Thought it was a conveniently located hotel, 5 mins walk from the station and only 10 minutes into the centre of Frankfurt. Staff were courteous, room was clean.

Absolutely adequate place to stay in the middle of Offenbach; close to the hospital public transport (easy walking distance) Central Frankfurt and Airport; clean, friendly staff; the hotel has no gym and no coffee making facilities in the rooms.

Small Clean hotel in quiet street with friendly staff. Rooms were fine and is located less than10 mins walk to shops, cafes, and S-Bahn station. Fantastic quality Indian restaurant close by. Only negative was that the area is on the flight path and whilst not too noisy the planes do start at 4:45am so no good if you’re a light sleeper and like the window open at night.

First we received a smoking room, but this was resolved quickly. Parking in the back yard is not very convenient. Areaway is very narrow and can damage a car easily.

Car park

Hotel was good value, but the car park very pricey. Also car park entrance very narrow for larger vehicles, entrance road dips down so the bottom of the vehicle gets damaged going in/out of car park. Whose going to pay for the damage?

5 min walk to the S-Bahn (Leder Museum stop). 10-15 min walk to Offenbach center (Marktplatz). Clean and comfortable room. Bathroom rather small. Quiet area. 2 elevators in the building.

I was disappointed to see the room size. It’s exact picture should have be displayed on website before anyone can book it.

Good overall, (free) amenities could be better

Overall good. Helpful friendly service. Clean, quiet. Heated floor in washroom is great. Internet is included, but should be faster. Would be nice to have stuff like a complimentary bottle of water, etc. Would be nice to have a pass for unlimited public transit during stay Apparently they have a sauna and even charge for that. Other hotels I see things like this included free.

Service was great. Overall very good and as expected. Location isn't so nice. Room wasn't very big, but that's what I chose, so it was expected. Oh breakfast wasn't great, so that's one thing that was dissappointing.

Great hotel with good links to Frankfurt-zentrum

Parking was available in the hotel courtyard - huge plus - and available on arrival (before check in!). Large, comfortable room. Good size bathroom. 5 minute walk to S-bahn makes it only 20 minutes to Frankfurt city centre.

The hotel wasn't awful but I would not return. The neighborhood is extremely noisy and because they don't have air conditioning you cannot close the windows to muffle the sound. The restaurant/bar is rarely open and has irregular hours. Whenever we asked when it would be open no one knew. The closest place to get a snack is a few blocks away. The walls are also very thin and you can easily hear other guests in the hotel while you are trying to relax in your room.

Nice Hotel

I was in town for a music festival. The hotel was very beautiful, and comfortable. I came back late every night. The night reception was very kind.

The hotel itself is located close to Offenbach train station outside of main Frankfurt - trains run regularly so it was easy to get into Frankfurt and we walked with our suitcase from the train station to the hotel so no taxi fair. The reception staff were fine and pleasant but not overly helpful or welcoming. The room itself was really large which was nice but there was no air con and on the first day there was no electric fan that they could lend us but on the second day when we asked again they found one. The room felt clean and tidy and there were two big windows letting in lots of light. A little noisy with the planes going over head but this didn't bother us.

Would recommend on a budget

Hotel was nice, but the room was hot and loud even with the windows shut. The location is not far from ledermuseum station, unfortunately that station is right outside the zone of the Frankfurt tourist card. Was also close to supermarket rewe. Pillows sucked. Wifi was a little inconsistent but generally fine.

Easy access to Frankfurt City

Good location for a business trip. I stayed 3 nights. Staff very friendly, room was very well kept, lots of natural light.

No corkscrew and water kettle.

I bought a bottle of wine from the nearby supermarket. After I brought it back to hotel, I asked the front office staff for a corkscrew to open the bottle. The hotel is rated 4 stars. I couldn't believe the whole hotel did NOT have a corkscrew. I had to run out to the pub at the corner of street to borrow a corkscrew. Also, I wanted to have a cup of warm water, the hotel did NOT have a water kettel in my room. It was so disappointing.

NICE STAY!

It was totally a nice stay.

Good hotel, well worth paying for the breakfast which is excellent. Very friendly front desk staff. Room had an exercycle in it which was an unexpected bonus.

We faced an issue with the Wi-Fi on one night. The reception guys fixed it the next day. Apart from that, our stay was great.

Comfortable, clean, friendly staff

Room was clean and bright, in a nicely renovated 19th c. building. Staff was very friendly. Good continental breakfast. Hotel parking (surcharge) is reachable through a very narrow archway, but the number of places is limited. Other parking nearby can be difficult to find.

Horrible stay

There was no air conditioning in the room so I have to sleep with the windows open. Throughout the night there were people yelling on the street outside and it was on a weekday night. Sometimes there were people yelling from inside the hotel too. At around 6am the airplanes noises start. At around 7am the street noises start - it was either garbage collection or construction. Closing the windows might have helped with the noise, but it gets stuffy real quick without Ac. Basically I wasn't able to fall asleep all night.

Great alternative when you have to stay overnight

Small and clean hotel. I was lucky and got an upgrade to a suit. Free Internet access also a bonus !

