Convenient stopover

We have stayed here before. It is close to The ferry port. It is also close to the railway station for a trip into Bilbao

This hotel had a nice room in good condition. The property was clean and well kept. There’s parking in the basement and surface parking on 2 sides of the building. The hotel has a restaurant which we were unable to use due to closed dates. There are restaurants in the area but parking is at a premium and walking on the road (no sidewalks) is an adventure. Finding an open restaurant with parking was our biggest challenge. The hotel has an attached gas station and convenience store.

A pleasant stay

Lovely clean rooms. Menu del Dia in restaurant was lovely and reasonable.

Difficult to get to ,but staff very helpful and happy .parking small underground ,but easy to use .food excellent and reasonable .😎

We had a good experience with this hotel. The room was clean and nice. It smelled like smoke around reception, which we did not like, but the rest of the hotel was not that way. There was a convenience store and cafeteria nearby which was nice. It was fairly close to the metro stop, which was good as it is pretty far from the center of Bilbao. The parking was also convenient and included, which we appreciated!

Great secure free garage parking. Basic but comfortable accommodation and clean. I would happily stay here again if taking a morning ferry from Bilbao

Handy stopover for ferruginous

Very handy stopover for ferry next morning. Secure and safe underground carpark. Food was available but cannot comment as we did not partake. Bed a bit hard and pillow a bit lumpy for me. Very clean. Overall would use again.

Not for us

The room was clean but smelt of drains and mosquito were an issue. All of us didn’t get a good nights sleep. It was a short stay, did the trick, but wouldn’t stay again.

Underground locked free parking, fast efficient check in, nice quiet clean room, nice food available in site, and a good continental breakfast before the ten minute journey to the ferry! Thank you, Great service.

On a poligono so nothing around and only restaurant open on Monday evening was the hotel. Food okay but not a lot of choice.

El hotel está muy bien. Habitación amplia, colchón y almohada cómoda, buena limpieza, un trato muy agradable, tanto en recepción, personal de limpieza y personal del restaurante, pero con un inconveniente: si tu habitación da a la parte de atrás, el dormir algunos días, se hace complicado ya que, la parte de atrás del hotel da al repostaje de combustuble para la gasolinera y se oye un ruido infernal de madrugada, durante dos o tres horas por los camiones cisterna al reportar el carburante.

Abbiamo pernottato una notte durante il cammino del nord per Santiago. La stanza era molto bella e pulita, silenziosa durante la notte, unica pecca e molto fuori dal percorso quindi bisogna camminare un po’ anche se si prendono i mezzi. A parte questo la consiglio vivamente!

Buon Hotel per essere vicini all'aeroporto di Bilbao e per visitare Portugalete . Ottimo il parcheggio. Struttura moderna e ben tenuta. Consigliato.

Triste noche

Toda la noche sonó una alarma , no pudimos descansar , nadie nos recibió y la habitación no tenía un seguro interior en la puerta

Fint hotell litt utenfor sentrale Bilbao

Fin lokasjon, men litt utenfor Bilbao sentrum. Dette gikk helt fint da det var ca 5 minutters gange til togstasjonen som tar deg helt ned til sentrum og en kort gange videre til Guggenheim Museumet med mer. Kan være en fordel å ha bil om du bor på dette hotellet. De ansatte var vennlige og rommet var rent og stort.

Hôtel situe dans un endroit calme. Hôtel confortable. Hôtel calme à l'intérieur avons pu passer une nuit paisible.

Personnel très courtois. Belle chambre. Bonne literie. Seul point négatif, un manque de réparations du matériel ( support de douche et trace d'humidité sur les boiserie de l'hôtel)

Schönes Hotel aber Badezimmer mangelhaft, Duschkopf lässt sich nicht in der Höhe verstellen (kaputt), Waschbecken rinnt nicht ab und Abfluss lässt sich nicht öffnen, beim Seifenspender ist die Abdeckung heruntergefallen. Zimmer in Ordnung, ziemlich hellhörig, gratis Tiefgarage, für den Preis hatten wir mehr erwartet.

Solo una noche pero muy cómoda, todo muy bien y el personal amable. Tiene aparcamiento exterior, ascensor, es bastante limpio, la única pega que está un poco lejos de todo, pero eso ya lo sabía al reservar.

Por algún problema no había agua fría. quemaba en las dos posiciones

Buena trato, muy limpio y cómodo. Muy buena relación calidad / precio.

Fueron muy amables en el recibimiento. El hotel es muy nuevo, limpio y con buenas instalaciones. Como aspecto negativo, los horarios limitados del bar/restaurante, pero es normal siendo un polígono. No nos importó mucho ya que nos movimos principalmente por Bilbao.

Ok to sleep

Pluses: Check-in starting from 12 pm is very convenient! Good mattress and pillow. Free indoor parking. The water doesn't smell of chlorine that is quite unusual for Spain! Aircon is quiet. Minuses: Our room faced a gas station for trucks and the south, so it wasn't possible to open the window. Gasoline trucks have their motors on the whole time and it was noisy even with closed windows on Thursday. Luckily on Fri, Sat, Sun the facility was closed, so it was very silent. Low shower pressure.

Me gusto el buen trato, limpieza de habitaciones y cafeteria. Por contra un poco alejado de zonas habitables, pero con tren cercano, Echar en falta un pequeño frigorifico

Muy buen ubicado, la comida del restaurante es excelente y no es cara, el servicio de las muchachas es excelente también. Muy recomendable.

Nos querían cobrar otra , cuando lo había pagado ya en Expedia. La habitación que reserve era una cama de matrimonio y la que me dieron fue con dos camas unidas.

Hotel muy nuevo,silencioso,muy limpio y buen servicio por parte de los empleados. La estancia has sido satisfactoria. Aunque está en un polígono industrial es una zona tranquila y sin ruidos,con buenos accesos a carreteras hacia cualquier direcciónn.Voveria a repetir.
