Nice stay. Clean and warm. Easy access to station.
Lovely weekend in Wroclaw
Nice hotel. Good location. Friendly staff.
Great
Close to train station. Breakfast is okay
Kettle in room, bring your own coffee, ask if you need room refreshing. Good location, good price. Stayed previously and our 1st choice.
Great stay!
We spent 3 nights while visiting the Christmas markets. We had a really comfortable stay. The room was nice and comfortable and very close to the centre. The breakfast was included and whilst very modest, it filled us up for the day. Will definitely return.
Very happy with my stay here. The location was excellent for me-right across from the central train station which meant not having to carry luggage around very far. There is also a tram stop across the street if you prefer to get around that way. Very walkable to the old town, perhaps 15-30 minutes. I had a room on the front/street side. While there was a lot of noise during the day with the trams and other traffic, it was quieter at night and I had no difficulties sleeping. The room did get quite cool when I was gone all day but i was not bothered by it. The shower smelled rather like sauerkraut when I first got there but the smell went away once I ran the water. It was back by the next afternoon but again, was gone once I ran some water. Perhaps a trap was not staying full and some sewer gas was escaping? Noticeable a few times but not a major issue. The shower had the best water pressure I have ever seen and I could have taken 12 showers a day. Room was clean. Breakfast was good with cereals, eggs, sausages, cheeses, meats, breads, salads (like egg salad and mayonnaise-based salads,) cucumbers, tomatoes, apoles and some deserts. No fridge in the room, which might matter to some people. I would absolutely stay again.
Good value for price
Good for price but disappointing breakfast and no daily room service unless demanded in advance and that was not communicated till too late
Decent
Like the location.
Perfect if arriving/departing by train
Right across street from central train station in Wroclaw. There are a number of bars/restaurants for food/drinks just a few blocks from hotel as well, even though immediate area seemed pretty dead at night. Hotel very clean. Rooms fairly quiet, but tram line is right outside, so not silent by any means. Beds small but comfy, shower was sub-par but not horrible. Only bad part was a bunch of kids on our floor generally causing chaos and running loudly though the hallways, but that subsided before too long. Would definitely stay here again.
Attractive building but lacking in offerings.
large room with poor lighting and a poorly located desk. Couldn't control the heating and it was a bit cool. Limited breakfast mostly cold offering.
Ok stay - convenient to station
Ok stay. Convenient to station, but good walk to interesting parts of the city. Bed was rather small, as was room. Fair breakfast selection, but more fruit would be nice
Just a very convenient easy to access spot with everything u could want around it. Very cheap and still very clean and staff were so friendly and helpful too. Generally just amazing and I would definitely recommend to people who want a nice stay with many things easy to access nearby
A bit outdated.breakfast on Sunday morning was awful one coffee machine and no food . Other das ok.
Value for the money. Clean. Comfortable. Had a restful sleep. Will stay here again and will recommend to families and friends. Thank you.
Excellent hotel
Room was great , view of train station, trams run early morning outside of hotel but not an issue ,breakfast was lush , plenty of choice ,nice coffee machine , breakfast room is on level 6 using the lifts ,this hotel is about a mile from hotel but very walkable which I did , Wroclaw is such a beautiful place ,well worth a visit , I got 106 bus from Wroclaw airport to train st which is the Terminus , runs every 15 mins , it’s only 5 Zlotty ,about £1 , got bus back to airport for return flight , another £1 well spent , no need at all for taxis ! bus Terminus is only 200 meters away from this hotel , head towards station then turn right , would highly recommend this hotel, I will be staying at this hotel again , total bus journey from airport is about 40 mins by bus , All hotel staff were excellent 👍😀
Very dated rooms , but good enough for short stays .
Extremely helpful receptionists
Great area. Front desk is friendly
It’s across the road from the station and very clean. Particularly for one person, the rooms were quite large enough. The hotel should invest in some larger and/or fitted sheets for the beds, however – but the fact that bottom sheet ceased to cover the mattress during the night, because it was too small, did not stop me from sleeping soundly. My room faced towards the railway station and the tram lines but was well insulated against sound.
Noisy in the morning
Very noisy from very early morning. Impossible to sleep
Directly opposite Wrocław main railway station, very good value for money and comfortable. Hotel is a little outdated but that didn’t bother me at all.
