Amazing staff

The staff is simply amazing. They give a service that is a 5 stars service. Kind, making you feel at home, giving a lot of suggestions on what to do in the location. Nice comfortable bed, private beach. Lovely thank you. They also have nice additional services and private parking

Had an amazing stay here. The staff was excellent, the pools/spa were lovely and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Would definitely stay again if I’m ever in the area. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay!

Excellent hotel, wonderful staff, beautiful views!

We booked Hotel Ocelle last minute as we travelled to Sirmione and decided we wanted to stay. The hotel is incredible! Every member of staff was friendly, helpful & a pleasure to deal with. The hotel room was beautiful, with excellent air con/heating, super comfortable bed & great shower - robes and slippers are also supplied! It’s only a short walk to the historical centre, too. The real star of this hotel is the spa/pool/thermal pool area, though. The view over the lake from the pool is stunning and in the evening with the thermal pool lit up, it’s so peaceful - we didn’t want to leave! If you are planning a trip to Sirmione, I highly recommend Hotel Ocelle & absolutely recommend visiting the thermal pool.

Great stay

We loved Hotel Ocelle! The staff were lovely and it was a great price compared with other hotels in the area - you get a lot for the money. Food at the hotel also truly outstanding - which was helpful in Sirmione which is a bit lacking on that front.

Gorgeous hotel

We had an amazing stay at Ocelle, the staff were all really helpful and booked us wine tasting, transfers and tables for dinner at a local restaurant. The facilities are great and the view from our room was amazing! Really close to the old town.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Ocelle, the staff were so helpful and friendly. They even arranged a bottle of champagne and a birthday cake for my sister’s birthday which was a nice touch 🙂 Conveniently located and only a short walk to the old town, it was a great place to stay. The spa facilities were good too.

A lovely boutique hotel with excellent spa. Only downside is the gym which is very small and can only really accommodate 3 people maximum. Extremly friendly staff who couldn't be more helpful. Very close to the old town which is a short walk.

Hotel Ocelle staff were extremely wonderful to us. Every single person was attentive and helpful, from helping us book a car to rent to just little tips. We stayed at a luxury hotel before this and they were rude and dismissive, and while on an American scale you’d call this a 3 star hotel- the staff made it very wonderful. Extremely convenient walk into old town sirmione which gives loads of options for food. The hotel itself is fine, small rooms and not extremely high end but comparatively it seems to be one of the nicest in a very busy area. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options and kept us very full. The kind staff even kept offering omelettes if we’d like, they really were so nice.

Great experience

Absolutely wonderful in every way. The staff were so friendly and instinctively attentive - Without doubt the best hotel staff I've met. The hotel is located a 5 minute walk from Sirmione 'old town' and situated on the lake with it's own private beach which was beautiful. There is parking onsite but they also offer airport transfers. Infact seeing as I mentioned it - even the parking garage was beautifully clean! Our room was immaculate, cleaned every day and was perfectly comfortable. The spa/pool area was never too busy and an idyllic place to relax during the day and evening. Breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious, as was the lunch we had on one of the days. I have literally nothing critical to say about this hotel at all. Book it - you wont regret it.

Hotel Ocelle is a nice, clean property. Our room was a corner room & it was pretty compact. God use of space but as a US person, don’t think you’re getting a huge space. But the service was great. It’s a 6-7 minute walk to the old town. Great town & hotel for an overnight stay

Relaxing hotel

We had a great relaxing stay at Hotel Ocelle. Never had a problem getting a beach chair views were great. We loved the natural sulfur thermal warm water pool. Breakfast was excellent. Room was very comfortable and clean. Bikes were available and we used them a few days. Very easy to walk to old town of Sirmione.

Superb - only criticism was cost of taxi to train station. The price stated on reception was 30 euros but when booking it was 45 euros. The staff are exceptional and facilities fab.

Wonderful experience !

We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The thermal mineral baths were a real treat at the end of the day, however would also be great if the wellness centre stayed opened as late as the baths. The staff was friendly, however there was a little noise at night, as our room faced the parking lot . Overall it was a great experience

Beautiful little spa hotel, close enough to the castle, staff couldn’t do enough for you. Good sized rooms, very comfy beds, stunning views from balcony. Great breakfast. Free bikes. Only slight negative was the aircon in the bedroom. Seemed to have a mind of its own and for the most part didnt work so could be quite uncomfortable at night. I did mention it on day one and I believe it was checked so not sure why it didn’t get better. The staff are so lovely you don’t like to complain and we got by with our own portable fan but would have struggled if the weather has been hotter

Beautiful property with great service right on Lake Garda. Onsite bar and restaurant with pleasant staff. Our room had a view of the lake and a nice balcony. Nice king size bed andy wide enjoyed the spa.

