The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The grounds were meticulously kept. The property was beautiful.

Amazing pool. Perfect beach. Room was very nice. The staff did not allow us to bring any food or drink to the pool area. I understand but I think water should be allowed

The hotel was nice other than 3 things:. 1. A large federal comuser sticker on the front door saying they were shut down. 2. The mold on the bathroom ceiling. 3. The lack of Air Conditioning in the restaurant. Other than that, it is a very nice place to stay.

Needs an exterminator!

I asked for two glasses of Ice and I was old that i had to purchases some thing in order to get the Ice. Pool was a little green could use a little maintaince

They need to work on customer service. The lady at the front desk was not very attentive, they were some extra charges for no reason. Different price of what we agreed at booking. When told that the beds were extremely hard, she seemed uncaring, and bothered by the questions if all the rooms have the same beds. We regret having to stayed two nights. None of us were able to sleep. We’ve got bedbugs bites. Terrible experience. It’s a shame because it has a great location, and great views.

Great for families.

The beach access of this hotel is perfect. It’s very close to multiple restaurants and stores. Perfect for a family trip.

It’s a nice hotel but very outdated. Our room had peels of humidity on the wall. Wi-Fi was very slow when functioning because it was hard to get connection. There were also ants in our room. Hospitality was very friendly.

The hotel is in a great location, room was pretty decent and clean. Service in general was okay. The pool water was cloudy and dirty. We didn’t even go in the water. The wifi was not good in many areas of the hotel. The mattress and pillows were hard and not comfortable at all, woke up with back and neck pains. The waiters in the pool area were not very friendly. Could be a really great hotel if things were taken better care of.

This is a hidden treasure, in these little hotel all the rooms have ocean view, the staff is great, the facilities are in a good condition, the food its great, they have a bar, pool bar service and you can go to beach and come back to the pool, also the surroundings are quiet and safe, this is a great hotel!!!!!

The pool and garden were nice and the proximity with the beach.

They nickel and dime you for everything. They charged us to drink our own beer (2 beers we had all day) at the pool and were very upset we brought a bag of chips. No hangars in the room, you have to ask at the front desk and then you only get 5.

Enjoyed our stay. Nice clean room. But service is a little slow. The room had several light bulbs out including my night stand, we reported it and it took them 2 days to change it. Otherwise it’s a nice property I would stay again.

This property is well located on mocambo Beach. Needs remodeling ad the wifi doesn't work in the rooms.very strict about reservation changes . Overall ok , good value if you don't need wifi

Glorious Beach each and Tasty Fish

A European tourist class hotel--modest size, low key, pretty, and clean--right on the beach. I happened to be there on May Day and the place was filled with Mexican families having a wonderful afternoon. It was festive and the food at the hotel was really good. Best yet, next door is Villa Rica--the best fish restaurnt in all of Veracruz.

Friendly staff, safe place, modern hotel

Nice beach access--unfriendly staff--small beds

Double beds are very small for a couple and my feet hung way off the edge of the bed (I'm 6'). Bathtub is hard to get in and out of because of stationary glass window that comes half way across where the shower curtain should be. Elevator is extremely dark. They only give one room key, even when another is requested. I was there for a nearby convention and my family was staying at the hotel while I was at meetings. Most of the staff was friendly but they freaked out when we wanted to take our towels to the next beach over because we had friends staying there. The guard on duty looked like he wanted to handcuff my kids who were walking up the beach with the hotel towels. After an uncomfortable confrontation with the hotel staff and guard about the towels they made me sign a waiver that I was responsable for returning the towels. Really no point, since one is responsable for returning either the towel cards or towels either way. I'm not a person who likes confrontation and wasn't looking to break rules but the hotel staff was very unbending and unfriendly.

Embarrassed

The hotel was very nice and accommodated. The only complaint I have is that they were not very nice to outside visitors. The hotel watch man was very rude!

A beautiful garden by the beach.

All the staff was friendly.The restaurant served great meals.But you need to serve better quality coffee since Veracruz is known for its wonderful flavor.The private beach was wonderful.

On the Beach! Really lovely! Amazing view!

