I didnt get to experience Hotel Piramide, as a week before i was informed there was construction work and that i was moved to a similar or better hotel, their sister hotel, hotel center 2, Rome. If this was similar or better than hotel Piramide then i'm worried! The A/C could only be controlled by reception which is very strange. On the lowest setting it made a huge noise, so much so i got it turned off and decided to suffer as i couldnt sleep! The shower was so grimey filled with mold on the wall and limescale i didnt even go near it. The walls are so thin you could hear everyone coming and out aswell when people used the toilet, or shower! Once i did get to sleep, 6am someone was awake which awoke the whole hotel. I went to breakfast at 0730. All that was out was some pastries thats it. I was on a tight schedule so by 0745 i had to leave...only then did they bring everything else out on offer! Thanks Hotel Piramide for putting me in another hotel instead of leaving me stranded but this was one of the worst hotels ive ever been to!

This hotel was great for the price. Noise in the halls really echoed and carried though so earplugs are helpful. The hotel could probably benefit from noise absorbing panels in the hallways and stairs. But other than that, my room was clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was great since it is a short walk to the metro and then 8 stops to FCO. Also a 20 min walk down to St Pauls Basilica and a 30 minute walk north to the start of major atractions like the Coliseum. Many restaurants and markets located around the hotel as well. I am very happy with my stay here!

It is good for short stay .. well located and near public transportation

We needed a room for only 1 night, and for the price, this was about what you’d expect. It was very clean and the staff was friendly. The WiFi worked well and the free breakfast was better than expected. However, the beds and pillows were not very comfortable, the room was quite sparse, and the neighborhood felt a bit sketchy. I would not recommend this place if you’re going to spend any time in Rome, but since we just needed it for one night between the end of a cruise and a flight back home, it was okay.

The hotel is very close to the train and metro station, perfect to get to and from the airport. Good value for the price.

Neighborhood is not safe at night. The AC is controlled by the reception.. You have to call them if you want to turn it off/on No elevator so had to carry luggage up the stairs (not suitable for heavy shoppers with big bags) Restaurant lady is very very nice and sweet. The room was quite small Location is a bit near a metro stop. 10-15 minutes walking but can not be walked after 10 (not so safe)

Excellent cost performance

To stay in the center of Roma can be very expensive. This hotel is very nice to stay in altghough I paid only less than 100 Euro. Of counrse, this hotel cannot be as good as other luxurious hotels, however, to take a rest and sleep at this hotel is no issue at all.

2 nights in Rome.

Check in time was 2pm and when we arrived after 5pm we had to wait twenty minutes more because the room wasn't ready. As well the room and hotel pictures on the website are very deceptive. The hotel is totally dated. The area looked grimy but at no point in time did I feel unsafe so kudos for that. The shower and toilet were practically one.The main saving grace was the breakfast.

Breakfast was good. Delicious cappuccinos!! Staff helpful and kind. Only thing was the bathroom, there is no shower enclosure, shower head is there as part of the bathroom with two little curtains to separate the spaces when taking a shower but once you have taken a shower all the floor is wet so you have to use the sink and the toilet while stepping on a wet floor. Once it got almost flooded and the water almost go to the room. It was uncomfortable.

Simply good friendly value for money

The stay was simple, good, friendly, within a price range. The internet was the usual for Italy, almost adequate...

Unexpected breakfast

Very cost effective. Unexpected breakfast : homemade croissant and coffee/cappucinno... Wai Ling at the counter was specially helpful while the old fat guy was on the contrast. One drawback was the washroom : wet floor after shower.

Good location

The room was clean and tidy..the weak point is the toilet but for the price it's better than have a shared toilet..so no complains...the position of the Hotel is excellent because it's 15 min by Metro to the Termino Station and you have all the amanties near by. The breakfast can be improved I think, but overall for who is staying few days to enjoy Rome I think it's a good place to stay.

Horrible plumbing water splashing over your clothes no Ac,no elevator dirty street.noisy hotel till 2-3 am no rest need full refund. Owner very rude and lazy.other staff reasonable but the power under the hand of owner. My husband is disable very difficult to do 28 steps to room plus 20 for breakfast and not able to sleep all the nights due to the drunk in ,out in the street below our window .

