Excellent service

It was a very good experience for someone who only speaks English. I tried to respect common courtesies as best as I could and I was never met with any unpleasantness. The breakfast was delicious and the towel/trash services run like clockwork. My one and only complaint is that the original shower curtain smelled a bit strong. I didn't make a complaint but it was resolved after my room was cleaned anyway. The daily complimentary water bottle was also very appreciated. 10/10

The only good thing is it is near a lot of shopping, and transportation, The rooms are inadequately small, raised entry to bathrooms are a hazard to anybody, no closet space no storage drawers, no safe deposit locker and above all does not cater to international guests. The morning breakfast is purely to Japanese taste, and the staff are very indeifferent and cannot understand English. No hotwater for tea, no cereals or eggs cooked , completely inward focused to Japanese/Chinese demographies. Was disappointed with our stay.

Very convenient place to stay in Tokyo. East access to the train station and surprisingly quiet inside the room. Matress, bedding & pillows were so clean & comfortable and I was able to rest really well during my stays.

Laundry room hasn’t been cleaned in years. Grimy and dusty surfaces. Bath was tiny and old. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good but completely different from what was advertised. Nothing western at all.

This is the third stay at the hotel. Each stay was a minimum of one week. This stay was two weeks in duration. The front desk and cleaning staff are amazing. The front desk staff has worked very well with me despite the fact I only speak English. The beds are far more comfortable than other Japanese hotels I've stayed at. The rooms are always clean. New towels and water are provided daily along with a complete room cleaning every four days. There are coin laundry machines available.

Building/room is little older but clean. Staffs are great. Location is near the train station great accessibility to go anywhere

I've stayed multiple times at this hotel. The beds are very comfortable by Japanese business hotel standards. Wonderful and helpful staff. I am staying at the hotel again in two weeks.

I stayed at Hotel Resol Machida for about a week. Great service. Clean room. A very comfortable bed and decent size room compared to other typical Japanese business hotels.

Great hotel a few mins walk to Odakyu trains and JR line not much further. Nice rooms, clean and modern and a real bargain price. Good service from helpful staff. 7-11 across the road as usual here! Nice stay at a great price. Recommended!

Great service and convenient location

Everything was nice except the bathroom was a bit small and the hot and cold faucets seemed old and loose. (Room 1130)

Good experience!

I was supposed to get a double room but I only got a single. I was also not recompensated for this. Aside from that the facilities were decent and its a 3 minutes walk from Machida Station

It is quite close to JR Machida and Odakyu Machida.

This hotel is in great location, walkable distance to train, hundreds of stores, restaurants.Grocery store is just 2 minutes away. Very clean and quiet, easy to take trains to popular tourist destinations. The staff is very accommodating . Highly recommend. We stayed there for 10 days.

I have never stayed in a hotel that does not give you a bottle of water as amenity before. Even it is safe to drink tap water, it’s standard to provide a bottle of water if they care about their reputations.

I think the price matches the quality. It’s really close to the station and convenience store.

ビジネスホテル　宿泊代金から仕方ないかもしれませんが タオルはゴワゴワ シャワーは冷水 フロントに問合せをしたら シャワーにしてからお湯を出して下さいと言う事でした。 蛇口からシャワーに切り替えてお湯が出てくるものと思って入ったんです。 結局冷水でシャワーを浴びて出ましたが チェックアウトの時も何も挨拶無く残念なホテルでした。

基本的には、金額相応のホテルだったかと思います。

駐車台数が少なすぎる。提携の時間貸し駐車場もなく、駐車場難民が私以外にも複数見られた。水回りの匂いが酷く、衛生的であるとは思えない。

設備点検を、ある程度の頻度で行う必要があると思う。

シャワーヘッドがホースから外れ、ネジ込んだが、水圧でまた外れた。ネジ溝が摩耗していて効いていなかったのだが、前のお客さん達も懸命にネジ込んでいる内にネジ溝がすり減ったと推測され、新品に交換されてなければならない設備である。長い間ホテルの点検が検出されなかったものと推測された。

とても清潔です。 スタッフの対応も良かったです。

町田駅からも近くとても便利。スタッフさんは親切だし、設備も清潔で手入れが十分にされている

オアシス。

今回は、チェックインがpm 11:00を少し過ぎました。スタッフの対応はよかったです。お部屋にはいり湯沸かしでお茶を飲み、（ティーバッグは一階ロビー、アメニティープレース）風呂上がりに気持ちの良い、バスタオルで頭と体を拭き、ドライヤーを使いと必要なものはすべて揃っています。何よりこの部屋は喫煙出来て灰皿が置いてあり、すぐに空気清浄機のスイッチを入れて、一服出来ました。（自宅よりくつろげるかも）そんな感じでトータル的にみて、とてもリーズナブルだと感じます。

部屋と駐車場が狭く、客室が多いのに大浴場が無いのは残念。 ただし小田急線町田駅に1番近いホテルで、買い物とかにはかなり便利。 また､朝食付きプランで宿泊したが、バイキング形式で出る1階レストランでのメニューは品数も多くて美味しかった。 メニューにバリエーションがあれば言うこと無い。 全般的に清潔だしこのローケーションで費用もリーズナブルだったので宿泊には満足しました。

フロントにアメニティー，コーヒー，紅茶のティーパックも準備されているので良かったです。 部屋も清潔で綺麗，また利用したいです。

お湯の温度調整や鏡の高さを高くする、ホコリのような白い綿が舞っていた、等少し不満です。 朝のビュッフェやスタッフの対応は良いので設備のアップデートを期待します。

駐車場がいっぱいだったため近くの駐車場を借りましたが少しでも補助があるとたすかります。

フロントの方も優しい印象で、アメニティも最低限のものがあり問題ないと思う。 ただ、一点あげるのであれば、部屋のシャワーの水圧がもう少し強いと嬉しい。

スタッフの対応がとても良かったです。 駐車場が少し狭く､また駐車できる台数が部屋数と合ってないなと思いました。 0歳児の子供を連れて泊まりましたがもう少し赤ちゃんを連れても過ごせるようなサービスがあったら嬉しいなと思いました。