After travelling through Mexico for 9 days we thought we would spend our last night in luxury. It was lovely! Beautiful and comfortable room. Our first concierge who spoke English. Staff was so sweet. An absolutely fabulous massage. Close to Mall of the Americas and great restaurants. We left our balcony door open all night to feel the ocean breezes and hear the gentle surf. Too bad we had to leave before the breakfast! Great place!

El área de la alberca necesita mantenimiento y mejorar el servicio por parte de la persona que está en esa área si tú no vas y llamas al chico no te ponen sombrilla para el sol ni te ofrece camastro, el agua está muy sucia y no están al pendiente de estar sacando la basura a menos que tú lo pidas, lo mismo con su zona de playa, está sucia hasta colillas de cigarros en las palapas de las personas que las usan y el personal no esta al pendiente de limpiar constantemente esas áreas comunes

Una zona muy segura! El hotel es pequeño pero muy bonito! 😌 La atención amable... Lo único es que en la tienda no hay muchas cosas, en realidad solo hay como 5 cosas

Se especificó cuatro personas siendo 2 adultos y 2 niños, cuando se realiza el cargo incluyeron un huésped extra la explicación fue que la habitación solo es para 2 personas (no especifican), a pesar de que son 2 camas matrimonial. La habitación solo es para 2 personas si va una persona extra serán cobro extra...

Falta de información por parte de recepción, no tienen valet parking después de las 5 de la tarde, y en la noche tiene uno que buscar al vigilante

La estancia fue muy placentera, es uno de nuestros hoteles favoritos

Quisiera que te recibieran con sonrisas, que si el cuarto está libre si llegas antes de las 3 te lo entreguen. Que estén más limpios los jardines (jardineras junto a las habitaciones). Lo demás, todo bien, estardar. Gracias

En general fue buena la estancia, solo le falta mas limpieza profunda a las habitaciones.

Puede mejorar la atención del personal que brinda servicio a huéspedes en el área de alberca, te ponen caras y hay que hacer mucho para que te atiendan, no estan al pendiente

Es un hotel viejo , si está limpio solo muebles viejos , espejos ya en mal estado , tv y clima obsoletos , no hay frigibar y no te dan hielos para poner tu agua de perdida fría , y con el calor que hace eso es básico , creo el precio no está tan económico para lo que ofrecen , busca otras opciones mejor

Excelente, solo no funcionaba la secadora de pelo.

Es bastante acogedora, cuenta con una excelente vista, sin embargo la instalación está descuidada, y la limpieza deja mucho que desear, había cabellos en la cama, y hormigas en la habitación, la última noche a mi acompañante y a mi nos picaron ya que también había en el colchón.

La comida del restaurante no es muy buena y las bebidas son terribles (piña colada y limonada)

Es un buen hotel, la habitación muy bien, la playa es linda y tendida, muy privada por asi llamarlo. Regrese con muchas ronchas en la espalda, no quiero pensar que fue la cama. El restaurante muy básico, la comida no es del todo, probe chilaquiles con Arrachera (muy poca carne), Omelett bueno, cafe bueno, jugo artificial, Piña colada muy artificial, coctel de caracol y camaron mas o menos, pedi una cerveza y me la vaciaron en un vaso de plástico con sabor a jabon de trastes. El personal no se da a basto para una buena atencion.

Lo bueno es la ubicación, la vista al mar... comida promedio a sobreprecio, , cobran por todo hasta por el café (que en todos lados es cortesía)... había cucarachas en la habitación, no tuvimos agua caliente (aunque tampoco fue tanto problema, por el clima, salía templada)...

LO BUENO: -El spa fue excelente, las chicas super profesionales y muy buen trato. A MEJORAR: -Paredes manchadas, se ven las resanadas y los arreglos. -Los vasos estaban mal lavados. -Puerta del balcón no cierra. -Espejo del baño manchado. -Tendedero del baño roto. -Ya no hay cortesías de café. -Cortinas rotas. -El interior del elevador presenta daños. -Seguro de la puerta de la habitación dañado. -Deberian de restringir el acceso a la playa con bocinas, es molesto. -Huespedes ruidosos en las habitaciones. -Déficit de toallas. -Batallamos con básicos como el llenado de los insumos de baño. -Internet pésimo. -Falta mantenimiento a las palapas. -Deberian dar a conocer sus amenidades, por ejemplo, el gimnasio, spa, etc. -El personal es amable, excepto una señorita que atiende en la mañana que siempre está a la defensiva. EN GENERAL LE HACE FALTA MUCHO MANTENIMIENTO, varios años me hospedé en el hotel, me gustaba y lo llegué a recomendar. No se si cambio la administración o que paso, pero ya no es lo que era antes. Bajo mucho de categoría.

