Too expensive for what they offer

Room was clean. Functionable. The room's entrance was in a very dark corner with No light. Difficult to open in the dark. The window faced to a wall. There were no comforters on the beds onle sheets. No toiletries and very ooor lighting. We were planning on staying the night but left around 10 pm. Instead.

I arrived around 1pm on checkin date. They were able to let me check in early without any hesitation.

Not able to sleep , beds were so hard , very uncomfortable. Bed sheet bad smell , they look yellowish instead of white . Will not recommended.

Miscommunication about parking lot and pool .

The parking lot is very small and we had to park around the block because by 9 pm the parking next to the hotel door was full. And we didn’t know that you can also work in front cross the street which is a different hotel Best West and no one told us . I also saw the pool for that hotel and people from Toma hotel was using the pool and we also didn’t know that we can .

Affordable and decent

This hotel was decent ….the room #100 didn’t have a view or window so It was bland . Hotel easy to find …affordable but not the cleanliness

Worst hotel in Matamoros.

Worst hotel in Matamoros, rude staff, they can't even greet their guests. Tiny rooms, there is barely room for you and the cockroaches. The ac is too weak even for such a tiny room. My advise is you better spend 20 more bucks and find a decent place.

Best value I’ve seen in matamoros and I’ve lived here several years. Room is a bit small, clean on the surface , just don’t look in corners, breakfast at best western- essentially best western but half the size.

Dumpster fire hotel

So dirty insode room and heater didnt work. No good blankets on bed. Toulet paper stuck to foot from past guests and other peoples hair everywhere. Front desk rude.

Las habitaciones están bien, el personal muy amable y existen tiendas al rededor y una buena ubicación.

Fue una experiencia buena solo falta que las habitaciones cuenten con televisión por cable

Había una fuga en el lavabo. De ahí en fuera, todo bien.

En lo que se refiere a recepción buen servicio, si la estancia va a ser por varios días piden el pago de la siguiente noche antes de las 11: 00, se realiza y al llegar a las 13:45 horas todavía no realizan la limpieza,la realizan pero después de más de una hora subo y ya está la limpieza,el problema es que no tienen educación para avisar que la habitación ya está,se les pregunta del porque y no saben dar respuesta

En esta ocasión el servicio me quedo a deber. Llegué y no tenían lista la habitación, en recepción me confirmaron y cuando abrí el cuarto me encontré con una habitación desordenada y todos se lavan las manos.
