All the ice machines were broken and the staffs didn’t care about fixing them even they knew I was thirsty. They asked you to go to their cafe.

Loved our stay. Staff were soo helpful and went out of their way for us. Room was wonderful! Great powerful shower. Had we stayed a bit longer, we would have definitely gone swimming. Local area and hotel were smart, safe and clean. Perfect for our young family.

The location of the hotel was ideal for a conference I attended, with convenient access to a few public transport options to travel into the Barcelona city center and close proximity to the airport. The area was safe and the hotel had a nice gym and pool facilities, along with onsite restaurant. I wish the restaurant/bar stayed open later, given the limited restaurant options in the area outside of the city and my bathroom had a slight smell of cigarettes until I aired it out.

The staff member mainly at front desk were no courtesy er all. No one try to help on any form be possible and eventhough the law of the best effort for them is better

Great hotel. All be it just out of town

Reception staff were really friendly and answered all our questions. Hotel was fresh and clean with rooms with plenty of space. Roof top pool was a nice size compared to the bath tub sized one I feared. Situated near a shopping centre it gave a handy position for picking up those essentials we had forgotten to pack. I’d highly recommend this hotel.

Great accommodations. Wonderful friendly hospitality staff all round. Lovely comfortable and spacious lobby area, room was comfortable and very clean. We would definitely stay here again, and we highly recommend this hotel!

Fantastic hotel

Beautiful hotel, staff was fantastic, on site restaurant was good, the location right across from the mall was excellent and convenient. The only downside was that the pillows were hard as rocks.

Great staff at front desk. Checked us in early and welcomed us to the hotel. Checking out was also easy and we were offered luggage storage and booking a taxi, which we didn't need. Good selection for breakfast. Room clean and spacious

Good Hotel with Clean, Modern Rooms

The hotel and its decor is both modern and attractive. In the ground floor and reception must be the world’s largest book case. This is clearly a busy hotel with many nationalities staying, coming and going at all hours. We found the staff very friendly and accommodating but I must say that both the check in and check out were incredibly slow. I would rather complete an online check in these days. Turn up, show my identification and get to my room. There seemed to be a lot of form filling and computer key tapping during this process. We had also requested on three occasions that I had adjoining rooms with my kids. I booked nearly 6 months in advance so there was plenty of time to accommodate this. At no stage did I receive a reply from the hotel. Reception seemed unaware of this request when we checked in. The rooms were spotlessly clean with good bathrooms and nice linen. Their only fault with both rooms was that the refrigerator didn’t work.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property was well-maintained, and the atmosphere was inviting. The highlight, however, was the staff—everyone was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and welcoming experience

Hotel is clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. While it is outside city centre and more residential, the area is lovely and we enjoyed eating like locals at some really great tapas restaurants. Staff were helpful and kind. We had a great stay!

Here is a list of things we found unsatisfactory the photos of the room were extremely misleading. It was cramped. 10 inches between the two single beds, there were no instructions about how to call housekeeping or reception or how to turn on the AC. There were not enough towels, the tissues were Almost empty, the room was old and needed upgrading. There were zero places to change devices, THE SHOWER IS COMPLETELY UNFAFE! The shower tub is slippery, but there is nothing to hold onto and you have to climb around a huge stationary glass wall. Bad idea.

The hotel room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable in a quiet neighborhood.

Hotel has excellent and comfort. Staff very gentle and helpful. There is a bar in the hotel Gym opens till 23.00 and pool till 21.00. Opposite hotel there is the mall with a huge selection of restaurants. One negative feedback I must stay is that outside the hotel there was a bad smell of drainage.

Clean and modern hotel half way between main centre and airport. 30mins walk to plaza espanya and the Arenas centre. Quiet neighbourhood nearby although taxi driver warned about unattended luggage in foyer recenty. Hotel are on top of this and secure luggage in a ground floor meeting room. Good for a short stopover

The Hotel was great BUT you have an ice machine in every floor and NONE of them work!.. also the small fridge in the room don't work at least in my room 611.

In a quieter section of Barcelona, this hotel is nice. The issue we encountered was the AC that wasn't cold enough. Everything else is good.

The hotel is lovely but unfortunately our bathroom was dirty on arrival and the bath sink blocked so the room had a funny smell. We also had a cockroach in the room

Pool was smaller then expected but very clean and well designed

This property is relatively well located and priced but the hotel was full of large groups of men and youths whilst we was there. 3 out of the 4 night's i had to either go out the room at 3am to tell the men running around the corridor to be quiet or call security. On the night i called security it took them over 20mins to settle the noise. The pool is tiny with about 6 sunbeds!!! The hotel reception staff were polite enough but not helpful. They gave no apology for the noise. The shower is over the bath and you step in at the sloping end. My mother couldnt manage this so didn't get to shower. I asked for a mat or another room and they had nothing and didn't apologise. Our room had a window looking out onto the road and all night there was traffic noise including horns going, engines revving and music blaring. I really wouldnt recommend. Pay a bit extra and stay somewhere more central and if you go in summer stay somewhere with a better pool.

