This is my second time to stay at this hotel, walkable to restaurant and shopping place. Very nice

I paid a little extra to try out this hotel, and in some ways, it was a bit underwhelming. The onsen is much smaller than what is portrayed in the photo. However, it was an easy walk across the street to the metro station. I also appreciated the deodorizer in my room, as it helped mask the smoke smell (i.e., I reserved a smoking room by mistake).

Small size in everything.

Small room, small beds, small bathroom, thin walls between rooms that allow you to hear noises from the adjacent rooms.

This hotel is a gem, centrally located, clean, and well-managed. Little details have been thought through to make the living experience wonderful. Along with the room, the common areas like the reception/ lobby, and the onsen are well laid out. The staff is friendly and always there to assist with a smile. The area around the hotel is vibrant with plenty of good eating out options.

It was a really great stay the only real problem we had was we had stated a non-smoking room before check in and were still placed in a smoking room so there was a bit of a stale smoke smell but nothing we couldnt get past.

The property charges you if you have a car. I think it's very lazy and a cheap way to get more money from patrons. I wouldn't mind it if the hotel was a "true 5 star" hotel. But as a 3 1/2 star (at best) hotel it's just tackless. The staff was nice however and the location was pretty good with tons of food and bars and restaurants near the hotel.

I very much disliked this property. The rooms are old, small and outdated. The lobby makes it look like it's an upscale boutique hotel but it ends with the lobby! It also drives me nuts when your room is ready (and your told so) but the staff won't give you your room key because "check in us at 3." It was 1:30... If the room is ready, just give us the key. Would. It ever go back here.

Good location!

When we got to our room, it was super hot, and even we lowered the A/C’s temperature setting, it didn’t do anything and I thought it wad broken. It turned out that the main power had been turned off. It was resolved when I called the front desk, so I’d say to make sure you ask the front desk to check the power when you check in! The room was very clean and quiet, although it felt a little tight. So as the bathroom. Bed was comfortable but not the pillows. Staff was cheerful and polite.

Fantastic clean and comfortable hotel, convenient location

This is the only hotel we've stayed at while on this long trip where the reception desk is on the 13th floor while the guest rooms are below in this high rise building. It was confusing at times.

Great location, clean, and friendly staff!

Very accessible and in a central location. Parking is with a lift. As long as you don’t need a car in the city, you are ok.

Enjoyed a great stay at this hotel, comfy beds and linens, clean spaces. Provided pajamas and slippers for the on-site onsen which we used each night! It was busy at times but most people were quick in and out of onsen. Central location, although in the heart of the red light district, still felt safe and very easily walkable to all surrounding areas for food, shopping, and sight seeing. The check in and out process was easy and the skin care set was a lovely touch! Thank you, we would stay here again.

Location is perfect! The hotel is well kept and the rooms are nice and spacious.

I love the hotel very big rooms compare to Japan standards, it is far from the city and all the main districts, but the train its a few minutes, and takes you everywhere, love all the free amenities and the Onsen. If I come back to Japan, this will be my hotel to come

A most enjoyable stay comfortable room and beds. A few issues with air-conditioning but overall good. Room cleaning 4th daily with replacement towels etc placed outside the door which is easy. Novel having reception on the 13th floor with fabulous views.

The hotel was at the very heart of Hakata.

The public bath was interesting and met my expectations.

Great location. Close to shopping areas & subway. Staff are friendly & nice. My room was big for 3 beds. Couple of recommendations are 1) it would be better if breakfast has more varieties. I stayed for 5 nights and have almost exact same breakfast every morning. 2) for 5 nights, I only get 1 free housekeeping. I think 2 would be better for 5 nights

Triple room

It’s located in the middle of the night spots in Nakasu but it’s quiet in a room. Clean and spacious in our 3 beds room. Breakfast was good and public bath on top floor was nice!

My non-smoking room smelled like sweat and the smell didn't go away even after opening the window.