Séjour au top, personnel souriant et aimable, hôtel super bien placé et chambre bien pratique. Petit déjeuner correct mais peut mieux faire (la qualité des viennoiseries).

Hintaluokassaan oikein hyvä, kulunut, mutta perussiisti. Rentoa ja mutkatonta henkilökuntaa, joka puhuu englantia. Iloinen ja rauhallinen tunnelma. Sänky oli hetekatyyppinen parisänky, kylpyhuoneessa suihku ja riittävästi lämmintä vettä. Aamiaisella oli tarjolla mm. croissantteja ja makeita vehnäsiä, juustoa, kinkkua, jugurttia, mysliä, muroja, mehua ja kahvikone, jossa oli useampi kahvivaihtoehto. Hotelli on hissitön – pitkän päivän jälkeen tuntui välillä raskaalta kivuta ylimpään kerrokseen, mutta kyllä sen kesti. Lähin metroasema Piramid on parin minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Colosseumille ja ja esimerkiksi Trastevereen on alle puolen tunnin kävelymatka.

hotel non centrale ma vicino alla metropolitana, la zona ha una vivace vita notturna perfetta per i ragazzi. la struttura non è recentissima e le camere sono lasciate piuttosto a se stesse, soprattutto la doccia non era nelle migliori condizioni (cabina vecchia e malandata, porta sapone rotto). La camera era molto spaziosa e dotata di una terrazza dove poter fare colazione, molto carina. La colazione dell'hotel è molto basilare ma le paste sono molto buone.

Na snelle check in kwam ik aan in nette kamer. Goed bed,prima badkamer,tevens koelkast en kluisje aanwezig. Nadeel dat er geen liften in het hotel aanwezig zijn.Ontbijt zou met broodjes en wat ham en kaa,eieren, prima zijn maar nu alleen zoetigheid,gemiste kans voor het hotel.

A primeira vista causa um pouconde espanto pela recepção ser um pouco desajeitada, mas pelo menos os quartos são excelentes. Confortáveis, arejados, ar condicionado funciona bem. Recomendo!

Posizione strategica, affiancato ad una ottima trattoria e un ottimo cocktail pub, e di fronte il pan gocciolaio ottimo per il post serata, 10 minuti dalla metro.

Établissement propre, bien situé ( le metro est à proximité : moins de 10 min a pied), personnel accueillant et agréable.Très bon rapport qualité -prix. Seul bémol: le bruit. Les chambres sont mal insonorisées.

Ottima posizione, vicino alla metropolitana ma in una via tranquilla. Le condizioni dell'hotel sono accettabili per quanto riguarda la struttura, ma la pulizia è ottima e il personale è gentile e disponibile. Più che soddisfacente la colazione.

Il punto di forza e la posizione avete la possibilità di visitare roma usando il metro o il treno o l'autobus tutti vicini l'hotel a l'interno e rinnovato anche le camere sono rinnovati e puliti peccato che il bagno e piccolissimo non riesce a girare tra lavandino e il Water non ce il bidet, il letto e comodo la zona e tranquilla si dorme bene .vi sconsiglio di fare mezza pensione l'hotel non ha un ristorante si appoggiano a un negozio attaccato non lo so come lo ridefinirei si un osteria o un fast food. Comunque in torno ci sono locale che propongono varie cibi con prezzi convenienti.

Nel Complesso Buono

Posizionato abbastanza vicino alla stazione di Roma Ostiense e alla Metro (Piramide), nel complesso pulito e confortevole anche se alcuni clienti non sono stati il massimo del rispetto per gli altri nelle ore tarde. Colazione da albergo a 3 stelle e nel complesso buona (Cornetti e paste meravigliose) le ragazze gentilissime. Un paio di punti negativi per l'accoglienza un po' "fredda e sbrigativa" e l'assenza dell'ascensore. La zona cmq è ricca di locali e piccoli suoermercati per ogni esigenza. Lo sporco vergognoso sulle strade di Roma non è colpa loro, ma certo dà una nota di demerito anche all'Albergo stesso. Ci tornerò in ogni caso.

