We walked from the train station, about 20 mins. Passed the Tower at 10pm-breathtaking. Could not believe how close the hotel is to the Duomo and the tower-just outside the stone wall. Comfortable beds: one queen and 2 twins for our family of 2 adults and 2 teens.

The staff was wonderful, the check in went very smoothly and the check out as well. The desk personnel even arranged a taxi for us. We had the best experience. I will recommend to my friends and family that comes to Pisa.

It is a short walk to the tower and accessible by public transport—a clean and nice place. The receptionist was friendly and shared a lot of information on dining and tourism options around the town of Pisa.

Lovely stay

We spent one night here as a stopping point. The location is brilliant! The receptionist was brilliant and very friendly. The room was large and and spacious. Unfortunately, we got the room right next to the front door, so being a light sleeper I heard all the comings and goings. We were given a breakfast voucher for the little cafe across the square, which was brilliant! Be quick though as it does get busy. Overall I would recommend it.

The hotel is 5 minutes from the tower and close to many nice restaurants. The only thing that stopped me from giving 5 stars is that is was very noisy, starting at 5 am with the street cleaners.

Fantastic location for visiting the Tower. Very friendly and helpful staff, great initial reception and explanation of things to see , restaurants in the area. The only downside was the bedding felt damp. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Cute B&B, very close to the tower, nice clean room.

Nice hotel, modest rather than luxe, clean, inexpensive, manager was very helpful with bags etc. Stairs are steep. Our room was very large and clean. Very short walk to the tower and lots of restaurants.

Gianni who checked me in was so helpful and patient. Especially so with my poor Italian. It really made a difference.

Great overnight boutique hotel

Great boutique hotel in amazing location. Did have to wait outside for 15 minutes before manager arrived to let us in! Room was “intimate” but lovely for an overnighter. Silly things : tv didnt work (not requried) as electric adaptor not working so no kettle either ! No spoons. Coffee machine and kettle - not bags or milk (and manager not on site to provide any) However manager was very cheerful - gave us the knowledge we needed for the area and we were straight out to enjoy pizza in Pisa !

Staff all helpful. Can’t beat the location. Clean. Bakery across the way for breakfast was excellent. Little updates would help but other than that… And apart from the roadworks outside our room last night at midnight for an hour or so, drilling!! Not the hotel’s fault but wow, a noisy one.

The manager was extremely helpful. I enjoyed the hotel's excellent position at the literal outskirts of the tower, and I liked my spacious room. My only caveat is that is that they don't provide a shuttle service to the airport. I think that they'd listed as providing that service.

This is a wonderful hotel. Mario at the fro t desk was so helpful with parking options, eating options and all things we needed to know. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. There is no elevator for those who are seeking that option. There is a cozy garden to sit in and you are right outside the arch entering the Pisa tower plaza. Highly recommend s this hotel.

Great check-in experience, really friendly and informative staff. Rooms were clean and well decorated, and the location was hard to beat! Only downsides were the AC was a bit hard to figure out and the soundproofing wasn't great, you could hear everything from the corridors. But overall it was a really great stay and I'd recommend to anyone staying in Pisa

Quaint clean with basic needs

Extremely close to everything. Short taxi to airport and train. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. This was a quaint clean place to stay. We were just looking for a quick clean stay. It was great. We had a warm greeting when we arrived. They were able to arrange for our early trip to the airport

Surprise birthday getaway

Staff were fantastic and very helpful. Recommended a lovely restaurant called I Santi which.was great. Only fault would be the shower went between hot and cold however which how warm it was outside a cold blast wasn't too bad. We would happy stay again. They made my wifes birthday extra special.

Don’t.

This was an oasis from the busy tourist filled Pisa, yet only steps from the tower. The walk from the train station was a lot further than I thought it would be especially in 37° heat. The room was lovely, very clean and staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend it.

Travelling to Pisa with the kids. This hotel had the perfect location (few minutes walk to tower and plenty of restaurants). Felt safe with the security at front door and staff was very friendly and helpful!

Excellent location, clean & comfortable.

Another lovely, relaxing and comfortable stay overall, but was disappointed that they no longer offer the shuttle service to the airport. Taxis were fully booked for the morning so had the stress of not knowing whether we'd get one in time or not. The member of staff was very helpful though, so helped us sort one out first thing. Also didnt realise that the Hotel is actually two separate buildings, so initially thought I'd booked the wrong hotel, and the poor receptionist has to look after both buildings on their own.

The service is great! The staff is amazing! The rooms are spacious, clean comfortable and cute! The A/C works great. We (4 people) stayed one night and we really enjoyed it. Is right in front of the tower of Pisa. We loved it! 😊

This hotel is bare bones however it is in a great location for all the sights and restaurants. It was quiet and clean and the staff were very nice and helpful.