Piensa uno que para ser un Hotel caro, no cuenten con un WIFI de buena calidad, todo el tiempo se desconectaba. Adicional, los canales no agarraban bien. La pantalla es chica para una habitacion.grande.

Requiere cambios por desgaste en algunos elementos

Le falta mantenimiento a las habitaciones y el servicio del comedor muy lento y el menú regular en cuanto a sabor. La alberca se ensucia mucho y está muy caliente en esta época del año. La playa muy linda y segura, tranquila para nadar niños y adultos. El jardín del hotel lindo pero no corre aire, hay que bajarse a la playa si no te mueres de calor.

Al momento de llegar tuve k subir mis maletas ya que no habia personal para atenderte. Estacionamiento reducido. Hay cafetera pero el cafe tienes que pagarlo a parte. Las toallas de alberca dicen es un cambio x dia... o sea k aunk esten empapadas t tienes k kdar con esas mismas todo el dia. Maal

Comodo y limpio

El personal sumamente amable y las habitaciones comodas y limpias, el acceso a la piscina y playa muy comodo y agradable para vacaciones familiares. El menú de comedor lo sirven ahi o en el area de alberca y jardín. Accesible a calle principal para tomar algun transporte y cerca de centros comerciales grandes, farmacias y lugares lara comer

Ya no es lo que fue hace pocos años. Con el recuerdo de la primera vez que estuvimos ahí, imaginamos que al menos reafirmaría la muy buena impresión que tuvimos. Desafortunadamente, no fue así

La playa está muy cerca, la alberca limpia. Había pocos huéspedes, por lo que disfrutamos mucho las instalaciones. Invitamos a familiares y amigos al bufette del domingo y les gustó mucho la comida. Además pudieron utilizar las instalaciones y se fueron muy contentos.

Muy puntuales para el checking aunque las habitaciones ya estaban disponibles antes de las 3 pm y el personal en especifico de recepción notan amable.

Tardan un poquito en el restaurante y no aceptan propina con cargo a tarjeta, tiene que ser en efectivo, el jacuzzi no está al 100 y los camastros deberían tener una colchoneta porque lastiman solo con el plástico, pero en general me gustó mucho y definitivamente si regresaría y lo recomiendo

El personal que atiende en recepción nos recibió de mal humor eso es algo que no me gusto.

We loved it here! You can’t beat the location and price. The pool was gorgeous and the access to the beach was amazing. We will definitely be back. The food at the restaurant was definitely expensive but we ate there a few times for the convenience and everything was very good. We especially loved ordering margaritas by the beach. Really nice staff. The rooms were very simple but we loved the updated shower and bath. We slept great. There was an event one night but we enjoyed the music. Great hotel for the price and location!

En general todos los aspectos del hotel buenos a excepción de algunos empleados y la política que manejan en cuanto a toallas y pequeños detalles de más, en cuanto a los precios de la tienda del hotel y restaurante la verdad son muy buenos y accesibles lo cual es una gran ventaja y la comida es muy rica tienen buen sazón y eso se agradece, en general es muy bonito si vas en temporada tranquila y eso si, si deseas extender tu estancia buscan la manera para que tú lo puedas seguir disfrutando y esos pequeños detalles son buenos! Si me volvería a hospedar en el!

Playa muy tranquila, limpia y pica gente. Restaurantes aledaños muy buenos. La cocina, jardín y piscina, como su personal, excelente. Lo único que me desagrado fue la cama (muy comercial), el shampoo y jabón muy genéricos, y pocos muebles en cuarto (solo una silla, además de camas., no muebles en terraza, tv muy pequeña y cero decoración (pared sin detalles) Por lo demás, excelente ubicación.