El hotel si lo quieres solo para dormir está bien,el desayuno bastante bueno, la mujer encargada del comedor muy amable, estaba pendiente de todo, el wifi pues bastante mala la señal, podrían preocuparse de que la calle en la entrada estuviese más limpia para que de una mejor impresión, el metro está a unos 7 Caminando, El Barrio si estuviese más limpio cambiaría mucho la primera impresión que te llevas de todo.

Good location for train and metro station. Additionly, walking distance to cellesium and other places. Comfortable room with balcony. Good A/C. Bathroom is a bit small. Warm staff. Free luggage storage. Enough breakfast(Crossiant, bread, cheese, butter, coffie machine and two types juices) for that money. Worth to pay that money. Recommended from my side.

Ottimo Hotel, consigliato il soggiorno

Ho soggiornato in una camera tripla per due notti. Mi sono trovata benissimo, e sono rimasta piacevolmente colpita dalla colazione e dalla gentilezza e cordialità del personale. Tornerei volentieri per un altro eventuale soggiorno.

Personnel chaleureux et chambre très propre je recommande ! Un bon rapport qualité/prix. Bien situé entre beaucoup de restau et super marchés autour, il est également à deux pas de la station métro ( + gare pour aller à la plage d'Ostia avec le même billet de transport urbain) Pyramide.

Rapport qualité prix excellent, le personnel a été très accueillant et bienveillant. Cela aurait été parfait s’il était situé plus proche du centre ville.

El hotel puede mejorar, llovió y se metió el agua a la habitación. No tiene ascensor y nos tocó en un cuarto piso. El desayuno no es variado. La parada del bus está cruzando la calle y la estación del metro a 8 minutos

Durchschnittliches Hotel weit ab der Innenstadt

Weit von der Innenstadt entferntes Hotel. Das Zimmer war funktional eingerichtet, dennoch gab es eine Klimaanlage. Die Sauberkeit war überdurchschnittlich gut, wenn auch nicht perfekt - einige Stellen im Bad waren zum Teil verkalkt. Der Service war solide und gut. Das enthaltene Frühstück bot alles Nötige für eine Stärkung am nächsten Tag. Einzig die Lage des Hotels ist nicht gut. Zum einen liegt es weit weg von der Innenstadt, zum anderen ist der Stadtteil, in dem das Hotel liegt, ein eher ärmeres und auch schmutzigeres Viertel von Rom.

Es un hotel para dormir

El hotel no es gran cosa, el desayuno es escaso. La habitación es muy confortable, no es un hotel para disfrutar de él, es un hotel para ducharte y dormir. Eso si, está muy bien comunicado del centro, tanto andando como en autobús y tren.

Buona posizione

L'hotel è molto pulito e le dotazioni per rendere gradevole l'ospitalità, tutte le più importanti. Camera silenziosa, pur essendo a pochi metri dalla trafficata via ostiense. La posizione si presta per la visita di Roma potendo velocemente raggiungere luoghi importanti anche con una breve passeggiata. La cortesia e la disponibilità del personale molto buona. La colazione, inclusa, buona e abbondante comprendente brioches fresche, tea di ottima qualità, prodotti da forno e molto altro. Ovviamente qualche limite c'è in particolare nella dimensione del bagno.

L'hôtel est propre, bien situé. Seul regret, la climatisation n'est pas réglable et n'est même pas activable/désactivable depuis la chambre : il faut appeler l'accueil pour la laner ou l'arrêter. À part ça c'était nickel

Punto forza dell'hotel è la posizione.

Ho scelto l'albergo perché strategico per andare a fiera di Roma, infatti la stazione di Ostiense dove passa fl1 è a 5 minuti. Inoltre vicino ci sono bar,ristoranti e anche un piccolo market. Camere un po' vecchie, eccetto il bagno, che ho trovato nuovo e pulito. L'albergo non è dotato di ascensore. Il personale è stato molto cordiale. Per rapporto qualità prezzo lo consiglierei, ma solo per un paio di notti e per esigenze logistiche.

el hotel es acojedor

el hotel es muy acojedor, no esta en el centro ni demasiado retirado. tiene tiene la parada de bus a unos 40 metros y del metro a unos 400 desde las cuales te puedes mover a cualquier punto de la ciudad sin problemas y regresar de inmediato. el personal (a pesar de no hablar mucho castellano) son encantadores y se esfuerzan en ayudarte en todo lo que pueden. tienes restaurantes, hamburgueserias, heladerias, supermercados, farmacias.... osea de todo lo que puedes necesitar a escasos metros del hotel. para repetir.

