Great location

A great location, very central and only a short walk away from the bus station. The staff were friendly and the room was comfortable.

Beautiful view and centrally located hotel.

The hotel is only 5 mins walking distance from the bus station. The lady at reception and the guy were both super friendly. The room is big and had balcony with superb view of the beautiful Andorra la vella. We have fallen in love with this beautiful place. We will visit this place again and will stay in this hotel.

Upside: my room, on the 3rd floor, in the back of the hotel, was inexpensive and had a nice view. Hotel was kept clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Sant Jordi is located within a few minutes walk to the center of Andorra la Vella. Nice cafeterias are near by. Good but not great: hotel offers parking space for additional fee but the space is outdoors, limited to 5 cars and with not very easy access- on narrow and steep street. For the same price, I got a space in the garage located in the center of town. Note: you need get a few days deal and pay up front. Downside: bathroom had, not always but at times, really bad smell from the sewage. Smoking ban is not really implemented in the hotel and cigarette smell comes through ventilation system. Walls are thin and if you get noisy neighbors, it could be problematic. Overall it was a mediocre experience but if you travel on a budget it was OK. But once again, staff was very kind and helpful.

Every day they come to clean the room, make the bed and change the towels. Nice view from the balcony, friendly staff, good location (10 mins to shopping promenade). good price as well! The bus stop from and for Toulouse Airport at 1 -2 mins walk distance! Breakfast buffet (boiled eggs, salami, cheese, little baguette, toasted bread, yogurt, gem, tea, coffee etc Thank you.

Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and tidy, and the wifi and hot shower were good. The shower area in the bathroom was a little small though.

Very nice and helpful reception staff. In particular, Daisy. No desk or table in the room. More attention needs housekeeping, but anyway I spent nice time in this hotel.

Older establishment, and shows it's age but comfortable, very helpful staff, nice breakfast area.

In downtown, you can walk everywhere. Showers can use some Clorox to eliminate mold. Very nice staff.

HOTEL HELL. Alert Gordon Ramsay

I’ve stayed at TONS of cheap hotels but I have never had an experience like this. Arrived late at night on bus from Toulouse. Checked in to S Jordi and went to the room. First thing I noticed was the opened and used little hotel bar soap on the sink . Ok — an oversight by the maid to leave that — whatever. Then I noticed the full glass of water on the night stand by the bed . Ummm ... I pulled the bedsheets back: pubic hairs. I lifted up the pillow: a long hair. Examined the towels: makeup on them. The room was USED. Disgusting. These people are crooks. Even at a $4 hostel in Vietnam the sheets are clean. I obviously considered going downstairs and complaining but I just wanted to go to bed so I turned the pillowcases inside out and turned the bedsheets upside down. Checked out

Convenient hotel with a view.

The hotel's easy enough to find, just up the hill from the bus station. Check in was straight forward. The room was spacious and clean, with a view from the balcony. the breakfast and evening meals were good. The only downside was the noise from the street and neighbouring rooms.

There didn't seem to be any air conditioning, or I was simply unable to find it. So the room was slightly warm, but other than that the stay was great! The hotel is within walking distance of all the city's attractions.

It was a cheap stay and had all that was needed for the night. Comfortable bed and warm shower. Short walk to town so ticked enough boxes. Lucky to find parking on the street so saved there!

Nice central hotel

Hotel is located on a busy main street; a bit of a challenge arriving by car as there is no parking right in front of the entrance. To get into indoor garage (12.5 euro/day) one would need to park on the sidewalk and then go inside to ask receptionist to open the door. A cheaper option to park in the green zones on the street near the stadium which is on a parallel street at the back of the hotel (50 cents/hour up to 5 hours; free overnight, between 8pm and 9am). From there it's 3 mins walk to the back entrance of the hotel (through the garage). The town itself is really small; you can walk from the hotel everywhere in a few minutes. Room is OK, nothing fancy, a bit cramped but suitable for a short stay.

Stayed for one night and found the hotel to be very handily located. I took the option of half board and was very happy with the three course meal on offer.

A very convenient location from which to explore

We stayed two nights at Hotel Sant Jordi. It is located on a busy road so unloading the luggage was very difficult (and there is no public parking close by). However it is well located and the hotel offered a reasonable standard of cleanliness. Most staff were helpful and efficient.

An undeservedly low rating for this nice hotel

All in all, I can only recommend the place. An excellent location, helpful staff, a clean room with satisfactory equipment.

