The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The breakfast staff were very friendly and Alex on the front desk was very helpful! (My son lost his AirPods, but Alex was very helpful in getting them back to us!). A great location, the shuttle van was exceptionally helpful for reaching the gondola. We will come back again!!

Clean and basic but not 4 stars. Want to use the pool, there is a charge. Want to go with the kids to the pool, only before 18:00. Basic amenities and room but not worth the money. Nice breakfast through!

Ok place, clean, quiet. Very removed from everything. Downside was staff not available and slow response to telephone calls, lighting very bright in room and could not be dimmed so it feels like doctor exam room. If you want pool and spa, reasonable price. Otherwise, not a good pick.

It is amazing. Well worth staying. Stunning views over Canillo.

Stayed at the property to gain access to some of the best cycling routes in Andorra - was not disappointed. Need a car as there is no shops or places to eat within walking distance. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice spa. Breakfast was good and fresh

The VIEW!

As in description the hotel is a short distance from the town centre which didn’t really bother us and you get the amazing view! Room,bed etc all good and the food really good it was actually the best buffet dinner and breakfast we had in our 16 night trip, and that VIEW!

Hotel is lovely and beds are super comfortable, however the rooms are so warm which made a comfortable night's sleep hard. We stayed twice in the space of two weeks and it was the same both times. We stayed on half board basis and the food was very good and lots to choose from. Could really do with having air-conditioning in the rooms for the hot summer months.

Incredibly easy to rent equipment - right across from the hotel. No need to arrange anything in advance. Very convenient.

Todo fue excelente. Todo el personal del hotel destaca por su profesionalidad y amabilidad. Desde el personal de la recepción (Alex) asi como todos los empleados del restaurante, Irish pub y los que se encargan de los traslados. La comida abundante y de muy buena calidad. El internet es mejorable porque habia que rellenar los datos continuamente. Sin duda volveremos ;)

Excellent hotel for ski holiday

Beautiful hotel. Very comfortable beds, food was great and the free transfer made the slopes very accessible

Wonderful stay here. The ambiance & staff were outstanding.

Beautiful view, clean/comfortable rooms and helpful staff.

No hot water in the room in the afternoon or in the hot tub. Pub music is very loud. Otherwise, bed was comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast was good.

Very nice. Was completely refurbished a couple of months ago. It not actually in canillo but a few minutes drive up the mountain. Staff is helpful and facilities are great.

Don't ask for tap water...

I stayed at Roc Meler for 3 nights. When we arrived we found there was no parking available in the hotel, but they offered us to park the car in a parking nearby and pick us from there. - Breakfast is great, good omelette but lack of different options. - SPA is great, but avoid going during 7-8 pm (It should close later, as we arrive late from skying). - Gym is great again. This one is usually empty. After skiing looks like people do not want to train anymore. It is small but new. - WiFi is the worst one I've ever seen in my life!!! It was asking us to log-in every 10 minutes. Please, repair it... - Irish Pub has great food served in 15m. Pizza was great. - Buffet restaurant is good (more than 20€ though), and they charge you for water. I ordered tap water and they told me I needed to pay for mineral water. I asked to talk to the manager, Miguel, and he said it was for safety reasons. Considering that the rooms have glasses, coffee and no complimentary mineral water, I believe they do it because they want to charge you for the drink. Overall, the experience was good, but I will considering coming back to this hotel after they refused me to serve me a glass of water. I hope they change this policy.

El staff es increíble y atento, de igual forma la comida fue muy a gusto. Las habitaciones limpias y ordenadas. Fui muy felizzzzz

o Hotel é muito bom com acomodações confortáveis e modernas, o café da manhã é excelente, com muitas opções. O atendimento na recepção foi muito cordial e o fornecimento do serviço de van para o centrinho é muito útil. Recomendo.

El hotel es muy cómodo, hemos ido con niños y está muy equipado para ellos, personal muy amable, habitaciones bonitas amplias y limpias. Teníamos media pensión y tanto la cena como desayuno muy rico y de calidad. Sin duda repetíamos.

Todo muy bien, recomendable. Reservar aparcamiento.

Bom custo beneficio mas quartos pequenos e não tão novos. Qualidade da cama e do banheiro boas. Higiene boa para otima. Cafe da manha excelente, ponto alto da acomodação.

Svårt att sova i en dålig säng

Modernt och snyggt hotell med trevlig personal och bra frukost. Det dåliga var att sängen var väldigt mjuk och nedlegad. Man sjönk ner på mitten som i en hängmatta. Det blev ännu sämre av att kudden var jättehård och tjock så att det blev svårt att hitta en bekväm ställning att sova. Lite retsamt att det också var slut på shower gel och toalettborste saknades. Synd på ett så fint hotell i allt övrigt.

Hieno paikka!