Cleaning staff not helpful

Although we arrived after 3pm our room wasn’t ready. It took forever to check-in because understaffing and the staff at the reception had to take phone calls all the time. Our AC was weak and couldn’t really cool our room properly during the heatwave. The pool is way too small for the number of guests. The ice machine our floor was broken. Overall not a great stay unfortunately.

Excellent stay, the room was perfect and hotel is in a great place. Only thing I’d mention is the number of sun beds and pool - get there early if you want one!!

It was a nice place to stay without being right in the city. Close to the train if needed.

The property is okay . At first glance it looks great , but once you get in the ice machine’s didn’t work and I had to call the front desk multiple times with no luck because nobody answer. Once I went to front desk , the personal there mentioned that they usually answer the phone . The room was great for a family of four unfortunately the customer service is not of a four star hotel.

We enjoyed feeling fancy here. The pool was amazing! The dinner was great! Staff were wonderful!

Clean hotel.

The hotel was in a quiet area quite far from the main city. The most annoying thing was the bathroom didn’t have a proper door, it was a sheet of frosted glass, which meant no privacy!

Lovely place to stay. Spent a lot on taxis to centre otherwise good.

Area around the hotel was nice. Convenient mall and other stores and restaurants at a walking distance. Hotel is chic and clean for the most part. Pool is smaller than expected. Taxis are always available outside. Stayed at the hotel for 10 Days and only the complaint is that the ice machines were not working at all throughout my stay. When directed to a working machine from the front desk, that was out of order also. Only solution for ice is to go downstairs to the restaurant and ask for some ice which was not very convenient. Other than that, I’d stay again.

A good choice

40-minute check-in was bad but the hotel was very nice. Staff friendly, good gym, pool a bit too small, good parking (although quite expensive) and a great location.

One nighter in Barcelona

The hotel was great...my only complaint was that the pool was not heated and the pool bar was not open.

Find a different location for holiday!

This is NOT a place to stay for vacation! There were events going on the whole time we were there which meant we could not access the pool, the pool bar or the terrace. Staff were rude to the point of barring my daughter from breakfast. I had to intervene to remind them she had already been sitting with us but because they blocked access to the bathrooms my daughter had to walk all the way around. Kept hoping for even one interaction with staff that was somewhat polite but unfortunately it never happened. Every single one was rude and dismissive. Would 100% NOT recommend this hotel!

I was very impressed with this property. Room was fantastic and transportation available right outside. It was very clean and so pleasant to stay. I would go back.

The Hotel was very nice and clean. We showed up early to have our luggage held until check in, but they were kind enough to give us a room that was available. The only issue is with the bathroom. There were four of us. When the fourth person began showering the water started backing up in the tub. Other than that, it was a pleasant one day stay.

Property was very clean and comfortable. The Only bad thing is the breakfast buffet. There was not much variety of food.

The staff was super amazing and polite! The check in process takes a bit of time which may be normal in Spain. They are very accommodating allowing us to drop our luggage before check in time. The buffet breakfast was a huge hit with our group!

The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean and the staff are as welcoming and friendly as you could possibly hope for the only letdown is the location is a little far out from the main parts of barcalona so your reliant on public transport to get about as the centre is just a little bit too far out. But other than that we had a amazing stay

Bien cerca del aeropuerto y un centro comercial bien surtido. Hotel bien limpio y personal súper amable. El desayuno es excelente! Un poco lejos de los centros turísticos pero hay un metro cerca, y siempre hay taxis cerca.

El Hotel estaba hermoso! Sumamente limpio, oloroso y el staff súper atento y amable. Cerca hay dos restaurantes…..El de pizza estaba tan delicioso que almorzamos y luego cenamos. Convenientemente situado bien cerca de la Sorbona y otros lugares turísticos. A 25 minutos caminando del museo del Louvre…

Breakfast was okay. Some front desk staff was not professional, not welcoming.

There was system error in allocating a proper room, but staff was very friendly and flexible in offering a proper room at 2nd night and giving us a complementary breakfast as a compensation. Only 15min drive from the airport and close to the subway station.

The staff were not very professional, friendly or that helpful. Checking in was very slow and no staff acknowledged us at all. They didn't seem to have enough staff working even though they said it was so busy. The hotel bar closed early and the pool bar didn't open until 11am even though the pool was open at 9am. Then there was only 1 staff working and they were very busy. No welcome or goodbyes during the whole week. Rooms and around area was very clean and comfortable beds. Shocking that no milk was supplied to make hot drinks. They also didn't replace the water each time they changed the room/made beds. You had to buy your own milk!

Good location but service and amenities leave a lot to be desired

Decent location close to public transport, really convenient for the airport. Only thing that annoyed me was that the lighting was a bit odd--a mix of dark patches and spotlights in the halls and the bathroom in the lobby, which made it genuinely difficult to see things.