It's right in the middle of a drinking area but the rooms was also very quiet. It a 10min walk to Canal City and there are so many restaurants around the area. The Hotel was also very clean and comfortable.

So the hotel was fine per se and the staff ok but there is a real air quality problem in the hotel. Smell of mildew and mold in rooms and hallways so bad that my wife needed to take allergy pills in both the am and pm but it didn’t really help. We used the provided humidifier but it pulls the moisture but not the already present mold. We travel a lot in Japan and haven’t ever encountered this. I could feel the problem as well but not to my wife’s’ level of distress. But service was fine and friendly. We are fluent in the language and would have said something if there was a resolution to be had but since the moldy smell is in the hallways as well we didn’t bother asking or discussing with staff. Sad though. I don’t like giving negative reviews.

Comfortable Hotel

Stayed 4 nights at the hotel. Room was comfortable. Within walking distance to the yatai and many restaurants around the area. It's within the red light district so would not recommend it if you have children with you.

Basically it was great. The room was big enough and the bed sheets were cleaned. But the floor wasn't vacuumed. It needed dusting. The spa was affordable. Breakfast was the best of all. The location was convenient enough to visit for Hakata station and Tenjin. But not for family trip at night.

You can say it's a good location, but on the other side at night there are lots of ladies standing around the area and looking for customers. If you come with a family, you may feel uncomfortable at night. But the rooftop bath is amazing. Room is nice and clean.

房間大但牀真係老化，訓得好差。。。

A comfortable accommodation that is very conveniently located, almost at the doorstep of the Matsuyama castle and adjacent a major dining and shopping area. Our room was a decent size for two people and quite quiet. The only downside was that the bathroom did not ventilate well so drying hang to dry clothing was slow. The public bath and breakfast area are both on the top floor and have wonderful views. The breakfast selection is quite comprehensive so that meal is a real pleasure when views are taken into account.

Great location. Able to walk to tenjin and hakata in around 15 mintues. And easy access to the fukuoka airport.

Very friendly and clean hotel

Ａlthough the room was relatively small, it was functional and efficient. I felt pretty comfortable. I really liked the bath kit (towels/jammies in a small bag and slippers) to take to the public bath on the top floor - very thoughful. The top floor bath was fantastic! The lobby on the 13th floor was light and airy, and the breakfast was tasty. The location is super convenient for subway as well as shopping, sightseeing, and night river cruises. I highly recommend the Resol Trinity to anyone visiting Hakata!

Transport service ?

Quite disappointed with airport transfer as only starts at 0930am but our flight is 0955am. Requested hotel staff book taxis a day before n on day morning but no taxis available resulting us having to get up early hailing taxis outside 6:15am to be safe as we cannot afford to miss our flight. Suggest hotel engaged a transport company to provide such service to facilitate hotel guests.

We arrived at the hotel only to find that there was no parking spots available. Not sure how many parking spots there are in the first place, but if parking is a requirement for you, don’t pick this hotel. Anyhow we ended having to park somewhere 5-10minute walk from the hotel, which meant that we had to travel with our luggages on the street for 5-10minutes, which can be very frustrating and troublesome for families: travelling with toddlers (since you have extra luggages eg pram in the first place). Worst still, the reception is not on the ground floor. So you still had to carry all the suitcases to 13/F to check in - not family-friendly. Also the hotel is right above the red light district. Call girls standing right outside our hotel - definitely not family friendly.

it was nice to stay here to start my Kyushu Trip, super convenient to access from the Fukuoka airport, and 10 min train to Hakata JR, and close to Tenjo and those street food counters near the river. Location Location Location! The bath area is quiet nice, good enough to try out onsen.

The photo gallery really presented a true reflection of what this hotel offers. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. The location is in the central part of the city even though it is a couple of stations away from Hakata station. The breakfast was also great with both options: Western and Japannese. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

14층에 대욕장(목욕탕)이 있습니다. 한국말로 목욕탕으로 이해하면 좋을 거 같습니다. 룸에서 샤워 할 필요가 없습니다. 남자는 화장품도 무료 제공합니다. 대욕장(목욕탕)은 샤워와 입욕도 가능하게 되어 있습니다. 시내가 잘 보이고 경치도 좋습니다. 대욕장(목욕탕)이 14층에 있어요. 타올은 각자 지참해야 합니다. 아침은 보통입니다. 가까운 위치에 상가(시장)아 있고, 옆에는 강(바닷물)이 있어 야간에는 경치도 좋아요.

