Love this hotel

Wonderful hotel in Paris. Good size room...for Paris...at a decent price with a very nice breakfast. They have a hamman, too.

Clarence and Marley provided a great check in experience. Cecile the GM always remembers me nd makes me feel welcome. The rooms are very clean and quiet and the breakfast is worth the price !

Excellent good rooms

The staff were very kind and helpful.

Conveniently located near a metro station. I found a superb bakery nearby. Cool water and delicious pound cake by the front desk.

Great Stay!

Pauline checked us in and she was very helpful and kind. Pauline was able to get our room ready prior to it being fully ready as she understood we wanted to change before exploring the city. All staff were very professional and helpful throughout our stay. Bed was comfortable. Location was great - very easy walk to a nearby park and across the road from a metro.

Staff were friendly and hotel was clean and lovely inside. The noise level around the area is quite high due to hospital and transport being close by but this did not affect our stay as you can’t hear it with the windows shut.

This is where you want to be

It was everything I wanted. Clean, stylish, very comfortable. Great location only 5 minutes walk from a metro station. Breakfast was delicious and service was fantastic. 10/10

Quaint hotel with lots of food options nearby. Relatively quiet, and very clean.

We had a lovely stay here. Staff were welcoming and friendly which really helped improve our stay. This hotel is a little far away from many of the main attractions in Paris but we found that we could get everywhere we needed using the metro.

Beautiful interior decor, super area in Paris with so many cafes and lovely staff.

Short Stay in Paris

Nice hotel close to metro and Gare d'Austerlitz. Clean and comfortable but quite compact standard room. Nice breakfast but breakfast room pretty small for size of hotel.

Glorified student accommodation at best.

The hotel was a let down. It presents as a chic boutique hotel through their website and images but in reality is glorified student accommodation at best. 1. They take full payment upfront at check in which is rather bizarre. 2. The key card system was broken throughout our stay of 2 nights which meant staff had to accompany us to let us into our room every time we wanted to get. 3. The rooms are not very clean. The floor looked messy, the loo had stains. 4. The AC let out a damp and musty smell which meant we had to keep the windows open the whole time which meant it was very noisy from the busy street below. 5. There is no kettle in the room to make tea, they also don’t leave enough coffee pods or milk of any kind. 6. The breakfast is not with EUR15. It’s very basic and in the basement. 7. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

Do not stay here! Bedbugs!!!!

Do NOT stay here! Mattress cover had blood stains from what looked like bedbugs (see photo), which I showed to reception lady before leaving after seeing this and they never refunded me what they promised! Avoid at all costs! This hotel should be kicked out of all the booking websites and I wish their general manager Patricia to get justice for treating a sick and sleep-deprived person so badly when I had to check in at 2am after having to flee another hygiene-deficient hotel!!!

Overview: I loved staying there — often times when I travel alone I value privacy. This is a boutique hotel where you easily get to know everyone who works there fast. Mrs Patricia is lovely and very welcoming. She treats everyone with such good and warm care. Everyone I met there was friendly, helpful and wonderful. This gave me the privacy I desired with enough contact to people to feel safe in my surroundings and taken care of. Rooms: The rooms have lovely decor. They are doing some remodeling, so everything has such attention to detail: from the carpet in the hallways to the hotel collateral such as card holders, notepads, pencils, soaps and toiletries. Just exceptionally we’ll decorated. Breakfast: Have breakfast here. I only did it on the last day and I regret not doing it on other days. They have your typique French breakfast and they bake fresh cake every day in different flavors. Location: The area is super close to Notre Dame and Le Jardin des plantes. It’s a nice walk and the area is not too crowded. Not going to lie, I wish it was a bit closer to everything but if you want to stay in paris and not have the buzz and the noise from all the tourists this is your place. Overall I loved staying here and I look forward to coming back :)

2度目の利用です。朝食も美味しく快適なホテルです。自然史博物館のエリアも徒歩圏内。シャワーの水圧がもう少しあると嬉しい。
