RUN FROM IT !
RUN ! I would never suggest this hotel. I had to change 4 times of room as each of them had issues : handles broken, phone broken, no window, sink leaking in various rooms, windows that could not close (funny enough, the owner told me it was not big of a deal). Managers even tried to put me in a lesser category. And last but not least, a party got organized for the 16 ish kid of the owners and the roof. Result ? Kids running in the whole hotel, many clients complaint, heavy music until after 1am. Only owner word : come drink with us, it will pass quicker. Again, run. I have to congratulate the only hotel staff hotel who was cared and who was competent, Giulia. You are a rock to be able to stay there.
Staff is exceptional Breakfast buffet fresh and abundant
Great staff at front desk Very helpful and friendly Would come back again
Great hotel, with very welcoming personnel at reception, open to explain where to go and places to visit. The room was very comfortable and the bed was just the right mattress for a good night's sleep after a long day. The linen felt so soft and comfy. I love the stay at this property!!
The breakfast was amazing! The staff was very friendly and the hotel is peaceful and has a great roof top terrace to enjoy a nice drink!
What i loved most about this hotel was the staff. I found them last minute since there was a booking midhap with my original stay and i was so tired, confused and anxious but they were so welcoming. The chef was a delightful young man who offered great recommendations where to eat and helped us book our tickets to our next stop. They let us try some wonderful loaf cakes they just baked for the morning breakfast. They really made us feel right at home. Would definitely recommend to anyone and i will surely be going back on my next trip to Rome.
Not for long stay
the welcome was very good. beautiful hotel. two downsides are that we did not have a counter in the bathroom. very poorly designed. we had to put our accessories on our bed. In addition, the room was very dark. the lunches were perfect
Very good
The staff were so helpful with where to go and directions and gave us recommendations. The hotel was clean and a good location
Helpful staff. Clean. Good location
Beautiful boutique hotel. Wonderful breakfast included in stay. Outstanding rooftop patio. Friendly staff. Missed the five star mark with broken AC - awoke in sweat. Requested repair from overnight staff person who didn’t know how to fix. Also the controls for shower, blinds, thermostat were overly complicated and didn’t have any instructions. It would be helpful for guests to have printed instructions for non standard controls.
Hotel was a good location however a few things that could be better. WiFi wasn’t great, air conditioning was controlled by reception. On 2 occasions I had to ask for it to be turned on as room was far too hot. Breakfast was good but gentleman running the dining room was rude and arrogant, particularly towards other members of staff. Also very dismissive at times to us when asking for items. Also sour smell in one of the rooms we had.
Great small hotel, located in a area close to a lot of attractions and center of Rome. Staff very nice
We had a VERY hard time to find this hotel. The hotel is located inside an enclosed brick building and it’s really hard to tell from outside. Even we went inside the courtyard, there was no sign at all. The elevator to the hotel was hidden in the dark corner and no indication inside the elevator so we didn’t even know which floor we should push. We spent about 39 mins in the courtyard without anyone can help us. The tea kettle is never cleaned and has mold inside. The cabinet for ice maker has LOTS of dust and we were afraid to use it due to the cleanliness concern. The other areas are clean and nice. Front desk is very friendly. Overall, it’s not worth $300/night.
Central, convenient location between the train station and all the main tourist spots. Fun and funky room and lovely breakfast in the morning.
I do not recommend the hotel at all. A strange hotel with small rooms and a small elevator. There is not even a normal door to the bathroom. A lot of bugs inside the room. Worst breakfast and location far from the main sites.
Nunzia is the best!
Nunzia the woman at the desk during the day, was so kind and helpful!! She was great. The biggest complaint we had was the temperature of the room. When we first arrived at the room, it was extremely warm. The air would not kick on and we asked over 4 times about it. The woman in the evening did something and it finally kicked on!! We left our windows open during the day and it didn’t help. And we ended up with mosquitos. Eek!! Also the ceiling in the bathroom was cracking peeling and looked like it had mold!! Room was a little small, but bed was comfortable!! Breakfast was GREAT!!! We loved it!!
Rome tour
Quick and easy checkin. Breakfast was tasty. They had no problem with holding our bags while we left for a couple of hours.
Nice, renovated hotel in a good location. The superior rooms are spacious and nicely furnished. Although I must say that I would have prefered to have door between the bathroom and the rest of the room so I could have more feeling of privacy while Im.. um.. making a delivery 😅 it might be fancy and modern not having a door, but it doesnt scream romantic, ya know? Also - in our room they need to do something about the shower drain, since now the water leaks in the opposite direction and into the bedroom part. Gonna be expensive to renovate if this keeps on happening. But spart from those things, we loved our stay in this hotel. Nice staff, good breakfast, fresh and clean hotel with a good location. Would probably book here again :)
This hotel is at a great location but the rooms are very basic and dated. There was no desk which made using your computer difficult. The staff is very helpful.
DO NOT BOOK THIS HOtEL!!!! Me and my family got BED BUG Bites in this hotel!! Also terrible breakfast and shower doors too small floods the whole room when showering! When we complained to the front desk manager Amelia she started yelling and insulting us and locked my guest inside of lobby! I am requesting a refund for this stay they ruined my moms 80th birthday and we got 3 rooms for a week! The worst service and worst place to stay unless you like Bed Big Bites HORRIFIC!!
