All in all, a fantastic place. Location,decor, staff and the Regale Restaurant are tops. You can't get much better. My only advice to anyone booking a room with any specialized travel agency is to beware of what room they book for you. They choose what room to book and may not be in your best interest. A beautiful place could be easily turn into a bland memory in no fault of their own

The personal were excellent

Most uncomfortable bed I’ve slept on, mainly down to the pillows being too soft looked in wardrobe but no option for a firmer pillow, ended up waking up with back pain. Also our entire stay the tv didn’t work, reported to front desk staff but never came and fixed it.

Excellent on all categories we used as a couple. Breakfast and spa area were amazing. We came and departed by train and never used a taxi. Everything walkable.

Beautiful Hotel

Hotel Saski was one of the finest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Check in was fast and the staff was helpful with tour and dinner recommendations. The hotel is updated and classy with the most comfortable beds and heated bathroom floors. The hotel offers a bar and restaurant with fine dining selections. Most importantly it is located in the old town just a 1 minute walk to Market square for sighseeing, shopping, dining and drinks. Beautiful high-end property. Would love to stay there again!

Great location for exploring the main square , spa well equipped. Breakfast although expensive was fully stocked with lots of fresh options to choose from so well worth the money. All staff were very friendly , rooms are of an expected high spec when staying with the Hilton chain. Would definitely return.

Biz Trip to KRK

the hotel is literally 2 mins from the old town square. My room was excellent with good wifi connection. Bath/shower was good as well. They do have a small gym with two running machines, rowing machine and bike, all Technogym and very new. Good set of weights. there is also a swimming pool and sauna!

A superb hotel with great facilities. Excellently situated next to the main square, the rooms were decorated to a very high standard. The pool, sauna and steam room were good as well as the gym. Limited menu but what was available was excellent. The only one comment I would make is that the hotel would benefit from having English breakfast tea. I did ask twice but was advised they didn’t have any. If they stocked some, it would make things perfect!

The hotel was fantastic. The accommodations were first rate. They were only seated by the courtesy and effort of the staff who went out of their way to make our trip the very best we definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel, focus on details

The hotel is lovely, the fit and finish of the build is top notch and some of the attention to details are spot on. Food and drinks are nice, the breakfast was freat and again small attention to details were top class (choices of codiments such as Tabasco, Sriracha and real Maple syrup) A few areas which could be better (so you can make the most of it) explanation of the heating and lighting system, especially the underfloor heating, it would be great if you could screen mirror so that you can use the large TV's in the room (this is quite common these days). A second bench in the gym would be handy, there was loads of spare secondary equipment but only one bench which meant in a huge space only one person could use the weights. Finally there is no one to help with the bags, which is odd in five star hotel, fine for us as we re young (ish) but may be a problem for others.

The property was very centrally located and was beautiful. The room was very spacious. We were right next to the main Christmas market and a number of great restaurants.

Luxurious new renovation. Staff was not helpful, we're a couple, presented both passports but reception was reluctant to give 2 keys. We asked for a corkscrew and they told us we had to buy one or pay a corkage fee to have wine in our room.

Best hotel in Krakòw. So close to main attractions. Great, helpful and polite staff and amazing restaurant (make sure to try their version of tomato soup).

This hotel is a true charm! Beautifully decorated, simple but elegant. Room size was awesome, bed very comfy and awesome bathroom. The service was superb specially Vlodi at the bar. He was so friendly and respectful. Vlodi went above and beyond every night we went to the bar. He is a great ssset to this hotel.

A few suprises

Hotel is beautiful and located in the best location of Krackow. Staff is excellent. The concierge was very helpful. Issues are bathtub too high for an elderly person to get into. My mom could not shower there safely. Additionally, I booked two rooms, with one that was supposed to be delux. It was the same exact room as the other but cost $150 more. A bit of a bate and switch. I also took home the hand wash/body creme that we opened and used for 3 days and to my suprise I was charged $35.00 for it. I didn't need it, but did not want it thrown away. Certain many people make the same mistake, over and over again, knowingly adding to their coffers.

A true oasis at the heart of Kraków’s old city. The Saski provides all the modern amenities one would expect of a Hilton in a location literally 50 fee5 away from Kraków’s main market square. The rooms are stylish and super comfortable and the breakfast is to die for. A wonderful hotel all around.

We stayed in Poland for 4 nights at the hotel Saski. It was everything we wanted! Super close to the main square, walking distance to all restaurants and shopping. We only had to taxi to and from the airport and the hotel schedules that for you. The beds were very comfortable, everything was new and clean. Great housekeeping, used their laundry service and it was very reasonably priced. We can’t wait to go back and stay here again!

Lovely hotel - staff are very attentive and friendly. Great location for walking around and exploring.

The service was impeccable. The staff at the lobby desk were just the best. Elegant but friendly service. We were very impressed with this hotel and will stay in more of the Curio Collection hotels. Definitely would recommend.