We have just returned from a week at this property and the experience was nothing short of outstanding. The property is clean, well thought out and the staff simply fantastic. Would recommend and definitely intend to return.

Clean facilities, parking in site. Nice spa area and beach area on lake Garda. Room is tight with luggage in the room. Nice sized bathroom. Well appointed eating area for breakfast.

The thermal spa and entire spa experience was amazed. I haven’t been so relaxed in years. Can’t wait to come back

Highly recommend

Beautiful hotel, fab poolside area, spotless, very professional staff. Only downside was the beasic classic bedroom is extremely small and cramped and the sun loungers on the promenade, (as in photos)are €25 per day extra. There are plenty of other sunloungers free at the pool

I didnt like the smell around thermal pool.smelt of blocked gutters Nor are there any dinner options but its walking distant to all local restaurants

The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Our room was clean and the hotel was very quiet. The pools were lovely. I would definitely return again. I was sad to leave such a beautiful place.

The hotel has an incredible. The Thermal pool and the Spa are for those seek wellness, The surroundings are beautiful with Garda lakes, mountains and greens. The challenge is that this areas are so popular, massive people are on the streets. The staff were impeccable and we enjoyed the services. Will return.

Relaxing and Beautiful Escape

Although our stay was short, it was exceptionally nice. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful the entire time. From fantastic dinner recommendations to other details it made our trip!

Hotel is clean and good same as the room. Better to invest more and take a junior suite to the lake. Nice privet beach. Parking cost 12 euros a night

Pros: clean rooms, great location, short walk from Sirmione old town, great room with view of the lake (junior suite), very friendly staff, great spa, fantastic location. Cons: lunch and dinner options extremely limited. Would benefit from having a wider menu, especially for vegetarians. Although staff are very friendly and helpful, crossed wires on whether water and teas are included/complimentary (conflicting information from staff at desk) which became very frustrating, especially at check out. Really bad sewer/drainage smell in the pool and around the hotel (especially at breakfast) and in the shower within the room and balcony. Very off putting. Breakfast could be a lot better - not enough choice for milks etc and need to ask for plant based milks (happy to ask but no idea this was an option as no notes anywhere). During the same trip, we had stayed at a 3* hotel in Verona and the breakfast was a lot better - more choice in all areas. Overall a great hotel, especially as the staff are so friendly but for the amount you pay to stay there, I don’t think it’s worth the money given the cons.

Best place for couples in the peninsula

The hotel was nice, walking distance from center of the peninsula. Breakfast was great, with many options but a bit pricey. We had massages during out stay accommodated in the last minute which was awesome. The spa is also very useful, but during weekdays has a very short opening time,I guess in the winter time they should have an extend hour considering you can’t spend as much time outside in the pool. All employees are very nice and helpful. A big shout to Marta and Martina !!!!! They are the best !!!! We miss already the place !!!!

Hotel Ocelle was an amazing high end resort. The staff (Francesca, Oscar and Pasqualie) went above and beyond to make sure our stay was 5 stars. They recommended some great restaurants at night. I was so pleased with this property and will definitely stay here again.

What a beautiful hotel and location. The private beach is perfect for sunbathing and swimming, and the thermal pools and spa wonderful.

Incredible stay at Hotel Ocelle - cannot recommend enough and will definitely be staying here again. We stayed August 2020 post COVID but felt completely safe and were very impressed by the procedures put in place. Great location. Great pools. Fantastic service too. Brilliant!

A great stay near the historic center at the lake

After a relaxing stay in Lefay Resort & Spa in Gargnano we spent half a week in the touristic center of Sirmione. The location is great near the old city, and the garden of the hotel is connected directly to the lake. The room was good and the staff very friendly. One of the items to highlight there are enough sunbed’s so an early wake up call is not necessary 😀

My wife and I went for a 4 day, 3 night stay. We could not fault anything about the hotel absolutely everything was top quality from the reception, bar, spa, staff and our room. We would definitely go back.

Great hotel, perfectly situated in Sirmione

A beautiful hotel right on the lake shore front. Lovely pool with sunbathing area, along with an outdoor thermal pool. Easy walking access to Sirmione and all the restaurants and shops there. Good service and fantastic breakfast. We did a private boat trip around the lake for the afternoon, which the hotel helped organise. I would definitely return to Lake Garda and stay at this hotel.