Excellent but bad internet

Everything was as expected (very good), with the exception of the internet. They offer free internet which is great. I stayed at the same hotel in May 2013, and the internet was excellent then. Great speeds etc. But this time the internet was quite brutal, almost unusable. And when I asked the front desk about it, they had said there were several complaints, and there was nothing they can do. Well, the thing they should do ASAP is get the Hotspot vendor out there to fix it. And if they can't, switch providers. Otherwise hotel was good :).

Good overall, but VERY small room

Breakfast was ok (not included, but not expensive). Free WIFI was great. Room was clean. The bad thing was my room. It was tiny. Its about 1/3rd the size of other rooms that cost the same. If you are gonna have rooms that small, they should come at a special lower price. I tried to complain upon checkout, and they gave me nothing.

charming hotel convinient to Frankfurt and airport

We really enjoyed our stay here. The wifi is free and is available in the room. The bath was private and we stayed in a "suite" that gave us two rooms with a wonderful balcony. It was safe enough to sleep with the doors wide open! There was no a/c here and parking was difficult but doable. The breakfast was expensive so we went to a small bakery down the street. Staff were great! Loved the bellhop who noticed that we were blocked in by a broken down car the night before we were to leave early for the airport thereby saving us an early morning headache! Hotel has charactor and charm & though it is not 100% as modern as some it might be one of our favorites! We walked to the nearby subway and shops and found everything very convinient...

Im ersten Moment besser als gedacht!

Pluspunkt Zimmer wurde direkt getauscht weil ich Duschvorhänge hasse, war auch vorher nicht ersichtlich. Größeres Zimmer, neues Bad mit halber Duschwand, anschließend steht leider das halbe Badezimmer unter Wasser. Kein Teppich mehr, wahrscheinlich neuer Vinylboden, aber leider ist jegliches verrücken der Sessel und Stühle zu hören. Auch aus dem angrenzenden Zimmer konnte man sehr viel hören... Gardinen so lala, aber es gibt Aussenjalousien. Fernseher, Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher vorhanden. Das schnelle WLAN ist leider absolut nicht vorhanden!

Hôtel 4 étoiles qui vaut même pas 2 étoiles

Accueil honteux!! A l'arrivée, il nous a fallu plus d'une heure pour avoir nos chambres car elles ne correspondaient pas a ce que j'avais réservé. Au final, la jeune femme nous a installé dans les 3 plus grandes chambres du 5eme etage. Nous avons vraiment apprécié le geste et son devouement. Mais le lendemain matin, le mec de l'accueil nous a demandé de payer la différence ou de quitter l'hôtel !!!!! Un homme exécrable, qui se permet de parler a un client comme il parlerait a n'importe qui. Vraiment honteux. Et tout ça parce qu'il ne s'est pas renseigné sur ce qu'avait fait sa collègue la veille. Pour nous embêter, il nous a même demandé de regler les petits déjeuners sur le champs, avant meme de les prendre, alors qu on avait convenu la veille qu'on reglerait tout a la fin. Sinon les chambres sont bien, mais en Allemagne, on dort chacun de son côté, meme en couple... La douche, tiedasse... Dans la 501, le lavabo delivrait juste un petit filet d'eau. A la TV, 80% des chaines ne fonctionnent pas, et aucune quand il pleut. Les frigos ne fonctionnaient pas. Et le pire, dans le plateau de courtoisie, il y avait des petits pots de lait etaient périmés depuis 9 mois!!! Sinon, il est a 10min a pieds du S-bahn et il y a pas mal de commerces dans les environs, point positif

Das Hotel war eine Notlösung, hat meine Erwartungen für Offenbach aber tatsächlich übertroffen, nichtsdestotrotz haben die Hotelfotos wenig mit der Realität zu tun. Die Zimmer waren sauber und praktisch eingerichtet und für den geforderten Preis vollkommen in Ordnung. Von der S-Bahn-Station "Ledermuseum" muß man etwa 10 Minuten zum Hotel laufen, was kurz vor Mitternacht eine echte Herausforderung an mein Sichtheitsgefühl war.

Mitarbeiter waren alle gut und besonders eine Mitarbeiterin Kaffee gegeben zum warten sehr gut. Es war wirklich sauber und absolut tolles Zimmer und tolles Bad. Und die Rezeptionistin mit dem Namen Dos Einen tollen Lob

위치 - 역에서 도보로 7분 정도라 충분한 거리였습니다. 숙소 - 살짝 방음이 약해 소음이 있었으나 피곤한 몸이라 저는 별 문제가 안되었으나 예민한 분은 고민이 될 수 도 있겠습니다. 식사 - 아침 식사 (12.5 euro ) , 독일에서 이 정도면 나쁘지 않았습니다.

Hôtel était correct. Personnels étaient gentil.bon petit déjeuner. Salle de bain propre . Mais il avait beaucoup de poussière dans les rideaux de chambre ,parterre et partout. J’ai éternué toute la nuit.

Das Zimmer ist schön groß und das Bad ist auch sehr schön. Die Betten sind aber eine Katastrophe.

