Absolutely fantastic, the hotel and the staff where amazing. We liked it so much that we have changed our hotel for next years trip to this one now. Highly recommended.

Right next yo Akihabara, you can walk to many historical or shopping locations with ease,l. Or if you want to go further afield it is a 5 minute walk to the nearest train station which will get you anywhere you want to go

Rooms were clean and well kept. Staff were extremely friendly. Even went as far as checking with me about my luggage pickup service because they hadn't seen that company used before.

Great hotel, great room, clean with great taste. Staff was perfect, very kind and helpuful. Location 10/10. And the shampoo they offer is AMAZING! If going to Tokyo, stay here! Very very great hotel!

Great stay at Hotel RESOL Stay AKIHABARA! I was there for 11 days and they provided great service from start to finish. The rooms are very nice even if smaller than I am used to in hotels in the U.S. the hotel itself was very clean and well-kept. Across the street is a beautiful Shinto shrine. There’s a footbridge that takes you across a small river to AKIHABARA where there is lots of stores and restaurants and arcades etc and a train station 5 mins from the hotel. It’s a wonderful hotel in a fantastic location and I hope to stay again in the next few years.

Very comfortable and clean. Very happy with our stay here. The lobby area was cozy, has good coffee, and laundry facilities. We stayed here for several nights. It is very close to all the shopping in akihabara and the train station. Highly Recommend. I will book here again if I return to akihabara.

Had a great stay here. Stayed for 3 nights, and will definitely stay here again. They have AMAZING amenities, theyre at the reception area and guests can just help themselves. They dont clean the room everyday but they provided new towels and bottle of water daily. Helpful staff. Rooms were surprisingly spacious (for japanese standard - been to Japan 5 times so ive been to different hotels)

10/10 amazing! Been to Tokyo many times and this was one of the best. Great location walk to Akihabara in a couple mins, quiet, they have amenities at the lobby to take, nicest staff, clean everything just great!

A great place to stay. Even though it was right next to the rails, it was very quiet. New hotel with all the amenities. Close to a station and the whole akihabra experience.

まだ新しく、清潔で快適な部屋でした。 土足禁止でもあるので、安心してスリッパで過ごせました。 要望としては、枕を１つだけでなく、２つ、またはクッションをおいてほしいです。ベッドで横たわって過ごす際に物足りなくて。

フロントではとても丁寧な対応をしていただき、お部屋もとても綺麗で気持ちよく滞在させていただきました。ナイトウェアがセパレートタイプで着やすかったのもよかったです。

지어진지 얼마되지 않아서 깨끗하고, 철도 옆인데도 소음이 차단되어 조용했습니다. 대체로 괜찮은 숙소라고 생각합니다.

ベッドは心地よいが、防音設備なく電車の音や客の大声があり、睡眠を重視する方には、少し適さないかもしれない。あとは、パーフェクト。

清潔感あるお部屋で快適に過ごせました。徒歩で神田明神にも行け、楽しみました。

환기 시스템인지 찬바람이 나오는 구멍이 침대 위에 있어서 불편함 세탁기가 더러움 전차 소리가 시끄러움 청소는 4일에 한번만 해줌

도쿄 호텔이 전체적으로 좁다고 해서 고르고 골랐는데 결과는 만족입니다. 방은 보통이나 화장실이 커서 좋더라구요. 키가 있다보니 아담하면 불편한데 이곳은 그런게 하나듀 없었어요. 방 컨디션도 좋은편이고 리셉션 서비스 등등 함께 간 일행 모두 만족했습니다. 다시 도쿄간다면 또 갈 의향있어요!

I had a disappointing experience during my stay. The corridor had a persistent unpleasant smell, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, I encountered mosquitoes in my room, making it uncomfortable to relax. I hope the hotel addresses these issues for future guests.

It was a nice stay, I really enjoyed the environment and the view from my room. I suggested this immediately to my friends and colleagues and would definitely stay there again if I come back!

Pros: Only few minutes from Akihabara JR station. Staffs have only basic English level but still very helpful. Once walked across the bridge, it becomes quiet. Had good sleep throughout the trip! Cons: No convenient stores nearby. Only available around the JR station. Single room not spacious enough to fit opened luggages. Had to adapt.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Location is very convenient, just a short walk to Akihabara station. Hotel is very clean and has nice lobby area with working desks and free coffee etc. Only small thing we didn’t like was the light setup in the room - one of the lights was automatic so if you had to go to bathroom during night, the room light would switch on automatically when you move. Also, if you didn’t have the room light switched on, bathroom light didn’t work.

距離車站不遠。即是旁邊是路軌也不會太吵

Good location and clean

The room is clean. Since it’s a bit small and most of time I only can sit on the bed. The tea and coffee which can collect at reception are tasty. Because there is no room cleaning every day, so you can sleep until noon. Staff are friendly. Also the location is good.

The accessibility of the hotel is just great since it is only two minutes away from Akihabara station. The rooms are quite small, but that is to be expected of Japanese hotels; the staff is also really nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

滞在しやすい

交通の便もよく、カウンターの対応もよし、ビジネススペースもとてもよいいのでよく利用しています。 ただ最近、枕が臭います。前回は電話して交換してもらいましたが今回もやはり臭い、連絡も面倒なので枕なしで寝ました。他は素晴らしいのにこの点だけ残念です。早めに改善されることを期待しています。

施設が綺麗でとても快適でした。

駅から近いので便利 部屋はおしゃれだけど、床のカーペットにゴミが目立ったこととレストランがないことが少し残念だった。
