NO CRIBS AVAILABLE!!!

Do not book if you need a crib, they do NOT have cribs! They tried to blame me for doing a late check out, but I sent a request prior so they could provide me the crib in advance. Then the receptionist said they didn’t have the key to access the storage because only the housekeep has the key and they stop at 12pm. Also, I would never be able to request a crib up front if the check in starts only at 2pm and no housekeep at this time!! Do NOT book with this hotel if you need crib! Very irresponsible of them for saying “cribs available” but actually they do NOT have them!

Does the job and excellent even for late arrival.

Really clean and comfortable property. Directly opposite a Tram stop. Tram number 9 gets you to the centre in about 5 minutes. About a 5 minute walk to Glowny Station and a huge shopping mall. Enjoyed my stay here

格安のビジネスホテルでした。市内観光にはおすすめしませんが、長距離バス乗継の宿泊には最適でした。周辺にはzabkaなどのコンビニ、レストランは全くありません。バスターミナル隣接の大モール（バスターミナルがモールに隣接のほうが正しい？）で食事をとるか、食物を買っておけば問題無いかと思います。裏側の歩いて１分くらいのところに総合スーパーもありました。ただ日、祝日は困りますが。朝食オプションもよかったです。チェックアウト１２時というのも都合が良い。

Very convenient location, close to train and busses. A very nice and helpful man from Ukraine at the reception. The bad was comfortable, however a noise at the top flor made by machinery (air conditioners at the roof) was extremely loud. It was impossible to get a slip. Luckily I was offered to change the room to a floor below but the noise was still bad but not as much as at the top floor. There were a caracans in the room.

We found a big bug on the bed that stung my husband. I had to check the sheets before sleeping as i was afraid something else would be there.. i didn’t feel comfortable after that insect. The toilet is hug and accommodating people with special needs however no place to throw trash was available inside. The room had several emergency switches that you might mistakenly click on resulting in calling stuff upstairs. I which they would explained this before we checked in. besides that it is decent to stay in, pretty calm and near to everything for tourists. If you have special needs the place is perfect.

The hotel was clean and pleasant and although the rooms were somewhat basic this was compensated by things like the illuminated bedside light switches. And the bathroom was a generous size.

Poor customer service from both parties

After booking this hotel for a friend traveling in the area and paying for it in full on Hotels.com our friend had to pay a second time when she arrived at the hotel. After attempting to contact the hotel to no avail we contacted Hotels.com and they were no help at all, telling us that they had tried to contact the hotel directly but were unable to do so and therefore they were handing it back to us. How the hell are we supposed to contact them when even Hotels.com can't get to speak to someone. Pointless exercise all round. Thanks for nothing Hotels.com, we will think very hard before using your services (sic) again.

I do no recommend

I recently stayed at a hotel that I was quite disappointed with. The pillow provided was uncomfortable, and the breakfast was terrible. The room that was given to me was for disabled people, which was not what I had requested. The bathroom would get flooded after every shower, which was quite inconvenient. When I asked for an extra pillow, the staff denied my request. To make matters worse, there was a fire incident at night, and no explanation was given to the guests after the firefighters left. I hope that the hotel management takes note of these issues and works towards improving their services.

Overall , good stay. Enjoyable thank you. Reception must improve communication with housekeeping as i requested a late checkout and housekeeping began servicing room before i had left the room. Generally speaking , a good and enjoyable stay. Thank you.

Good Budget Hotel

Good location, near the station, for a quick overnight stay before onward travel. Big shopping centre en route back to the station - great for picking up last minute essentials. If I was basing myself in Wroclaw, I would stay nearer the centre.

Very simple hotel. It is OK if you just need to stay one or 2 nights. Just one towel per person, little bathroom and shower was not convenient.

I can’t open window in my room, creaky bed, stains on the mattress

They claim they offer free Wi-Fi but that's not true. In order to have access to Wi-Fi you have to consent to gove your personal data to a company named LWIH PROPERTY HOLDING. You can write an e-mail to revoke your consent to a certain address. I did it. Guess what: the address doesn't even exist. This is unacceptable for a hotel. Wi-Fi is a service that you provide to guests, not a way to make some extra money. But that's the general attitude: if you want to park in their parking you have to pay for it (without even a discount). There's no fridge or hairdryer. They moved my towel but didn't even bother making my bed. Avoid it if you have other options.

Quite a nice place and convenient location. the room is cozy and clean. However, the sound insulation of the room is not good, especially between the door and hall. There were a group of kids living that day, and the noise made by them running in the hall ruined my rest.

Very minimal hotel with only absolute necessary amenities. Hotel was very suitable for us as we merely use the room for sleeping. Soundproofing is very useful and staff helpful. Breakfast was also plausible.

