Did not live up to my expectations

I arrived at the hotel early and decided to have lunch there. I ordered my meal and a bottle of water. The waitress asked me if i wanted cold or room temperature water and I went with room temperature. She returned some time after and informed me they didn't have any room temperature water, which is very bizarre. Why even ask then...? I finished my meal and went to see if my room was available. It was about 2:40 so I knew it might still not be ready. Reception politely informed me that it was still not available, which was fine of course. 3:05 I returned to the desk and requested to check in but I was informed that the room was still not ready. This seems to be in breach of their own policies, so was very disappointing. I was offered tea, which I declined. I was able to check in a few minutes later, finally. After a day of exploring the city, my companion wanted to dry a few items of their clothing on the radiator in the bathroom, which you could manually turn on. Some time later, the lights in the bathroom disappeared and would not turn back on. We went to reception and it was explained to us that the little radiator in the bathroom caused an electric circuit failure and that they will repair it. Repairs were performed swiftly but I find it hard to believe that this hasn't happened before... At breakfast, my companion ordered decaf coffee. Waiter returned some time after and advised they are out. Next morning we ordered decaf again and were advised that they're out, again.

We had an a very comfortable stay at the hotel Pacai,the staff was very friendly and the food was very good.

Perfect location for a walking exploration of Vilnius. The facilities are impeccable, and the staff are outstanding in every way. The breakfast was great. It is highly recommended. It is worth knowing that the only parking is Valet (50 Euro/day)—no easily accessible public parking.

Incredible. Staff are super helpful, knowledgeable about the local area, and very proactive. I will absolutely definitely be staying here again - it is one of the best hotel experiences I have enjoyed travelling, anywhere. Thank you, PACAI staff.

Great hotel!

Amazing hotel in the centre of Vilnius, within walking distance of the main tourist sites and with restaurants/shops literally outside your door. The hotel is an old mansion which has been converted making the architecture very unique. The breakfast and food from the restaurant is amazing, I strongly recommend the chips with truffle sauce. Tha spa is lovely, the only downside is you have to book even to use the sauna and we didn't realise so barely got to use, plus not alway convenient if you decide you want to use last minute.

the courtyard is an amazing setting, very rich in history

The hotel is built around a seventeen century mansion, showcasing the brick walls that are in the background. Rather than demolishing the old mansion, the hotel built around it and preserved much of what was there. That is a much more difficult and expensive endeavor than just demolishing and rebuilding. I also loved how the hotel has a big courtyard. Cars turn into the courtyard from the busy streets and into a sanctuary. Property is very modern and is a great juxtaposition against its showcased seventeen century history. Service is world class five star.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel PACAI. The room and beds were great, but the spa and restaurant were incredible. We are so glad we stayed here and enjoyed all the amenities offered.

I loved my stay

Very beautiful Hotel and super good location, nice and helpful staff and it was so good to enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the room...the playlist at the bar was perfect too. This hotel is a piece of art and I looking forward staying there again.

You need to accept some things before you go ahead

Been staying at Pacai several times and been always happy with the service and extra mile staff goes. Things that are annoying - no parking unless you are willing to pay double than Paris or Amsterdam charges per night. Also, when you book a high level and relevantly pretty expensive hotel, you expect a comfort package, but not the idea that you also pay extra for fried eggs, porridge that goes up to 12-15eur per dish. Some things to fixed in my opinion.

Amazing location, beautiful hotel design. Poor service in the bar area (this is normal for Lithuania but inexcusable when you are paying high prices). Skip it and go to the many other bars in the area. Check in staff and hotel porter were wonderful though. I will be back but won’t use the bar again.

Simply amazing! Location, service, comfort, design....all exceeded expectations....and even though Vilnius has become a worldclass destination, I really didn't want to leave the hotel as it was a "destination" on its own!

The hotel is in an interesting historic mansion that has been renovated as a hotel. It is in a good location in Vilnius Old Town. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was very good.

Air conditioning alert

During a modest heat wave, air conditioning was lacking. I can only imagine how lacking the system would be during summer months

Hotel was amazing with great service and spa but breakfast could have been better.

Stayed there few times already and I think there is nothing for comparison in Vilnius either for business trip or weekend break.

An absolutely great hotel

Hotel Pacai is the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in, and more than likely one of the nicest hotels in the world. The place is beautiful inside and everyone is extremely friendly and helpful, I couldn't of asked for a better experience. I would recommend anyone stay here when coming to Vilinius, in fact I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Superior hotel!

Brand new, luxury hotel with a great staff, restaurant, food, wines and service in general. By the way- booked most of the time. You should see the morning view out of the window.

Great Hotel

This is the only good hotel in Vilnius as all other hotels in the city are very old fashioned or chain hotels. Great interiors and great staff. Andrew at reception was excellent. The only thing I would say considering the hotel is new there were no USB Ports in the room and no ear buds in the bathroom. I highly recommend this hotel :))

Excellent new hotel in Vilnius

Very nice hotel with modern facilities but in a beautiful 17th century building in the heart of the old town of Vilnius. I can't recommend the hotel enough for a trip to Lithuania. The room was cosy, bathroom immaculate and the breakfast was also very nice with a large selection of hot and cold food. The location is walking distance from most of the sights in the capital. We also used the spa for a sauna/massage and both were excellent.

Charming moden hotel in the old town

A great modern hotel build within an older structure with great charm. The location can not be better if visiting the city as it is right in the middle of the old town. Service is friendly and efficient. One of the better hotel stays in a long time. I would highy recomend to anyone for work or pleasure.

Great top 5* in the region

Great beautiful hotel, historical building, great taste to rebuilt it leaving some authentic corners. Perfect location, great customer service, delicious breakfast even that they ran out of oranges for the fresh orange juice but they were having a huge event after the 2 days that we stayed there, understandable. A pity that does not offer a good spa zone.

Great new hotel with walking access to most sights

Great location with close walking access to everything in Old Town; wonderful newly built hotel (2018) and super friendly staff who went almost out of their way to make stay even better. Milda and Andres at reception and Solveiga (housekeeping manager) made extra efforts. Really appreciate it. Sidenote: Cili Pizza next door was very tasty!

I am over the moon!

I am absolutely thrilled by the stunning beauty of this hotel and the exceptional hospitality of the staff. I cannot recommend Their SPA enough - the treatments are truly incredible. The gym may have been a tad small, but it had all the necessary equipment. My experience at their restaurant, which has been recognized by the Michelin guide, was absolutely fantastic. I am over the moon!

Fast neues Hotel, das sich um einen grossen Innenhof (mit Restaurant/Bar) über verschiedene alte Häuser erstreckt. Super Design, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer. Das Restaurant bietet eine tolle Sterneküche. Das meist junge Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Höchste Empfehlungsstufe!

Hieno hotelli mutta oli kyllä hieman ylihinnoiteltu. Auton parkki maksoi yhdestä yöstä 85€. Henkilökunta todella ystävällisiä, erittäin siisti. Hotellin oman ravintolan hinnat olivat todella kovat. Ruoka oli kyllä todella hyvää, mutta ylihinnoiteltu.

Great hotel, expensive car parking

Breakfast was not so big, but it was really really good. The “SPA” was not good, thay only have 2 souna. Parking the car just outside the entrance is way too expensive, 85EUR/day. It’s a big ripoff.

complete hotel for vacation and business. stayed several times always that cosy and friendly. Only improve could be to have some more equipment in the gym, but it is so small that it does not fit. No swimming pool.