Ideal Hotel near the Football/Rugby Ground. Staff very professional and helpful. Breakfast was very adequate. Very near old town, so some good sites on the doorstep. I had a road side room with a balcony, so earplugs at night, came in handy.

excelent low cost hotel

While the room was basic (and shower very small), the location was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the price was a bargain. We were able to get parking at the hotel which was a great savings over having to use public parking. The breakfast was excellent considering that it was included. The weather was unusually hot which meant that we had to keep the balcony door open all night but we had a great breeze. We had a balcony overlooking the mountains which made the room great.

No geral foi excelente Apenas no check-out que foi muito ruim, pedi para ficar mais 1hora fui prontamente atendido. Só que faltando 15 minutos para dar a hora de saída a moça que arruma o quarto começou a bater na porta falando que estava na hora de sair. Isso foi péssimo, seria melhor não dar a extensão no horário do check-out Mais indico o hotel

Hôtel très bruyant, de par les agents d'entretien mais également d'un ascenseur qui s'arrête sur un tout petit palier !!! On se croirait à l'aéroport !! Les chambres :1 lit double et 1 lit simple laissent vraiment très peu d'espace à la circulation, il faut enjamber les sacs et circuler chacun son tour. La propreté : si vous ne regardez pas sous le lit et le sommier en mousse tout arraché ça va concernant la chambre, après fermez les yeux sur la cuvette des toilettes. Et pour clôturer le tout, lorsque vous arrivez et que vous demandez l'accès au parking, on vous répond qu'il n'y a pas de place et qu'il faut se garer au parking souterrain de la ville à 500m et se trimballer les valises (seule avec 2 enfants c'était sympa) et tout ça pour la maudique somme de 40€ pour 2 jours. Côté positif le personnel est sympa et l'hôtel est situé au centre ville. 2 jours c'était largement suffisant, il ne faut pas plus !!

j aurais aimais être informé que la principauté était confinée et que les commerce étaient tous fermés, nous avons étaient déplacés sur un autre hôtel, pour information il me manque toujours 2 nuitées qui ne sont toujours pas comptablilisées ( hôtel richelieu au boulou , et hôtel en italie testico)

Buen lugar para quedarse

Me gusto que esta en pleno centro pero las camas para dormir fatal, se nota un 2* pero almenos que las camas no tengan la forma de los anteriores clientes por favor

L'isolation Phonique est très mauvaise. Un couple est arrivé après nous et nous avons carrément passé la soirée avec eux tellement nous entendions tout au travers des murs. Je ne pense pas que ce soient des murs, tellement nous partageons la vie des gens dans les chambres d’a côté.! A mon avis ce sont des cloisons et phoniquement c’est vraiment très désagréable. Dormir avec les bouchons dans les oreilles pour ne pas entendre les autres clients de l’hôtel alors que vous êtes en vacances c’est dommageable

Het was schoon. Maar 12.50 voor parkeren en 8 euro voor de hond maakt dit hotel duur. Parkeren is op openbaar terrein.

Ma priorité quand j'ai réservé et lorsque j'ai appelé l établissement était d'avoir une place de parking PMR proche. On m'a répondu "pas de probleme" arrivée sur place des travauX de voirie avaient ôté tout stationnement possible dans la rue !. L'ascenseur est relativement petit. La douche très petite aussi difficile de se retourner à l'intérieur et pour se frotter les pieds obligé d'ouvrir la porte de la douche.

I did not like the lipstick on the glasses for juice and the old bread at breakfast. Anyway I like the price and a good start on the day. When go skiing (in Encamp by bus) in marts/april opening the breakfast a little late.

Quizás en general, necesitaría una reforma. Los servicios de: agua, luz, calefacción, limpieza y restaurant, buenos. Entorno relativamente pequeño pero, acogedor y familiar. Existe un ascensor y escaleras de recién contrucción cerca del acceso al hotel, a pocos metros. Muy bueno y práctico. Comunica con la calle de abajo. Te ahorras caminar mucho. Abajo están, el Estadio nacional y polideportivo de Andorra.

Necesita una reforma integral urgente. Deplorable.

Si no fuera por la amabilidad y la atención del personal ya me hubiera ido. Comida buena relación calidad-precio. Bien situado en el centro. Aparcamiento tan pequeño que tuve que dejar el coche fuera todos los dias y en Andorra no és tan fácil aparcar en el centro. Las habitaciones con sus lavabos necesitan una reforma urgentísima; pocos enchufes(algunos torcidos), television diminuta, muebles desgastados por el tiempo, guardarropas obsoleto,bañera desgastada de los años 70 'S etc.

