Its in a safe location where transportation is easy to get to to include the dining options in the area. Great staff, good breakfast. I look to my next trip to Paris the hotel was part of that experience.

Great boutique hotel with easy access transportation and dinning.

The staff was very helpful and spoke English very well so I didn't feel lost when directions were required. We had an issue with our room the first night and they relocated us asap. We were very thankful. The only down fall was the lobby was being renovated so there was no place to seat and relax in the lobby - felt sorry for the staff who were trying to work during all the construction. We made the best of the situation ...I would stay there again.

Great hotel for a home base: comfortable, clean and in a safe area in 8th arrondissement. Good free breakfast. May want to bring your own conditioner though. They didn’t have any. Still, we highly recommend it!

Friendly staff, poor room.

Very friendly staff. However, found the room to be quite poor for a 4 star hotel. The towel rail was not straight, tiling not properly finished, when used the shower, the taps were wobbly. Wife nearly hurt herself as she opened the door, it was so tight to the front door and the hinge you couldn't open it properly. Not spacious at all. Would like to point out despite the room being quite poor, the staff were extremely friendly.

My stay was 4 days 1- The room was not ready until 4:30 in the afternoon 2- I left at 3 am and there was no one to help me with my bags 3- In 4 days the bed linen has not been changed 4- Air Conditioner does not work

Hotel staff friendly. Close to shops and main tourist attractions. Breakfast good, but could do with more variety. Hotel has a bar, but no spa or sauna. Room relatively large for Paris. Bed comfortable and room was clean. Would stay again.

Long weekend in Paris

The hotel was in a good location, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean, though it was starting to show signs of wear and tear, which was not surprising given that it was not a very big room. But overall, it did what we needed.

Clean and professional service but check in is strict at 3pm. They should have some flexibility.

Comfy stay in a great location

Hotel Park Lane was a wonderful surprise. Located central to most Parisian hot spots, this hotel was comfortable, safe, and clean. My room was bright with big windows, and had a comfortable bed with soft linens, and a fridge (which is key!). The bathroom was very pretty with great water pressure/hot water. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Good except for transportation arrangement

Hotel is clean and location is good, close to Champs Elysees and 2 metro stations. Female staff at the reception are very helpful and friendly. However rooms are very small, also their AC system was not working properly and we had to keep a window opened. End of our stay was really negatively impacted by hotel's way to arrange a transportation for us back to the airport. They sent us an email that they can help us order a taxi, we were glad to use their help and the price for that as per their email and male receptionist was going to be 60-65 euros. When our taxi arrived next morning the price suddenly went up to 85 euros and their overnight receptionist John said that this is what we have to pay. The taxi that we got was not even an official Paris taxi with a lit up taxi sign on top, it was giant black van that can fit 10 people and it was just 2 of us. Felt really scammed, do not recommend asking hotel for help when arranging transportation anywhere.

Staff was ok. Very dirty carpet, rooms not very clean. Breakfast food is not covered and the one staff taking care of breakfast was coughing all over food. As a result I ate out for breakfast after having paid for it. Wifi is not good at all. Very disappointed.

Dirty hotel - bed bugs

Hotel very dirty and in need of maintenance. I had bed bugs and could not sleep because of the insects. Hotel management changed my room however i was charged extra for an upgraded room. Breakfast was basic - honesty park Lane you need to step up your game if you claim to be 4stars.

The staff, Roman, Abdel and the others whose names escape me, are by far the best of any hotel I’ve stayed in. They each went above and beyond my expectations, from providing detailed directions, dining recommendations to answering all my many questions. The hotel was clean, quiet, the room was spacious and the beds amazingly comfortable. It was a great area to stay with lots of amazing cafes and central to everything. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and will be back next time I visit Paris.

I REALLY enjoyed staying here! Everyone was so friendly in the hotel. It's very safe, clean and close to everything you'd want to see in Paris! Close to shopping and eateries and the sites. The only two things I will say that are "negative" is that the bed was a little too hard for me and my room was on the street side, so you can hear anyone that may be homeless screaming all times of the night or just normal street traffic in such a busy city. So that may bother you while you catch a quick nap during the day or at night. But, the last part may be expected while staying in any Paris hotel in the city. Overall, this hotel has gained a fan and I will search out this hotel at any other large city I stay!

The rooms are extremely small especially for 2 people. The room wouldn’t have been bad if it was only me staying there. I wouldn’t recommend it for a family. However, everything else was amazing. Friendly staff, amenities, great location. I would come back. The staff made us feel so welcomed. They literally helped with everything, from booking tickets to excursions, restaurants, bus/taxi, and a few other things.

Excellent location, very friendly staff. Hotel breakfast is not great, many much better pastries and coffee, etc, places near by except for Sunday, and a short walk is always a nice eye opener. Rooms are tight but decent, apparently all such hotels are similar.

Clean well maintained hotel, 15 minutes walk from Champs-Élysées. Hotel is positioned over the top of the metro (underground trains). These trains can be heard rattling along their tracks throughout the hotel, and throughout the night. I would skip the expensive very limited breakfast and pop along to the Pret A Manger which is next door to the hotel for breakfast or one of the many cafes near by.

A clean, quiet room. Staff at front desk was particularly helpful upon arrival and during our stay. It is located near good restaurants and is within walking distance of many iconic sites. Hotel had enacted covid standards for cleaning. Bus and metro stations are close. Would not hesitate to return when in Paris.

Pleasant stay, no issues at all. During Covid-19 they had good measures in place and made it clear that rooms are cleaned every 2 days, but all extras needed are available (eg towels etc). Friendly staff and comfortable stay, good location and easy to walk to various parts of the city!