Das Zimmer war nachts viel zu hell. Die Gardinen waren darüberhinaus schmutzig und defekt. Es roch stark und unangenehm im Zimmer und Flur.

Hotel molto basico, colazione non sufficiente, ottimo il personale della reception che si è subito adoperato per un disguido nella prenotazione con Expedia, nonostante avessi prenotato una camera tripla, ci era stata assegnata una singola.

Hotel står som rygefri, men der kommer røglugt ud af udluftningen på badeværelset, således at døren skal holdes lukket… mangler kroge til at hænge håndklæder på, lige ledes var der køleskab der står med lys og brumme, hvis ikke det bliver taget fra stikket. Dejlig morgenmadsbuffet.

Room was nice and clean. Location was not bad. I did not like the fact that when we arrived the heating was off, so we had to start it and wait till it gets warm. Breakfast was generally poor, but in particular for me it was zero- there were no Vegan options. No soya milk, no margarine, no oil, nothing. When we booked, we booked a 4 star hotel. It has nothing to do with 4 star provisions.

Dieses Hotel war perfekt für unser Vorhaben: ein Kurztrip nach FFM wegen eines Konzertes. Es war günstig,sauber und für die Mädels,die abends allein zurück kamen, sicher und gut zu erreichen. Das Bad war hervorragend, die Dachterrasse gerade im &mbau -aber um dort abends noch einfach in Ruhe zu sitzen perfekt.Das Zimmer war sauber und absolut korrekt für diesen Preis. Der Herr in der Anmeldung freundlich. Ich persönlich würde mir nur ein 2. Weinglas wünschen ( wir haben aber auch nicht gefragt) und längere Frühstückszeit. Beim nächsten Konzert oder Eintracht -Spiel werden wir uns wieder für dieses Hotel entscheiden.

o hotel fica proximo a estação de trem que leva até Frankurt. nesse aspecto OK. Para chegar ao elevador vc precisa subir escadas e se estiver com malas pesadas, não espere ajuda... o quarto é confortavel, porém, banheiro sem box e o ralo não dá conta. conclusão: a cada banho o banheiro fica totalmente inundado indo a agua parar no quarto.

Service not great . Had to point tjat Room was not right according to the order and staff was not on topseevce. To noisy with elevator running. It was not welcome that we needed 2 Keys.

Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Teppichboden sehr fleckig und dreckig…

The room smells terrible which probablyt comes from sanitalization. Even I kept open the window for sometime, but it never gone. Hair dryer was broken. They also charged additional breakfast fee, even I found their starting time was far late than my check out time. Receptionisit told me to contact owner for refund, but never got reply. Reception was also closed at 7:00 am. all door to reception was also rocked. I will never come back to this hotel.

Alles wie immer Top, bin öfter hier buche immer online, am Empfang bekomme ich innerhalb einer Minute meinen Schlüssel. Auch verlängern bis 14Uhr ist mit einem Anruf an der Rezeption gemacht.

Rundum zufrieden

War super...bin Langschläfer und das passte mit mit dem Frühstück. Nettes Personal. Zimmer hatte sogar Balkon, für mich als Raucherin ein Vorteil. Die Lage ist nah zur City aber ansonsten nicht so toll. Für mich aber uninteressant, da ich nur zum Schlafen da war. Rundum zufrieden! Preis war auch prima.

Das Wasser wurde nicht warm in der Dusche. Der Aufzug war defekt aber ansonsten sehr schönes Hotel und schöne Inneneinrichtung.

Insesamt alles super allerdings könnte man noch eine Decke in den Schrank legen als Reserve, da es Nachts sehr kühl ist. Und nicht jeder mit aufgedrehter Heizung schlafen kann.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer war zum Großteil sauber nur der Teppichboden hatte viele größere Flecken und am Balkon waren schon die Fließen abgeschlagen oder gar komplett weg. Die Badewanne war echt spitze klasse sehr groß aber leider gab es dort auch ein paar probleme z. B am Rand wo das Wasser rauslauft war locker und es kam auch etwas wenig Wasser.

Uma localização fantástica. Todavia, não é hotel 4 estrelas conforme indicado previamente. Um 2.5 ou 3 estrelas no máximo. Todavia, é limpo e de localização excelentes, o que faz sua avaliação muito boa. Apenas recomendo não ir no verão, porquê não tem ar condicionado.

Nice hotel in the city centre

Perfect place to stay in the Center of Offenbach. Rooms are clean and spacious. Parking is additional fee.

Prima hotel en uitstekende service. Klein minpuntje : bed en matras hadden we liever wat steviger gehad. Enigszins doorzakkende bedbodem is niet fijn voor de rug.

Personal sehr freundlich, Zimmer sind abgewöhnt und nicht zeitgemäß Flugzeuglärm trotz Schallschutzfenster in der Früh störend. Frühstück lieber weglassen. Sehr schmale Einfahrt zum Parkplatz im Hof, Ist nur am Papier ein 4 Stern Hotel. Für den Preis ok, aber nicht mehr.