Convenient for transport
Very convenient location next to the station. The room was clean and comfortable.
Safe and location very good
It was a very pleasant stay and at a low cost.
Great location
The hotel is within close walking distance to transport. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and they serve a nice buffet breakfast. We have stayed twice and would definitely recommend
Bathroom was excellent, place very clean and staff very friendly. Bad was too soft
Dobré místo, blízko vlakového centrálního nádraží. Pěkná nová koupelna. Chutné snídaně. Jediné, co nám vadilo, byla postel a matrace.
Accross the street from the train station. Old town is about 20 minute walk.
Good value hotel close to the train station
Good value hotel close to the train station. Had a single room. Small but perfectly sufficient. A couple of lights didn’t work but I managed. Nice lady at the reception.
Central to the railway and bus station. Trams are right outside the door so no need for taxis.
Hotel beautifully renovated outside. The rest rather average. You can only have one working key to the room. Breakfast poor, we were told there is no temporally any bread . Ater an hour still no bread though bakery is next door????!!!
The staff at reception do not speak Polish fluently. The rooms are small and the air conditioning is very noisy. The dining room ran out of bread at breakfast.
Piast
Good location near train station. Room was rather small. Little interaction with staff.
Opposite the train station
Great location by the main train station. It does feel a little bit dated, but I had a good size room, and a desk to work from. The breakfast was extra, it was a buffet style breakfast, but there are other cafes close by if you want a bigger breakfast. I found the bars in the railway arches just round the corner from the hotel good for food and beer in the evening. You can walk or take a tram to the old town.
AC did not works
Half a star. Hostel style.
Smell from piping system... Noise of everything outside the window. Rather not for quiet stay. But very close to the central railway station. Rather calls for renovation.
The room had everything I needed and I had an exceptional time!
Value and locwtion
Absolutely adequate for me. I needed a room extremely close to Train/Bus stations, as I had a lot in tow. Hotel Piast was affordable and easy. My room was comfortable. The room was quiet even though the hotel is on a very busy street. I had stayed at an upper end hotel the night before, about 1/2 mile walk from the train station. Quite a contrast but at 50% less for a nights charge, I ain’t complain’!
Lovely hotel in a fabulous location
Conveniently located across the street from the main train station in Wroclaw, near the Wroclavia shopping mall. Easy check in. Great breakfast for the price. Quick 25 min Uber ride to the airport.
The rooms and staff were great. Breakfast was good she even made us scrambled eggs Only drawback it was located across street of bus line Fortunately stopped after 10 I think
Very straightforward budget hotel. All I needed and located close to the centre and bus links to the airport.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Pros: Friendly and responsive staff, very convenient location, spacious and bright room with generous closet space, large walk-in shower, effective air conditioning, adequate and well placed outlets, and remarkably quiet relative to location. Cons: WIFI barely supports video calls, may be difficult to block all of the sunlight in preferred bay window rooms, air conditioning may make an annoying high pitched sound, corridor noise may be bothersome near elevators, and extra care may need to be taken to avoid water intrusion from the shower. In the end, the pros heavily outweigh the cons; especially since all of the cons relate to specific sensitivities. Frankly, I would stay at this hotel again without a second thought!
Really nice service, price and location.
Location
Perfect Stop Over Spot
The hotel is so close to the Wroclaw train station which was our goal. We wanted a place to lay our heads for 1 night. It was perfect. Close, friendly, clean, great breakfast.
Excellent location near the main bus and train station. Airport bus every half hour.
Very close to railway so convenient transport. Quiet room. Breakfast buffet was awesome, great variety. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room is bit dated but fits and is clean. Would stay again.
Invest in better bed linen
The room was clean and a huge shower for a single room. Fundamentally a hotel room should have a comfortable bed. This one did not. A simple fitted sheet or a flat sheet large enough to tuck in would have solved the problem. But without either, the bottom sheet became unraveled during the night which made for a really restless sleep. So disappointing. The service was super friendly. Location was good. Didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment on that.
it is excellent. I did enjoy may stay. I'll be back soon for sure.