Todella hieno hotelli uskomattomalla paikalla! Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä. Parkkipaikat olemattomat, mutta lisämaksusta olisi löytynyt matala parkkitalo, ei suksiboxin kanssa kulkevalle!

Siendo la situación del hotel apartado es imprescindible el vehículo y no hay suficiente aparcamiento gratis.

El hotel tiene buenas instalaciones, especialmente el pub y zona de recepción, también el gimnasio. La comida es de buena calidad, muy buen desayuna y la cena también buena, aunque quizá un poco por debajo en cuanto a oferta. El servicio es muy atento y correcto y la limpieza excelente. En la habitación, siendo amplia, había algun aspecto que restaba un poco de comodidad, pero muy buena relación calidad precio. Las camas y almohadas muy cómodas, ningún problema en este aspecto.

Prima om te slapen en te ontbijten.

Schone kamer, prima bed, prima badkamer. Leuke bar met vriendelijk personeel. Top ontbijt.Geen gebruik gemaakt van de welness, dus geen oordeel.

Personal muy atento, especialmente Mika, muy amable y siempre preocupada por si nos faltava algo. Repetiremos sin duda

Maravilloso lugar

Magnifica atención. Judith me hizo un estupendo masaje ya que venia contracturada del viaje. El pub precioso con maravillosas vistas al valle. Habitación muy cómoda, un baño amplio y limpio. Lo recomiendo 100%

Nous avons aimé le petit déjeuner, le SPA, le personnel à l' accueil qui dans l'ensemble parle français, le PUB irlandais et la vue.

Nos ha encantado la experiencia en este hotel. Es tranquilo, muy cómodo, con todas las facilidades para lo que necesites. El transfer al telecabina de Canillo es maravilloso. El personal nos ofrecido una atención exquisita. Volveremos seguro.

Séjour en couple, les points forts : - la qualité du service offert par le personnel - le petit déjeuner et le restaurant - la vue Points faibles : - le spa et le parking sont payants et ce n'est pas indiqué dans l'annonce, - la literie est de qualité moyenne (lit qui bouge...), - les serviettes de bain sont petites et il n'y en a qu'une part personne, - les produits de toilette sont moyens.

Todo excelente, a excepción de la comida del pub. Tardaron hora y media para sacar los platos, y la calidad no estuvo muy buena.

Ubicado en precioso lugar y muy buen servicio

Habitación amplia y limpia. Todas las instalaciones son bonitas y limpias. Atención muy buena. Hubo un pequeño problema con la calefacción pero nos dieron un calefactor para solucionarlo temporalmente y nos propuesieron especial atención en una próxima estancia. La comida del pub (calamares a la andaluza y quesadillas) no nos gustaron la calidad por el precio que tenía pero el buffet del desayuno fue delicioso y muy extenso. Ubicado en bonito lugar con vistas al valle y zona muy tranquila.

Excellent séjour personnel au top. Accueil sympathique propreté irréprochable, chambres accueillantes petit déjeuner fabuleux. Spa,sauna trop bien. J'y reviendrai avec plaisir. Un petit problème, pas assez de place de parking à l'extérieur. Sinon tout est bien.

El personal inmejorable. Tuvimos algún problema en la habitación que solucionaron en seguida. El pub que hay en el mismo hotel genial. A nuestra hija le encantó la zona infantil

chambre réservé avec un grand lit double, nous avons reçu une chambre avec 3 petits lits simples, idéale certainement pour un couple en instance de divorce mais ce n’était pas le cas pour nous! pas de climatisation, 28° en été, dur dur, même avec la fenêtre grande ouverte, déception pour nous, je ne le recommande pas

Buena ubicación, pero horrible cuanto aparcamiento, muy poco espacio,y había que dejarlo alejado , o en zona de prohibido aparcar.

Très bel hôtel Chambre un peu petite pour un hôtel de ce standing avec une vue inexistante ….. sur le mur d en face Chaînes de télé française, buffet du soir et du pdj très variés et bon.

Muy correcto todo ,limpieza , instalación,y sobretodo el personal !!

El desayuno es bueno, la cena me pareció poco variada. La habitación superior no me pareció mejor a las normales, había un poco de olor a humedad en el baño. Aún y así, es un buen hotel con decoración bonita.

Muy buena opción en Andorra

Todo perfecto como en las anteriores veces que estuvimos en este hotel. Nuestro preferido de Andorra. El personal muy amable y todo muy limpio. Las vistas del hotel son impresionantes.

Top todobien

Hotel que no dispone casi, de aparcamiento a su alrededor, con lo que se precisa reservar parquing. La temperatura del hotel, en general, era fría. La habitación tambien, tenía termostato a 19 y no era posible subirla ( calefacción central), pasamos frío en hotel 4*. Personal amable, y desayuno variado, vistas preciosas.