第二次入住這間酒店感覺非常好 服務人員每一個都很有禮貌，最欣賞是整潔 ，特別一提就是 頂樓有一個 女性要入女性的spa要用安全卡， 也有女性樓層，我覺得這對獨自遊玩的女性來說非常安全。

１４階のお風呂がお客さんが多い時、洗い場から脱衣場まで人で込み合うので、もう少し大きくなればと思います。博多に行くときいつも利用しますが、立地がいいので、助かります。

中洲の真ん中な感じで歩きでの飲食店も徒歩の距離、コンビニも目の前ですごく便利、大浴場もあって文句なしでした。

NICE

中州の真ん中に位置いているので立地は最高です。食事をする場所に困らないのでとても便利です。 繁華街なので夜はすごい賑わいですが、防音がしっかりしているのでホテル内はとても静かです。 設備も充実しているし清潔なので快適に過ごすことができました。

スタッフの対応も丁寧でとても良く、 また館内は非常に清潔で、過ごしやすかった。 朝食はブュッフェスタイルで、和洋バリエーションにとんでいて、味も良く最高の朝食をいただけました。オススメ出来るホテルです。

福岡市内のホテルで案外ランクが高い

従業員の方は、丁度でした。ハロウィンの時期で内装を楽しませていただきました。お掃除は、無しでタオル交換とお水のサービスがありました。お部屋もきれいです。場所も良かったです。

博多駅までは歩いて30分くらい。タクシー使おうかと思ったけど、歩いても気持ちいい季節だったから歩いた。商店街歩いたらもっと近く感じた。下にファミマもあるし、大浴場もあって、快適だった。

中州川端に立地。大浴場もあり出張にも観光にもお勧めの宿。

出張で素泊り2泊利用。地下鉄の中洲川端駅から徒歩数分の立地。周囲は歓楽街でコンビニや飲食店など多数。外は夜中まで騒がしいが、防音はしっかりしている。大浴場にサウナは無いものの、洗い場の数も多く、ゆっくり入浴できた。部屋には、大きめの机、冷蔵庫、無線LANが備わり、出張用途には十分。観光でも利用したい。

スタッフの方にとても親切にしていただきました。 ありがとうございます！ 予約した時点では喫煙ルームしか空きがなかったのですが、事前にお願いしていた禁煙ルームへの変更リクエストも叶えていただき大満足。 部屋や建物内も綺麗で過ごしやすかったです。 周辺の治安はちょっと不安な部分もありましたが、駅の出口から1分もかからず行けたので問題なかったです。 駅が近いので空港や博多駅、唐人町などへの移動も便利でした。 また福岡に行くときは利用したいです。

地點十分方便，中洲站出口走兩步就到酒店，樓下有7-11，family mart，donki，也有超市，房間大小適中，也舒適，服務態度不錯。缺點是三日才清潔一次，雖然酒店附近是紅燈區，但整體沒有太大影響。早餐也不錯。

便利なので、いつも利用させて頂いてます。 上の大浴場も良いし、下コンビニ直結がありがたいです。

不過不失，又沒有什麼驚喜

お風呂も完備され、綺麗で快適に過ごせました。

シンプルなホテルです。部屋も広くはないですが、一式そろっていて何の問題もなく過ごせました。地下鉄から地上に上がるのにドンキホーテがあるビルから出るとホテルがすぐにあり、電車移動するのに近くて便利でした。周りには夜のお店がたくさんありましたが、夫婦で居たのでどうと言う事はありませんでした。ホテルの裏手にたこやき太郎があり、いか焼きが美味しかったです。
