Não sei o motivo, nem me hospedei no hotel. Recebi uma mensagem automática do hotel, porém gostaria de esclarecer que não efetuei o check-in nem me hospedei em suas instalações. É lamentável constatar que tanto A gerência do Hotel Santa Cruz, quanto a plataforma Hotéis.com me deixaram na mão novamente.
