Perfectly situated by the beach, charming little hotel that has a family run atmosphere. We were greeted and served by very kind ladies. The optional breakfast was perfect.

Room was too small for three people

Lovely place to stay, easy walk to the main parts of menton and only 5 miles from Monaco. Balcony overlooking the sea, short walk to some decent takeaway options, perfect

Convenient location. Easy ealking distance to centre. Across from sea. Small, intimate & very friendly hotel making stay relaxing, comfortable & most enjoyable. Room clean & tidy with private garden area. Owner always visible & approachable and fully prepared to go that "extra mile in order to consistently exceed expectations. Really liked the personal attention of this hotel as opposed to just being a "number"generally felt in large & impersonal hotels . We would kd definitely stay here again. Overall, great value for money.

Was lovely, good location and friendly staff, no issues

Older style property, a little ways away from the centre but nice location across from the water. The buses to Monaco and Nice stop a block away and there is a good boulangerie nearby.

Nice hotel, excellent location and good value

Rooms are small but have everything you need and fortunately AC was really good. Reception staff/owner nice, helpful and friendly, although hours are slightly limited. Cleanliness was good. Location is excellent. Very good value for money.

Awesome place in from of the beach.

Hotel is very pretty, very clean, location is excellent. The owner is awesome. She makes your stay the best. Breakfast is very good. I stayed with my daughter and I enjoyed two nights of good resting, nature and beach. I would recommend it.

We arrived and I noticed it said two stars. I went surely not as I like five stars better! And it is probably the best two stars in the world. The rooms are clean, big enough with air conditioning and double pane windows so quiet. And the owners are extremely nice and welcoming. Excellent value for money.

Pleasant stay.

They were very helpful. The breakfasts are really good and there is plenty of choice. The rooms are always lovely and clean and if you have a room with a balcony facing out the front you have a lovely view of the sea even though it’s on the road back from the main road. It’s very reasonably priced. It’s my second visit and I will certainly be using it again.

HOTEL PAVILLION IMPERIAL, MENTON

We had an enjoyable stay at the Hotel Pavillion Imperial. We chose a room with a sea view which unfortunately faced a busy, noisy road. However, the service at the hotel was very friendly and it was in a good location.

Quiet spot next to the sea.

This was a nice quiet place. While it does not have as many stars as other places, the owner gives wonderful service. They remembered our anniversary and left us a small gift on our bed. I've attached a picture. Our room had a balcony that let us sit out and watch the waves break on the shore. The hotel was close enough that we walked everywhere we went in Menton. We highly recommend this place and would quickly go back again.

Great hotel and staff.

A great place to stay and very friendly and helpful staff. Only slight drawback is that the rooms facing the sea are on a very busy road which seems popular with motor cyclists and boy racers who hit the accelerator as they leave the town. Rooms are reasonably well soundproofed but leaving the doors open to get some sea air can be a bit noisy.

A family run hotel with a warm atmosphere. Close to the beach facing the main road but quiet at night. Easy access to bus stop and station as well as the old town. The staff was always helpful in locating places of interest. It was a nice stroll back to the hotel alongside the beach after taking dinner in the old town.

Great place to stay at. Great service and super clean. Location is excellent as well and we really love the stuff who run the place.

Lovely lovely staff - very friendly. Really took the time to help with anything we needed. Didn't have the breakfast there as I like to explore so cannot comment on that. The hotel has a bus stop directly opposite which is fabulous for trips back from Monaco or from Nice Airport. The train station is close by (10-12 mins walk.) Menton - what a beautiful (and quiet) place. Stunning! Will definitely go back. The hospitality of everyone was so welcoming and the views simply breathtaking!

Chambre froide, non accueillante et on entend tout ce que font les voisins. Aucune insonorisation on entendant le voisins d à côté et celui du haut respirer (et pas ronfler)

si hubiese leido bien el horario del chek in no lo hubiese elegido,solo elegimos con chek in las 24 hs. llegue tarde por un problema con el auto y tuve que pagar una noche de hotel en otro establecimiento

**Review for Hotel Pavillon Imperial Menton** We had an amazing stay at Hotel Pavillon Imperial Menton! The location is fantastic – just cross the street to reach the beach. It's also very close to the old village and numerous restaurants. The service was exceptional, especially from Léti, who was always smiling and provided excellent tips on things to visit and do. My kids felt so at home that we extended our stay. The hotel itself is very cozy, and the breakfast was delightful with fresh croissants and bread. Considering the area, the price for the location and service was very affordable. We highly recommend this place for a great stay on a budget!

hotel très bien situé. Une accueil chaleureux et une grande disponibilité. Les attentes du client sont prises en compte avec le sourire même lorsqu'il s'agit d'un petit plus. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais complet et d'une grande fraicheur (croissant et pain). La chambre un peu petite mais très propre et fonctionnelle. Bonne literie. Si vous êtes motards votre moto sera garée dans un espace clos.

Séjour on ne peut plus agréable à tous niveaux, accueil, propreté, confort, j'en passe et des meilleures... Nous avons principalement apprécié le coté familial et bon enfant.
