The hotel gave us a room with an amazing city view. It was a pity that there was no possibility to open the window. It was a surprise to see that a pianist played the piano in the lobby. Exclusive!!! Very charming! The selection of the breakfast was eye-opening! Huge selection and great food… It was unusual to see that that the hotel staff collected the food remaining next to the buffet. Should you do it somewhere where the guest can’t see it easily? It was not a pleasant experience. Except that the hotel deserves five stars! Excellent hotel!

It's close to Siloam Hospital. Near city centre. Food options are great. Location-wise great. Pool and gym are small. Pool have no dress code, I saw a kid swimming with no clothes, kinda off putting. Cleanliness generally ok/acceptable but definitely could have been better.

The hotel is pleasant, offering a good breakfast buffet and maintaining a clean environment.

The receptionist and staf are very courteous and helpful. The room and hotel is Clean The buffet has a variety of choicfes and tasty. Since our flight is very early the hotel provided us with twoboxes of food for our early breakfast. Thank you so much hotel Santika for the excellent services.

Close to the downtown

View hotel excelent and parking car not to far with the lobby, foods excelent with more traditional sources, fast response for staffs and clean and tropical minimalis style for overall hotels

Sound proofing

I just realised the rooms are not sound proofing. I was able to hear the small kids in the next rooms run around and cried etc.and in the early morning played with the door bells in their rooms. You also can hear people talk when you are in bathroom. Overall it was not a pleasant experience.

Nice Hotel in the city area

I always stay in this hotel during my trip to Surabaya because the location is in city area and the room is clean & staffs are very friendly. But this time a bit disappointed. 1. I booked the premiere room but the receptionist did not check properly & give us the deluxe room. Luckily I stayed before and ask for change. 2. The bath room drainage is stuck when bathing become flood. Have to call everyday to fix it. 3. On the last night of my stay, my opposite room was smoking and they open the door. It made the smoke go inside the room. My wife had complained and the staff had remind them but after awhile they do the same thing until my wife very suffocated and cant breathe well. We request to change room & the staff act fast & change the room immediately. I'm very glad for the good service otherwise we unable to sleep as it was midnight.

We got upgraded into Junior suite without additional charge. Really nice treat from this hotel. This is the 2nd time we stay at the Santika hotel premier Gubeng Surabaya A wide variety of breakfast selection ...

Excellent Stay

We enjoyed our stay at Santika, the staff were amazing, especially Kezia at the reception desk. She made sure we were well taken care of. The breakfast selection was exceptional,and staff very pleasant and accommodating. The location was good, close to malls for shopping.Would stay there again if we go back.

We had the junior suite. It was spacious and clean. However the room was not well sound proof. Able to hear TV from next door. The breakfast was catered to more of local delights. There are international delights available but limited. Free Wifi was part of package but the access is weak. Require to log in every now and then.

Surabaya 3 night stay

Stayed three nights in July 2017 at the hotel Santika Premiere Gubeng. Rooms are clean and bright. Breakfast has many choices, European,Indonesian and all is presented well, with nice flavours. Staff are helpful and courteous. Would recommend this hotel.

Hotel With High Standard

I have stayed at many hotels thru-out Indonesia, hotel Santika exceeds them all in providing a high standard of service and comfort. 4 bottle if water free. I know its a small thing but how many times have u ran out of water at other hotels and woke up dehydrated? Thanks santika!!

Breakfast awesome

Good price, not tipicle cheesey Indonesian standard. Bathroom was nice shower separate and dont have wet bathroom. Good job Santika

The front desk was really helpful. I didn't pay enough attention to how much Rupiahs I had and simply bought too many souvenirs. I didn't have enough cash to pay the taxi driver from the hotel to the airport. The receptionist helped me to solve this problem to fly back Taiwan safely. Their kind concern and assist is much appreciated.

Business Hotel, Easily Accessible, Tasty Breakfast

I stayed for 4 nights at Santika Premiere and it was easily accessible because it's still considered in the heart of the city. Service was good, staff were friendly. I checked-in late due to my flight and there was a trouble with the locks in my room, it took about 10 mins for the repairmen to fix it. Room was nice, a bit small for a Premiere class but it was comfortable. Bathroom was also rather small, I had expected a bathtub but there was only standing shower. The complimentary toiletries, daily newspaper and bottled water were nice. TV channels selection was OK, I was looking for Sports on beIN Sport 1, 2, 3 but apparently the hotel doesn't provide them. Wi-Fi was provided but when you let it idle for a while, it tends to reconnect all over again (usually when I woke up I had to reconnect and input the username and password again). Breakfast had many varieties, international and local dishes available, good taste too.

Pleasant hotel near restaurants

There are plenty of restaurants nearby (just beside the hotel) that provide nice food. Hotel breakfast has a wide spread of local and western choices. Hotel staff are friendly. Only thing that could be improved for me personally would be the shower. Bathroom only has a fixed overhead shower head. If prefer if they provided a movable shower head with a hose.

First Visit to Surabaya

Everything in this hotel seem to go seamlessly. Food choices for breakfast is one of the best I have experienced. The only flaw is that airport transfer is not built in the charges. Otherwise perfect.

Well-impressed hotel

We were very impressed with many little things in this hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly though not many can speak English. There is a personalised 'welcome letter' in our room and complimentary fruit were delivered to our room! Keep up the good work!

방에 크고 좋았지만 욕조가 없어 불편했어요. 그리고 아침식사를위한 식당이 정말 별로였어요 인도네시아 음식에 익숙하지 않은사람들에게는 추천하고 싶지 않아요

部屋はとても清潔、タオル類もビニール袋に入れてある。 マスクも部屋にありました。

출장차 갔는데 가격도 비싸지 않고 깔끔해서 만족합니다

ビジネスの出張には十分

出張で4日宿泊しました。部屋も綺麗でしたが、唯一朝のエレベータ街が数分を要する事が気になりました。 対応は非常に良いです。wifi環境TV、無料の水ペット４本、シャンプー、石鹸、歯ブラシ、髭剃り等アメニティも問題ありませんでした。周辺を散策していないので、レジャーではどうかわかりませんが、ビジネスユースには十分なホテルでした。

ちょっと良いホテル、でも・・・。

価格と内容からすると、もう少し値段が安くてもいいかと思いました。 朝食が充実しているように見えるのですが、ほとんどがインドネシア料理で、外国人にはキツイかも。 PC用のマウスを部屋に忘れてきてしまいましたが、連絡先がわかるはずなのに何も連絡はありませんでした。 エレベーターも三機あるのですが動作が遅く、かなり待ちます。 ちょっと残念。