Good location, good value for money

The location of the hotel is excellent. Unfortunately the sound insulation effect of this hotel is bad. You can hear the noise from the street and also from the corridor. One more point for people who want to wash their hair, there is no hair dryer in the room and also no hair dryers could be borrowed from the front desk.

The location is very handy, next to the train and bus stations, and it is very good value for money. The place was very clean.

This is Louvre Group's budget level hotel, equivalent in standard to the blue Ibis Budget. Did just what was wanted, namely simple layout, clean, warm and a good shower. Reception staff helpful and friendly. No need to add hotel breakfast, massive shopping mall right next door with great food outlets. Location also perfect for transport, central bus and train stations right next door too, with tram stop right outside hotel and only a couple of stops into the central area for the excellent Christmas market. Found a completely unexpected bonus, night bus to airport in the middle of the night starts from right round the corner, no need to even go down the block to the central bus station!

Weird Stains On The Floor

There was a weird sticky stain in the middle of the hardwood floor that was pretty off-putting. Motor-oil or something like that? The service was great, though.

Very Well designed building and in a good location.Main railway station is just 10 mins walk and you can walk through a big Shopping mall( Wroclavia-2 mins from hotel) to reach there.There is also a grocery shopping centre (Kaufland) 2 mins on other side for other small shopping. There is a Tram stop 1 min away from Hotel. The Room was clean and simple. I didnt need to open the window so it was always quiet for me. Also my room was facing the parking and not the main road so maybe it helped. The staff were very pleasant and smiling and ready to help(everyone could communicate in English language). Breakfast was nice and simple but sufficient. I was usually going at 9 and spending time till 10 and everything was available. Over All a very good experience and surely recommended.

Third time at this property . Maybe slightly out from centre, but not a problem for me

We chose this hotel from a variety of other options due to the presence of air conditioning in the room, but with this heat it did not work. Even the fan was not given. We opened the window, but it was noisy outside and it was impossible to sleep at night. Opposite the hotel across the road is construction. The pillows were terrible, and we asked at the front desk for others or another set. We were not given. There were no hand towels.

Modern and Clean Hotel Near the Train Station

Excellent, very modern hotel in Wroclaw near the central train station. Immaculately clean. Great value for the money. Excellent breakfast. Helpful, English-speaking staff. Perfect location for the traveler. Will stay there again next time I am in Wroclaw.

Unhappy about the cleanliness but good stay anyway

The staff was very cool and friendly, but unfortunately when we arrived in the room we saw a big empty bottle under the bed so that's mean the room was not cleaned before. We are making a world trip so we sleep every 2 days in different hotels since 1 month, and it's the first time we saw that. But in overall it was a good sleep.

Modern and cozy place near train station

Close to the train station but a longish though interesting walk to old city center.

The hotel felt like a 1 star. If you just want a bed and a room this is fine, but rooms are small and cramped with a tiny tv which has 15 channels and majority of films cant be changed to english. No idea what they offer for brealfast but would be expecting it to be amazing since they charge loads for it.

Great location. Very clean property, but needs some maintenance such as draining of sink.

Nice hotel close to local facilities, shopping malls and super market. There was good system of public transport to access nearby places. I wish I knew polish to converse with people more.. I am pleased with my experience.

Central location

Not far from the railway station. A good supermarket nearby. Julia at reception was very helpful with city information and she organized a taxi for my early departure. The sink in the room needs repair.

Decent stay

Decent hotel within walking distance of the station, and a really good shopping centre. Bit of a hike from the old time but there is decent access to public transport right outside. A kettle would have been a bonus

Great bargain hotel

Great hotel, no problem at all. It is about a 20min walk to centre but not a problem for me. I read one review saying it was in a rough area, I really did not find that at all. In fact it seemed a very quiet area of the town. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent value for money

Affordable Clean and quite. Basic room. There is a Kaufland supermarket nearby. Six minutes walk from the central bus station and 13 from the railway station.

Simple and not expensive

I stayed twice in this hotel. It's close to Central train station and Central bus station. There is a big supermarket Kaufland at the next building. Good connection to the center and the Old city. The hotel itself is quite simple and average. The reception works 24h. It's hard to write a review: nothing bad and nothing outstanding. I'll stay again here if I won't find something better.

Basic hotel. No kettle to make coffe. Hair dryer was removed from my room without notification why. I found out you have to pay for it, but I was not informed. Pillows seemed well worn, otherwise it was a comfortable stay

In the category of economy hotels this is a very good one. Clean, comfortable, great location. Adequate breakfast. Stayed in the room with double (small queen size) bed. I understand the rooms with one single bed only can be on the too-small side.

