We really enjoyed our stay, unique countryside, beautiful scenery, excellent breakfast with delicious varieties, spacious parking, the room have all necessary amenities, very pleasant stay.

The hotel is nice, but location is kind of far from the center

We arrived very late at 2:00 am due to various delays. A staff member came to check us in even though she had to wake up at 2:00 am. Breakfast was excellent. Service was outstanding. Hiked a near by trail. Wish we had more time there.

Great hotel

The hotel staff were wonderful. Very accommodating. The hotel was very clean and I felt very comfortable. I don’t have any complaints about the hotel itself. Funny little story, though, when we booked the hotel, we checked it on the map and the map said it was much closer to Interlochen than it really was. We should have done our due diligence to confirm this. Instead of being 20 minutes outside of Interlaken this is actually 90 minutes outside of Interlaken. We talked to another couple hotel and they had the same issue. I want to reiterate this is not a hotel issue. However, make sure you do your due diligence to make sure , this is as close to interlock as you want to get.

This hotel and staff were extremely ancckmodating and service oriented. It felt like a large bed and breakfast. The alpine slide on themproperty was an added bonus.

Courteous and convenient

Staff was exceptional. Friendly, very involved in ensuring guests were comfortable and familiar with hotel amenities. Easy access from parking and a separate bike storage room made traveling with bikes effortless.

Nice secluded spot. Breakfast good. Diner was a good standard if a tad over priced.. Beds way too soft and pillows..... Lovely dining room......

Secluded property on the way to Swiss Alpine villages. Peaceful and pleasant with many goats in the back yard worth watching. Breakfast is typical Swiss/German. Not far from the Gondola and the village.

Our stay at Hotel Rischli exceeded our expectations and we feel we received a lot of value for our money. Our stay at Hotel Rischli was one of our best, ever, and we wish more hotels/inns would operate with this person-centered attitude - it would make us choose a hotel over a short-term rental more often. Hotel Rischli is located in the remote Swiss countryside, but there is lots to do, and - being Switzerland - other options (Lucerne, Brienz, Interlaken) are not too far away. We were lucky with the weather and were able to enjoy a challenging hike up to Brienz Rothorn, which gave us views of hundreds of peaks, including Jungfrau. Andrea and her husband (the Managers of the hotel) lead a great team, who are very friendly and thoughtful. They took the time to get to known us and our desires for our stay, so they could make recommendations and accommodations that resulted in a very personalized stay. The food was locally-sourced, high quality and very generous (breakfast was included, dinner was extra), and we were wanting for nothing. Thank you to everyone at Hotel Rischli for a beautiful stay. We wish we could have stayed longer, but I guess we will just have to come back again soon!

Very nice location for quite time and very good host. Staying 4 days there made us come back with fond memories.

We had a great stay at Hotel Rischli. It is a great spot to explore the biosphere in the summer -- lots of exploring opportunities nearby. Helpful staff, beautiful food and comfortable rooms.

Excellent stay

This was an excellent choice in the mountains away from the city. All the staff friendly & accommodating. You need to drive there and try & get there before dark as this up windy narrow roads & it gets misty.

Nice place to stay while in the Lucerne area

Found this hotel online while travelling across Switzerland. Had a great experience with lots of goodies included in the price (eg. free tickets to the local cable cars). Operated by the owners which were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant in the hotel provided excellent food and cozy ambiance. Due to the ongoing local hunting season the menu was all about game and venison which I enjoyed very much.

Poor location

There was discripancy in dealing with kids especially from arab countries.the hotel location is very far from the cities and adifficult way to reach with high mountin and seasonally ristricted road. But it is nice for people who wants relax.

Excellent value for money.

A very successful family outing. Hotel excellent value for money from all points of view. Rooms, evening meal, wines, friendliness: all top notch. My only negative point is that everything's in German, and that there is much to be translated into either French or English. Continental breakfast was exceptional - I've never seen such an impressive display of cheeses outside a five-star hotel. Moreover, there's expresso coffee on tap.

Es un lugar de excelencia; la habitación y el baño súper cómodo; buena iluminación, el personal bien dispuesto, el desayuno excelente. Los paisajes que rodean al hotel y desde Brienz hasta allí -si bien son unos km.-, son magníficos!!! Recomendable!!

La camera è spaziosa con angolo divanetto e 2 poltroncine. Con vasca; io personalmente, preferisco la doccia. Il bagno è separato dalla camera con parete di vetro, non c'è molta privacy. Abbiamo cenato in hotel, ottima trota

Kames waren goed echter zweer warm in de zomer. Geen airco en vol de zon op de kennelijk slecht isoleerende ramen en dus sauna op de kamer. Niet in te slapen. Zeer veel vliegen ik de ontbeid zaal en restaurant. Niet te gelovem dat hier niets aan gedaan werd. Verder vreindelijlk personeel.

Die Region ist wunderschön, das Personal ist willkommend und sehr freundlich, das Restaurant und der Frühstück sehr gut. Ich hätte ein ruhiges Zimmer in einer Lokalisierung ausser Orts. Aber das Zimmer war auf der Parking Seite mit dem Lärm des Lieferwagen zu früh morgens und der Alarmanlage eines Autos gegen 6Uhr30 morgens. Wir hatten auch eine Unmenge an Fliegen, die uns das Abendessen verdorben haben.

알프스에서 만날 수 있는 로컬 호텔 중에서 최고라고 생각. 훌륭한 레스토랑이 있어 저녁도 잘 해결했음. 동네 맛집인듯 동네 사람들도 레스토랑에서 저녁 늦게까지 식사를 하고 집으로 돌아가는 모습을 볼 수 있었음. 침구는 매우 훌륭했고 방의 청결도 좋았음. 여행 중 가장 좋았던 숙박이었음.

Værelserne var i rigtig pæn stand. Parkeringsmulighederne var gode ved hotellet. Der var en rigtig god restaurant i forbindelse med hotellet. I prisen var inkluderet adgang til gondolbane til Brienzer Rothorn og rabat på øvrige aktiviteter i området, hvilket var en positiv overraskelse.

Der Aufenthalt im Rischli hat uns sehr gefallen! Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel vorbehaltlos weiter. Vielen herzlichen Dank!

Fremragende service, meget lækkert morgenmad. Spiste aftensmad i restauranten, god mad, store portioner. Venlig og imødekomne personale . Gode store værelser.

Stilvoll und professioneller Service in allen Belangen. Das Hotel bietet sehr viel für die 3-Sterne-Kategorie.

Fantastiskt fint läge. Utmärkt service och god frukost. Fick biljett till linbana från Söderberg vilket var väl värt ett besök.

Très bel accueil, situation géographique magnifique, personnel au petit soin, on ressent l’envie de bien servir l’hôte c’est très agréable, seul inconvénient, les toilettes dans la chambres qui ne permettent pas l’intimité de chacun. Sinon très bien bravo et merci

Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich, hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer geräumig. Der Wellnessbereich schön. Das Frühstücksbuffet hervorragend mit einer grossen Auswahl an frischen Produkten aus der Region und gutem Kaffee.

Direkt neben der Skipiste, absolut nettes und freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Essen, unkompliziert mit Hund