It is simply furnished room with clean , comfortable beds.Clean hotel with good breakfast, close to everything. It is across the Train station . I didn't experience any problems with checking in.
Location is across from the train station and close to city center and old Town
Great location, comfortable bed. Some tram noise but not too bad on the 4th floor.
Great location in the centre and near to the main train station, basic but comfortable room, friendly staff.
Business stay
Very noisy. I could hear the trams almost the whole night
Location is good. Close to main railway station and trans to get all over the city. Plenty of small shops nearby. Whilst the staff were not overly friendly, they were always happy to answer my questions. The breakfast would be fine if you eat meat & dairy. I’m vegan so my choices were EXTREMELY limited. I had sourdough bread and tomato & cucumber each morning with some coffee and orange juice. Of course, I can’t blame the hotel for this as they provided a normal spread. If they do read this though it would be good if they considered at least having some soya milk so that I could have had cereal or even another selection of vegetables, eg grated carrot in addition to the tomato & cucumber. My double bedroom was fine. Not huge but definitely not tiny. The bathroom was very clean but the toilet seat was a bit loose. Leaving a back up toilet roll would have been a good idea. They leave 2 bottles of water in the room, alongside 2 teabags and sugar. No coffee in the room. They do have an all purpose shower gel/shampoo dispenser in the shower. I used it once and it was ok. Nothing special.
Loved the fact it was across from the Train station. Made it so easy to find never being in the city before.
Quick stopover
Great stay. Super convenient for the station. Will book again
The outside was quite impressive but unfortunately that’s where it stopped
Good hotel in an ideal location, just across from the main train station.
Excellent
I had a really nice stay
Why this hotel is only rated as a 2* I'll never know. It offers more than what I've experienced at many 3* hotels. Although reception was busy at checkin, she remained very polite and friendly. Room was a good size and clean, as was the lovely bathroom. Corridors, lifts, and public areas were always kept neat and tidy. The location of this hotel is excellent. It's just opposite the main train station, a few minutes walk to the airport bus, and about a 10 minute walk to the main square. Yes there's noisy trams chuckling pass, but so what. It all seems to add to its charm. Just bring some earplugs.
Property has a good location next to the central station
Convenient place to stay near train station
Well maintained older hotel. Nothing fancy. The location next to the main train station in town is great. Surely a lot of road noise with cars and trams passing (had room in the 'tower') but manageable if you're not too sensitive to city traffic noise. Walking distance to Old Town attractions. Reception will hold your luggage but no late check out is allowed. Overall well worth the money.
Rooms werer overbooked
The rooms were over booked. After waiting a long queue, they said there was no room for us and forced us to another hotel where is far away from main bus stop. The process waste one hour and messed up our schedule
There was no room available as everything was double booked. The managers attitude was shocking
Glad it was just for one night
Very nice place near train station, but trams made noise and vibrations late night and early morning. It was convenient for my early train.
Good value for money next to the main train station and easy get ans Uber to the airport
Ideal for our needs close to Christmas market 20 minutes walk the hotel was clean and staff friendly had a wonderful time slight downside no milk with tea bags but cheap enough to buy will come again
Hotel Piast
I book for 1 queen bed but just get 2 single bed and they just joint it to make it queen,it’s really good in all of facilities and it’s located at centre of Wroclaw.
It's OK because it's close to the train station
The best thing about the hotel is is proximity to the train station and the market Square is about 10 minutes walk. Apart from that there is not alot nearby in the way of bars/restaurants. The bed was dreadful - an old innerspring which had seen better days and, given the multiple tram lines in front and at the side of the hotel, it is quite noisy. Wifi is intermittent, during the day when most are out, it's fine but from 4pm onwards, it's impossible to get online.
Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, good position.
Easy to access on service bus from airport. Newly refurbished clean, comfortable rooms with easy access to all parts of the city.
Wroclaw city break.
Really nice hotel opposite station, staff helpful and polite, room OK, breakfast not great, 15-20 minute walk to market square.
Should do better.
It could have been really good however they didn’t service the room on one day. We were out all day so there was no excuse at all. This spoilt an otherwise pleasant stay.
city break
Front bedrooms prone to tram noise. I don't have any more to write!!