A great place to stay.

The hotel was very lovely, the staff was very helpful and friendly, the facilities were always very clean. The lakefront is a bit crowded with guests. The town is a bit crowded with tourist traffic.

A lovely home from home friendly small quiet hotel in an excellent location. Within walking distance to a wide choice of restaurants and attractions. We had a deluxe lake double room with great amenities- hairdryer bathrobes slippers flip flops toiletries coffee machine blackout curtains and a great view. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in !

Wonderful hotel in a great location

Stayed 5 nights at hotel Ocelle and found it to be a fabulous hotel. Spotlessly clean, modern with friendly staff. Breakfast was tasty with enough choice. Private beach area looking out to Lake Garda which was wonderful. Location perfect and only a short walk to the Castle and restaurants.

The hotel is excellent, nicer than my expectations. The staff are outstandingly friendly and helpful. The hotel has a very relaxed vibe but with great service. It's a nice size so you see the same staff, and they remember you. Everything is clean and the hotel has a good modern design. The spa is massive and very well kitted out. It is a short walk to the town centre, which is welcome because it is quiet in the hotel. Tge outdoor area was lovely, so nice to be direvtly on the lake. Enough sun beds for all guests, which is welcome. It's hard to fault the place. If I ever go back to Sirmione, I would book straight in.

Lovely relaxing hotel

We stayed here for 1 week as an end to a busy honeymoon. Very relaxing atmosphere which is exactly what we wanted. Lovely new modern hotel with small pool and small stoney beach area. Located 5 min walk from the centre of Sirmione. Rooms clean and tidy with fresh water in the mini fridge every day, although they seem to forget to clean under the bed. Bar staff throughout day were brilliant, always made us feel welcome and Claudio was recommending drinks to us. Would definitely return.

Smart Boutique Hotel

Modern boutique hotel in great location with private beach on Lake Garda. Rooms were spacious - own balcony overlooking the lake. Beds were very comfortable. Room was thoroughly cleaned every day. Breakfasts were amazing including the services of a chef who cooked to order. The hotel staff provided exceptional service and were simply brilliant in every respect. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Lovely! Couldn’t fault a thing. Loved our week there. We had originally booked a basic double room but managed to upgrade to a lake view one once there. So glad we did as it was much bigger & the view of the Lake was great.

Wie immer ein wunderbarer Bade- und Lesen Urlaub. Das Personal ist wie immer unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Vor allem der Service an Bar/Restaurant. Das Frühstück gross uns vielfältig, jeden Tag gibt es eine kleine Variation. Auch wenn man tag durchs was isst, ist alles sehr lecker, vor allem zb. die Salate. Klar ist es nicht das günstigste Hotel, aber Preis Leistung stimmt absolut. Man kann den Pool geniessen oder direkt am Hotelstrand in den See, oder auch in zwei verschiedene warme Becken mit Termalwasser und Sprudeln. Das schöne Zentrum von Sirmione ist nur einige Gehminuten weg, man kann jederzeit zb. kurz ein Eis holen.

Nice hotel that felt well kept and clean. Pools were great, even went for a swim in the lake. Breakfast quite basic, but still tasty, hotel should invest in another coffee machine to avoid queuing. Good drinks in the bar.

Poor and unprofessional service

We stayed at the hotel 6 nights in July, and experienced a lot of poor and unprofessional service. We ordered drinks and food at the terrace restaurant. When the waiter drops the cooler by our table, spilling water and ice on our purse, iphone and feet. No apology. He goes away and gets new cooler, and does not offer help the dry our stuff. When I get my food, it is wrong, they have replaced vongole mussels with some cheap stuff. I say that this is not what I ordered and paid for. They take away the food. After a while the waiter comes again, and says that the kitchen is closed and I will get no food. No apology. Really unprofessional service. Another time order a bottle of wine. When it is served, the waiter is trying to open a wine bottle for the first time in his life, the manager shouting advice behind his back. Pieces of metal landed on our table when the poor guy was trained in front of our eyes. We felt that we had been dropped to a Gordon Ramsay show with restaurant nightmare. The food at the breakfast was ok, but the food served during the day and night wasn't. When arriving at the hotel we were offered a parking place at the parking lot. When checking out I noticed that they had charged 50 euros per day, without telling us. We I made a note of this to the service lade, I got an arrogant response: you should have read the small print in the contract. One more thing: do not try to use the restaurant washroom - every second time it is out of paper.
