a cup of coffee, or just a nice sitting area to get some work done. Overall, super happy with this hotel and the location. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Centrally located in a walkable city.

When we arrived, the agent offered to help us park the full sized sedan in the underground garage. After we checked out, because there was space, theu let us keep the car parked in the garage while we did some last minute visits, which was super so we didn't have to move the car. Super friendly staff who gave us great advice for our short visit.Clean and updated. Highly recommend the location.

The hotel room was somewhat small but very adequate. The bed was comfortable and when we open the window, the room was not stuffy. We’d like the colors used in the hotel. The breakfast was very good and provided many choices.

Good hotel in convenient location

Convenient location, less than 10min walk from the train/bus station and 10-15min walk into the heart of the Old town to Mezquita. My room was not too big but in good shape and clean. Despite the window only facing into inner area, there was enough daylight. There was a mini-fridge as well, and the only thing I was missing was a safe in the room - something I would expect. The receptionist I happened to talk a few times was always helpful. Overall, a very solid property with reasonable location and I would consider staying again if in the city.

Great location to the beach and public transportation. Staff were efficient and welcoming. Great amenities in the room. Had various television channels from multiple countries. Would definitely be back.

Pros - Hotel recently refurbished, underground car park with assisted parking, breakfast has good choice and quality. Location good. Cons - heating/cooling cannot be controlled from room, sound insulation not very good, entrance to car park very tight.

Good for one night

The hotel is tucked away on a narrow street, but for some reason there is a lot of street noise. Seemed to go on all night. My room was situated close to the front desk, so i heard voices pretty clearly. The room was great for a one night stay. The sights aren't far at all, and the train station is an easy 12 minute walk.

Also a music/dance area for a younger crowd. Easy walking to main attractions in historical center. Our comfortable stay at the hotel enabled us to fully enjoy Cordoba.

Friendly and professional staff that didn’t blink when we arrived with luggage at 11 am. They checked us in without questions and stored our bags until our room was available later that afternoon. Room was spotlessly clean and the bathroom was nicely sized. Overall an excellent place to stay, nicely situated within walking distance of the train station and all of the Old Town attractions

Couldn’t fault this hotel it was perfect. Great location, lovely room, helpful staff but it was extremely hot in Cordoba at this time and the air conditioning struggled to cope so it was very difficult to sleep.

Fantastic little hotel.

Excellent location near all historical sites and the Mercado Victoria. Recently remodeled with all amenities included with were proven valuable since I had ran out of mine. Staff was extremely helpful with showing us the points of interest not to miss, especially since it was Fiesta de los Patios y Balcónes. We didn’t dine at the restaurant but did see many people enjoying their time there.

Nice clean hotel, close to monuments and city center, in a fairly quite street. On-premises parking (w. fee) was a plus. Friendly staff. For those having laptops or tablets, beware that the in-room safe (old style: with a physical key) is too small to hold them.

Good Choice

I was trying to find a hotel a few days before my trip with a good combination of location and price and this one fit the need. It is actually only about a 10 to 12 minute walk from the bus and train station, and right in the old city and close to museums/sites. The hotel staff was adequate but certainly did not go out of their way to be friendly. The hotel room was typically small and difficult for two people to relax in after a long day of being out in the city. In fact, the room had a double bed but only one pillow across the entire bed, which was interesting to deal with. Overall, a decent hotel, and I would probably stay there again.

Beautiful Cordoba

Hotel is very modern and rooms are small with no view just a city hotel but it's very reasonable price and staff are very professional. Location is great as evething is ten minutes walk.

Hotel is good, personal very friendly, location is great and within old town. Rooms are modern but small like in most European hotels. The problem here is that although completely renovated, no money or effort was invested on making it sound proof. One hears every noise from outside and other rooms.

Comfortable hotel

The hotel was clean and very comfortable. The location was in walking distance of the major historic sites, restaurants, and shopping areas.