Molto comodo in zona Testaccio vicino fermata metro Piramide ...la sera Trastevere ed isola Tiberina si raggiungono tranquillamente a piedi per trascorrere piacevoli serate romane

Очень маленький номер, отсутствие лифта и довольно скудный завтрак, конечно, портят впечатление. Жили на 3 этаже, там , к счастью, собственный кондиционер, нижние этажи охлаждаются с центрального пульта:( Крохотное окно в углу комнаты и ещё одно в ванной, при этом окна выходят на балкон, на который нет двери:)) общий с соседним номером. Похоже, нашим соседям повезло больше, у них выхо был. Интернет работал отлично. На ресепшн женщина китайской наружности была крайне недоброжелательна, так как мы задавали слишком много вопросов и не сразу разобрались с тем, как включается свет, не хамила, но ключи подавала и брала, демонстративно отвернувшись:)) Остальные были очень радушны и вежливы. Расположение неплохое, метро и железнодорожная станция Остиенце, с которой можно доехать до аэропорта, находятся очень близко, минут 5-7 пешком. Район грязноват, конечно, но много кафешек и пара магазинов рядом. Но в следующий раз выберем отель поближе к центру с более уютными номерами.

Week end a Roma

Buona posizione, 5 minuti a piedi da metro e da stazione Ostiense, zona servita bene da bus, in dieci minuti di passeggiata si arriva al quartiere Testaccio dove si trovano molti ristoranti. Camera pulita e spaziosa, personale alla reception disponibile e gentile, comodo il servizio di deposito bafaglu, uniche pecche ,doccia sprovvista di appoggio per i prodotti da bagno, acqua diventata fredda la mattina mentre ero in doccia, piccolo il luogo della colazione e poca organizzazione, eravamo 4 adulti e due bimbi e abbiamo dovuto arrangiarci per sistematici. Due annotazioni: Ci hanno chiesto di pagare le camere al cek -in Albergo a tre piani senza ascensore.

Albergo vicino a Roma Ostiense

L'albergo è un po' vecchiotto così come le stanze. I bagni invece sono nuovi, la doccia è molto ampia. Colazione a buffet, macchina del caffè che fa preparati molto buoni senza allungarli con l'acqua (come mi è più volte capitato altrove). Vicina alla stazione Ostiense e la fermata della metro Piramide si raggiungi in meno di 10 minuti a piedi.

Vacanza familiare

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per 4 notti con mia moglie e un bambino piccolo nel mese di Aprile. Ho chiesto una culla e sono stato accontentato subito. Colazione discreta. Localizzazione buona, metro a 300 metri e fermata pulman difronte l hotel, il n. 23 serve molte zone tra cui San Pietro, molto comodo. La zona limitrofa offre diversi locali dove cenare ed un ottima gelateria dietro l'angolo. Per me prezzo qualità è un buon hotel. Unica pecca è senza ascensore ma non è un grosso problema. Offre anche servizio di deposito bagagli. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Consigliato!

Buon Hotel, peccato per la rumorosità

Buona posizione a due passi da metro Piramide, camere ristrutturate e pulite. Colazione semplice all'italiana. Peccato per due pecche. 1- Assenza di ascensore che può pesare se avete molte valigie, anche se correttamente dichiarato nelle prenotazioni (ma da due stelle in su l'ascensore non è obbligatorio?). 2- Assenza di isolamento acustico: i muri sembrano di carta, si sente tutto dai vicini di camera anche se non chiassosi, per non parlare del via vai degli ospiti nei corridoi nonostante non facessero fracasso. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Priceworthy option just on border of city center

Well-priced hotel near the Pyramid of Cestius in Rome. Just at the city limits of the walls, so not very central but not too far off. Metro access, and walking distance to Trastevere. Helpful staff and 24-hour reception. Room facilities ok. Recommended as a priceworthy budget option.