The location is OK. Very good for late night arrival. The room is very basic. Since faced main road it was a choice between the road noise or a noise of air conditioner. Strange choice of TV channels.Did not try breakfast.

Budget hotel near train and bus station

Well-located hotel, in a proximity of bus and train stations. Very helpful staff, clean rooms, howeve the A/C wasnt working properly and the room was really overheated. Recommended for short stays

Very basic

The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that it was clean. Rooms are very basic, there are no curtains, one medium sized towel and one pillow per person. The air conditioning was not working. Local teenagers use the car park for late night parties, making a lot of noise until around 1am. This hotel seems to be used by a lot of coach parties for one night stops.

Not 1 positive comment to make sadly

Simply appalling Long delay at check in : denied we had reservation for two rooms: ended up being that only 1 staff member knew how to use the system. Allocated 2 roons, only 1 made up, the other drank of sewage. 1 room replaced, told they all smell like that when reporting the clearly insufficient venting on the sewage pipes. Very noisy all night, rough area.. only safe to get back to the hotel by taxi. Very poor quality bed and 2 pillows with almost no filling. Basic breakfast of low quality ingredients and stale bread. Just spend a few £s more and get yourself somewhere so much better! Rude, disinterested unmotivated staff they just seem they don't want to be there.

Hotel Premiere Classe Wroclaw Centrum

Only used it for an overnight stop so didn't experience anything other than the bed and room which were comfortable and clean. Not as central as the name may suggest but trams run outside.

Nice hotel for a budget traveler

This hotel is good choose for a traveler who needs clean bed to sleep and clean bathroom. It's not to far from a train station. I would recommend it .

Quick check-in. Comfortable but basic room, excellent bed. It was cleaned daily, nothing to complain about. It would be nice to have hair-dryer in the room.

A bit far from the center but you can walk there in 15-20 minutes. Very close to train station. Was a nice room and clean but the wifi only worked in the hallway which is hard for travelers without phone service who need wifi to plan trips.

5 nights Stay at the Hotel Staff very helpful & polite, Hotel was fantastic Value better than any Travelodge would put it on a par with a premier inn has a small Bar but is very cheap vodka mix (40ml) was 12 zloty! 3 major shopping centre's in Wroclaw City Centre lots of Bars & food visited the Zoo 40 zloty & River Criuse's 15 zloty return to the city, Trams & Buses 3 zloty tickets to be bought from machines! Aquapark 57 zloty all day! also the Sky Tower has a shopping centre & bowling, Pool table Club also a Indoor Market called Arena opposite the Hotel the City Centre is in walking distance if you would like to walk? do not get a taxi from the airport as they will charge you about 70-90 zloty you can get a Bus the number 106 which will take you to the train station which is a 10 minute walk to the hotel remember to purchse a ticket for the Bus & trams! Lots to do highlights of our break Pink Floyd's David Gilmour, Aqua Park, Zoo, River Cruise, Shopping, Vodka

It is a clean and comfortable place. It is simple but sufficient at a budget cost. Great location.

Eberything was fine, but the breakfast was a bit dissapointing. Very basic, not to everyone's taste and I would expect more for the price. But overall our stay was great.

Absolutely spotless, extremely cheap, so a basic room in the Travelodge style. Ultra modern, spotlessly clean and within walking distance of the railway station. Definitely no complaints.

No frills

When booking I specifically requested a kettle and baby cot be in the room. I was assured this wasn't a problem, but upon arrival it wasn't available and caused us major inconvenience. The sink was also broken but they fixed it pretty quickly.

Easy checkin, helpful staff excellent accommodation for the price would return in the future. Was there for a wedding so did not get chance to see much of the local town but was impressed with the little I saw and experienced

Simple but comfy

Good but basic hotel. By basic I mean simple room nothing extraordinary. Nevertheless very clean comfortable bed clean bathroom with shower. All you really need for short stay. Honestly if you most of the day outside nothing more you need. Quite close to city centre really walking distance I would say 20-30 min walk if that. Main train and bus station just on the corner. Breakfast was only 20pln (£4.5 ish). I'd stay there again

Good Value, Good Location A Good Hotel

The title says it all. We were looking for a location close to the city center with access to the autostrata. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The price is very good. The rooms are clean and fresh. We were at this location for a total of 8 nights and have no complaints. Definitely will be back.

Nice hotel close to the heart of Wroclaw

Pros: Very clean and quiet place to stay Cons: Air conditioner was very loud and infact didn't work at all. It was warm in the room and couldn't sleep all night. Hotel is placed near to the one of the main roads so there was no chance to open the window due to the noise.

The hotel was ok but poor internet access

Very convenient location a few minutes walk away from Wroclaw's main railway station. The Old Town is a bit further away but still easily manageable by foot. Simple clean rooms on modern lines with nice en suite facility.