Recently took a trip to Pisa, Italy booking stay through the Expedia website at Hotel Pisa Tower. We were looking forward to this trip to enjoy a comfortable break, however, our experience was dampened. First of all, arriving at the hotel we found out straight away that the air conditioning unit was not functional with only the 'fan' option working to blow warm air around the room. It was approximately 30 oC in Pisa during our stay and quite humid, making it very stuffy and uncomfortable in our room. Although the staff attempted to fix the issue they had no success. The hotel was fully booked and therefore we had no alternative option but to stay in the room. In addition to this, we also noticed a cockroach roaming around our room floor on the second day, which was extremely disturbing and highlighted the lack of cleanliness. I informed the receptionist of this also and although everyone was apologetic and tried to help there was no getting away from the fact that our overall stay was uncomfortable to say the least.

Loved staying here. Barely any traffic noise and a very short walk to see the tower. It was perfect for the evening as we got to see the tower without a thousand people around. A few streets over you got great food at good prices.

The room was not very clean. Bed linens had dirt and stains from previous guests. We arrived at 5:30 pm but staff had already left because there was a Saint celebration in town, however they communicate through WhatsApp giving me an access code to enter the building. Location was great next to Pisa Tower.

The person at the reception on the day we checked in and out was absolutely brilliant and he was very knowledgeable. Sorry, I didn’t get their name. The hotel (family building which was separate) itself felt a bit in need of a spruce up although was in a brilliant position in the centre of Pisa right next to the Tower. The guest before us had lost the remote for aircon and unfortunately you can’t open the windows, so it felt very warm in the room but we managed ok. I think this would have been difficult in mid summer though. Hopefully this will be quickly rectified. We would stay again for its position and price. Thank you

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Pisa Tower. The hosts were very accommodating and made sure all of our needs were taken care of (even fending off some other tourists to secure a taxi for us). It's unique in that it has more of a residential/apartment feel than a hotel vibe, and it's in a great location steps away from the Piazza dei Miracoli and a local market.

Absolutely LOVED staying at this property. It is very convenient to the touristy shops and the courtyards of the Tower. The staff was kind, friendly, resourceful. They also carried our bags upstairs for us while we headed out to shop. It was a nice surprise because we thought we were going to have to after a long day of walking around. Rooms are super cute and spacious enough. They also arranged our taxi for an early morning trip to the train station. Would certainly stay here again!

Excellent location, right by the tower. Comfy beds and a good sized room. Unfortunately, we were allocated a family room directly behind reception which was adjacent to a luggage room. This was accessed until 10pm on the night of our stay and again by 6:15am. It was incredibly noisy and disturbed us repeatedly. We were originally booked for a room in a separate building, which I’m sure would have been significantly preferred.

Great hotel staff and location. Offers early check in for a price

The staff at front desk was 10/10. What isn’t mentioned anywhere is that the family room is a couple sketchy blocks away in an apartment building. I wouldn’t have booked knowing this. Hope it helps another family avoid the same mistake.

Good location, a little different than we thought

It ended up being a little different than we thought, instead of staying in the main hotel which was right by Pisa tower, they took us to an adjacent property which was a little bit of a walk but they helped us with our luggage and it was a very new property, essentially an apartment complex and was super new and very nice. There was parking available alongside a lot of the Town streets which we just had to pay for hourly up until 8:00 p.m. the next day we did move over to Tower parking garage.

A little delay getting into our room but staff was very accommodating. So close to the tower and duomo area that we could see it from our room.

The hotel is situated right next door to the Tower, you literally walk out of the door, through an arch and the whole Cathedral and Tower piazza are in front of you.

We stayed in a separate building (which I did not realised I had booked until the day) and therefore there was no hotel staff at arrival after hours. Location really good (walking distance from Piazza dei Miracoli), good space for the 4 of us, good beds for a night sleep (which is all we used it for) and staff helpful. However, the property status of repair was poor (mould and plaster bubbling and flaking off, a broken roller shutter, unkept outdoor communal areas) and next to a construction site, so at 8am I was woken up by excavators and power drills, which in addition to being very loud, were shaking the building like in an earthquake.

Location was amazing. 1 minute from tower and church. Staff was perfect and very helpful. Not manned 24 hours but not an issue. The best delicatessen across the square.

The location can not be beat!!! Literally steps from the tower and shopping and dining. Room was simple but had everything we needed.