The extra wide width of the double bed was great. Workmen next to hotel woke us up at 6am banging constantly. Beggars and drunks making noises until 4am.

Fantastic location, excellent staff, and room was very clean. The only drawbacks - there was building work going on next door, which was a bit noisy, and the bathroom could do with a bit of an update. Overall though, excellent place to stay, close to Champs Elysee, and good value for money. Would happily stay again.

The people were amazing. Our room was quite small but adequate. The beds were comfortable. It was cleaned daily but the little furniture the room has could use a little dusting. Clean towels supplied daily. Breakfast offered a good variety.

The hotel was in a great location, several shops and restaurants near by. Only about 25 minute walk to museums and main attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only down side, which isn't the hotels fault was there was construction going on right next door. The first morning there, we were woken up to hear drilling and construction work being done.

every thing was great about the hotel! we did check in at 2:00 oclock at night, it was friendly and quick , bed is very comfortable, water in shower worm , big towels. espreso machine in the room free of charge. we took brekfast one day which was very good (17 euro p.p). service was so kind every day no matter who was ther, they stand up to welcome you everytime you come in and out. the place of the hotel is very good. check out was at 4 in the morning, was also quick and helpful. i will defintely come back and definitely recomend.

This hotel was absolutely lovely! The blackout curtains were the perfect touch for a good night sleep and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. The staff could not have been any nicer or more helpful and accommodating, the atmosphere they provided was well wellllll beyond 5Star. I would definitely come back to this hotel in the future. The only downside was that one day I returned from walking around Paris all day, just exhausted and ready to shower and the cleaning staff had not left me any towels at all. Not small or large ones. But overall great hotel!!!

We had such incredible service at Hotel Park Lane! Abdel and Jeremy were just wonderful, and we felt very welcome and comfortable. Location is excellent also.

There was a coffee machine but no kettle in the room. Some of the shower tiles were missing. Room is small, not enough space for 2 big bags.

Modern, charming, spotlessly clean boutique hotel. Perfectly situated with friendly, professional staff. Rooms are spacious, well kept with very comfortable beds and superb air conditioning (a huge plus). 24-hour bar, small but serviceable fitness room. Highly recommend this fab hotel.

First night the pillow sheets were smelling. Had to go down next day to complain. Did not sleep that night.

The quality of the rooms as well as the service provided was excellent. And this is coming from someone who has spent his fair share in some of the best hotels in the world. Exactly what we needed.

Two day stay at the end of our France trip. Welcome air conditioning friendly people who let us store our bags and ordered taxis for us. Sushi next door was good. Not too far from Metro and Starbucks and les grands magasins. Happy with the value,.

The front staff were very helpful and answer all our questions. The room was very clean and the little balcony was a nice gesture but you can’t do much on it. Just stare outside the window and view was just a small street.

It is really nice and well situated !!! The staff is really nice and everything has been great!

Some facilities are pretty old especially the faucet, which is already torn out. The sound proof is bad particularly when we are staying on 1st floor with constant vibrations coming from the cars driving past throughout the night and morning. There is also renovation early in the morning at 8am something. When we asked for the room change the next morning, the staff is so rude/ uncooperative not to change it for us.

A clean, modern, quiet, well managed property in a very pleasant neighborhood in the 8 eme. The rooms are well appointed, not spacious but large in comparison to many other hotels where I have stayed in Paris. Close to many transport options and easy walking to the Champs Elysee among other destinations. Plenty of shopping/dining options nearby. Ive stayed there before and will again.

Overall very happy with the hotel and will stay again. Location was great for me as I had work in the local district.

The bed was so comfortable! The hote was great and close to the main attractions of Paris that we were wanting to see. The hotel staff were also great they were able to check us in early, which was much appreciated and allowed us to get freshened up before going out exploring.

Very lovely staff and the hotel was decorated lovely. Unfortunately the cleanliness of our shower wasn’t great the shower head was very dirty. However the rest of the room was good

The room was very small. Had barely enough space for two and our luggage, and this was the “deluxe room”. The faucet angle on the sink is too high, the water coming out of it, splashes you from the waist down. Extremely annoying. There is no way to avoid getting wet every time you wash your hands. The bathroom is so small, that the glass door of the shower cannot be opened. Even though, we got a deluxe double room, the hotel only gives you “one” tiny bar of soap for your whole stay...!!! We are extremely disappointed wih my choice of hotel in Paris.

Bathroom condition is poor. Tile coming off the wall front desk service was poor and not friendly. Not attentive. Unreliable when asked for taxi booking.

Checking in later in the night was great - the employee who checked us in was helpful, courteous, and willing to answer any questions we had. The lobby is beautiful, clean and well put together. The single room I had was big and clean. Everything worked. The bathroom was immaculate. Checking out was a breeze. It was easy to make this review because my stay was great the whole way through.

Beautiful hotel with a great style to it. Loved the location and the accessibility to all the best spots in Paris. I would definitely stay here again, the hotel staff was super friendly and the rooms were very nice. Only downside is the WiFi was really slow, the cell phone provided for free in the room wasn’t working, and we had troubles with our TV. Also breakfast was average. Other than that, it was the perfect place to stay in Paris and I was very very pleased.

The hotel had a very nice staff and great rooms in a nostalgic hotel setting. The location is a little difficult to find - a little off the main roads. The bed was very comfortable and having a stocked refrigerator was a plus. The breakfast was wonderful, fresh fruit a plus.