Thanks for the great stay!
Very clean! Well run. Friendly and attentive staff. Would absolutely star here again.
Terrible !!! Bed bugs. Staff is rude. Breakfast sucks. Showers leak into the bedroom. Balcony doors do not open. They upcharge you at the end of your stay. Do not ruin your Rome vacation. Sincerely
DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! Bathroom shower floods the entire room doors not installed properly, Breakfast is inedible cold burnt eggs etc and same every day with little options, Room is so small I hit my knee in corner bed bruises everywhere!!! We booked 3 rooms one with a corner balcony and no access to balcony bcc danger! One of the 3 rooms also a corner room only has bathtub with no door so my mom slipped and fell shower head floods everywhere! The “couple” bed is 2 beds put together so there’s a wide space between you and your mate horrible! On our way out they surprised us with an additional 600 euro charge never agreed to after booking 3 rooms fir a whole week ( great customers) the manager of the hotel attacked my guest and grabbed her by the arm and shut the lobby door if she didn’t pay the extra 600 euros never agreed upon as we were PAiD in full by Expedia! We will request a full refund for our stay ! The manager after yelling and assaulting us and locking us in would not give me her name for my attorney after we were assaulted! The breakfast server will yell at you if you order more of anything! This is the worst hotel in the world! The only good thing was the location DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL WILL RUIN YOUR VACATION!!
The hotel was in a great location! The staff was friendly and professional. It was a great place to experience Rome. Very close to Villa Borghese which was a special bonus.
Nice staying
Very friendly staff and really clean
We decided to book this hotel end of August 2020, for our wedding anniversary. When arriving at the property, there another couple of people in the hotel. The next day we were told by the receptionist that the hotel that they will have to close the hotel from 11am to 6pm as there is no staff to cover the reception. We either get locked into the hotel or leave and gone back after 6pm. We weren’t given any compensation by the hotel for this, and when we complained they dismissed our complaint. The customer service was poor. The only thing that was good about the hotel was the location. I don’t recommend this hotel.
The room was bit basic but ok and cleaned everyday, the staff were amazing nothing was to much trouble for them, so polite and friendly, I am going back to Rome in September and will definitely look at staying there again.
Great location close to metro and bus stops. Very quiet, good noise cancellation. Breakfast is very nice with many options. Cappuccinos are offered at the breakfast as well with no additional charge. Bottled water in room was also no additional charge. Hoping to come back here if I am in Rome again.
Nice hotel, good location.
Hotel room is modern and clean and a good size. Hotel location is also good, walkable to trevi foumdtain, Spanish steps and other attractions. Hotel is close to food and also a luxury shopping mall. The breakfast in the hotel is so-so. Have to go to the breakfast early when it starts otherwise they don’t replenish, they don’t reset the tables, there will be no plates and nothing to eat after, don’t expect it to be a fulfilling selection, but the pastries were good enough. Front desk people are friendly and helpful. Overall I would stay there again.
Brand new renovated and modern. Good service and breakfast included are all great. What it lacks is a gym and a pool, which is not rare in european hotels. Good value and great location central but not overcrouded with tourists which is great for Europe in the Summer.
Super hip boutique hotel in a great location. Breakfast was superb.
The hotel was in close proximity to the metro & many buse lines. It's a modern hotel which carries into rhe guest rooms, no toilet paper dispenser, no drawers but rather metal shelves & no robes. Our room did not have a safe. Breakfast is contunental but if you ask they can make you a cappuccino.
Great little hotel and the staff is beyond courteous and helpful. Modern design and breakfast included was yummy. I recommend this place
Roman Holiday
Convenient location. Close walking proximity to most of the centre. Train station nearby. Fresh and decent size rooms. Great buffet breakfast.
A little bit of walk to main attractions, but still a walking distance. They have their own airport shuttle service that you can order ahead of time with them. Very useful since our flight was early in the morning, make sure to ask for the price before making the reservation.
Take this hotel !
Amazing hotel and service
The ac didn’t work, we were freezing. Breakfast was bad
We got a small poor room ,bed condition and very no helpfull staff. No closite ,a lot of electronics fichers ds’t work.
Hotel was clean and nicely updated with a lot of modern touches. Beds were more firm which was good for me as most hotel beds are super soft and hurt the back after a while. Not a lot of privacy in the bathroom as only a sliding door separates you and anyone else staying in the room with you. Can hear and smell everything as there is no fan in the bathroom. That would be the only negative.
Hotel location and staff are both amazing, but the hotel is newly opened and it still has lots of little things missing in the room that affect the overall comfort level. But the staff kindness make you overlook any discomfort in the hotel as a facility
Great hotel, service and location :)
Our stay was great! The service was great and desk team were amazing with there attitude and service. We just needed a closet which was missing in the room and AC at the elevator. Also the dining room was not totally ready for use in my opinion and dark. Overall we are very pleased, we will come back and will recommend! Thank you :)
Hotel tres bien place . Calme .propre . Personnel sympathique .
Todo muy bien