Lovely little hotel, couldn’t have asked for anything better

We stayed here for 1 night. The pros are that it is literally a minute walk from the Leaning tower. We arrived at the property at 12pm but unfortunately could only check in at 2pm. The receptionist however was kind, helpful and allowed us to store our bags in the luggage room whilst we went to grab lunch. Check in was smooth and we had the pay €5 euro city tax (although it said €1.50 each on the wall 🤔) which we weren’t aware of but not a problem. As we went into our room on the 1st floor, we were pleasantly surprised with a nice room. There was a fridge, hairdryer, an extra pillow, a coffee machine as well as Netflix on the TV which is something we haven’t had in previous hotels. The negative about the hotel was that you could hear a lot of noise. The main noise especially whilst sleeping was a weird pipe noise, as if someone was flushing the toilet and it was making a noise after but this was every 5-10 minutes which wouldn’t go away. This affected mine and my partners sleep as it was constant throughout the night. The heated rail stayed on in the bathroom which made the room quite hot and then when I turned the air con on for 10 mins, it then wouldn’t turn off. Eventually it did. If you are looking for a convenient stay local to the leaning tower of Pisa this is a great hotel. Just a shame about the noise over night ( I hope was just a temp issue)For a 3* star hotel the room is nice and would have been a pleasant stay if there was no noise.

Perfect stay for the price. Good value for money. Excellent communication from the staff. Some have mentioned the annexe being down a dark alley, I think you can ignore this negativity, it was perfectly quiet and safe, even in winter. We would definitely return.

When you come out of the hotel, you can go to Pisa entrance in a minute. Railway station justv10 minutes walk. Very goodlocatio, if you dont want to walk more.

Bait and switch. At check-in they told us the room was not in the same building. They walked us a few blocks away down a dark alley and took us to an old dirty room. Felt very sketchy. We said we didn’t like and and wanted a refund. They said they would see what they could do on a refund. We left and drove to Florence. The next day they emailed refusing a refund. This place is a scam.

This delightful hotel is situated just steps from the Leaning Tower (40 seconds walk apparently). It’s so easy to enjoy the area at night or during day time hours. The staff were so welcoming and hospitable. Loads of options to dine and to explore. We would certainly stay here again.

Nice hotel and perfect location to Miracle Square/ Pisa Tower. Hotel Desk Manager was great, quick layout of area, good locations to visit and general tourist info that was helpful!

This place is absolute amazing. It’s literally one minute away from the tower but shockingly that isn’t the best part about this hotel. What really stood out was the staff. They were incredibly reliable and friendly. The woman at the front desk was so kind it was remarkable. She helped us with our bags, gave recommendations to restaurants, stored our bags, and called us a taxi when we were leaving. It was honestly remarkable. The hotel room was nice, clean, and spacious as well! 10/10 would recommend again.

Loved this, the tower is Pisa is within walking distance. It’s the perfect walking spot with kids. We didn’t need a car or any form of transportation, you simple walk out the hotel into the park to view the tower. There are many restaurant options by the tower. Loved this location.

Absolutely stunning!

I booked a room for myself and my mum at late notice, I booked a double bedded room as that was all they had left. I emailed them directly after booking to ask if they were able to supply me with an additional camp bed for the room. They replied within 10 minutes of my request explaining they had reshuffled some rooms and provided us with a room with a double and single bed- perfect! We arrived early for check in but were able to leave our bags at the reception. The location couldn’t have been better, it was more than we could have hoped for! We had a walk around Pisa and headed back to the hotel an hour later to get our room. The room was large, specious, bright and spotless! We then headed down to the back garden which was tranquil and a great place to relax for a while. Overall, the customer service was incredible, the location is fabulous and the room was immaculate. Overall we were extremely happy with our stay and will be returning and recommending to all our friends and family. Thanks again!

Amazing location in Pisa, right next to the Tower but outside the traffic-free zone. Kind and helpful staff. Nice comfortable room. We were in the annex rather than the main building. I am sure the main building is great, too, but we would happily stay in the annex again.

The shower had black mold, not enough toilet paper. Room was way too crowded

Great location & the room was comfortable. Room 12 had one of those multi function shower cubicles, not so good for me as its hard to shower when your head is touching the roof (OK, I am just too tall)

A beautiful hotel with a great location. But the best part of the stay was our hostess. Isabella was so kind, walked us to our room, provided recommendations for the area and overall a kind helpful young lady.

Great area, super easy to walk to places including the leaning tower. Only issue was the noise, you could hearing everything in different rooms around us so the sleep was tough but manageable. Would still stay again.

The reception women who checked us in was very nice. The room itself was just ok. There were noticeable stains on the bed coverings. There was black mold in the bathroom in the wall near the shower.