Clean but a little noisy

Rooms are clean. Some parts of it are dated. Bathroom was clean. Biggest complaint is the walls are thin so you will hear noises like muffled loud conversations from your neighbors. Elevators are the smallest I've ever been in (1st held max capacity at 5 and the 2nd held max capacity of 2).

The hotel is right at the corner where cars make a turn all day long. From our room, we could hear all that noise. It was not pleasant at all. And there was no kettle for us to boil water for tea and we had to wait for the cafeteria to open before we could get some hot water.

Hotel OK, service not so much.

Location is good and the hotel is OK, what you paid for. What made our stay uncomfortable was that we are family of five and had booked two rooms. Not only the rooms were not close to each other, they were on different floors. From the hotel said that they were fully booked and can't do anything about it. I am not sure if it's their fault, or it is hotel.com's. Bottom line is, sharing our luggage and stuff suddenly became a hustle and a nuisance. One needs to call someone from the other room and request his toothbrush. Going through the halls waiting for the elevators and coming back after 10-15 mins only for that single thing. And then again for something else, and then again for something else.

Close to old city centre

Hotel is in a location and is close to historical places. It's nice and clean but room size was small for a double room. Building work was going on on oneside and could get bit noisy at times.

Stay away

First of all I arrived to a building site as seems the ground floor is underconstruction. Couldn't even hear the reception staff the building noise was so loud. Staff didn't bother explaining or apologizing. Anyway, room was very dingy small, smelled of smoke and wasn't even clean.. hairs in the bath and in the bed. Breakfast was very poor too. I definitely don't recommend staying here although the location was good, 15 min from stations and 15 min to the cathedral

Room was small and a bit dated but decent enough with mini fridge, AC and good WiFi. Breakfast a bit pricey so we skipped it. Very hard to find without GPS. Secure parking at hotel and staff friendly. Close to all the sites

Centric Hotel

Very nice location, clean room and bathroom. Close to bus, metro and turist bus. A lot of nice restaurants, cafeterias and drug stores around. Very helpfull staf.

A hotel that undersells itself

This looked like a basic cheap hotel; somewhere just to crash. However, it exceeded expectations. Very reasonably priced, it was very close to the old town, it was clean, well air conditioned with a good bathroom (my room had bath and shower - others just have shower). The room was by no means large, but certainly fine. The breakfast was a highlight. There was a very good range for the price that was well beyond what I was expecting. Internet was included (a renewable three day password was issued for each item), and it was reasonably quick and reliable. The staff were very pleasant. Overall, this was a real find. If you want a relatively no frills, cheap, but comfortable base, without wanting to spend too long in the room, then it would be hard to beat this for value for money.

Good Hotel in Cordoba

Hotel sited in a fairly narrow lane off the main through road of Cordoba. Great place though with good efficient friendly staff. Only a short walk to nearby restaurants and bars and approximately 15 minutes to the main sites, namely the cathedral and fortress. Great hotel for the price and would stay here again etc. Helios

Small, quaint hotel well located

Hotel Selu is very close to the train station with very clear instructions on finding the hotel. It is very quiet and centrally located near restaurants, bakeries and cafes.

A perfect base for sightseeing in Cordoba

We parked the car in the hotel garage for a very good rate & did not use it again until we departed. The hotel was perfect location wise as it was between the old & new quarters. The buffet breakfast included in the booking fee was well presented, plentiful & with myriad choices to suit any individuals diet plan. The room was spotlessly clean, although older style, but unfortunately our room was at the back of the hotel with the window facing onto other rooms & floors so for privacy's sake we needed to keep the persianas down which made the room quite dark. Would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends, as a perfect base for sightseeing in Cordoba.

Nice hotel and a good compromise between easy access to train station and to the sights of Cordoba. Clean. Helpful staff. Nice continental breakfast. They did let us check-in an hour early, but no AC until official check-in time.