Excellent location for transport and city centre
The hotel is conveniently located opposite the train station. The room was small but bright, bed very comfortable. Bathroom very clean with a lovely shower.
The location close to the train station and by a lot of tram and bus lines is ideal, however my single room was pretty small and dark and was next to the elevator so I had a not so lovely buzzing noise 24/7 (think of a refrigerator that is on its last leg, but that noise constantly, not just when it is running to keep things cold).
Good value
Excellent hotel with a friendly staff and well located.
Great hotel opposite Wroclaw Glowny train station
I had a lovely overnight stay at Hotel Piast before catching a morning train to Gdansk. The desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The room itself seemed newly renovated with an excellent shower in the ensuite bathroom. I had a great night's sleep in a room and breakfast was good too.
Good location near station
Good stay, central location close to centre and station
Fantastic central hotel
Lovely hotel - can't fault it in any way. Clean room with great views of the city & very comfy beds. Situated directly opposite the main train station (& coach station) - 10 minute walk into the town. Very friendly & attentive multilingual staff.
Convenient and Clean Hotel
I heartily recommend the Hotel Piast. The bus from the airport leaves one off less than two blocks from the hotel, and the central train station for the city is across the street from the hotel. The rooms were clean, and the heating/ac was adjustable for taste.
Great location in a wonderful city
A wonderful location in a fabulous city
Lovely hotel. Great location. Helpful, friendly staff. Clean. Room in excellent condition, looks to have been refurbished recently. Only criticism is that the soundproofing could be a bit better, both to the outside and to tha adjacent rooms.
The hotel is right across the road from the train station and very close to the bus station, so it is very convenient for that. The area itself isn't great, it's a bit run down, but only a 10 - 15 minute walk into the old town. The rooms were clean and comfortable. A very small complaint, but the sheets didn't fit on the bed so you woke up on the mattress and there was also a plastic mattress protector that was very noisy every time you rolled over. Very little but easily fixed to make the bed more comfortable. The breakfast was really yummy and worth the extra money!
conveiniant for train and bus station
hotel is decent however no fridge in room and poor drainage in shower allowed bath room to flood
Good place to see Wroclaw
The staff could not have been more helpful with travel tips and when we had to extend our stay. Recently refurbished, but an old building, well sound-proofed Comfortable, clean, convenient and not overpriced. Lovely city, very close to main rail station so easy to find
disappointed
The best thing about the hotel is its location. Literally across the road from main train station. Therefore very convenient. But the rest was disappointing. We booked three nights in the better rooms in the tower, and the room itself was fine and quite roomy. We were on the 2nd floor. However the noise from the trams was annoying, fortunately the a/c works really well as you could not have a window open. The staff at check in were efficient but not at all friendly. In the room there was a kettle, two teabags and two coffees, and just a stick to stir it. That is the most there ever was and no stick replacement! There is good wifi, no english TV
When can I go again?
Covered a lot of area. Strange surprises were ending up in a field where a new bridge is being built, great residential areas ending on a dirt road, and finding possibly the only laundry in town. Yep, this wasn't a 'I'm just going to hang around the downtown' trip. Definitely worth multiple visits.
Nice but tram noises start early.
Very nice hotel, but try for high room as noisy down low with trams etc
Great value!
We have stayed for one night and it was exactly what we needed. Close to train station. Short walk to the market square, 10 minutes. Receptionist was very nice and she arranged the taxi to the airport for us the previous night. Room was small but clean and neat. We loved the bathroom, all new with a nice decor. We couldn't expect more for this price - brilliant value!
Super, 50m. from train station. Modern and new rooms.
Great base to visit wroclaw.
Great value for money, clean and decent location. A 10 min stroll from the old town.
Ok hotel
Stayed overnight to catch a train. No big complaints.
The receptionist told us that the payment was declined and had to repay. After paying again, she said there is no available room. and directed us to another hotel nearby. It's just a few steps nearby but the process was a bit complicated but she is helpful at least. The stay was pleasant and the room is spacious.
Excellent location
The location is excellent - just across the main train station and only about 15 min walk to the old town.

Perfect for the train station and the airport
My stop when traveling from uk to Kalisz. Always what I need. A good sleep and sooo close to the train station / taxi to catch up to the airport.