Extra gebühren für Hotelparkplatz??

Die Unterkunft kannte ich bereits aus dem letzten Jahr. Letztes Jahr war der Parkplatz in der Hotel-Garage kostenlos, dieses Jahr kostete ein Platz auf dem Hotelparkplatz unter freiem Himmel satte 9,50 Euro. Das fand ich schon arg übertrieben!!

Ofrecen servicios que no dan.

Mala en términos generales. Ofrecian de manera clara en la oferta que elegí (a traves de hoteles.com) aparcamiento gratuito. Al llegar ni aparcamiento ni gratuito. Lo solucionan de la siguiente manera, busquen aparcamiento por ahi..(segun la persona de recepcion hoteles.com era el resposable de este asunto.el caso es que..nos costó tirar de maletas y bolsas varias calles, asi como encontrar un parking libre y el costo que suposo. O sea que ofrecen lo que no da. Y la habitacion muy pequeña, el baño habia que entrar de lado porque no habia mas espacio. Para no volver jamas||

バルセロナ空港からバスで直接アクセスできたので便利でした。深夜のチェックインでしたが、気持ちよく対応してくれました。 部屋は、新しくはありませんが、清潔でした。 ホテル前にはスーパーマーケットがあり、アンドラ観光局のツアーバスのcomuバス停まで5分、バスターミナルまで10分以内、その他観光名所も近くにいくつかあり、立地が良いです。 朝食は、プチデジュネと書いてあったので、期待していませんでしたが、簡単なビュッフェでハム、チーズ、ゆで卵、フルーツ、パンも数種類、シリアル、ヨーグルトなどあり、飲物もホットチョコレート、コーヒー、紅茶、牛乳などがあり、期待以上でした。

Hôtel bien situé personnel parlant français.très bon PTI dej complet .et jai pu deposer mon bagage en matinee et le recuperer dans l'apres midi de mon depart .juste un bémol : le dîné dans un autre hôtel mais on y mange très bien! Je recommande++++

Nôtre petite séjour à été très agréable de moment de notre arrivé avec un accueil super chaleureux et convivial !!!

El Hotel está en un lugar muy bueno cerca de tiendas ,el personal muy atentamento, necesitaría una pequeña reforma,pero está muy bien para el precio.

Katastrophe

beim einchecken konnte keiner Englisch, Verständigung ging so, Parkplatz war hinter dem Hotel mit einer Katastrophalen Lage das wir dachten es geht das Auto kaputt. Viel zu eng und steil die Abfahrt zum Parkplatz.(zusätzliche Kosten 9,50€) Das Zimmer war dreckig und obwohl wir nur eine Nacht drinnen schlafen wollten kamen wir nicht dazu weil es sehr laut war von der Straße her. Die Dusche war mit Schimmel und einer Folie versehen. Das Frühstück war auf einen kleinen 1X1 Meter Tisch arangiert wo sich jeder nehmen konnte. Fazit. Keine Empfehlung auch nicht für eine Nacht!

Hotel com condições muito fracas. Péssima limpeza. Sem ar condicionado ou ventilação, foi uma noite para esquecer. Pequeno almoço razoável face ao preço. Não recomendo.

Det är svårt att få tillgång till en av deras parkeringsplatser. Ligger nära det gamla centrum. Mängder med shopping och små trevliga barer i närområdet.

Je trouve un endroit au top mais juste ce qui me dérange ,il y a pas de parking . Après notre chambre est bien propre et il ferais trop chaud le chauffage à fond .

Отель убит и ушатан, стены поистене картонные. Переночевать 1-2 ночь можно, но с трудом - очень шумно. Завтраки номинальные, не ждите что сможете наесться, так попить чаю. Спасает дешёвая цена, чистота и наличие отопления.

Es un hotel pequeño pero bien situado

Eramos tres parejas. Las tres tenemos buen recuerdo. Relación calidad-precio adecuado. La cena y desayuno bastante bien, en el comedor del mismo hotel y el personal, excepto una persona, muy servicial y simpático. De las tres habitaciones reservadas, 2 de ellas bastante buenas aunque la ducha un poco pequeña. Una de las habitaciones (la nuestra) excesivamente pequeña. A pesar de todo, volveríamos porque en conjunto estuvimos bastante bien
